Positive experience: I have been a patient for over 10 years and have always had excellent dental care but for the past couple of years I have not been very happy with the communication from the receptionists or hygienists. There are a couple of ladies that really go out of their way but only after the others have failed to help me. Once my son is done with his Invisalign I will be finding a new dentist office.

Fantastic experience: This was my 5th visit to Integrity Dental and I am amazed at the service I have received. The office staff, hygienists, assistants and Dr Comerci are so very friendly and knowledgeable. From the initial consult to a deep cleaning, two regular cleanings...I got my two crowns today!!!! I came in at 2:30 and when I left at ten minutes after 5 I had two complete permanent crowns!!!! In house lab, state of the art technology and caring and personal service from Dr.Comerci and his assistant Sara and I have a healthy mouth for the first time in years. Highly recommend them to everyone, I have found my forever dental home! Still my forever dentist! Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful care!

I’ve worked with hundreds of dental practitioners and their teams over the past 30 years and retired several years ago . But NO ONE like Dr. Jeremy Thomas and his team !!!!! From the very first appointment he and his team have been caring, compassionate, efficient and very professional!!! I now have had several procedures done and through it all Dr. Thomas has been attentive, caring and compassionate even when I was in pain or my anxiety, nervousness and a little scared at times . Fantastic experience: I needed an implant done to replace a lower left molar. My initial prep appointment (extraction, inserting into bone, etc.) was done in April and my final appointment to add implant was done August 7th. Dr Thomas is personable and he did an excellent job and is clear in his explanations about what to expect and what he's doing. Those working in the receptionist area are courteous and helpful and Shea (who was the assistant I had while I was in the chair getting the implant put in) was very friendly and skilled. The Integrity Clinic is able to make the implant and do all of the work "in-house", which saves time. I feel like they did a great job from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend them for any needed dental work.

Fantastic experience: Integrity dental is a very warm and friendly Office. The dentist and staff are both courteous and professional. I've had. routine cleanings, crowns, and one tooth extraction. Fantastic experience: I recently found my new "dental home" at Integrity Dental. After cracking a tooth on a cashew, I thought it was time for a dental checkup. The word and meaning of "Integrity" was on my mind throughout my experience with the staff I met during my first two dental visits. From the front office staff to Nora & Laticia (dental assistants), Elsa (hygienist) and my new dentist Dr. Thomas, I can honestly say that each individual represented integrity, friendliness and an outstanding level of professionalism. Dr. Thomas is so precise, knowledgeable and caring which makes him quite an asset in the dental world. This dental office is so clean and beautiful. Recently, I had a thorough six month cleaning with Sam the dental hygienist. She did an awesome job of walking me through each step of the procedure. Sam is a delightful and caring person! I was experiencing sensitivity and the start of pain around one tooth and found out after x-rays that I needed a root canal. With Michelle (dental assistant) and my dentist Dr. Thomas performing the procedure, I actually fell asleep during the process! There was no pain or discomfort during the root canal, and I did not need any pain medication after the numbness wore off. Dr. Thomas is the best dentist I've ever had in all of my 71 years!! The dental assistant Michelle was right there with her knowledge and calming voice to help make it a pleasant adventure. I appreciate Joy, Justice, Marilyn and all of the spectacular front office staff. Thank You Always! Two year later, I just moved back to CO, and Dr. Thomas and his team members continue to be outstanding in every way!!!! Thank you so much Lisa (my dental hygienist) for doing such a wonderful, thorough and informative job of cleaning my teeth the other day!! Lisa really took the time and also shared her knowledge with answering all of my dental questions that came up. Watch out for the almonds in the breakfast cereal! I recently broke my old partial (from a different dental office) on an almond. Thank goodness for Integrity Dental and all of the outstanding professionals who work there! Michelle and Daniel were very kind and professional as they used the latest technology to measure me for a new flexible partial. No more of that gooey matter to bite into for the impressions! Positive experience: Dr. G. Thomas was new to my care as I had to leave my current dentist. He was very professional. He did extensive work on my teeth. All of it seems to have been done correctly and done all in one day. I suffered no after effects. His manner and work ethics were great. His assistant Taylor was very attentive. She explained what she was doing as the treatments progressed. She kept checking in on me asking if I was OK. At the end of the day the assistants on duty were not as attentive didn’t even introduce themselves. I had to call out to get one’s attention. The overall experience was very good.

Fantastic experience: Great dental care! Dr Thomas and Shea fitted new lower prosthesis with receives for previously installed posts. These two master sculptors made a challenging assignment into a very pleasant visit. A definite bonus was the opportunity to ask about Jeremy and team again bringing needed dental care to rural Honduras. That’s why I stay with INTEGRITY. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to tell you my experience with Integrity Dental. I have been going there for years. I love Dr. Thomas and his staff. A particular employee, Shea helped me last week. I had gone in for a adjustment on a insert for my lower teeth. I went in very frustrated. I spoke to her and she reassured me all would be ok. She explained it takes several adjustments to get the right fit. She made me feel so relaxed, and she was very reassuring. I was ready to just throw up my hands, but Shea told me to hang in there and they would get it right. When I left that day I felt so much better about the situation. The appointment was just 30 minutes or so. I was so happy. Dr. Thomas, you have a very valuable a employee and I think she and all your team needs a raise. They are professional, and experts in their work. They are always kind, helpful, and cheer me on. Thank you Shea.

Positive experience: I asked for appointment to be long enough to fix tooth, but was only scheduled a consultation. I have to drive an hour to get there. I knew the tooth was broke didn’t need the dr to verify that…

On this visit, I had a new insurance carrier, and was expecting a bit of a delay, but was surprised that it was smooth fro beginning to end. Could not ask for better care. Negative experience: The dentist and technician were nice and thorough. My issue is with the front office. I had a front tooth pulled due to an abscess. The surgeon put in an implant. Since he didn’t do crowns and we had just moved to southern Colorado, I searched for a dentist to do the crown and future cleanings. This office seemed to fit the bill. After months with a gap in the front of my mouth, I was so excited to finally finish this and be able to smile again. When it was time to discuss my portion of the bill, Melissa informed me that my insurance didn’t cover the crown and I was responsible for 100% of it. I knew that was wrong. They paid half of the implant. This office is very high tech and they should be up to date on insurance coverage. My previous dentist and my oral surgeon were. I left in tears because I didn’t have the $2600 and didn’t know how I’d come up with it. I called my insurance and they assured me that I was indeed covered for 50%. They called Melissa who promptly called me and said I was covered. She never apologized or said she would see that their system got updated. The dentist is very nice, but you can’t see him without interacting with the front office. Right now I’m not very comfortable with the front office because of Melissa.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Integrity Dental in Pueblo, Co, for a little over a year. The staff, and Dr. Thomas have been wonderful! They’re caring, patient, and very good at what they do. Today I received a new upper partial. I’ve worn two different partials, over the last 20 years, that I got while living in another state. They were fine. But today, I got my new partial at Integrity Dental, and it far surpasses the others‼️ It felt good when I tried it in. On my way home I stopped and got a breakfast sandwich at Starbucks. After eating the sandwich with my new partial I called to say “Please tell Michelle, Shaya, and Dr. Thomas that I just ate a sandwich and I haven’t been able to chew this well in 20 years‼️ I couldn’t chew on my left side before, but now I can‼️ All my teeth line up perfectly‼️ Tell them I am grateful‼️” As I spoke I began to cry! The poor woman thought I was going to say something bad when I began crying!!! But no, I was crying for such joy‼️Again, thank you Michelle, Shaya, and Dr. Thomas❣️ Also, thank you to all the great staff at Integrity Dental❣️

Fantastic experience: This entire office is amazing!! I recently had a gum graft with Dr. Comerci and Karen. From beginning to end, they were incredible. They made sure the procedure itself was comfortable and I didn’t experience any pain. The follow up was outstanding as well. I’ve had multiple dental procedures throughout my lifetime, and I have never had a better experience anywhere else. Whether it is a routine cleaning or any type of procedure, I would recommend them for all of it!!

Negative experience: First off, I am not a new patient. I show up for all of my appointments. Unfortunately, Integrity Dental decided they want to charge me a $75 cancellation deposit when I made an appointment. Their excuse was because my appointment was 5 months out. It's not my fault that Integrity Dental apparently works on a skeleton crew that requires appointments to be booked that far out. I find it interesting that Integrity Dental uses the word "integrity" in their name. The definition of integrity is: The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Trust is a two-way street. If they won't trust me, then I won't trust them. I've canceled my appointment and will go elsewhere!

Positive experience: My daughter arrived on Wednesday, May 14th at 11:05 for her 11:00 appointment. She checked in at the desk and she waited for another 9 minutes. The dental hygienist Sam brought her back at 11:14a. Instead of greeting her she told my daughter “if you had been 1 minute later, we would have to reschedule you”. My daughter sat in the waiting room for 9 minutes waiting to be seen, why would that cause them to reschedule her? Honestly, it wasn’t a very welcoming experience. We’ve been going here for years, so I hope this doesn’t happen again. Maybe Sam was having a bad day.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable staff. They’re always friendly and helpful which I appreciate. Both doctors are great as well. I get my teeth and Botox done here and I’m happy each and every time. If you’ve been curious about getting Botox done, a dentist is your best bet on who to talk to. I highly recommend them. Sam has been doing regular cleanning on my teeth for several years and she is wonderful to work with. I just recently went in for a filling and Doc Thomas and his assistant were great.
