Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dental office by Hometown Urgent Care with a broken tooth. The great staff at Walnut Creek Dental scheduled and saw me within the hour. Thank You

Negative experience: I’ve never experienced after months and a MONTH,Tooth sensitivity meaning that I can’t bite burgers,I can’t eat chips like Doritos or a apple without my teeth hurting that they’ve done.Multiple touch-ups done to my teeth and still the same results.Flossing doesn’t help with this problem,My teeth also got shaved down a lot as if I was going to get veneers my back tooth doesn’t even touch my bottom tooth anymore.Half of my left tooth in the back is gone and the other side is there.I am young and have healthy teeth.

Negative experience: Thank you for permanently ruining my ability to eat and lying to me about how long it would take to heal from major surgery. I will change my review once I'm no longer in pain.

Fantastic experience: So I just love doing reviews for good experiences. This place was AMAZING! Very clean, everyone was nice and personal. My tech was Abby, she was so sweet. We had a good chat, I really hope she has a safe delivery and healthy baby. My doctor was sweet as well, loved both of them. Once I look for her name I'll edit this and put it in here, I'm sorry I forgot ‍♀️ But all in all it was a great experience. So glad I switched to this office, the comfort dental I was coming from scared me with their reviews after the pandemic so I had to find a new dental office for my husband and myself. Was a good choice this place, anyone looking for a new dentist won't be disappointed with this place. My husband had a great experience as well and he had to have work done and was nervous, well that might not be the right word for it, but he didn't like it. But he told me the doctor was very nice and gentle, he had no problems and doesn't even mind going back regularly for his checkups. Great choice here. Give them all the stars

Negative experience: After two reschedules and almost 6-7 months later, less than a week before my very first appointment was scheduled they decided to tell me they do not take my insurance. (Not the first time they cancelled my appointment last minute) Wish I would've known this back in March or February when I initially scheduled! Very frustrated with their lack of communication when I asked multiple times over the last couple of phone calls. If you want them to follow through with your appointments or at least communicate any potential complications-- I suggest going elsewhere.

Positive experience: Hygienist was great but told me she was going to give me a fluoride treatment because my insurance pays fir it. I said ok but when I went to front desk they charged me. I told the receptionist and she did nothing. This is the second tine something like this has happened to me. Be careful.

Fantastic experience: Walnut Creek Dental East has a very professional,and friendly staff from the moment you walk in. Reception was very friendly, and on point. The rest of the staff that assisted Dr. Bartlett and Dr. Bartlett herself were very efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, and very friendly, and caring as well. My wife had her oral surgery done at Walnut Creek Dental East as well, and we definitely recommend them to others looking for exceptional dental work, and wonderful staff, and atmosphere!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lydick is absolutely as caring and loving as his mother was when she was my dentist at Walnut Creek. This is the best dental office. They all take their time with you and are so friendly and kind. I’m grateful and thankful.

Negative experience: I felt bad for the longest time but I was in the right and they were in the wrong. I asked for my tooth back and they absolutely refused after I asked 3 times! Then said it's just against their office policy.. but that's completely illegal and the CDC plus so many other sources explain that it is completely illegal for them to refuse to give an extracted tooth back to the patient. It used to not be allowed but it has been allowed for quite a few years now. I had to call the Ohio State Dental Board and they were not happy with this Walnut Creek Dental East! The Ohio State Dental Board called the dentist office for me that very minute as I sat in my car in their parking lot. The dentist office called me minutes later and tried to talk me out of wanting it back, then finally told me to come get my tooth and hung up.. but on that same call she said we're not going to see you anymore because you called the board (obviously their pride was hurt). I went straight in and picked up my tooth and a letter terminating me as their patient that they typed up so fast it has a spelling error.. Though the letter said it's because I made them reach into the waste bin with needles... Not the first 2 times I asked and you said no! All very unprofessional especially not apologizing to me as I was completely in the right and extremely concerning that they do not know the laws. And they have over a almost a 5 star rating. Sad. I also have PROOF that I have all of my extracted teeth from OSU College Of Dentistry. I also have proof that CDC and OSHA have let dentists give extracted teeth back to their patients for a while now. I have added the non-personal information of the CDC

Fantastic experience: This was my 1st IV sedation procedure with a dentist. Everything went very well and was done quickly. Doctor was super nice and helpful as well as her dental nurse. Very good experience now just healing up from my wisdom tooth extraction.

Amber (dental hygienists) is really good at her job, and Dr. Kollis was gentle and explained everything to me in detail. She answered all my questions and gave me different options of how to tackle my dental issues. Also, the woman who did my measurements for my partial was great as well. I have nothing but praises for all of them. And they take CARESOURCE!! Who knew!

Positive experience: The hygienist was very nice and thorough, explaining my x-rays and going over my possible options to get my problem areas fixed. She just wasn’t focused at task on hand. It was like her mind was elsewhere. There are too many confirmation texts and emails. If I confirm once, don’t keep bothering me. Then I receive conflicting messages for the time I should arrive. It’s frustrating! Dr. Kevin is great. Friendly and thorough in explanations of what needs done.

Negative experience: At first the denture felt good they was trying to fix somthing the next time I went in they were way to big I mean if I talk the top fall out the bottom they didn’t even try with those but the lady u c with the dentist put some goo on upper denture put them in my mouth which was done before but I was lying down she kept her hands in my mouth I started gaging an she wouldn’t move her hands til some of my throw up touch her that was uncalled for an I told her after she moved her hands an I was able to talk that that’s why people don’t go to the dentist she didn’t say a word she did it on ppurpose they couldn’t get the denture to fit idk but I will never go back there an if my son or friend was with me an that would of happen her hands wouldn’t be in my mouth

Negative experience: ALL the work I had done at this dentist office had to be redone (less than 4yrs) which cost me an additional 2k. I should have know better when the doctor couldn’t complete the add on of my crown after taking multiple impressions and multiple visits. This is by far one of the WORST dentist office. They also lie about what teeth need to be corrected to make money!

Fantastic experience: As soon a I walked in the door I was greeted by the desk clerk. From there I had a smooth journey. The dental hygienist was super sweet (apologies, I forgot her name) and took me step by step during my cleaning. This is my 2nd visit to Walnut Creek Dental and they have a client for life. I did see the dentist regarding a chipped tooth and she was able to squeeze me in to repair it! I was willing to schedule an appointment for that but they were able to do it the same day! A wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: Always the best service and such a friendly staff! They’re always straight forward with me and always looking out for my best interest. If it wasn’t for Georgia and the staff, I wouldn’t have known I had gum disease. After going to the my previous dentist for a good 10 years they would just clean my teeth and say “see ya in 6 months”. Never told me about my underlying issues. Of course I was beyond shocked when I found out. If your dentist does what mine did then you need a second opinion. I’ve learned so much from this staff and I’m beyond grateful. I’d give them 10 stars if it was an option. ❤️

They didn’t get frustrated with the questions I asked and they even asked me if there was anything else I’d like to ask which makes me feel like I wasn’t just a get in and get out patient. Fantastic experience: The most KINDEST understanding dentist office I’ve ever been to. I got light headed during some scans and my tech escorted me to a chair and made sure I was stable, offered me muffins with cold water to keep my blood sugar up and a blanket when I started shivering. The dentist explain everything super clear to me and even went over my questions with care. This is the office for you if you’re a nervous young adult!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone in this office is so kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, and they provide great, high quality care! This was the most comprehensive dental appointment I’ve ever experienced. They took x-rays and photos, checked my gums, and provided an oral cancer screening (which I’ve never had before). The whole time they walked me through everything that was being done and answered all my questions thoroughly. I look forward to coming back again!
