Fantastic experience: My husband had his first appointment yesterday at this business, and today, I had my first visit. The office is beautiful and clean. From the minute I arrived, I was treated so kindly and with lots of smiles from everyone thereafter. This is a great dentist office, and the employees I interacted with seem to really enjoy working there. My dental hygienist, Molly, was so professional and sweet, and she gave me one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve ever had. The dentist and the dental assistant were awesome as well. I am so relieved I found this office after our dentist dropped our insurance.

Fantastic experience: After 4 root canals. 2 from the dentist and 2 from the endodontist I still had discomfort and a horrible taste in my mouth. I asked that the tooth be taken out. Dr. Schneider and Marissa were so kind and compassionate. Dr. Schneider talked me through the whole procedure and alleviated my anxieties. HUGE shout out to Jillian (receptionist) who helped reschedule me same day bc the office didn’t receive my cardiac clearance from eliquis!! This office is top-notch. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I think I may have a dentist phobia. Fortunately, Edwardsville Family Dentist surpassed my expectations and now I feel a lot less freaked. The front desk staff was so helpful from my phone call to book, to arriving for my appointment, and then finally to my payment. Marissa who goes by 'V' was so knowledgeable and very kind and eased me into my appointment. She assisted Dr. El-Daibani and did amazing. I had to get a cavity filled and it could have potentially been a root canal. Dr. El-Daibani explained everything very thoroughly to me. I can tell she is a kind soul. I started to panic a bit and she helped me feel calm and was very understanding. I'm so thankful I didn't need to get a root canal, but would have been in great hands if I needed to. Positive experience: I like that the office staff is clear about billing and cost. I like all of the dentists that work at the office. However, when a minor has an issue that requires further dental work at an additional cost, the parent/guardian should be brought back into the room with the child and dentist so there is an opportunity to clarify the issue and ask questions. With two minors having issues, the parent should not be directed to wait in the waiting room instead of being present for the dentist’s evaluation then brought to the exam room after the dentist is no longer in the room.

Fantastic experience: My favorite dentist to date! Sam the hygienist was amazing at explaining things to me, even when I had specific questions about X-rays and insurance. I always feel very comfortable here!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about this practice whether it’s a routine cleaning or replacing a crown (that probably wouldn’t had needed replacing if EFD had done the work in the first place). The staff is always professional yet warm and welcoming. I used to be pretty anxious about dental appointments but now I kinda look forward to them. They are great with my kids too.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental procedure after an accident and my dentist was unavailable on the Friday before the three day holiday weekend. The Edwardsville Family Dentistry squeezed me into their busy schedule and welcomed me. Dr. Scheiter temporarily corrected my problem and I can not thank him enough. Vee sat with me through the whole visit, which I appreciated very much. . Everyone was very nice and caring.

Fantastic experience: Signing up and scheduling as a new patient was very easy. Staff was excellent over the phone and in person when I got there. Didn't have to wait very long at all before they got me back to start my appointment. My hygenist Molly was fantastic. Dr. Scheiter was great also. Would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist. Great place, very nice staff.

I had a crown replaced on my front tooth, that I was nervous about and it needed replaced because of it not looking good anymore. They have a great notification system for appointments and the environment is very clean and modern. I recently had a series of fillings and they were extremely kind and helpful the whole way, and also accomodating with any changes. The hygenists and dentist are professional, attentive and very friendly - it always seems like a pleasant work environment. I highly recommend getting your dental work done here!

Negative experience: While staff is very friendly, I am not pleased with the change in the cancellation policy. Charging someone for not showing for their appointment or not cancelling/rescheduling 48 hours or more is ridiculous, especially considering that most appointments are made 6 months out. It doesn’t take into consideration the patient’s personal circumstances such as relocation, change of contact information, personal emergencies, etc.

Positive experience: Keep getting asked to leave a review. They’re okay, really kind people , they always have good music on . Regardless of when I arrive, I’m still usually sitting and staring at a wall for about 20-30 minutes. So for the office I would try to not book your appointments so close together so you have time for all of your patients. . Also a little more attentive to detail when sculpting teeth (making sure they are completely smooth) . If your a patient I would have some sort of insurance. Dental work is always so pricey, but they’ll still help u out if u don’t . I do feel more confident after being a patient here . Thank you, everyone .

Fantastic experience: This practice went above and beyond in their quality of care. I had my baby with me and the staff cared for my baby while I was getting my teeth cleaned. This meant more to me than words could express as I didn't have childcare available and my baby had started crying. I have never had one bad experience here!
