Shasta and Kelsie were very caring when assisting with the procedure they was playing with my little one and made her feel very comfortable. Negative experience: This has been the worst experience. Wasted day of work, premeditated for a few X-rays then told this dentist is leaving and can’t complete my partial!

The folks at Brite Smile in GBC miraculously found a time for him on Monday and addressed his problem. He was so relieved and happy with the services provided. Brite Smile is now our family dentist facility for life. It is so exciting to find people who actually care about their patients and bend over backwards to help them. Very impressive! We’re spreading the word!

Negative experience: None of the dentists greeted me. I had to ask how they were doing, and their responses were quick and moody. They didn’t care to establish a relationship, but were quiet unless they were giving instruction. Their faces looked tired and unhappy. When I left to thank them and wish them a great rest of their day, no one responded to me. I get that it’s a long day, but that doesn’t mean you treat your customers like that. I didn’t feel safe there, and I feared for my teeth. I didn’t have a bad experience, but I didn’t have a good one either. All businesses should go beyond and above to please their customers.

Negative experience: I will not be returning here again. I am beyond upset on the fact that the front office staff cannot do their job correctly. Previous visit the girl who is in charge of insurance verifications gives me a plan of care for my son tells me that she ran insurance and that insurance covers it at a 100%. Well I come in for the visit and they do the procedure on my son. I’m getting on my car and the girl comes out running telling me to come back inside just to tell me I owe them money. Which I am not mad if I owed something but they tell me because they ran Medicaid and it wasn’t going through… I told them MULTIPLE TIMES he didn’t have Medicaid I gave them his dental insurance way before his previous visit, And clarified to her that when they made me sign the Plan of Care she told me she ran insurance the dental insurance! Not Medicaid! Even for my previous visit as well she did the same thing tells me she ran my dental insurance my visit was covered. After my procedure she comes back to the room and tells me no no I’m so sorry mam you owe this much for today’s visit. To which I pay. I don’t care but honestly this place is not the same to when I first started coming here. Dental assistants or dental hygienists that are there are unprofessional. When they were cleaning my daughter’s teeth. They kept saying “oh well I was thinking about eating something Italian, but if we can even get out here on time to go eat something nice”. Well excuse me but if my daughter’s dental appointment was interrupting your lunch block that time off. Everyone wants to go have a nice lunch when working agreed but you are talking and looking right at me when saying it. And I’m sure if she read this comment she knows exactly who she is!

Fantastic experience: All of the staff is wonderful here. They do wonderful work & make you feel safe and secure. They also offer plenty of laughs through random conversations with one another & that is probably my favorite part.

Positive experience: Friendly office staff makes you feel welcome. If you have an emergency they will try their best to get in you in the same day. I’ve been going here for two or three years and the dentist is very nice and is very detailed. I only have positive things to say and highly recommend this office for new people.

Fantastic experience: New patient is 99$ to get clean and xrays was greatful I did that been a year. I think it was God sent they had 100$ extractions a couple days later. I had a not normal tooth that sent me to er 3x in 7 months I don't have insurance and I was truly scared the tooth was going to cause the infection to get in my blood I was swollen several times and really concerned. And un wanted wisdom teeth He was nice to get rid of my problems . He's very nice man who cares . Ladies are wonderful to . I got 3 difficult teeth pulled now I can worry about other problems that need my attention. Thank you so much for your help life is to short to worry about tooth pain . Thank you soo much ☺️

Negative experience: My daughter broke her tooth on Good Friday. I took her to this place and wished I hadn't. She is in a great deal of pain but all they did was take exrays. They didn't give her antibiotics or pain medication. He even said there was nothing wrong with her tooth.

She is now called ease dropper cause she was listening to me call my wife and try figuring out insurance and where the card was and she heard and saved me saying y’all already had it. Fantastic experience: Amazing group of people. I am terrified of the dentist, but had a tooth break and it was hurting so bad. I called yesterday morning; they worked me in yesterday afternoon. I was ready to just get the tooth pulled because of the pain and because I didn't have the money for a root canal, after having surgery last week. Dr. Padilla let me know he would do what I wanted but there was enough tooth to save and that there was an alternative thing he could do. Not only was he able to do a small procedure to help with pain, not cost me a ton of money right away, but it gives me time to get the money together and have the root canal done. It took a bit to get me numb but Dr. Padilla would not move forward until I was completely numb, which took a lot. This then caused himself and Hannah (dental assistant) to have to stay late. I am beyond grateful to them, for staying and helping me the way they did. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

Negative experience: I borrowed money to get my teeth cleaned. When I arrived they said I could only get my teeth cleaned with xrays. For 99.00. When finished I needed 159.00 in addition to get my teeth cleaned. This is a rip off. They didn't adhere to the 99.00 special they advised. False advertising!

You were very professional and easy to talk to. You explained the services you were going to perform so well so i understood what to expect. Positive experience: Nice friendly employees. Feel like if they did xray when room for regular check up wouldn’t have had to wake as long. Always nice and friendly. It was right after holidays so not upset.

Negative experience: My 3 kids will not be returning. They had regular cleaning appointments at 10am and 10:30am, they put them all in 1 room rather than calling them back one by one like they usually do. My oldest wasn't done until 11:15, my second didn't get his cleaning started until 11:45, and my youngest had still not been seen at 12pm. I was at work so I had my husband leave and scheduled the youngest somewhere else. I was told by the front desk that people showed up early to their appointments and were allowed to move up even though there was no room to do so and that since my kids are all siblings they put them all in one room. This is unacceptable, they are still 3 separate patients, we made our appointments 6 months ago, people should not be able to push themselves in ahead of those who have earlier appointments. Also, if you do go with Brite Smiles be ready for an overload of confirmation text messages and calls in the weeks leading up to your appointments, it's ridiculous.

Positive experience: Love the Dentist! He is a sweet and kind when treating my daughter. We have been going here since they open in Gun Barrel City. Do not like the new policy. Where before 1 visit was a check up and cleaning with a possible cavity fill. To the new policy of we have to do 3 -4 separate visits now. 1 for check up.. 1 for cavity fill.. 1 for cleaning… and more. How hard it is to get children out of school this makes it serious trouble to do simple visits. Children only get 7 missed days at school now you need to use most of them for the dentist?!? Now there are no after 3 appointments or weekends ones anymore. Plus we have to spread the visit out till March because of no openings. Dentist is great! But business policy sucks.

Negative experience: Beyond slow I came in for a check up with my son a few visits ago they put us in the back room we waited for a while then they turned on a movie we watched the entire Croods movie from start to finish I forgot what I was even doing there it took so long I had to leave the room and ask him what the hell was going on already sitting in an hour and a half for a check up on this visit won't be coming back

Negative experience: My daughters experience wasn't the greatest. He numbed her mouth and thought he was going to be fast and knock out his other patients. While it takes about a minute or 2 for things to numb, of course by the time he gets back, the numbness wore off. (He was gone about an hour.) Onxe he begins to work on her tooth, making her begin to scream and cry in pain. Should work on your patients according to the times upon arrival, or have more than 1 dude. How are these people going to charge you a late fee too, if they dont even come out to call your name 30+ minutes plus, after the designated scheduled time. I wouldn't recommend them as they also have one garbage recommendation, being "Texas Tiny Teeth." Now that place was a huge waste of time! Brite Smile REFUSED to send the X-Rays over to Texas Tiny Teeth, they said. Resulting in my son not getting his surgeries, but rather more X-rays two weeks after his previous ones. Not to mention, Texas Tiny Teeth will only schedule kids in the afternoon and above. All of them around the GBC area is about 40 minutes, either which way. Some of us have lives and do not work around these people, both parties should be able to come to an agreement in a legitimate time, that isn't late in the day! If you want a place that is inconciderate of your child, then this is the place for you!

Negative experience: This is worst experience at this office . Crown had to be regimented after month then charge my ins again . Took three days to get my X-rays . I called today to find if I have credit or Balance ? Front desk is useless they have to call corporate to give balance call corporate to X-rays . Call district Manager to get any help and I will her a great compliment . However staff can’t do anything with out Corporate and my crown fell off 3 times and my insurance was over charge . Not with time or money . Do not go her
