Fantastic experience: Extremely pleased with my Invisalign results! I will admit, I was initially skeptical that the treatment would take both a year less and cost a thousand dollars less than what other orthodontists quoted me. However, after much research and talking to Dr. Wollock and watching his youtube videos I was satisfied and decided to proceed with treatment. His credentials and years of experience speak for themselves - Dr. Wollock is very well renowned in the field and actually teaches other dentists on Invisalign treatments. His methods may seem "unorthodox" but trust the process and follow what the staff tells you. Never seen a medical office that is so efficient and well run. Most of the staff is really nice. I remember that I accidentally overpaid $200 and got a call from the front desk to come to take it back. Highly recommend and my teeth went from being misaligned and crooked to being perfect!

Fantastic experience: I’ve now had 3 appointments at this office and like going here. They’re always quick to get me in for an appointment and friendly. I appreciate their thorough explanations throughout each appointment and Dr. Wollocks’ humor. Billing has been confusing at times but the staff has always helped to answer my questions. I have been unable to find a patient portal on their website, I think it’d be a nice addition to be able to review previous appointments and cost breakdowns. I also think they need some fun gas station sunglasses so you can feel cooler sitting in those dentist chairs. ✨

Negative experience: Saying someone’s falsely accusing when they’re visibly upset, went viral, & told their truth is disgusting. No one has the time nor the day to make that up about a business. Don’t think you’re exempt for penalties just because of your position.

Negative experience: Update again either this “Dr” has an attitude problem and lets his staff act a fool, or they simply don’t know how to conduct business. Please be aware of going to a business run by people who can never take accountability for their actions. There’s no way every bad review is fake like all I see is you claiming everyone is falsely accusing you lol. Please take accountability. Aren’t Doctors and the people working at their establishment suppose to be intelligent adults and not little kids who likes to talk back when they are in the wrong? I suggest you to consider your work ethic and elevate your ways in business because I never heard of a dental office needing to offer products for a good 5 star review. Your work should showcase that but you seem to spent more times fighting in Google reviews. I didn’t like the attitude the staff speaks to me over the phone. I get that you can be “busy” but when I ask for the closest appointment available why am I left on hold for over 5 minutes. Then to have the nerve to have an attitude when I asked what they’re doing is really inappropriate/ unprofessional to say the least. PSA to whoever is running this Google page when someone come to you with a critique it’s best to try to do business with gratitude and not claiming everyone is falsely after you. Clearly customer service is lacking on all fronts for this establishment from front desk to back end.

Negative experience: I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with this clinic. Due to a scheduling conflict, I called to reschedule my 4:30 PM consultation today. Instead of being understanding, the front desk gave me two difficult options: 1. Come in later today — even though I had clearly stated I had an emergency. 2. Reschedule for next week, but forfeit the $89 deposit I had paid, which would then be applied toward treatment. They also told me the $3,280 orthodontic discount would only be honored if I showed up today. The $600 discount shown on their website, I was told, only applies to those who attend today’s appointment. If I wanted to lock in the price for later, I’d have to agree to make the $89 deposit non-refundable. None of this was explained before I paid the deposit. How can anyone agree to treatment without knowing the terms clearly? When I politely asked for a refund and said I didn’t feel comfortable, the receptionist simply said “OK” and hung up on me. No explanation, no professionalism — just slammed the phone. I felt disrespected, stressed, and honestly shocked. Eventually, they processed the refund — but not before putting me through unnecessary rudeness and confusion. If this is how new patients are treated before even walking through the door, I can’t imagine what the actual treatment process would be like. Proceed with caution.btw. This my friend tell me To go here. But i feelings very bad here

Positive experience: Straightened my teeth with Invisalign for a good price. The majority of the staff was kind and professional, but I would not recommend Dr. Wollock. I had Invisalign treatment almost five years ago, but Dr. Wollock’s unprofessionalism and poor bedside manner still pop into my head from time to time when I clean my retainer. I saved money by going there, but in hindsight, the savings weren’t worth it at all. (Also worth mentioning that I was offered free whitening gel in exchange for a 5 star review, so the average rating is likely higher than it should be)

Fantastic experience: From my first consultation for Invisalign, to fillings and cleanings, I felt completely comfortable, with Dr Wollock. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. I had to get a second opinion for general dentistry, and I was glad I did, I transferred my care to Dr Wollock. He knew exactly what needed to be addressed and provided options. Every appointment has been seamless, and as an anxious patient, he walks you through the entire process.

Negative experience: I called yesterday to attempt to book an appointment for my daughter and I was met with rude hostility. Reading from the comments, this is an issue. Update AFTER the dentist replied: If I was recorded on the phone, They do not advise that they are recording nor would I consent to that because in Pennsylvania it is illegal to Record without consent. That being said, I have proof of the phone call on my phone. I have proof of the length of it so this is not an erroneous review. This is actually factually accurate.

Negative experience: I cannot begin to share my level of frustration with Dentistry at SS. I went through all invisalign treatments and one year later I paid for new retainers ($700+). It's taken more than a month to receive them. They didn't even call to reschedule picking them up. I was the one that called a week past the original pick-up to find out what's happening. When I did call I was placed on hold for more than 8 minutes. I hung up. When they called back I was interrupted twice by the receptionist and once by Dr. Wollock himself. I was told I was being impatient and they can't control supply chain. I understand that...but what they can control is how they communicate with their patients. I know they offer an affordable option for invisalign, but in my opinion it's worth paying more to be treated with care and kindness as a patient of the service (especially when it's an elective procedure). Be forewarned - go elsewhere if you can.

I also thought it was odd that I’d be eating with the aligners in—but honestly, after a little trial and error, I got used to it quickly. In fact, I’ve never cleaned my teeth more consistently in my life! The system has worked really well for me, and I haven’t had any hygiene or staining concerns. I’ve read some of the negative reviews, and while everyone is entitled to their opinion, I feel strongly that Dr. Wollock sets realistic expectations from the start. Medicine—especially something like orthodontics—is not always predictable, and it requires both practitioner expertise and patient compliance. This isn’t a quick-fix or one-size-fits-all situation; it’s a collaborative effort. Unfortunately, modern medicine can sometimes feel like it’s more about customer satisfaction than patient responsibility. But the reality is that every treatment has its risks and benefits, and success often depends on how closely patients follow the plan. Dr. Wollock provides the roadmap—you have to do your part too. If you’re looking for an experienced, straightforward, and caring provider, I highly recommend Dr. Wollock. He takes the time to educate and guide you every step of the way.

Negative experience: Be carful guys. This is definitely not the right place for Invisalign, the price is cheaper than others but the catch is doctor Wollock is just a dentist not an orthodontist, he wont be able to move your teeth to the right position, I have been with him for almost 4 years and my teeth went from a problem to another problem, even though I thought my teeth didn't have a big problem. and now I paid another price with an orthodontist, he was shocked when he saw the final results. He terminated the plan even I wasn't happy at all. He also flatten my teeth in the second visit without my consent and I thought he was removing the buttons. be carful other reviews don't seem legit to me to replay to your response: first dont get mad cause im only saying the truth. You told me it would last one year in our first meeting but it turn out way more.. again almost 4 years. Here is the process: the first set of tray he will have you look at the preview (movement of teeth), I disagreed about moving my teeth that way, then he convinced me that we are going to add more trays. second visit you only deal with his assistant, every time they will mention you are done with your plan, and you will have to convince them somehow that you want more trays and not happy with results ( they push you to end the plan - not their fault cause they been told so I'm sure ), then they will ask you how do you want your teeth, they take notes and when you start the plan again you will notice your teeth are moving completely different than what you told to the assistant, then I was stuck in this irritation and they never got fixed, it was a waste of time, energy and effort. Not all teachers are competent. he does have many costumers cause they do a lot of advertisement, for me lesson learned never again a dentist for moving teeth.

Negative experience: While I have not been a patient at Dr. Wollock office myself, my family has been significantly impacted by his unprofessional behavior. As a physician, I find it deeply disturbing to witness how Dr. Wollock responds to patients leaving negative reviews trying to share their experiences. Instead of addressing concerns and trying to improve his practice, he criticizes and accuses these patients of being “fake” or “illegitimate.” It feels like he has a prepared template to suppress any negative feedback rather than trying to find solutions to improve patient care, which I find unethical and unprofessional. One recent incident involved my wife, who left a recent review detailing her experience with a dental filling that cracked just two weeks after being treated. Instead of addressing her concerns, Dr. Wollock responded dismissively, blaming her for the issue and even suggesting she was at fault for grinding her teeth. My wife came home shaken and distressed by his attitude, and it deeply concerned me as a medical professional to see a doctor treat a patient in such a way. I tried to calm her down and figure out the most reasonable course of action. Researching his office, I found an unusually high number of suspiciously positive reviews given the size of his practice. So I started to read 1-star reviews reflecting similar complaints about unprofessional behavior and dismissive responses to valid concerns. I noticed that Dr. Wollock's responses to these reviews mirrored the dismissive behavior we experienced firsthand, confirming my concerns. We decided to find a new dentist, and thankfully, the new office has been professional and competent. My wife was actually surprised by how well her new dentist addressed the issue, something Dr. Wollock failed to do. Mistakes happen, but a decent healthcare professional acknowledges them, communicates respectfully with their patients, and offers solutions. I sincerely hope Dr. Wollock will focus on improving his skills and professionalism, rather than criticizing his patients online to cover up his shortcomings. I highly recommend seeking dental care elsewhere, as my family’s experience with Dr. Wollock was deeply disappointing.

Negative experience: I haven't experienced anything like this before. I had a good experience on my first visit—I had a broken filling that was fixed very quickly (though not properly as I know now), and the staff was friendly. I booked a teeth cleaning appointment for two weeks later, considering this place for my regular dental checkups and treatment. On my second visit, I received news from the doctor that the new filling was cracked and needed to be replaced. When I mentioned that it had only been two weeks since I got this filling, the doctor seemed annoyed and, in a high-pitched tone, mostly blamed me for grinding my teeth. I was stunned because the last thing that I expected is being yelled by the doctor. He said it was my choice, but he would replace it free of charge. Needless to say, I didn’t feel like coming back. The next day, I booked an appointment at another clinic. They couldn’t believe that this was a new filling and kept telling me that there was a cavity that hadn’t been taken care of. They spent much more time properly fixing my tooth and charged half of what Dr. Wollock did. Dentistry at Suburban Square was just a nightmare for me. Now I understand why other dental clinics have an average of 200 reviews, while Dentistry at Suburban Square has around 1,300. The fake good ratings were very misleading. Hope this helps someone avoid being fooled by the image of a successful business while receiving poor-quality treatment and experiencing the doctor's unprofessional attitude. My reply to doctors comment: There was no option between a crown or a filling. The filling was the doctor’s suggestion, and he recommended a crown in the future. Why not own up to your mistake instead of lying about things? Also, my new filling from another clinic is great, and I’m glad I didn’t agree to the ‘free’ filling from this doctor (again, his suggestion was another filling). I paid the other professional to do a quality job, and I’m happy with the result. Please choose another clinic to treat your teeth if you can. Stay safe out there!

Negative experience: If you are considering Invisalign or similar dental treatments, I would recommend seeking the expertise of a qualified orthodontist who can offer a comprehensive and consistent approach to dental care. Dr. Michael I. Wollock initially showed promise, buoyed by his kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has deviated significantly from this initial expectation. From the outset, Dr. Wollock advised against eating with the Invisalign aligners in place, citing the risk of bacteria buildup and potential tooth decay. I adhered strictly to wearing the aligners for 22 hours a day, removing them only to eat and brush my teeth. This regimen was successful in straightening my teeth. However, a subsequent phase of treatment under Dr. Wollock introduced a perplexing change: the instruction to wear the aligners continuously for 24 hours a day, which I adhered to. Dr. Wollock said my Invisalign aligners were not showing the expected wear and tear. However, I adhered meticulously to the treatment plan, wearing them 24/7. The only reason some of the aligners were in decent condition stemmed from my sickness and not having the ability to eat. The situation escalated when my genuine attempts to address the issue were dismissed. Dr. Wollock's response was unprofessional and did NOT align with the patient-centric approach claimed on his website, stating, "Treatment isn't over until you are happy with your smile." It became apparent that finding a constructive resolution was challenging, and I felt compelled to decline signing satisfaction papers. Regrettably, Dr. Wollock insisted on concluding the treatment against my wishes, leading me to seek assistance from another professional who approached my concerns with empathy and a willingness to understand, ultimately providing a more positive experience. Moreover, the orthodontist informed me that this shift was NOT due to non-compliance but rather a specific challenge related to a stubborn gap between my front teeth. Surprisingly, this issue was quickly and effectively addressed by him the following day. It became evident that there was a lack of comprehensive solutions for my case, a realization that came only after seeking a second opinion. Among his team, there was an assistant—whose name I choose to withhold—who demonstrated remarkable professionalism and kindness, attempting to navigate the situation with dignity despite the challenging circumstances. It is important to note that this assistant was NOT responsible for the issues I faced, and therefore does NOT deserve any misplaced frustration. However, Dr. Wollock erroneously claimed that I attempted to verbally attack her. Regrettably, he forced her to feel caught in the crossfire of a patient's disappointment and his unprofessional behavior. Dr. Wollock struggles significantly with handling criticism, perceiving it NOT as constructive feedback but rather as a personal attack. It is concerning to observe that patient dissatisfaction can elicit a less-than-professional response from him, which aligns differently with the expected standards of professional conduct. A particularly troubling aspect of Dr. Wollock's professional demeanor is his response to negative reviews. Rather than approaching such feedback as an opportunity for improvement or understanding, his replies often reveal a defensive posture that can escalate rather than resolve concerns. This reaction reflects poorly on his professional image and contradicts the principles of patient-centered care and open communication. While Dr. Wollock may possess the technical competencies of a capable dentist, his approach to business etiquette and customer service requires significant improvement. The way a service provider responds to criticism is critical, as it not only shapes patient perceptions but also impacts the overall trust and credibility of the practice. This review is a sincere and detailed account of my journey with Dr. Michael I. Wollock. Despite the challenges, I intend NOT to harbor resentment, and I wish Dr. Wollock and his staff the best.

Fantastic experience: I hated my smile and decided to go with Dr. Wollock for invisalign! I am so happy I did it! He and his staff are absolutely amazing - some familiar faces in there :) they make you feel so welcome and at home! Everyone's so kind! The facility is so clean! Even the music keeps you in good spirits if you're at all afraid of the dentist - do not be afraid to come here! I now have my dream smile and I couldn't be happier with my Invisalign results! Dr. Wollock really knows his stuff!!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions I’ve made this year was coming to Dentistry at Suburban Square. The staff is amazing and the results are unbelievable (As long as you wear your trays all day every day) and Im truly thankful for them. Positive experience: Pros: Invisalign costs are cheaper than most offices, majority of the staff are very friendly, office is nice Cons: dentist responds negatively to negative feedback on Google reviews, and there were a couple issues I had with my teeth that were dismiss and I was blamed on not wearing my aligners enough . After my first refinement I just ended the service. I was hoping that the gap caused by my IPR would close over time but it hasn’t, and I still have a canine that is misaligned, which makes me self conscious. Ultimately, it’s been about a year after finishing my treatment but I do feel like I would need to do another course.
