Negative experience: The staff member we saw today was Tessa. She was very thoughtful and considerate and patient!! My husband was having problems with his new dentures and she helped him also. The front staff wanted him to wait 2 was for the next appt. But she took the time to help him. That is true customer service.

Negative experience: Had my lower teeth extracted thursday September the 4th. Everything was great. The dentist told me that if I had any issues with sore spots or pressure areas just give them a call. Well I did call on Monday September the 8th with just such an issue. To be told by the front desk I would need a appointment and that would be on the 23rd. Unacceptable. Then I was told that the office manager wouldn't let her add in anyone to the schedule because they were short handed. Or I might could do a walk in on Wednesday at 10. She got me off the phone by telling me if there was a cancelation she would call me. So conclusion is the front desk and office manager turned the doctors words into a LIE. Ron Reaves

Fantastic experience: So I have been battling trying to get my teeth done and it had a massive bad infection all over my mouth and it was so bad it was almost about to reach my brain so I got ahold of this dentist people and they told me that they are going to do a full all teeth removal and have dentures in replacement. I am so proud of them so much for taking good care of me so much and they got my teeth removed the 16 of this month and on good recovery on my healing I’m very thankful and proud of them all for helping me and taking very very good care of me for every step that needed to be done. They are the best dentist place ever I will always recommend anyone to this place it’s the best and does accept sooner care insurance so if you got sooner care for adult or kids plz come here

Negative experience: I'm getting dentures done through them and I can't eat due to them not shaping it enough yesterday, I called to come in today cuz I live 5 mins from there and with the winter storm I thought they would help adjust them. She said they had a cancelation but that they were closing early today and wouldn't be open tomorrow. So now I have to go till next week for them to help fix what they didn't previously. I would not choose them I'd go elsewhere if you can. They are just not professional and make you wait faarrr tooo long for a simple appt. Worst place ever for any dentistry work! I will never go there or support anything they do there. Run from this business they don't run any of it well

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist around. Everyone is so nice, patient and caring. I didn't remember everyone's name, but they were all great. Dr Jones was so great. He explained everything he was doing in a safe comforting voice and it helped to calm me down. From the person that greeted me at the front desk and at checkout, the person that did my X-rays, the person that did my impressions and the person helping Dr Jones they were all so caring and helpful. Even the person that talked to me about the billing was caring and helpful. Even people not included in my care were caring and helpful. Thank you to everyone who made my care so great. Negative experience: Most are nice enough people, just not thorough in their work. It's been almost 2 years and still nothing but problems with my dentures. I've done everything, every time, that I've been told to do when I go in with issues. I leave there feeling ok, only by the next few days, I'm back at square one. Everyone who doesn't know my situation, thinks I just got them done and I'm just learning. I can repeat til I'm blue in the face every single time that I work in hospitality and how important my smile and how I talk mean ALOT in my line of work. (Work at front desk of a hotel). I have 3 friends I work with who went to Spring Dental and Aspen Dental around the same time as me and you would never be able to tell they have dentures with their smile and talk! They were fine within a few months even! Not me. I am the only who went to Checotah... I've gained major sinus issues, and my teeth don't ever fit right. I slober, slur, lisp and they want to fall out in front of guests every day! I never eat at work anymore because I eat too slow and one bite knocks my teeth out too. It takes a lot for people to understand what I'm even saying anymore, so I've become more antisocial outside my job. Hindsight, I wish I woulda went somewhere else. It is what it is though...when I get money saved up, I'll go figure out a different place for a new set or a different avenue. They say grass ain't always greener on the other side, but I'm gonna have to call that one a load of crap in this scenario. Someone/some place out there is bound to be able to help in some way. And best believe, I'll do much better next round on my looking and deciding.

Fantastic experience: I've been using them for over 15 years. This is my 2nd set of upper dentures and they fit perfect and look amazing! I get so many compliments on my smile. I have Also used them for other dental procedures also. The staff is so friendly, from the receptionist to all the staff who assisted me thru the process. I would like to give your staff a HUGE thank you for making this so easy, and being friendly.

Negative experience: Poor experience. Staff are cold and lack compassion. This place feels like you are being herded through like cattle. Literally stalls not rooms for patient care. They state they are affordable however this is incorrect. Check around folks. If you were to ask me I'd say run, run to aspen dental muskogee as fast as you can. For a clean experience with compassionate professionals. Hopes this helps someone.

Negative experience: I went in November 2023 for my first visit. I waited in the lobby about 20 minutes, no big deal was expected. Was taken back for panoramic x-rays, this was nice, easy and simple. Then I was sent to a large room and placed in a chair that faced the wall. A dentist came in said I had some cavities moved his gloved hands around my mouth and left. Then I was sent to talk to Andrea. She told me what my portion would be after my two insurances were filed, I did not understand the amount. I thought it to be way to high. Andrea told me they only bill the insurance amount allowed by the insurance company because they did not want the balance written off so it had to be paid by me. The dentures I wanted were approximately $1600 per arch. They only bill the maximum amount the insurance will pay on and not write off approximately $849. Then as the patient it was my responsibility to pay the approximate amount of $751 per arch. I disagreed with this and then Andrea said that maybe I should stick with a budget and get the lowest price dentures. I did not want to do this. So because I did not understand or agree with the pricing I was denied services. I thought about it a few months and decided I really needed the dentures. I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to speak with Andrea. Every time I would call she would not be available so I would leave a message on three calls that were never returned. Then last week a get an email from them saying my quote is ready to call and make an appointment. Update: I had anticipated a snarky comment and that is what I got. They are suppose to bill insurance the full amount, when I talked to my insurance they said per the agreement they have with Affordable Dentures they are not allowed to bill the difference. Talk to your insurance before you go and good luck!

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my visit everyone was very professional. And nice. I love the fact that I received my dentures the same day. Yes they were definitely affordable.

Negative experience: I'll give it a two because the nurses were nice. If it wasn't for them I would give the doctor a -1. Worst dentist I've ever been to. When in for full mouth extraction. When did Doctor started to numb me up he shoved the needle straight in and scraped the bone grabbed my lip and started jerking it up and down like he was trying to rip it off my face. I started groaning because it hurts so bad and he told me to be quiet because I was making his other patient's nervous. I remember my first dentist cavity filled when I was 5 years old and it didn't hurt that bad. The last time he jabbed the needle in between my front teeth and up into the bone I groaned and he yanked the needle out and asked me if I wanted to be knocked out. I told him yes he turned around walked out and didn't say another word. He was rude unprofessional and should not have a license. Really wish I could remember his name. I would have got it but I was rushing trying to find the front door and get out of there.

Fantastic experience: I had gotten my original dentures there 15 years ago finally had to get a new set. Went back to them as a repeat customer because I was more than happy with the service and the staff. I am very satisfied with my new dentures. Fantastic experience: I have had my upper dentures made here three times in the past 15 years. This time it took them three times (on three separate all day appointments) to make them with several adjustments in between, but they finally got it right or good enough to use. And they don’t look fake! The staff is patient and understanding! My tech was fantastic and even after having to create/adjust them several times - she did not get frustrated with me or lose her professional attitude! I don’t know her name but she was great! They are affordable and fast! Thank you guys for my new smile! Good job!!

Fantastic experience: My journey started 9/11/23. I was amazed how friendly the staff is and how welcomed I felt. The dentist put me at ease right from the start. Everything, from start to finish took 8 months. Had a few adjustments throughout that period. Once I received my permanents, I was done. They fit like a glove. I was amazed by staff AND cost. And they handled communication with my insurance as well. Bottom line, I couldn't be happier.

Very friendly staff and I really liked Dr. Shelby Jones he was very professional and personable. He made me feel at ease, and explained and communicated very well his plan. Negative experience: I'm am very disappointed in your staff..outside of the dentist who did my extractions I have nothing nice to say..your staff repeatedly treats as if I am stupid..I had upper extractions and the dentist was awesome..your staff not so much..the upper denture fit perfectly, never came loose or came out, and by 7 o'clock that night was able to speak full paragraphs without slur or dentures moving..the teeth were a little long and I just felt pressure on my gums and roof of mouth..when i came in Friday morning for post op, within about 5 minutes of sitting down the dentist came in and told me the point of the appointment, so I said the teeth are a smidge to long and that I feel pressure on my gums and roof and wasn't sure if that was typical discomfort from surgery..he left, a few minutes later a staff member comes back with my dentures, and now the teeth are in my opinion extremely to short..shorter then what I wanted and shorter then what my natural teeth were..so short I've even been made fun of for having baby teeth..and they made modifications to they roof which I never originally asked for..regardless the modifications they made, made the dentures so loose they don't even sit in my mouth, they are so loose they kept gagging me in the office and your staff member couldn't have care less..and didn't seem to understand what I was telling them..they now are so loose they are unable..and yet your staff treats me stupid and says you just had surgery, give it time to get use to..funny how that fit perfectly walking into my point..no movement whatsoever and now they fall out with my mouth just begging closed, let alone fall out of my mouth just smiling or talking..before I came into my post op appointment I could speak without slur, and without them moving..then your staff ruins my dentures and send me out refusing to make the necessary adjustments so they could stay in my mouth..after they sent me out, I walked back up to the window and asked For someone higher up to speak to, they said you can talk to me..after telling them what I'm telling you, they restated the same thing the staff member who was handling my modifications said..you have to wait for your soft liners for the fill in for them to fit properly...they fit properly before coming into my post op appointment..all yall had to do was shorten the teeth now I have baby teeth I can't even wear, and y'all are telling me I have to wait until June 4 for my soft liners, so instead of being on a soft diet for 2 weeks I will be on a soft diet for 18 days until June 4th..which is ridiculous..I am outraged at what yall have done, and as far as I'm concerned you lost a customer..and as for family that has current appointments with you, I will make sure they take their business elsewhere..because what makes matter worse is that I live 40 minutes aways your appointments have already cost a 100$ in gas..but when I got home, I called ya'll, and asked to speak with a supervisor once again, and once again instead of being allowed to speak to a supervisor they said you can tell me what the problem is..so once again I tell yall the same thing I'm saying now, and the lady said but you just had surgery yesterday, and I said my dentures fit before the appointment and now they aren't usable..she said will you let me talk, I said yes I'm just confused, she said clearly you aren't letting me talk and hung up..when I called back your office refused to answer the phone, so I called one more time, yall answered and all I said is that you just lost a customer for hanging up on me..and I'm about to demand that ya'll reimburse me for gas and reimburse my insurance. This is inexcusable, and I believe I'm being discriminated against and treated poorly for being on sooner care..what's absurd is that your staff refuses to hear me and refuses to allow me to make an adjustment appointment stating I have to wait for my soft liners

Positive experience: I was really sceptical about this business, but I have to admit it the outcome is awesome. The dentist himself lacks compassion and really doesn't listen to the patient but the technicians are really spot on and very nice. My teeth look and fill great.

Negative experience: Sat for an hour to be called back for a consultation, felt like a number, no plan for me. Was supposed to call me in a day or two after my appt, no call back, and they said no charge for Xrays yet they charged my insurance. Ended up going elsewhere. I do not recommend. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: There was only 3 choices given for color to choose from for denture teeth. They were tea stain, coffee stain and nicotine stain shades of yellow! NO clean look to choose from. And the material to be used to make them was a lower standard. My 50yo teeth were much whiter than there options! I am going somewhere else because i do not believe thats the only thing my Insurance will pay for and that im not allowed to pay for partial upgrade with insurance! NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Negative experience: I had 3 other dentist say I needed no bone graft for implants. Then this place says sinus lift and graft for all of them! Liars! There is no 995 implant special it’s a scam to get you there then see if you can fork over 50 thousand dollars. Scam scam dishonest scam!

Negative experience: I have never had a problem here before absolutely loved the place was terrified of dentists, but this place had changed my mind, but the lady that I had today to do my second soft liner was absolutely horrible. No compassion made my gums bleed did not care to swipe the back of my throat from the gunk. The first time I went was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable made sure everything was good. This one barely spoke, didn’t swipe my throat. Didn’t offer a Kleenex for nothing very disappointed today.

Positive experience: The employees are very kind & friendly but they are extremely slow. Schedule your appointment on a day thats completely open because your not going to make it to anything else that day. Your appointment may be at 8am but your not going to get out of there until after 5. If it wasn't for their slowness I'd give them a 5 star rating.

Positive experience: I've heard mostly good things. I was kind of disappointed..I have a tooth causing horrible pain, it was acknowledged by the hygienist but not the Dentist. Drove 1.5 hr just to Tell me to come back for a cleaning and they are booked out into August. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and kind though. Was hoping to get this tooth out and start process for a partial. A friend is getting dentures and has only taken a couple weeks from consult to surgery, (her situation is way worse though). Oh well, as they say, It is what it is; unless it ain't. Update! Friend's experience She or I wasn't told she had to go back next day after having all her teeth pulled in Broken Arrow, (I was her driver). She called several days later because the top plate was gagging her, she couldn't speak clearly, they kept hanging up on her! So far, her experience has been horrible!

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. And my mouth does not numb easily or stay numb for long. They really do know how to work around phobias and know how to numb somebody that doesn't numb easily. They really do a fantastic job.

When you walk in just from the first visit you could tell they all loved what they do. As soon as I went home I started telling my family and friends to go there for their dental needs. Fantastic experience: This is my second time to do business with affordable dentures and implants my first experience was to have a partial across the front of my top and I had no problems with it and I still have the piece even though I don't wear it anymore because I'm about to receive a full top denture and I'm not having any kind of nervousness or anything or anxiety because I know I'm in good hands having dealt with these people already they're very professional and I feel good about this decision

Positive experience: Slight issue with insurance, but after I explained again, they corrected it. She was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything well, and completed the job quickly.

Negative experience: My Grandmother has always had a great experience until today. She had recently had new dentures made. She was told to come back any time to get them adjusted. We showed up today to get them adjusted and the receptionist was rude and short with her telling her they were short handed. She said that everyone must have an appointment My grandmother said that she didn’t realize that an appointment was required. The receptionist replayed “can’t you read the signs that are posted everywhere”. The receptionist did not offer an appointment for a later day. This is not a way to treat your customers who are over 80 years old.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Summerall is a professional tooth puller. Getting dentures is a horrible experience, however the Dr. made it as painless as possible. I had no other choice,and I know in the long run it was for the best but the whole experience for me has been a horrendous nightmare. Having said that,it has nothing to do with the fine service that I have received thus far.

Positive experience: I wished when insurance covered as much as mine did they’d have a payment arrangement that was decent to get the next step up to get better dentures. But I’m just thankful I have insurance because I know a lot don’t! The staff are very friendly and move quickly though! They give great quality care!!

I’m disabled and retired. They are working great. Three days now and no sore spots and they fit very well. Would recommend very highly. When able to be afford will return and get the top line set . Fantastic experience: Everyone one was great but after having Ct scan and finding out I need a bone gray to get implants they wouldn’t let me get my bone graft and still honor the buy one get one free pretty disappointed

Fantastic experience: These people do great work I literally had my first pair 13 years. My first pair was the same pair that they gave me after they pulled my teeth and they were close enough that I wore them for 13 years. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: I had no dental insurance, called them and they got me in next day for emergency extractions. They were very professional and got me in and out quick. Highly recommended them.

Positive experience: There are always patient but appointment by was on time didn't have to wait long. I was told the amount was and can do payment and wait for balance after insurance. Very nice office personnel and assistants.

Negative experience: Haven't left a visit happy yet. 7 months can't even fit my uppers in my mouth and all I hear is its part of the process and your almost to your final liners. My lips won't even touch either can't kiss my wife or drink out of a straw because of the Mr.Ed look. Brought up concerns about a piece of tooth still hasn't moved and I hear oh it will work it self out. Paid in cash on day one keep your 6,000.

Positive experience: Employees are nice but too straight forward. Like hi come on in and get the out. Only set on making money not interested in what's best for the patients mouth. Wasn't sure if they just did dental work or was just more interested in setting people up with dentures. Wasn't worried about none of the pain I was in or anything. Must say though the price on all the work and the dentures included is really good but on the bad they don't take payment plans. They only take dental care credit or two loan companies and if you can't get approved for any of them well you're just out of luck.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff of people dedicated to serving patients. Called and explained the situation and I was in their office within 45 minutes. I’m not a regular patient and I felt they all worked to fit my needs short term and long term.

Fantastic experience: I have only had a consultation but the staff has been very helpful and seems to be very good at what they do I have family and friends that has used there service and got there dentures and recommended them to me and couldn't go wrong I just hope when they make my dentures and the give me big teeth in the front i hope they will put braces on the big teeth but yes so far perfect for me and I'm sure your experience will be also

Positive experience: I've been to this place many times. They're knowledge, kind, and patient. Getting in quickly can be an issue, but, that's true with all competent, and therefore popular, practitioners.

Positive experience: It was a very good experience. the only thing I think they could have different was improve the line of communication from the techs to those in the waiting room thru the front desk...a lot of unnecessary waiting.

Negative experience: I’m not very pleased with the service when I called to ask about the cost of having my teeth relined I was told 150.00 each when I went it went to 230.00 each after I got them relined they were still fit the same they didn’t fit tightly they felt the same as before still to big I’m not happy with the fit they don’t fit any tighter I will not use them again. Sorry for the bad review but I’m not happy with my teeth not fitting properly after a reline

Fantastic experience: Your professional services are great. The explainations of what needs to be done. Your partials are made to fit and you can actually eat with them. Dentist is fantastic and the assistans. All of you know what your doing.
