Negative experience: The place seems great for kids, but the main issue I had was that parents aren’t allowed to go in the back with their child. We weren’t informed of this policy before the appointment, and as a dad with a 3 year old daughter, that made me very uncomfortable,so we ended up leaving. This is definitely something that should be communicated clearly before making an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Super Nice & always clean. On time with apts. The ladies at the Front desk were super nice and always are. The games are always on for the kids. They have movies playing and arcade games. And even some Xbox’s to keep the kids busy and comfortable. We go to the back and the kids are in a good mood. After doing dental work they always give them little prizes for doing such a good job. Today he gets his teeth pulled and they are the sweetest on keeping the kids calm. My kids LOVE and are so excited about coming to the dentist everytime. As it always should be for kids. They make it a wonderful experience for all three of my kids. Thanks Galaxia dental!

Positive experience: My daughter said the assistant in the back was rude mean and rough with her. Now I see why it's important for the parent to be with them. I should've know not to let them go to the back by themselves but I tried to trust they were in good hands . I love the staff in front .all ladies are nice but Melissa Hernandez needs to change job or work on how she treats kids. This is the name the manager gave me so hope it helps because some kids don't speak up . I don't like to complain but when it comes to kids this kills me . I dont want this to be happening to other kids .

Negative experience: This place was cool at first but from our last experience is was horrible, it felt like they were rushing to clean out teeth and it was a really painful and uncomfortable experience for me and my 4 sisters, and today my mom took my youngest sister to a different dentist and they found something that galaxia didn’t notice on the back of her teeth don’t be fooled by how cool it looks, something else that bothered me and my mom is they didn’t allow her to be in the back when they cleaned our teeth it make them more untrustworthy to her and me

Fantastic experience: I love getting coming here. I’ve never visited any dentist as much as this place. I’ve always been scared but this place has always been a calm and welcoming place. Even if i get anxious and nervous i come in here and see all of the games the movies and all the wonderful stuff they have here. Everyone here is so welcoming too and it doesn’t even feel awkward. If anything it feels like i personally know this.

Games, snacks, movie's, toy's, they even send Kyng cards for the holidays and birthday. Awesome place, with a great staff and doctors. I recommend Galaxia Dental especially if you have little ones who are active…they have things to do there for all ages. Very family oriented and welcoming.
