Positive experience: Extreme high pressure to get lots of crowns (8, I believe) done. Last dentist 6 months ago had not identified the need for anything to be done in my mouth. MDA did comment that I took good care of my mouth health, so how could so many issues pop up so quickly? They did back off of some. I demurred and they said some teeth could be accommodated with just fillings. I could not see issues on the x-rays. Again, nothing recommended 6 months ago. Their price was $352 and $473 for a molar. Wow! It is a lot of years since I needed any work done on teeth, but Dr. Google puts that above the high end. They topped that off with a 3% charge for using a credit card.

Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming place! From a fellow patient cracking jokes to the receptionists, to wonderful, wonderful staff. Jenny K. And Jacob are so, so conversational and make cleaning so smooth. So personable, too. I always chat endlessly with them and end up laughing so much. They ACTUALLY make you enjoy the dentist!

Negative experience: I loved my dentist here but calling the office is a horrible experience. Expect to be on the phone respelling your name and confirming your phone number over and over before you’re able to actually speak with someone that can help you. I won’t be returning, not because of the care but because of how painful it is to get in contact with the office.

Fantastic experience: Jake and Dr. Clemens were great. Always attentive and checking with me to be sure I was comfortable during the procedures and explaining what they were doing. Dr. Clemens called me at home a few days later to make sure everything was OK. The office staff were also very friendly and competent in managing the billing, dental insurance and co-pays. I had to find a new dentist after several years due to insurance changes. I feel fortunate to have found Media Dental Associates.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY medical office. They try to push extra services on you and don’t tell you the extra cost. It is super clear that they are just trying to make as much money as possible and do not care about the patients… giving car salesman vibes. Dentist looked visibly disappointed that I did not have cavities. They will not stop contacting me now for a follow-up appointment, even though I asked to be removed from their text messages, they signed me up again! Please be so careful if you do decide to go here. I truly don’t believe that some of these positive reviews are from actual patients.

Negative experience: I was mislead. I specifically asked if they “participated” with my insurance, not just accepted. They assured me that they did indeed participate. They don’t. . Then advised of supposed discounts. They aren’t.

Fantastic experience: The experience the whole staff gave me my last three visits have been amazing! I personally struggle with the dentist and they made it seamless and fun. Want to shoutout JZ who did all my cleanings to make me sparkle ✨ and for dr Tran taking care of All my problems!

Negative experience: Warning: the Billing does not align with the scope / cost that they outline. No wait for new patients and probably for this reason. Service was ok but they often demand two initial visits fyi.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Jenny K, Dr Watson, and Jonathan. Jenny K took care of me most of my visit and was so warm, welcoming, and sweet. She takes her time, is thorough, and her great positive attitude is contagious. Dr Watson is as well very kind and uplifting and will put you at ease. Jonathan who then handled my billing was so kind and positive as well. All three just put a smile on my face and make going to the dentist such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Media Dental Associates! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and professional. The Drs. were very kind the entire time and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. I felt well taken care of throughout the visit. The hygienists were gentle and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. The assistants were wonderful we had great conversations and the administrative team was quick and efficient with handling my appointment and insurance details. Overall, the office was great. I'll definitely be returning for all my future dental needs!

Negative experience: Original 2 start review: We loved the dentist when we started going there. They had everything we need and are in a good location. They do great appreciation events and the staff was super nice. Overall, dentist wise they are great. However, we’ve had an ongoing insurance issue with them and have gotten very little help fixing it. We keep being given the run around and not getting any answers. Insurance has been clear with what is going on and the dentist office just argues with us about it. We’ve approached them about it multiple times and still don’t really have much of a resolution (they did do something as a temporary fix but nothing to fix the major issue). We’re forced to change dentist at this point since no one will help us at this office to get this fixed for good. UPDATE: After posting this review we did get contacted by media dental and they were unaware that the issue was still ongoing. They had assumed that the billing group was handling it. They apologized a ton and worked with us to refund us for the costs incurred as well as work out a way to keep us as patients. UPDATE 3/18/2025: First my review was negative which caused them to reach out. Then I updated it since they worked with us and made it right. Now we're having a billing issue with them again so I have to update my post again. My family has been going here for about a year but I had my first appointment in January. They told me I need 6 fillings which seemed a bit nuts since i've had 4 done my entire life. I prepaid for a few of them and set the appointment. I then consulted another dentist who said they aren't seeing fillings at all and I shouldn't be getting that much dental work done. So I called to cancel my appointment. They are refusing to refund me the money I paid. I've texted, emailed, call, and stopped in and I'm getting the same run around each time. They had no problem taking my money but now they just want to hold onto it and refuse to refund my $192 back to me that I prepaid for a service i didn't get done. They keep telling me that only one person in the office has access to refund the money but that person apparently never actually works. It's been 2 months since I paid them and they won't refund me. This place is a scam between recommending fillings you don't need and then stealing your money.

Positive experience: Had some resin fillings here, and the employees at the front desk were overall great. Super kind, good experience with them, and the little gift bag is pretty cute. Dentist's assistant was pretty cool too. However, generally in the checkup, I was put under the impression that I was just getting rushed out and they just wanted to get stuff done as quickly as possible without explaining. I was told about my copays in the office (roughly $100 for misc services), and put at ease because I was told that I didn't owe anything more. Low and behold, after the resin fillings, I get a statement a full month after my checkup saying I'm past due on my $600 payment and I have to pay it now - my insurance only covered about half. Mind you, I have pediatric insurance under my plan, so it does cover a decent chunk, but I understand now that resin fillings aren't covered. But, I wasn't told what I was getting, I wasn't informed on how to check, I would've had absolutely zero way of knowing ahead of time what I owed because nothing was explained to me despite me asking about my costs. I love to research so if I had just been told the procedures, I likely could've figured out the plan on my own. I work in healthcare too - I understand that working with insurance is hard, and having so many patients to communicate with is hard, but I wish their system was set up in a way where the office seemed like they cared about patient costs. Paying $600 is bearable compared to some of these other reviews, but I'm frustrated that this cost came out of the blue a full month after my checkup. Also, asked one of the dentists about TMJ, he checked my jaw, and said absolutely nothing, dismissed it entirely! My general practitioner recommended I go back to ask about it, but considering how my previous copays have looked, it simply isn't worth it. Super bummed because the office really wasn't that bad, but the flaws that I experienced have definitely resonated with me.

Fantastic experience: I needed an Emergency procedure done and Media dental was able to help me in less than 24 hours. Dr Watson and Jamie were amazing and took great care of me and my pain. The front staff are also very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Update: Dr. Kantner has retired, but my rave review stands due to my hygienist, Jenny K. Jenny K. always makes me feel comfortable and she listens to my concerns. I have some phobias about dental work, and Jenny K. is patient with me, helps me calm down and ensures that my dental cleaning experience is the least stressful it could possibly be. Original review: I love Dr. Kantner! He's friendly, fun and great with me and my kids. Also, he's a great dentist! 5 stars for Media Dental!

Fantastic experience: I usually get very anxious when it's time to visit the dentist but Dr. Tran did an AMAZING job making me feel comfortable and anxiety-free. I first made an appointment for a cleaning and check up. Once Dr. Tran showed me the x-rays, we found not one, but two cavities! Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today and I was really nervous. Due to a turbulent childhood and overall life I haven't been to the dentist since I was between the ages of 14-15 and am now 24. My previous dental visits that I went to as a child were unpleasant and left me feeling really ashamed whenever I'd leave and it didn't help my family wasn't financially able to take me. Skip to now, I had a lot of nervousness being able to go to the dentist again. I wrote a note to the staff about my social anxiety and they were really amazing the entire time I was there. They helped me understand things I didn't quite understand were happening regarding my teeth and gum health and they were very gentle with me when suggesting things I should be implementing into my life style to ensure I take better care of my oral health from here on out. I have an appointment coming up with them to get my cavities filled, and I'm more excited than anxious at this point. Everyone was very personable and pleasant and im very happy to have found such an amazing dentist office and staff. Thanks so much for today and I look forward to my future visits

Fantastic experience: I had my very first appointment yesterday and I must say, I’m blown away! First, I was greeted with a personalized sign at the front desk. What a cute gesture! Then, I had the best cleaning ever with Kelley. Kelley was so gentle when it came to taking X-rays, photos, and a full scan of my mouth. She listened to all of my concerns and made an effort to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Then I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Clemens. What a great doctor he is! He did a very thorough oral cancer screening on me, something you don’t get at every office! He then took the time to do a thorough exam on my teeth and explained all of his findings. I left with 0 questions. As an added bonus, he’s a STUD!! I would recommend this office to anyone! The atmosphere was fantastic. The technology is out of this world. Overall, 10/10 experience

Fantastic experience: Media Dental Associates is the best dentist office I've ever been to. I was hesitant reading the reviews, looking at pictures, how quickly they can schedule appointments, and seeing their special offers because it all sounded too good to be true, sketchy even. I'm glad I gave it a try because my experience was really just that good! I first went for a cleaning with Jenny K- she was so genuine. She really took the time to get to know me and help me get to know the practice. She also walked me through all of my teeth via xray and scan and explained why certain teeth need work (totally debunking the reviews that say they make up the need for work). Jonathan who works at the front desk was super kind and funny and gave me so much free stuff from their promotions- electric toothbrush, whitening kit, a mug, a bag... I went back a few days later for some fillings with Dr. Clemens, who was super sweet! He numbed me up good so I didn't feel a thing. He also checked to make sure my bite felt ok afterwards and my Invisalign retainers still fit. He asked me if I had any concerns or questions about the practice (to which I told him this all seems sketchy and there must be a catch, he laughed). They really just are that good!

Fantastic experience: Update: still the best! Came here and got my braces- for the best rate I was able to find ($2,999) and they still let me do an in-house payment plan on top of that w.o finance charges. You're probably thinking the same thing I was--- too good to be true, but it's legit and the care here is above and beyond. I haven't had one problem with my braces and my teeth are finally looking the way I've always wanted them to. Highly reccomend for yourself or your child!

Negative experience: This office told my 21 year old daughter that she needed 5 crowns, had gingivitis, and multiple cavities. Luckily we sought a second opinion and were told that she had NO need for crowns, NO cavities at all, all her prior fillings were intact, NO signs of gingivitis (she purchased a $30 mouthwash that was 4.99 on Amazon) and this company was ready to perform thousands of dollars of unnecessary dental work!! Disgusted. Proceed with caution!!!

Negative experience: I'm with the office for a few years only because of a doctor that has good hands (that doctor recently left for another office). Otherwise you can expect very pushy treatment suggestions leaning towards products they are working with and very murky and delayed billing, when you cannot get clear billing summaries or a phone call with a finance person who actually might know what is going on. I also experienced too brutal teeth cleaning that hurt for a few weeks in my gums, and a night guard that didn't fit and nobody cared (they just told me that I don't feel what I felt). And only two years after making this guard, a hygienist mentioned that I could have just heat it up so it fits better – in two friking years!

Negative experience: I first visited this dental office in the spring as a new patient. I went there for a regular cleaning and after getting my x-rays, they said that I need deep cleaning to prevent gum disease… I feel scammed cause I don’t think I needed that treatment.. I take really good care of my teeth but somehow they found a way to make me feel like my teeth are horrible (by also trying to get me to consider Invisalign just to close a small gap between two teeth-which I refused ). They gave me an estimate of how much the insurance would cover for the deep cleaning and I agreed to do it, cause I was scared of the fact that the tartar buildup would lead to awful consequences. I paid the rest of the balance that wasn’t covered by my insurance and they told me “we’re good now”. A couple of months later, I received an email saying I have to pay them about $400 more. I also received a paper bill listing a different price. I gave the office a call and they told me that there’s been a mistake and that I don’t owe anything. Next time I visited for my regular cleaning, the secretary told me I have an outstanding balance… after explaining him what I was told, he simply apologized for the confusion and he said he would contact the billing office to fix the issue and receive the right bill. I asked the hygienist why I’m being charged when I was literally told that I owe nothing, and she said that the insurance didn’t cover as much they thought it would, cause they were arguing with the dental office, saying that I did not need the deep cleaning…. I was NEVER told by the dentist or the hygienist that the insurance would not cover for what they initially thought they would before getting the treatment. I’m super disappointed. I keep receiving bills of different prices… I just feel like they care more about the money than providing the right/required care to their patients.

Negative experience: If you are planning to be a new patient or looking for a new dentist - read the negative reviews first for Media Dental Associates. I didn't and wish that I had. I experienced an inappropriate comment from the Dentist, pressure to purchase products and additional treatments and the loss of 2.5 hours as the cleaning appointment was that long. The appointment started with me being greeted by a personalized sign welcoming me which is nice for some but I didn't like it. Then I was given a tour of their office which bothered me because I under tight time constraints (which I mentioned) and found this completely unnecessary. I was then given a lunchbox and water bottle with Media Dental branding. After this, I am called back for my cleaning and had 3 different types of xrays taken (2 out of 3 were covered with my insurance so I am now on the hook for paying an exorbitant bill). I wish it was discussed prior if insurance covered or if these were even necessary. Finally the dentist I was supposed to see wasn't available to review the dental hygienist work so I was then given a different dentist - Dr. Watson. Dr. Watson made a remark that made me very uncomfortable and I felt the other woman in the room was also uncomfortable. I am still rattled about it. After the remark, I was then pressured to get further treatment from them. I was pushed into purchasing a $25 mouthwash that does not look like a legitimate product. I refused all other treatments and products they suggested I buy. After two hours (not all spent on xrays or cleaning), I was left in the chair and waited for additional information I requested. After another 30 minutes the hygienist saw that I was still there and stepped in to help and was able to get me out of there. I left the Media Dental Associates branded lunchbox and water bottle behind for another patient to undoubtedly enjoy. They scheduled several follow up appointments which I promptly cancelled as I got home.

Overall, Media Dental Associates, particularly John and Dr. Tran, provided a top-notch dental experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to over 10 different dental offices throughout PA to deal with TMJ issues and this is one of the best dental and accommodating dental offices I've been to. Media Dental Associates treats everyone like VIP from the first visit. The staff are friendly and welcoming every single time, both in person and on the phone. They are great with appointment reminders and always have flexible booking if I need to change appointment times. The renovated Media location is lovely and spacious too. The dental hygienists and dentists truly care about the health and 'feel' of your teeth. I was lucky enough to sign up for Invisalign when they had a price reduction special last November and within a year my TMJ and grinding issues have completely stopped and my smile is no longer lopsided. If you're looking for a quality and caring dental office, this is it!

Fantastic experience: First class care! I was greeted with a “Welcome Michael” sign at my first visit and I knew right then they were going to go above and beyond for my care. The office itself is brand new, clean and has new tech all around. Besides the nice building, the staff makes you feel right at home with an office tour and just nice personalities all around. I think it’s the first time I enjoyed a dentist’s visit!! Thank you MDA!!!

Not only did she completely put me at ease about my dental treatment, she got to know me personally and ensured I was introduced to everyone. I left feeling very knowledgable about my options and excited to return for my next appointment because it was such a pleasant experience.

Negative experience: This place is HORRIBLE!!! They are scammers. I “needed” 4 crowns that they said needed to be handled ASAP. I was scared into paying for one of them out of pocket, while told we would wait for insurance to approve the others. Months go by and nothing happens. I reached out to them and they said insurance hasn’t gotten back to them, but my teeth were in an “emergent” condition and need to be taken care of. I ended up going somewhere else and was told I only needed 1 crown not 4 and it was not emergent after showing my x rays. Also, as a new patient they toured me around the practice to see each and every room as if it was a historical museum. The hygienist asked me my life story to impress the doctor before he quizzed the hygienist to make sure she was doing her job when he came in to see me. Just a very fake, gaudy, and scammy office.

Negative experience: Absolutely unethical. Told me I needed a few crowns and then convinced me to get a full lab work up for the crowns in order to ensure accuracy. When I came back for my consultation they said I would need a few mouth rehab and reviewed a $52,000+ quote. Horrible experience from start to finish. Everyone tries to upsell you and Drs. Diaz and Dr. Jay are completely unethical. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Dr Watson And Argylle are a fantastic team. Dr Watson has done all my dental work including beautiful dental veneers. He does beautiful work. He’s always professional and very gentle. He’s a fabulous dentist.

Negative experience: Back in 2021 I wrote a 5 star review for Media Dental because they gave me a free tooth brush for it...3 years later and I'm changing to 1 star. This place will scam you left and right. There's a reason they're able to remodel their entire office and offer free cruises to patients. My first visit was nice. But since then I've had nothing but issues. I needed 2 crowns and they quoted me $4,500. I have dental insurance (which they accept) and a couple crowns already so I know how much they should cost. They asked me to pay up front and I refused and said the price wasn't right. They ran it again for me and "oops we accidentally charged you out of network prices" and brought the price down to $1,300. BIG OOPS. A few weeks later after receiving the crowns, they send me a bill for $3,200. I call and ask why. Apparently the dentist in their office that did my crowns "personally doesn't accept" my insurance....what? I've never heard of this in my life. They told me my insurance would be sending me checks in the mail that I should deposit, and then pay them. I'm 38 years old and never in my life have I had to do something like this. I ended up getting 8-10 checks in total, it was a mess, extremely frustrating and just seemed sketchy. A year and half later I get yet another bill in the mail for almost $200 that was dated 14 months ago. I call to ask why and they tell me I received a 3rd cleaning in a year and my insurance only covers 2, plus $25 for a fluoride treatment. I argue that I take great care of my teeth but know that I didn't get 3 teeth cleanings in a year. And the fluoride was put on my teeth without even asking if I wanted it, or mentioning it would be a $25 charge. And WHY am I getting this bill 14 months later? They said to call the billing office. I call and explain and they say they'll call me back. They never did. I called 5 more times in 3 weeks with no one picking up or calling me back after my numerous messages, yet I continued to get the bill in the mail. A couple weeks ago my crown fell off because my tooth broke underneath. They said the tooth was too broken and I needed an implant. I have two implants and know how much they cost. They quoted me $10,000!!! My insurance helped with the extraction and crown which brought it down to $7,500, BUT STILL. My last implant cost me less than $3,000. The dental associate asked me right then and there to book the appointment. I said I wanted to ask around and get different quotes. She seemed annoyed and walked away. She came back 15 minutes later and asked if I had made a decision yet because the specialist they bring in is excellent and books fast so I'll have to book today if I want to get it done soon. I felt so pressured and uncomfortable but still I said no. They then called me 2 days after my visit and asked if they had missed my call about getting the implant. I said no and that I received a quote for $3,250 from a well known oral surgeon in Glen Mills. Complete silence on the other end for about 15 seconds and then she told me to have a nice day. I'm never going back there. Avoid Media Dental Associates. They put on a nice face and give you free things but as soon as you get comfortable, they scam you. March 2024 Update: Per their response below, they never reached out, and they never will.

Fantastic experience: Great staff at the front desk! Super friendly! Sue was a super nice and gentle while dealing with the pain in my tooth. Would highly recommend them to anyone! I even got a bottle and reusable bag for new clients!

Negative experience: Dentist made a really inappropriate comment to me. Would be sexual harassment in any corporate environment. Charged me for something but didn’t charge my husband for the same product (even though we’re on the same insurance). I felt uncomfortable and like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of the whole time. Won’t be going back.

Fantastic experience: I love Media Dental Associates they have taken great care of me. I’m one who hates coming to the dentist. Dr. Carey has restored my faith & I now love coming to the dentist. She is very gentle & she listens to her patients. I highly recommend her she does excellent work.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience and highly recommend Dr. Diaz and his assistant Amber. I have always had a fear of the dental chair and needed a lot of work done, but Amber and Dr. Diaz made me feel very comfortable and confident in the procedures. They explained all the steps to me very clearly and everything that was going to be done. Amber even held my hand during my novocaine shot to calm my nerves. They then had me laughing the rest of my appointment. This is now my preferred dentist!

Fantastic experience: Like many, I have extreme anxiety about dental pain. Dr. Diaz and the team kept me as calm as possible and delivered a pain-free extraction. Bravo!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had many not so great experiences at dental offices in the past and have a lot of medical issues that can lead to significant mouth pain. Dr Watson and his assistant Aryglle are amazing and attentive. They listen to my concerns and needs and do their best to always accommodate me. They are patient and communicate with me and I never feel rushed, which to me is HUGE. In a post Covid world, where it’s easy to feel like just a patient number, they take the time to make you truly feel like a patient. And the front office staff is absolutely amazing and kind. They are always smiling and willing to help with any scheduling or billing concerns. I’m very pleased with my care that I receive here.

Negative experience: Had to switch… appointment for cleaning instead did gum check. Told me I need $800 out of pocket gum antibiotics that they would do…. Never cleaned my teeth during visit. And told I needed to make a new appointment to get teeth cleaning which was what I came in for in first place…. Place seems to be more about money and less about care

Negative experience: Edit to my once 5-star review. I went into this office for my 6th appt on 1/6/20. after having 5 appointments with them, from Oct. 2019 to Dec.2019. My daughter had 2 apps with the same insurance in that time frame. I only had 2 more appts left to go in Jan. 2020, and my teeth would have been finished. I was greeted by the receptionist for my 6th appt. and told they did not take my insurance. She said they used to but haven't in at least over a year & not since I became a patient. Even though they gave me co-pays for different amounts for the costs of crowns that I paid for each visit when ran through my insurance. I was left staring at a bill over $5,000. I was extremely confused, considering I had been there & 3 different people had checked me in 5 times previously, also my daughter had been there with the same insurance twice. I left pretty upset. Had I known that they didn't take my insurance, I would have gone to one of the hundred in-network dental offices that do! Then I received a bill in the mail with writing on it, (I'll attach photo of this) claiming that my insurance company paid me part of the money owed, claiming I cashed it, and they wanted it. THIS NEVER HAPPENED! Some insurance companies do remit payments to the patients to give to their medical providers, but our insurance provider does not. This went on for months. Constant bills in the mail, phone calls from them telling me I cashed a check that I did not. I finally got a hold of the right person at my insurance provider, & Lo and Behold, the dental office cashed the check & had it the entire time!! The lady who does billing was very rude. She accused me of stealing money they had all along for months. They gave me the worst anxiety. My insurance company paid a portion even though they were an "out-of-network provider". I still get bills from them, but I don't agree with the amount or the fact that I owe them at all. I was told for 5 appointments by 3 separate receptionists they took my insurance. As my daughter, also has the same insurance. They never billed her! I paid co-pays & the difference in crowns versus what my insurance costs immediately at the appointment. They messed up &1 became extremely rude about it, I only got a 5 second "they found the check" phone call after my insurance company confirmed they cashed it after accusing me of stealing it when they had it all along. FYI: if you write a review for your very first appt., you get a free electric toothbrush. The dentist was great. The billing staff are awful. As I mentioned in my previous review. I thought I called Media Dental. Yes, I asked whether they took my insurance. It's the very first thing I ask. I am also curious about how they were able to come up with co-pays and different amounts for the costs of crowns if they didn't take my insurance. My daughter had 2 separate appts, yet they never sent her anything. Months later they dared to send me a letter stating I was welcome back, they now accept my insurance again. It is 2024 & I still receive bills and I still will fight them. I refuse to pay thousands for their mistake. Old review: I adore this office! From the initial phone call and throughout the appointment, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I only waited 2 days for the appointment itself as they were super fast in getting me in as an emergency case. The receptionist is super friendly and efficient. She is super sweet and made me feel at ease. The dental hygienist Najja was a sweetheart as well, and she was very knowledgeable. She explained everything she was going to do and answered all of my questions. Even the dentist himself made me feel comfortable immediately. He even thought of a plan to have all of my teeth match in shape and color which has always bothered me. I couldn't be more happy. I am excited about my treatment plan because they are fixing issues that have been affecting my self-esteem tremendously. I called Media Dental by accident thinking I was calling another dentist in Media, and it was the best mistake I have ever made.

Fantastic experience: great practice my hygienist was extremely nice which helped relax me and the doctors were very attentive. Drove in when they were having some work done which made it a bit confusing, but luckily they had allot of signs up that helped me find my way :)

Fantastic experience: Today was our first time at media dental. It exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Sue took my anxious 7 year old and made her laugh and smile the whole way through. Mackenzie took the time to call my insurance and throughly explained our coverage. Glad I found this little gem so close to home

Negative experience: My experience at this dental office was not what I expected. I felt very taken advantage of and scammed. The hygienist, Jessica, kept trying to push $30 mouthwash and told me there were two types of cleanings available, one that is zero cost (thru insurance) and the other costs money because it is a deeper clean. I told her multiple times I wanted a basic cleaning. During our cleaning, she expressed that I had 'braces glue' all over my teeth and I wasn't allowed to leave unless the doctor took a look. I have been to the dentist numerous times since I had my braces taken off more than 15 years ago. Never once was I told there was 'glue all over my teeth'. I felt tricked into the expensive cleaning after stating i did not want it. They dont give you prices upfront, they had their 8 month pregnant employee discuss payment with me which felt very uncomfortable because I was visibly upset and dont feel its right to put their employee in that situation. I was then estimated over 1700 for a crown and fillings, I called my insurance and they stated it was a completely wrong estimate. This practice is very transactional and shady. Do not recommend.
