Fantastic experience: I had an emergency with my molar last night, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and supportive. Since I’m not from the U.S. and my English is limited, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to explain myself well, but Dr. Zachary and the team took the time to help me understand the situation and the best treatment option. Thanks to them, I’m feeling much better now. I’m truly grateful to Charlotte Emergency Dental and highly recommend them if you ever have a dental emergency.

Fantastic experience: I wish there were 10 stars! Everyone here is fantastic. After being told by an oral surgeon there was nothing that could be done for the pain I was in outside of major surgery ir waiting to hope it resolved, I was in and out of here in an hour minus 3 bone spicules and a lot of pain!!! I was as good as new after suffering for weeks!

Was So down to earth he came out from the back to greet me and talk to me about my issue he was amazing and so caring and great at informing me and helping me he is definitely a people’s person I recommend the clinic 10/10 if you ever need a dental emergency you will not be disappointed . Fantastic experience: I just got my bottom two wisdom teeth removed, the procedure went phenomenally and I’m healing up just fine. Not only does Dr. Williams know exactly what he’s doing, but he also made the experience very enjoyable and fun with his unique personality. I’d highly recommend this dentist to anyone! I will definitely be coming back for any future problems or check ups!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wright was absolutely phenomenal. Over the weekend I quickly developed severe wisdom tooth pain due to infection & inflammation. I was seen first thing Monday morning as a walk-in and could not have been more pleased. Dr. Wright was able to extract my wisdom tooth with local anesthesia & quickly bring an end to my pain. I cannot recommend their dental office though!!

Negative experience: Even though they didn’t want to pull the tooth that is giving me problems. They recommended me it would be best to save the tooth than pulling it. And it would cost about 5k to fix the 4 teeth.

Fantastic experience: Excellent location for emergencies. Staff awesome and Dr Wright is very very knowledgeable. I was there with severe dental pain and Dr Wright pin pointed the root cause of the pain. I wish they were closer or had a branch office near Huntersville NC

Fantastic experience: I had a crown become dislodged and this was the only place open on a Saturday that could get me in. They cleaned up the crown and temporarily reinstalled it. The dentist that I saw recommend a new crown be made but given that I had driven 2.5 hours to this facility, he suggested that I find a dentist closer to home for this procedure. It was nice to have someone offer you the best solution and not be pushy in order to make a buck. I would highly recommend this facility. Everyone from the front desk, to the ladies doing X rays and the dentists were all exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I went in with the worst tooth pain that the devil could deliver, but once Dr. Zachary laid his hands on that tooth, that devil was gone that same day. I said thank you Jesus, but I was talking to Dr. Zachary. The customer service was friendly, kind and fast...didI say fast! I had to phone a friend. I would love to go back, but I have no reason to. Fantastic experience: Dr. Williams and Erin were absolutely incredible. I went in with a broken tooth and they found another pressing issue. Dr. Williams is creative, incredibly knowledgeable, very clear in his explanations, and is so personable. I’ve never had such a thorough experience. He has an infectious joy and positive demeanor- clearly loving what he does and helping his patients.

Positive experience: I had a dental emergency to take care off while traveling and was referred to CDE; the staff was very helpful and Dr. Zach did a great job explaining my options and no pressure or push for specific treatment. It was a difficult decision to make but I went with extract option and due to broken tooth issue it was more complicated scenario but after all the doctor and nursing staff did their best and to provide best care for their patients. I have to deal with some post-op issues but that is normal risk you take with any surgery or major restoration work.

I went to Charlotte Emergency Dental and they were able to place a temporary crown that same day, which was important because the missing tooth was very prominent. There was not a long wait. Fantastic experience: My husband had a cracked wisdom tooth that was causing him an immense amount of pain. Of course, it happened on a weekend, and I searched everywhere for a dentist office opened on a Saturday. I found Charlotte Emergency Dental and called them immediately. They were so helpful & nice! We were able to be seen same day & my husband got his problem tooth removed. We’re so thankful for them! You won’t find a better emergency dental service anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I was a walk-in at 2pm...got me right back & x-rayed. I'm TERRIFIED of the dentist but with this one....not even!!! Dr. Wright has such a calm & relaxing energy!!!! He took the time to explain my teeth & problem in general, for this it was a very easy fix, a simple extraction. Only thing I didn't like was they don't accept dental insurance and it's pricey!!! However, they will give you paperwork you needed to file. I imagine it's so pricey because ATP it's an emergency visit and you're basically willing to do whatever to get yourself out of pain!!! This was truly the best dental experience I've ever had and I would go back to him for regular visits!!! Thank you for alleviating my pain!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was able to make a walk in appointment immediately. The receptionist behind the desk listened and answered all of my questions professionally. All of the staff were kind and considerate. It felt like they understood that coming to the dentist with an emergency is not how everyone wants to end their day. But kindness makes a difficult situation better and all of the staff demonstrated this. Dr Curtis has an easy going and calm demeanor which helps relieve the anxiety and that the problem was not as bad as I thought & I was reassured that whatever the issue was, it was going to get fixed.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best service I have ever received. The services were affordable and convenient, and the dentist was very straightforward and reasonable. The fact that I was able to get my issues taken care of on the same day, for cheaper, was very surprising to me. All of the other dentists were already booked out for weeks and would have cost more to do less. They also didn't lecture me for not having dental insurance which was incredible. I will be going back for future procedures.

Fantastic experience: This place is AMAZING! Very authentic wholesome vibe first of all. I first started coming here working with Dr. Willams. He is a BRIGHT you man that probably can be private and get top dollar in my 56 years of experience alive. My wife a medical manger for 16 years really expressed and illustrated the value and quality of his work. I see Dr. Willams as a high quality dentist with young kids and a wife. We feel lucky to be in his orbit. My wife found Dr. Willams when my daughter was in town with a DENTAL EMERGENCY on a SUNDAY back then. He SAVED the day and really made an impression! He examined my wife later and did an makeover of my wife smile. She has a million dollar smile with high technology imagining and precision. He also did a little work with me and now I am moving forward with a Treatment Plan to do implants. We saved so much money because Dr. Willams does what he says.This guy can Easily GO PRIVATE. This is why i been feeling a little lucky especially how things are now in the market place. A real, "Bang for you buck". The staff manages well under duress when they are super busy as an Emergency Dental facility. Amazingly, they still have a smile on there face as they move through with flow with grace. They really try to accommodate every case that comes in and that is very respectable to me. Very wholesome care when one needs it the most. Fantastic experience: I visited Charlotte Emergency Dental for a root canal. I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. The staff were friendly and informative. They meticulously and professionally guided me through the process , gave me all the options to weigh the pros and cons of doing the surgery. Dr. William and his assistant were warm, professional and addressed all my concerns with care and clarity. They gave helpful advice on improving my technique without sounding judgmental.

Positive experience: Sunday morning, horrible toothache. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Dr Williams was pleasant, full of zeal and anxious to help. I felt comfortable with him and trusted his decisions. I return in two days to finish procedure.

Fantastic experience: On the Saturday following the 4th of July, my spouse and I visited the dentist office. The establishment was extremely crowded, and we spent approximately 3 1/2 hours waiting. The wait time was justified, as we were aware of the potential delay due to only walk-ins on the weekend. My spouse required a tooth extraction. We were fortunate to be served by Dr. Zachary Williams. You could tell he enjoys his job. He was personable, friendly, and efficient. Once my spouse was seated in the chair, the process was quick. The procedure, which involved numbing and pulling the tooth, took approximately 20 minutes. My spouse reported hearing a crack during the extraction, however, the doctor confirmed that it was a clean extraction and was able to remove all of the bone. We are greatly appreciative of the professionalism and compassion displayed by all staff members.

Fantastic experience: They are friendly and accommodating, quick service for walk-ins, modern equipment and clean environment, treatment options are completely explained and questions are answered. They do not work with insurance, however you can file a claim with your insurance company to be reimbursed. They do have payments options available. I came into the office with a broken and decayed tooth that has had me in pain for days. As a person who has terrible anxiety when I comes to the dentist they made my experience very comfortable and calming. I saw Dr. Z Willams….friendly, comforting, understandable and relatable. Dr. Williams’ recommendation tooth extraction. He explained the procedure to me and I will be returning to get it done. Dr. Williams eased majority of the pain I’m in to get me to my extraction date. Will return with an update.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Williams was the most awesome dentist !!! My husband had went in with enormous pain!! The worst I had seen him in 33 years! Dr. Williams was so great— he made my husband comfortable with a great and knowledgeable attitude!! His staff (the twins) — are a the perfect team with him. Negative experience: Absolutely would not recommend — unprofessional experience and overpriced. I had a really disappointing experience at this dental clinic. While the front office staff was friendly and welcoming, the actual dental work was extremely unprofessional. The environment felt chaotic and unorganized — at times it honestly felt more like a frat party than a dental office. I went in to fix a chipped front tooth, and the result was extremely poor. The filling they placed doesn’t match the color of my tooth at all — it’s clearly visible and looks unnatural. During the procedure, water was splashing everywhere, including all over my face and into my eyes, despite me wearing protective glasses. I was initially told the filling would cost $325 after paying $99 for the initial visit. However, I was later charged $425 for the procedure (bringing my total to $525). I assumed the $99 was rolled into that, but it wasn’t. When I asked about the unexpected extra charge, I was told someone from their billing team would follow up. No one ever did. To make matters worse, my regular dentist reviewed the work and said it needs to be completely redone — and agreed I was severely overcharged. Avoid this place at all costs. The work is substandard, communication is poor, and you’ll likely end up paying far more than expected for results that may need to be corrected elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I had not 1 but 2 infected teeth that they Dr Williams was able to extract same day. The process was simple and very quick honestly ! I am so glad he was able to remove the teeth from my mouth relieving me of so much pain. I was prescribed pain meds also which has helped aid with the after pain with extraction. Highly recommended if you experience excruciating pain with your teeth you want gone !

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10stars I would. The staff was kind, patient, helpful and very compassionate. They made a very difficult situation smooth, and as painless(as possible). After having a HORRIBLE, horrible horrible experience at Gaston Family Dental earlier the same day, my faith is restored and my problem is fixed. God Bless the Wonderful staff at this clinic. They took me same day and everyone- from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist were all so friendly and took care of me so quickly! They were also very upfront about the visit fee and did not add any surprise costs on top of that, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

Went in with a hugely infected tooth and while it wasn't able to be resolved that day because it was so badly infected, he gave me better antibiotics and pain reliever than the ER. I went back 2 days later for the extraction, which was over before I knew it. Everyone is kind and compassionate, everything was explained thoroughly, and while no one likes these kind of visits, his humor, understanding, and encouragement go a long way. Overall a very positive experience, going back again for other emergent work. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I could get long winded but I’ll just say that they were so helpful from beginning to end. Everything was so easy. The Dentist made sure I didn’t feel Any pain. I got my wisdom tooth extracted and even after was able to head straight to work. After my numbing medicine wore off I didn’t even need the pain medics I was prescribed. I literally felt No pain. Also, great office staff.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain I came in crying!! It was horrible. The office wasn’t crowded at all and as soon as the dentist seen me he got me out of pain. Amazing dentist ! I think his name was Dr. wright he pulled my tooth in under 3 minutes. It was the fastest procedure I’ve ever had done and after the numbing medication wore off I was in no pain. Fantastic experience: Dr. Z has been kind to me. I came to this office with unbearable pain, and he thought I needed a root canal.He prescribed an antibiotic for the infection and has worked with me as I save up for the cost of the root canal. If you need emergency dental care, come to him. He will help you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. William did an excellent job, always with a good attitude, it was an implant that was perfect without pain and quickly healed. I'm grateful to the Staff. I went twice to the emergency room and they solved my problems. Dr. Curtis is also excellent, he repaired a bad job that they did to me in another state, very professional.

Positive experience: They were kind and quick to action knowing how much pain I was in. They made sure my mouth was nice and numb before moving any further. I am so happy with the results the only thing I didnt like about it is how pricy they are and how they don’t accept insurance other than that anytime I need something done asap they are my go too even though they are a little far from me. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind paying a pretty penny

Fantastic experience: My front veneer tooth cracked off after being on for over 20 years. The staff at Charlotte Emergency Dental were very considerate and supportive throughout the whole process of getting my temporary crown put on. Dr. Williams is phenomenal! I have no doubts my permanent crown is going to look just like my other tooth.

Fantastic experience: Literally had the best experience with Dentist Curtis Wright and team at CED!! From the time I called to leaving, the staff was welcoming and thorough. The Dentist made sure I was numbed and was comfortable the entire time, he walked me through the procedure all the way to the end and I literally felt no pain!! No pain!! I highly recommend them and the payment plan on top of everything was affordable and a quick in and out visit. You cannot beat a painless dentist visit with a welcoming atmosphere!!

Fantastic experience: This little clinic is a lifesaver! I ended up making a couple of trips there over a two week period and received exceptional dental care by Dr. Williams. Lines can be long without an appt so plan accordingly.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the service I received. I was a walk-in patient with an abscess in a molar tooth. I was promptly greeted when I walked in and treated professionally and courteously during my visit. The staff was wonderful and I was quoted my treatment price up front and given options after it was shown and discussed with me what was going on with my tooth that was hurting so badly. Dr. Wright is a true master when it comes to numbing the infected area because I felt nothing during the extraction procedure. I was shocked at how painless it was. I am recovering nicely while following the do and don't list given to me. No one wants a dental emergency but I obviously chose the right place to call and was well taken care of. Most importantly to me is that I am no longer in pain and my jaw is no longer swollen. Thank you again to the staff here.

Fantastic experience: Had a piece of a cracked tooth break off on Friday night. My regular dentist is closed on the weekends and so I went to Charlotte Emergency Dental on Saturday. They x-rayed tooth told to come back on Sunday for treatment, either root canal or tooth extraction. The dentist was able to save the tooth with a root canal. Very satisfied with my experience. The dentist was great, the staff was great.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. I went in on a Saturday morning for a concern that couldn't wait until Monday. I waited for a little over an hour and saw Dr. Williams. He had an amazing attitude and explained what needed to be done. I did have to return the next morning to have the procedure performed (it was because of my overwhelming anxiety), but I went in prepared and much more relaxed. You do have to pay for services out-of-pocket at the time of the appointment then submit your own claim for reimbursement if you have insurance. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Williams!
