Everyone here always greets you with a smile. Dr Ross Morgan is number 1 in my book! Not only is Dr Morgan very knowledgable but he is very understanding and he shows respect to his patients. Fantastic experience: I went to NBFD for a condult after seeing 2 other dentists whose recommendations I did not like. The staff at NBFD was professional and friendly. Nice offices. Everyone was kind and courteous. Dr. Spencer was patient and thorough. He gave me all my options and went over my issues. He even noticed an issue 2 other dentists had completely missed, which affected the informed choice I made. He explained the upside and possible downside of all my options. I appreciated that very much. He agreed with my choice as well. I will be getting my dental work done here going forward.

Negative experience: Without a doubt, the absolute worst medical practice I’ve ever been to. I should have posted years ago. As a professional, I’ve learned the art of humility when telling a client that a particular job may be beyond the scope of my expertise, or talent. Instead, for the second time, I was met with the incredibly hostility of a wildly insecure individual. Terrifying, but of course in keeping with the climate of the American medical world as it is, now. Enticing as it may be for its convenient location, I’d rather take my chances in a back alley. Filing a formal complaint. This was transparent prejudice against an out-of-pocket patient, as I had been warned several times.

Fantastic experience: New Baltimore Family Dentistry is exceptional, efficient, and the staff refreshingly welcoming. The Doctors are amazingly informative and go to great lengths explaining every detail concerning the care that is needed! All my years I dreaded going to the dentist but this dentistry practice has taken the nervousness away and I actually am ok going back! I recommend without hesitation New Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a place they can trust! I give it 10+ Stars!

Fantastic experience: I had trouble finding with waze navigation. But once I arrived 15 minutes late... I was taken in as promptly as possible, (atleast thats how i felt) the xrays was a breeze. I was seen by Dr. Spencer, he was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Spencer knew the work that i needed. He dignosed all the problems, and was straight forward to the point. Fantastic experience: I’m a former patient of New Baltimore Family Dentistry who moved out of the area 5 years ago. I now spend summers in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. The other day a cap fell out and I attempted to find a local dentist to replace it. I contacted several, none of whom were at all accommodating. I finally decide to reach out to New Baltimore and was immediately given an appointment the very next afternoon. The best part was that after more than 5 years Dr. Ross Morgan remembered me! I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Wait times are unbelievable. Been coming here 15+ years never waited more than 5 minutes. The ladies behind the front lobby counter are very friendly and accommodating. As well as the dental assistants and hygienists, very professional & gentle not mention thorough when it comes to cleanings. Dr Ross Morgan is hands down a phenomenal dentist. I’d say the best around without a doubt. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: 8/5/25 Updated Comment: I went in for a cleaning today and I think it was the most through cleaning I have had in my life. The hygienist took her time and always asked if I was OK, etc....and as also they all showed their professionalism. KUDOS ....and I even got a toothbrush this time too..... I've been with New Baltimore for about a year now and I'm very impressed with their professionalism weather it's getting a cap/crown or just a cleaning. The only thing I've noticed after a cleaning they don't give you a "goody bag" (toothbrush, paste, floss) as basically all my other DDS supplied. Not a huge issue as long as my teeth remain maintained, but you asked for a comment so I supplied one.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency today—completely unexpected. While having a slice of pizza, a tooth that had given me some trouble last year reacted very badly (and painfully!) to heat. I immediately called New Baltimore Family Dentistry to make the soonest appointment available, which I thought would be sometime next week, if I were lucky! Even though it was late in the afternoon, Dr. Ross told me to go right over, and I’m sure he wound up having to stay late because of me… (Thank you so much, Dr. Ross!) I really appreciate how much he (and all the doctors) care about their patients at NBFD—even if I DO have to have a root canal on Monday! ❤️

The staff is caring and work with there patients to make sure they are comfortable and understand the situation they are going in for. For me it was a 10 out of 10. I truly appreciate the time they took to listen and understand my concerns and they explained all aspects of the process I was there for. Again I'm very happy with the staff. Glad I went to them as my dentist. Was a great decision for which I have no regrets.

Fantastic experience: Went in with an infected molar. I just moved to the area and couldn't find anyone who would see me!! Most were not taking new patients. My neighbors have been patients for many years at New Baltimore Family Dentistry and recommended them! New Baltimore Family Dentistry not only took me but gave an appointment the very next day. Sadly the tooth was beyond fixing and we decided to have it removed. Dr Ross Morgan did a great job getting it out and preparing for a future implant. The office is beautiful with state of the art equipment! The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this practice!

She didn’t shame me, try to dismiss my hesitations, or rush the process. The receptionist answered my insurance questions politely. The dentist came in and respected my decisions.

Fantastic experience: I had a bridge replacement done by Dr. Spencer Morgan. The original had been installed at another practice and never fit correctly. After 8 years of gum irritation, my new bridge fits perfectly. Dr. Morgan and each of the hygienists who work with him were concerned with my comfort at all times.

Fantastic experience: After never being able to afford dentistry when I was growing up and subsequently suffering the negative consequences, I have a lot of dental trauma and shame, which has been made worse by a few other dentists I went to see before coming to New Baltimore Family Dentistry. They comforted and reassured me, as well as made a plan to get me back on track, which instantly made me feel better. Dr. Ross spends the time to answer your questions and gives you all the available options, letting you choose what is right for you. I am almost done with all my treatments and I've never felt better. I am very grateful to have found this dentist and will continue to recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Dental hygienist Samantha is the BEST! She’s super gentle with her cleanings and explains things very thoroughly to understand your dental hygiene. My 6 year old had his first cleaning and she was absolutely amazing with him! He did so well through the cleaning and X-rays and he had no issues at all and smiled through the whole thing. We’ve been so pleased with our experience with her and will continue to book our cleanings with her.

Fantastic experience: Overall the experience was pleasant. X-rays and cleaning was very fast. The chairs were so comfortable; I fell asleep. Taylor dentist was as polite, knowledgeable, and gentle. 10 out of 10 overall!

Fantastic experience: Very responsive as to the issues that I had. Took X-rays of tooth that I thought I had cracked and it wasn’t. Filling had to be replaced. Was complete in about 20 minutes start to finish. No pain. Everything seems better than before. Will return for the implant tooth after I have finished with the oral surgeon who performed the implant. Whole office staff was so friendly and helpful. Glad my daughter and wife were persistent in suggesting them. Latest visit was very thorough and quick. Hygienist was excellent and very careful. Recommend highly.

Negative experience: The staff were really nice! However, Dr Ross Morgan was dismissive, rude, and didn’t even give me a chance to ask any questions about my treatment. I found it disappointing especially since I waited so long for an appointment. The only reason I give this practice two stars instead of one is because the staff were really kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ross Morgan took great care to make sure that the process for filling a decaying tooth near an upper incisor went smoothly and comfortably. From his bedside manner to his explanation that the decay was deep enough that I might need a root canal, (which thankfully was not the case, due in no small part I think to his expertise), to the end product where I couldn't even tell the difference between the now perfectly shaped tooth and all the rest of my natural teeth, he did an EXCELLENT job!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ross Morgan is beyond professional and knowledgeable. I went in with 2 missing front teeth and emerged 10 minutes later with 2 exact look alike temporary teeth, whilst we await another solution. I'd quite frankly, be happy to hold onto these temps. until they quit on me, which doesn't seem the inevitable after 10 days of using them like my own, to bite and chew. A great dentist to consider if you don't want disappointment as I have experienced with many.

Fantastic experience: Second time in there for a work related injury (emergency) got me in first thing the next day and did phenomenal work making me a new temp front tooth to get me through until I get permanent work done. Would recommend them to anyone, awesome work and awesome staff
