Fantastic experience: UPDATE (2025): My now 13-year-old STILL loves the dentist because of the Lone Peak Burg office. I can’t thank them enough! We go in every 3 months and they take great care of my daughter in a timely and efficient manner while still being thorough, kind, and patient. I have also heard great things about the other locations. I cannot recommend them enough! Original Review (2019): We just LOVE Burg. My 6-year-Old LOVES THE DENTIST! Thank you guys for all you do!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Burg Children’s Dentistry for 10 years now. We have had a great experience. Dr. Boren is great! He always explains what he’s doing and we trust him. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable and made my kids feel comfortable. We love the bonus super hero capes and tokens for prizes.

Fantastic experience: I have a young child who was terrified and crying when we walked in and smiling and skipping when we walked out! Everyone was extremely patient, accommodating, and comforting. We received outstanding service from all involved and couldn’t be happier! Based on the advice we were given about a dental issue, I could absolutely tell that my child’s wellbeing and happiness was the main concern rather than profit, which I very much appreciate! Fantastic experience: We went to a random dentist that was not a pediatrician dentist first and it was awful. They were not patient at all and made the kids more nervous. Then we went to Burg Children's Dentistry, and it was a totally different experience. Dr Boren is so great! He is patient, but also efficient. He talks to the kids and makes them feel comfortable but also knows how to get things done quickly, as we all know most kids don't last too long sitting still. The office has always been helpful, kind and also help to make the kids feel comfortable. I hope I don't have to go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have to say from the moment we walked it was a very wonderful experience. First time here with my 17 year old. They are very kind, patience, and explained everything. My son liked how they would talk to him and explain what they were doing as they were doing it. The dentist came in and made time for us didn't rush to get to the next patient. I noticed he was like that with every patient he made time, answered all questions and wasn't rude or rushed. This place makes u feel comfortable. As going to a dentist is hard on some people. Specially if u haven't been for a while. As I watched, I noticed they were so caring with no judgment to anyone. They made u feel like they truly cared. Thank you

Negative experience: I took my daughter to her 3 month cleaning as always. I went and everything was good with the dentist and the assistants are awesome they were very professional and kind. My daughter has some cavities and they made 2 appointments for me. The appointment was for the following day, this person called me and said, "I'm calling to confirm your appointment for today at 2:30 ." I said, "Excuse me, I have a question. Could I take my daughter to her 3 month cleaning as always. I went, everything was done right by the doctor and the assistants there, very professional and very kind. My daughter has some cavities and they made 2 appointments for me. The next day after making the appointment, this person called me and said, "I'm calling to confirm your appointment now." I asked her , "Excuse me, I have a question. Can you ask the dentist if he can do everything at once" She answered very aggressively and told me that if I cancel the appointment now, I'll charge you $35 to cancel. You have to cancel within 24 hours. The appointment was made a day before at 11:00 am. She called me at 8:30 am next day to confirm that I didn't meet the 24-hour deadline and she wanted to charge me cancellation fee. She never answered my question if they could do both in one appointment. Honestly, she seemed very unprofessional, aggressive and she told me if I cancel the appointment now, I'll charge you $35 dollars . She never answered my question She has no communication skills and is very unprofessional. I also asked her if I can talk to a manager because I was disappointed with the customer service. I find out she is the manager, what terrible service!!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience today, March 31, 2025. I was trying to resolve some billing discrepancies between my explanation of benefits and the payments I’ve made in the office. When I asked simple questions to understand the issue, the front desk staff responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Due to their unprofessional behavior, I’ve decided to find a new dental office, as it seems they hire employees who create a toxic environment.

Negative experience: First the good. Staff was professionally polite and civil during interactions. They were also good about not billing for things that weren't done including zero billing for a visit that my autistic child had a melt-down and nothing was able to be accomplished. Now the not so great. My child is fully diagnosed on the Autism spectrum and this dental group was recommended by one of her ABA therapists as being an acceptable option. When I scheduled the first appointment I was very clear up front about her Autism and the staff didn't express any concerns. That first visit my daughter wasn't sure what to expect so the dentist managed to get a brief look at her teeth but wasn't able to get a cleaning done before she had enough. The second visit knowing what to expect my daughter had a total melt-down and wasn't able to have an examination or a cleaning. At that point I was told about a relaxant / calming child medication option that is cheaper then full sedation, which had not been mentioned as an option before during the first scheduling or encounter. This visit is also the one they no-charged due to not being able to do anything which was appreciated. Before the visit ended I had scheduled the next visit and signed the consent form allowing the medication use then left. My daughters mom ended up taking that day off to be present and able to help if needed for the third visit. However, when we showed up for that visit we weren't on the schedule at all despite having the time and date on signed consent form and the dentist for the day wasn't certified for that medication so even if they could have made the time my daughter wouldn't tolerate a non-medicated attempt. This was doubling annoying for all of our time especially mom who had taken the time off from work to attend. Overall this place seems to be a very good option for neurotypical children but there are no accommodations for sensory sensitive or autistic kids either in design (privacy, soundproofing, or light controls) or having a packet of info that could include their options for neurodivergent solutions like knowing about the medication options or anything else up front.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so sweet, welcoming and patient with my family. So grateful for how much they care about me and my kids.

Fantastic experience: Dr Boren and his assistant work in synergy and know how to work fast and effective on kids. They are honest and they were helpful enough to squeeze my kiddo in before our insurance ran out when we still needed dental work done. They got the work done and even sealed his teeth to help prevent further cavities! I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. I drive an hour to see them and it’s worth it!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! All 3 of my children love coming to the dentist especially Burgs! Staff are all welcoming. Dr is straight to the point and has made my children feel at home. Today was my youngest son's very first visit and he did not want to leave. He felt he was surrounded by aunties that made him laugh. I won't take my kids anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: We love Burg Dentistry! Everyone is caring and helpful and they are so good with the kids. I had two kids get cavities filled today and they had no issues sitting in the chair thanks to the various medications and laughing gas and great people who helped them feel comfortable. I highly recommend them! Another visit to Burg Dentistry that was fantastic! My daughter had concerns and the hygienist listened and was sensitive and kind and aware throughout the whole appointment!

Negative experience: The service quality has gone down. They were impatient with my child and overreacted when my child went to cover their mouth. This scared her even more. They did not do a good job making her feel comfortable. Also, if you have multiple kids be prepared to fill the same paperwork for each of them. They require it so they can type the same info for each kid on a computer and throw the all papers away.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience!! Love this location! The doctor and dental assistants make it so easy for my kids to want to go back!

Negative experience: This place was terrible, and we won’t be back, though I doubt they care. My 11-year-old, who had a filling before without issue, went in for a filling and tooth pull. He was understandably anxious. After feeling strange on gas for the first time, the assistant immediately suggested we return with anxiety medication—no effort to help him manage. Strike one. We rescheduled, and today, after giving him medication, we waited 30 minutes in the lobby. Once in the chair, my son moved his hand near his mouth and was scolded and threatened with being sent home. He was also criticized for not raising his chin high enough, despite clearly struggling to do so. The dentist rushed us through, and neither they nor the assistant treated my child with respect. This is supposed to be a pediatric dentist, but you wouldn't know it from the lack of care or patience. We’ll be finding a new, respectful practice.

Fantastic experience: We've been going to Berg since my son was about 7 years old. He has an EXTREME phobia of the dentist. Nothing works for him, we went to another dentist who tried laughing gas to calm him down but they turned it up too high and he literally threw up in the dentist's chair, worsening his phobia. When we came to Berg, I was desperate. The nurses were SO nice and incredibly patient. The appointment with my son definitely took a LOT longer than they had planned, but the staff never showed any annoyance and were able to keep my son calm enough to get the job done! I was elated! Over the course of the next few years the nurses and the dentist at Lone Peak have been able to greatly reduce my son's phobia and now he goes without any trouble at all. These guys literally are the best. I can't say enough good about them. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Always nice to go there. My kids love them and never had any issue with a crying baby since we started going there. The receptionists are the best! The regular receptionist who used to be there all the time is going to somewhere and we had to see her the last time. The kids were sad that she is leaving. But I am sure that wherewver she goes, she is always gonna make everyone happy. We also love the other staff and the DR.Boren. The whole staff is just amazing. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to trust their kids to this pediatric dental office.

Negative experience: My kids have been going here for years. We loved Burgs, but today I had two new insurance changes, and most dental doesn't give cards. I didn't have the info on me, I'm rushing to get the kids to the appointments on time after dropping my husband off at the airport. The front desk wanted payment in full or $35 cancellation fee. When they called they didn't even ask for my insurance. I should have come prepared, but didn't realize I needed to. I've been here so long, they could have just had me call in my insurance afterwards or been more polite about it all. They did let me cancel without paying but likely because I was extremely frustrated. The last few times we've been here it's been an unpleasant experience long wait and poor front desk support.

Negative experience: I was told there was no cost to remove my child’s spacer. They asked if it was an emergency. I said no. They wanted to charge for the spacer removal and for an emergency appt. They took off the emergency appt cost, but still had to pay for the spacer removal. We were told that was included with the cost when it was put in. Up until this point they have been great. Normally 5 stars. This experience warrants 1 star.

Fantastic experience: They do such a good job with my kids. Their office is so family friendly. They have done an amazing job being patient with my daughter who is super scared to get her teeth cleaned. Today, she finally let them clean all of her teeth!

Fantastic experience: I am not a big reviewer, however, me and my toddler had such a pleasant experience that I felt the need to leave a review. From the moment we walked in we immediately felt warmth and welcomed from the receptionist. One of them even came out and was playing with my baby while we waited, which was a really short wait so another plus. Once we got back, the hygienist and the doctor was absolutely the sweetest ever and so nice. It does feel like they really do care to actually get to know you and make you feel comfortable I handstand would recommend this place to everyone!! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: My son went to Burg for his first dentist appointment since moving here. We were referred there by our pediatrician, and the Lone Peak location is within walking distance from our home. All of the staff we interacted with have been super friendly, from start to finish and were great with my son. we discussed his fear of needles and they had no issues with that. He came out feeling great about the dentist and extremely excited about his new superhero cape and toothbrushing paraphernalia. He's not at all anxious about going back for his next treatment, which is something weve struggled with at some other dentistry offices. We've already made appointments for my other two boys to go there as well.

Negative experience: This place is accepting Medicaid , which makes them overbooked , and they don`t have a time for patients. Every our appointment they clean my kids teeth about 5 minutes only. I bring 2 kids . The main reason to visit dentist its to get their teeth cleaned professionally.

Fantastic experience: Staff was amazing from the front desk to the back everyone was incredible and so kind. They took the time to make going to the dentist fun and more importantly made sure the kids were comfortable being there. My daughter said afterwards, "That wasn’t scary at all! That was fun."

I'm glad of that because they have had only good experiences even when they have had work done more that just a cleaning. Fantastic experience: Dr. Boren and his team are just amazing! They make every patient that come in feel comfortable! And with children that is what you would want when going to see the dentist! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Negative experience: I will be going elsewhere. I spent 1.5 hours in their office trying to fix a problem with insurance that was caused by them. And then also was informed after the fact of X-rays that were done that were not covered by insurance. In addition, they did not honor their original quote for service because they increased rates in between appointments. This was the worst experience at a dental office that I've ever had. Office manager tried her best but when you are a big chain, corporate control and administration means you are just one of many on a production line.

Fantastic experience: This location went above and beyond to help my toddler feel comfortable. I have a very anxious child and they let us come in a day early and tour the clinic to help my LO acclimate. Abby and Emily were the team members who helped us at the appointment and both were amazing. Emily took time to explain all of the tools to my kiddo and role play with their stuffed animals what would happen with my kiddo at the appointment. Abby was also awesome at helping my toddler feel comfortable and got my kiddo to sit down and play with her even though they had only met once before which is unheard of for my kiddo. Dr. Boren was also so great with my child and took time to answer all of my questions. Everyone was so friendly and my little one felt so comfortable by the end. Five stars. Highly recommend this location for any parent with a nervous kiddo.

Fantastic experience: The staff were wonderful! I asked about getting some salt to help my kid with an active gag reflex and they went to the break room and brought me salt. So random, but it totally helped. It was such a bizarre request, and they did it without hesitation. The ladies that helped my kids before the dentist were just fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Burg's lone peak location is seriously the best for kids dentistry! From their staff to Dr. Boren they make you feel comfortable and cared for! I won't take my daughters any place else because they actually like coming to the dentist where they make it such a good experience! Positive experience: We had a great time with the dental assistant and dentist, they were both so kind and patient with our one year old, and made sure it was a fun, positive first experience for him. Giving them 3 stars because we were told over the phone that we would only be paying $50 for his visit (paying out of pocket, w/o insurance) and ended up paying more than double that. That initial quote was the reason we chose this office over other ones. Despite the kind staff, we couldn’t help but leave feeling disappointed and mislead.

Fantastic experience: This place is so awesome! I just took my nine month old in to get his first check up and they were so sweet. They showed him the dental tools and even turned them on for him so he could feel them and experience them so he wouldn’t be so scared. I’ve never seen anything like this before. It was so cool. They are so awesome. I drive over 40 minutes to take my kids to the dentist because There is no other place that compares. Doctor Boren is amazing. He is so awesome at distraction tactics and making the kids feel comfortable even when they’re scared.

Fantastic experience: We are new to Utah, therefore new to Burg Children’s Dentistry. The office is so fun, cute and decorated in a superhero theme. Very clean, front desk is kind and welcoming, my sons hygienist, Madison was AMAZING and so fun and the doctor had a wonderful bedside manner. So happy we chose to come here. Makes the anxiety of going to the dentist go away. Dr. Boren is also great!! Bedside manner is awesome and makes my kids feel at ease!

Negative experience: Did have 5stars but had to change it after today... The receptionists here r not friendly. Rehire! Been going here for 3yrs... The dentist is amazing tho!! & the hygienists r so sweet as well!! We even know them by name... But when we called in today let them know my daughter was sick with a fever & couldn't make it today (I was very sick as well), the receptionist was very rude and said I need to pay $35 right then, I was shocked. I was supposed to bring her in with a fever and a cough to get her teeth cleaned? & y would I need to pay it on the phone right then never heard of that. Gonna change dentists. Really great place other than that tho!!

Fantastic experience: Brought our three year old for her first cleaning and they did such a great job with her! Shay was fast and made her feel totally at ease during her cleaning; you can tell she is so great with kids! We didn’t have to wait very long for the doctor; he was so great with our daughter, was joking with all our kids, and stuck around to thoroughly address all of our questions. The whole staff seemed friendly and helpful and the offices were clean

Positive experience: This was my daughter's first experience at the dentist ever! They were so great with her and helped put her nerves at ease! The only downside was that they were out of capes and my toddler was incredibly sad and disappointed afterwards because I'd told her for the past two weeks to expect one (since that's what the website and ads all said) and she was excited for it.

Fantastic experience: Shaylynn was fantastic with daughter who is 6 and has sensory disorder. My daughter sat in the chair the whole time while she worked on her for her cleaning Amber front desk help so warm and welcoming Jodi just plain awesome! Remembers us everytime we come!! Madison finance office manager is so understanding and kind when my girls get soo excited and loud! They all Deserve huge recognition for their thoughtfulness and understanding. They praised my girls. Made them feel soo important. Laughter and fun. We are family and they treat us like that!! We drive from utah county everytime. Well worth the drive!!! Marie

Fantastic experience: The staff and the doctor were professional, patient, and fun! My son has oral sensory issues and doesn’t like the suction. They were able and willing to accommodate his sensory needs by allowing him to rinse and spit! This is a big deal for him. Thank you for everything

Fantastic experience: Update: we’ve now been here two more times and it’s still great! My son likes going to the dentist. They are fun, efficient, and caring. We have only been here once and already love it! They were so gracious and accommodating when we had a dental emergency, and now we are excited to establish regular care with them. They are kind, efficient, attentive, and make it fun for kids. I thought my toddler would be nervous but he had a great time and did everything the staff asked him. He thinks the dentist is fun!

Negative experience: STAY AWAY. They made treatment recommendations that they said to me at the appointment were covered by insurance. It was not. Delta Dental told me they should have known what they were doing. It was their mistake and they refused to pay for their mistake and would only give me a $10 discount. This just seems like a purposeful and dishonest way to make money. I've been going for 7 years with 3 kids and they lost my business over $72. Kind of short sighted in my opinion but frankly they could care less. I also have to question the sanitary conditions at this office. At one appointment the hygienist used the same cleaning tools on 2 of my daughters without cleaning them or changing them out. There is no way this is to standard operating procedures.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! My daughter needed four baby teeth removed and they made her feel really comfortable and she didn’t feel any pain with the shots or anything. Highly recommend this place. Also had the best price out of three other dentists in the area that I called.

Fantastic experience: My sons first impression was “this is way better than my last dentist” he’s always hesitant to go to the dentist. But Im glad they were patient with him and willing to be understanding of him. I loved it here with them. I was very much in the know of what’s going on. Great overall experience

My children were at ease and genuinely enjoyed being there. I chose to bring my kids here because of the stellar reviews online. They lived up to the hype!

Negative experience: This office was generally fine for my kids - they liked the TVs! I liked that they could see multiple children at once. I did NOT like that over years we still had no relationship with the dentist or staff due to the high volume of patients and employees. I did NOT like how they pushed x-rays for my cavity-free kids much more frequently than the AAPD recommends. I did NOT like that they made a treatment recommendation that they said was covered by my insurance, which was then not covered and they refused to pay for their mistake. I have bad experiences in Utah with dentists pushing treatment to make a buck, and unfortunately this office leaves me with that taste in my mouth. We are changing dentists.

Fantastic experience: A young patient in the room next to us was having a difficult time during his/her dental appointment. I was incredibly impressed with the dental hygienist/dental assistant helping the young child. She was so kind, patient, and professional! She kindly explained what she was doing and why it was important. She used words the child would understand and spoke in a calm, soothing voice. I would definitely recommend Burg Children’s Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: The desk staff are always very friendly, the dental assistants are always so wonderful and help to make our kids feel safe and comfortable, and Dr. Boren is awesome too!! We love taking our kids here, and we love that they have the super heroes to get young kids excited for the dentist!

Positive experience: I really love the dental staff but I was really disappointed when I went in today… my daughter is four years old and complaining of tooth pain . They were super nice and got us in same day and confirmed she has two cavities . The lame part is they don’t have any appointments for over three weeks to fix them . That makes no sense … my daughter has to be in pain for three weeks ? They added me to a wait list but the lady was just not very nice or understanding .. three weeks to fix a patient in pain ??

Fantastic experience: My kids love going to Burgs childrens dentistry. We go to the lone peak location in Sandy and the staff is always so friendly. The dental assistance are just the best and doctor Boren does such an amazing job with my kids.

Fantastic experience: When I asked my 2.5 year old if getting her teeth cleaned was easy or hard and she said, “Easy! And she also wanted me to tell Burg Dentistry, “Thanks for all the stuff we got!” It really was a great experience, way better than I anticipated with it being my daughters first time at the dentist. Everyone was so kind and explained everything so my daughter could understand, felt comfortable, and knew what to expect. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my 1 and 3 y/o for their very first visit this week. The staff was SO friendly, my kids were excited about the experience, and I was very impressed. Location was easy to find with ample parking and the office was welcoming and clean. Great clinic!

Negative experience: I wanted to love this place so much but it just fell short. The dental hygienist was standoffish, didn't explain much to my daughter and it was her first visit. Not what I expected at all from a pediatric dentistry. Dr. Boren was nice and the front desk staff was great, but I left without my daughters teeth being even fully brushed or with full x-rays being done so we don't know if she has cavities for sure or not. Talking with family and friends about their first dentist visits with their kids and they had a much better experience with other pediatric dentistries. Debating about giving it one more chance with all the great reviews, definitely would be requesting a different hygienist though. Felt like it was a total waste of time.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loves coming here and after today’s visit she couldn’t stop talking about how nice the staff was and how well they explained every step of her procedure to her. She went in anxious and scared and was instantly put at ease by the staff and how they treated her as a patient. She couldn’t believe how pain free and worry free they made her feel after all the anxiety she had built up in herself on her own before we went in. Thank you to the staff here, you’re bedside manner and gentle care made her fear of dentistry disappear and for me as a parent and her as a young child, that means the world to us. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very polite and professional. The dentist did everything he could to make my child feel comfortable. He explained why it is a good to brush your teeth in a way that a child can understand. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Positive experience: All and all a good experience. The waitress area is super small and they book so many people at around the same time. Feel like your crammed in a can with all these other kids moms and dads. Not the most comfortable. And the kid corner is super small. Two chairs an a TV. The staff is nice though.

Fantastic experience: They are super good with the kids. Amber was our dental assistant. She was super friendly and made my kids feel comfortable. My little boy was kinda shy at first but Amber was talking to him and did a cute dinosaur roar with him. Everyone I came in contact with was super professional. My kids love going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: We visited Burg for the first time today and I was so impressed. They were so sweet to my four year old son and even played with my baby while I spoke to the dentist. Dr Segura was knowledgeable and so friendly. Will definitely be taking my kids there from now on!

Fantastic experience: We have the best time coming to the dentist! My 3 year old loves coming here. Amber was so patient and caring. She made sure he wasn’t scared and always asked him if she was ok to touch his teeth. She let him play with the tools and explained everything to him. Our son looks forward to coming to dentist especially with all of the fun toys they give him

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here ever since we moved to Utah 2 years ago, and we love this dentist! The assistants are so friendly and good with both of my kids and Dr. Boren is great, so patient and friendly! We would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been here twice now. A week ago for an emergent visit to pull a baby tooth that had broken and today for a small filling. They were so wonderful to get us in that day and so great with my child. The dental assistant Jodi was so reassuring and kind. I really appreciate the lengths they go to, to help kids feel at ease and excited about coming back. Thank you BurgChildrensDentistry. We will be back:)

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Burg children’s dentistry! They are amazing and all so sweet. Jodi has been the one taking care my little girl and is seriously the best. Dr. Boren is great and so thorough, the nicest guy! Jodi and Dr. Boren both made my little girl so comfortable, she loved her experience and keeps asking to come back! I recommend this place to all my family and friends with kids.

Fantastic experience: Everything went smoothly for my 2-year-old's first dental appointment. This only thing that turned her off at the beginning was the lady with the thermometer at the door to the office - that could've been handled a little better. But the dental assistant and dentist were both really great and made my daughter feel comfortable in a new environment.

Negative experience: We have been taking the kids for years and they kept messing up their schedules over and over. Their estimate cost is way off and trying to charge me more than they supposed to when I have triple insurance, which cover pretty much everything. Their front stuff is unreliable and keep messing up the schedule. I took off work several times to get my kids to their dentist appointments and they still don’t get it right. I give everybody the benefit of the doubt but Apparently they did not care, we have been going for about 9 years or so. The dentist is not that great anymore , it just went down hill. I would not recommend their establishment and make sure to Inform everyone that I know to not go there.

Fantastic experience: Dr Burg and Jodi were fantastic working on my 6 year old. She had multiple cavities and teeth extractions done and they made it a very pleasant experience. So glad we found this place! Went back for a 6 month check up with Bri and she was wonderful!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was great with both kids, very patient with the toddler. The kids love the superhero theme and the capes they got to wear. The dentist was also really great working with them and even let the toddler lie down on my lap to check her teeth so she wouldn’t be scared. We all loved the movie the kids got to watch while their teeth were being cleaned, it really helped to mellow out the toddler. Definitely a great experience all around.

Fantastic experience: Burg Children’s Dentistry has been out dentist for all my 3 children for about 12 years now. It’s hard to believe! The kind service, personalized TV choices, and prices have made their experience so much easier and even fun (go figure!) I wish I had something like this going on when I was a kid! Amber, Jody and everyone else who have worked with my children are the sweetest most professional hygienist and Dentist Boren is always so passionate with what he does. I totally recommend this place for your family!

Fantastic experience: My kids absolutely love this dentist. We went to a family dentist previously, not specifically for children. My son hated going and was scared of the dentist. We switched to Burg in Sandy and the kids actually want to go to the dentist! The office is fun and welcoming. The kids are never nervous or afraid to go. The people are so nice and fantastic with kids. Amber is the hygienist that worked with our kids and she was great. The kids were chatting non stop with her! I highly recommend this office. I was also very impressed with their COVID practices. Everything was sanitized often and the lobby was very socially distanced. Our daughter is high risk, so we are always very cautious with the places we take her. I feel comfortable to take her to this office. Thanks Burg Lone Peak!

Fantastic experience: I took 2 kids for their first cavity. The were extremely professional, and they work so well with kids. My 8yo has a lot of anxiety, they were so patient, they knew exactly what to say and how to distract Her. Jodi was amazing, she had her laughing and calm through it all. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: I love taking all my kids to Burg Dentistry because they really focus on what will make kids feel comfortable. X rays are quick and fun. My kids love to pick a toothpaste flavor. And the super hero theme makes it a fun and exciting environment. Amber and Jessica were fantastic! We have been coming here for nine years. We keep coming back because of the service.

Fantastic experience: Bri was great my son's last visit ! Burgs has been my sons only dentist. I was first introduced to their sandy Branch by my sister-in-law Norma, who was a dental assistant there, yet even after she transferred to a new office I remained at the same location although I actually live in Bountiful so it is quite far away and there's even an office much nearer to me down the road from my house. I do this due to the relationships built with the doctor and staff there. What I like about the office is that while they undoubtedly work at a very fast and seemingly frenzied pace the atmosphere, ambiance, and level of care is anything but. Each member of the team has consistently showed me and my family an excellent level of care and concern and the doctor has excellent bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: I took my 3 year old daughter for her first dental exam. Before we arrived my daughter told me that she was a little scared. I reassured her that it wouldn’t be a scary visit and that I would be with her the whole time. The moment we walked in they bright her a name tag to put on her shirt and a cute red cape that she could take home. Corinna took us back and was so cute with my daughter. She explained all the instruments she was using along the way which helped put my daughter at ease. Madi was another assistant that joined us during the checkup. Both girls were so kind and cute with my daughter. When the dentist came in my daughter said she was scared of the man and didn’t want to lay down in the chair. The dentist said that the big chairs can be scary for little kids, so he had me hold her in my lap and lay her head in his lap across from me. This helped to comfort my daughter. All in all this was a win for me as a mom, and for any future visits my daughter has! Thank you all for the wonderful experience!!!

Fantastic experience: My kids really enjoy this dentist office. All the assistants are so nice and friendly and make the kids feel important. We went today to get a stubborn tooth pulled out and everything went super smooth and quick. Bri was or assistant today and she was great. Definitely a good pediatric dentist office.
