Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and excellent service. I had a cavity and needed a filling. I’m a bit paranoid of dentists and have always needed nitrous gas to calm me down. However, for first time in over 20 years, I was able to get the filling done without the nitrous gas. Christal put me at ease with her encouraging words and by tapping my shoulder as a distraction. Dr Bashir was very precise and gentle with his technique. Christal and Dr Bashir are a great team, and did an excellent job with my filling. I highly recommend Lane & Associates Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: OMG!!!! This place is a blessing! From the front office to the back, they took care of me and my teeth! Dr.Aawar is a secret that people are missing out on. He showed care for me and my needs and LISTENED! People need to consider that even Dr's, Techs, and Assistants are human and everyday will not be the greatest but they are human and not paid to put up with nuisances or nonsense. They have feelings and many places want to just get you in and out but the love here ...even if it isn't a not so good day...(Cuz I've seen it) They still care!!!! Thank you L&A!!!!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Jessica and hygienist assistant Zye were very supportive and informed me of what I may need to pay attention to with my teeth to get my teeth to peak condition. I’ve never really had a dentist tell me that through my appointment. They were a joy to talk to during my visit. I love the environment!

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Walid Aawar and also the assistant was Jasmine.. not sure of her last name. Both were really great and answered all my questions. Had to have a filling replaced and the whole procedure was great.. they actually listened to what I was saying which seems rare unfortunately. It genuinely feels like russian roulette sometimes trying to get medical care. So whenever I come back I'm going to specifically ask to be seen by Walid, so hopefully he won't move anytime soon for my sake. I have seen some bad reviews about waiting times but both times I've been here I was seen within 5 min of my appointment.. today I sat down and like 45 seconds later I was called up. Thanks Walid and Jasmine! Walid asked me to follow up on my issue and let him know what's going on in a week or two so I will make sure to do that.

Fantastic experience: 1/26/21. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I'm still pleased and Amy my dental assistant was great I have a sensitive gag reflex. And she had me to lift my feet and it worked thank you to her and the Dentist for making sure I was satisfied with my service I've never seen a more relaxing comfortable atmosphere 6/27/25. Thank you for a well done service.

Negative experience: First time in this particular office, and I have to say I'm not that impressed, appointment time was @12, it's now 1, still waiting. I understand things can happen with patients or staff, but at the same time they need to be more informative to the patients that are waiting. We make appointments around our daily schedules, when making us wait this long without letting us know or giving us a option to reschedule, that hinders our daily activities. I have watched people with appointments at one get called back before me. As well as other people coming in after me getting called back. No one should have to wait this long after their appointment time. Please address this, so maybe the next time I come back, I want have to wait this long.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. My dental hygienist was very pleasant and thorough, and professional. She and her associates were great.

Negative experience: The staff is friendly however, my periodontist parted way with them in the middle of my treatment. I have tried twice to get my dental records sent to my new dentist office and for some reason they have not made it happen.

Negative experience: Dental cleaning have always been okay, although you wait 15-25 mins past your apt time. But today, my 15-year-old son had his first filling and he said it was the worst pain he’s ever felt. It brought tears to his eyes and he had to actively try not to bite the dentist. I’ve had numerous fillings, a root canal and none of them are that “memorable”. He’s had braces, even the adjustments (which can be super painful) didn’t hurt as much as the dentist putting in the needle. My youngest 7, goes to a pediatric dentist (highland pediatrics) has also had fillings, and NEVER had this experience. What in the actual heck? Long review to say, cleanings are just that but it’s dental work that matters, that truly allows you to rate a dentist. Knowing how to numb in the least “hurtful” way is like mastering an IV. Some are way better than others. If you aren’t good you get this experience. We won’t be back. The worst thing I feel like as a mom is to create a kid that scared of the dentist with experiences like this.

Fantastic experience: This is a great practice, everyone was kind and informative. I was in so much pain, I called at 9:15 am they got me in the office by 10:15, the Dentist explained what was going on and what needed to be done, extraction. The process was simple and smooth, no pain during the procedure, was done by 11:45. Will definitely be keeping up with my oral health a bit better and using Lana and Associates to do so. Fantastic experience: Yall I came in after my 10 hr shift so anxious after having very bad past experiences. After coming about of a bad depression ive been very insecure about my teeth. And they made me feel so comfortable no pain at all!!!! I was so worried that I was asking for numbing cream but my hygienist took one step at a time for me and I didn't even need it! I wish I got her name. Everyone is so sweet and I was seen quickly. I appreciate everyone there truly. I cant for my next appointment. 100/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I don’t ever leave reviews, but I had to come here and leave one for this. I have been terrified of going to the dentist after a last bad experience at a different dental office many years ago. I have bad anxiety every time I would go to a dentist and would always reschedule my appts just to get out of going. Every time I would sit in the chair at different dental clinics I would try but my heart would start racing, I would start shaking, and I would get up and leave knowing I needed to get the work done. My teeth was hurting me all the time and I knew I needed some extractions done but was just too scared to even think about starting the process. Someone told me about Lane and Associates and how good they were. I tried them out by getting a regular exam and they told me all the work I needed to get done. I was so scared but I was tired of being in pain and I am scared of losing my teeth by prolonging it longer. I went in a few more times and got a good feel of the dentist Dr. Yawer Bashir and one of his assistants but still wasn’t sure. Then I scheduled another appt for a filling and I worked with Dr. Yawer Bashir again and another one of his assistant Mr. Carlos and I instantly felt at ease. I felt confident enough to let them start the work on me. After they looked at the tooth that needed a filling I let it go so long that I needed an extraction done on that one. I was terrified and my anxiety was going through the roof again. Dr. Bashir and his assistant Mr. Carlos kept reassuring me I was going to be ok and that I would feel so much better. They had a tons of patience with me and kept talking to me and calming me down. I felt so comfortable and relaxed with them working on me I let them administer the shot to numb my mouth. I started to panic again but Mr. Carlos sat by my side the whole time talking to me and making me laugh and telling me I was going to be ok. It is because of them I was able to sit there the whole time they extracted my tooth and I couldn’t believe it. I was so amazed that they were the first 2 dentist and assistant that I have let work on me in so many years. I don’t ever want to see anyone else for any of dental procedures. When I schedule my visits I make sure I get them 2 because they are the only ones I want to work with me. I fully trust them and their decisions on my dental health. They are amazing and I can’t thank them enough. I have another appt today to get another extraction done and I am happy to say that I am not as worried because I know I can count on them to help me and make me feel comfortable. Thank you so much Dr. Bashir and Mr. Carlos for everything yall have done for me and for having the patience with me during my anxiety times. Yall are amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience yesterday with Kelli (dental hygienist) and Craig (dental assistant)! Kelli is by far the best dental hygienist in the local area. She is very gentle, attentive, and takes pride in her work. Craig is awesome and does a phenomenal job with dental x-rays. Both are very attentive and work great together as a Team! Mindy (treatment coordinator) provided outstanding customer service! She is very polite and attentive. I look forward to my next visit!

Negative experience: Total lack of communication! This office scheduled an appointment for my mom at another office with out a referral. Extremely frustrating experience with these people. I’d prefer my time to be valued much more than that!

Negative experience: Been coming for a while. Some of the staff is nice, some are standoffish and rude. Had a filling done, come to find out I would need to remove tooth or get root canal. I requested the pulled the tooth since it was in the back, they didn’t even listen. Instead they tried to tell me how much I would regret pulling it. So fine, I followed up with the dr they referred me to about a possible root canal, they don’t take my insurance, so I called them and asked if we can just move forward with getting it extracted. Was told they would call me Friday when the dentist was in. They never called. I called them today(Monday) and it kept going to voicemail. So I’m in pain and getting the run around, what a joke.

The polite front desk, to the pleasant gentleman that escorted to the back, to the dentist that explained very carefully the care that was needed, and to the compassionate dental assistant that provided my brother with careful care during his visit.
