Fantastic experience: Ok so first of all I have SEVERE dental phobia/anxiety and haven't been to the dentist in 8 years. I started having some pressure and decided to check Hillcrest out because of the sedation. First the front desk workers are absolutely kind and welcoming! I saw Dr. Kasimi, Dr. Garrett and Samya (spelling?). I cried as soon as they entered because I was a nervous wreck. Dr. Kasimi reassured me that everything would be fine. I ended up needing work done and was sedated. Samya went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% comfortable and kept asking me if I needed anything and how proud she was of me. Dr. Garrett only went to work when I was comfortable and always let me know what he was doing! I walked out without having a heart attack from being at the dentist. I even had a minor problem couple days later and they got me in right away to make sure I was taken care of and even changed my treatment plan to what I wanted to make me comfortable!! Anyone with dental anxiety definitely needs to give Hillcrest a try!!!

Fantastic experience: The place was well organized, and clean. The staff was unbelievably polite, I’ve never seen such an organized office. The doctor was thorough, and front desk, and assistants. Nolan at the front desk has such a calming energy it made my day better. I will tell everyone about this place and excited to make this my forever home

Negative experience: Had to wait 40min and then was put in a room. They did so many X-rays of my teeth. After being checked out by doctor and hygienist I was given an amount to do 4 areas of deep cleaning $900. They wanted to do the cleaning right then. I told them I would come back later because I had already been there 2hours. I thought I was going to have a regular teeth cleaning because I had some plaque build up on my front teeth, which would only take a few minutes to clean. Very high prices $1600 for a new crown.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter in for her first visit at this office for a routine exam and cleaning, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was so kind, patient, and thorough - explaining each step and making sure she felt comfortable the whole time. They also recommended sealants on her molars as a preventive measure against cavities, and explained the benefits clearly. My husband is already a patient here, and after seeing the care our daughter received, I’ll be joining as well. We feel very confident knowing our family’s dental care is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: These guys are crooks. They'll try to extract as much money from you as possible. 1. I went for a cleaning a while ago. They said they couldn't perform the cleaning because I needed some $1000 treatment. I went somewhere else and everything was fine 2. My wife got a no show fee. It was for a follow up consultation scheduled months ago but nobody called/texted to remind/confirm

Fantastic experience: I’ve enjoyed every visit to this office. I have pretty intense anxiety from past experiences being pretty traumatic. They are really good about putting me at ease and all the hygienists have been super great. I don’t know what it is with that profession but all my life they have been super condescending and snotty but here they listen to my concerns and make helpful recommendations.

Fantastic experience: Man, so don't judge me, but this was my first dentist visit in 8 years. (Life happens ya know?) And from the moment I entered and until I left, I had an incredibly positive experience. The smiles from the front desk, Queen Nadia helping me with x-rays, Misty giving me so much knowledge about how to move forward with my dental hygiene rather than making me feel bad about what I haven't been doing. (some dentists might do that on accident or passive aggressively) Every encounter I had with each human there made me feel not only better about my smile, but inspired me a little more to take care of my teeth. On top of that, Nolan calls to make sure that everything went well with my visit?? All of them show such love and passion in their field and it shows! And I appreciate this dearly :) Even if I move across town, hell across state! This will be the only spot where I'll let people put their fingers in my mouth

Positive experience: I really liked my dental hygienist Nichole. I’ve been satisfied with my service both times I have been here. I referred my roommate to this office & she also went in. I was a little disappointed to find out she was offered a full care menu, and the option to watch tv while getting her teeth cleaned. I was not given those options, despite specifically asking about the TV on the ceiling. Overall, satisfied with my experience as far as my cleaning goes which is most important. I rebooked with Nichole again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The people i interacted with in the front office were all extremely nice and accommodating. Nadia, Esteban, and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth (sorry, i didnt catch her name) were all super nice and explained everything to me clearly. Everyone was efficient and thorough and my teeth felt extremely clean!! The dentist was also very nice/approachable and took the time to talk to me. I would highly recommend this dental office. Fantastic experience: My first initial visit to Hillcrest Dental was a very pleasant one. I got an appointment as a new patient with ease, the practice itself is an amazing facility, it looks brand new, though I know it’s been there for several years, and is clearly updated with state of the art equipment. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional, more specifically Shepard, my hygienist, Dr Navarro, who set me up for treatments, and Nolan who was especially helpful with the scheduling. All in all a great experience! Thanks to the staff at Hillcrest.

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end I was always with someone traveling through the office. The staff is very caring and thoughtful while being informative and encouraging. They are always checking on you and making sure you're comfortable. Doctor came in and talked to me, making sure I understood what our plan is. I made my next appointment right in the treatment room! I didn't have to go to the front to check out and make an appointment. Doctor listened well to my concerns and answered all my questions. Refreshing!

Fantastic experience: I took my boys here this week. We have been in Vegas for a few years now and we have struggled to find a dentist who shows care for their patients more than the money they can collect from them. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into their very clean facility. The hygienists were very patient with my anxious child and helped him feel comfortable while she walked him through what she was doing while throwing a few jokes in here and there to make him laugh. We look forward to continuing our dental services here!

Fantastic experience: Short summary of my dentist history: I came from Absolute Dental (full of manipulative tactics, harsh treatment, lack of concern for patient, and money stealers). They absolutely botched my surgery and only cared for money. Coming here to Hillcrest Dental I immediately saw the big difference such as: Compassion for patients, patience, excellence on information and thorough explanation of plans. Basically, Hillcrest dental practices are wonderful and truly cares for their patients! I highly recommend trying them out!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 from the moment I reached out to them, to the point where I stepped into their ultra clean and modern looking reception area. The front desk workers were very friendly, greeted by more than one! Got called back almost immediately by the hygienist (Steph) sp? Whose table side manners were impeccable! He was very informative, helpful. I felt very at ease and cared for. Dr. Navarro came in to chat, he too carried himself well, I didn’t feel like he was rushing through, took his time to hear me out and answer all of my questions. 10/10 all around! Looking forward to having them take care of all my dental needs going forward!

Fantastic experience: Very clean, very light and airy, great reception area, welcoming, back rooms bright and cheerful. The staff I met with are very professional, Lisa is my hygenest and very professional and calming as I'm always nervous at dental appointments. I felt very comfortable there, Dr McCabe did my dental check and was very pleasant and answered my questions. Front desk Staff, lovely and go beyond to answer questions on insurance etc.

Negative experience: Most definitely a cash grab! This is a business and the point to a business is to make money and we all know that. However, the way this place tries to gain your trust just to take advantage and it is abysmal. If you are anxious about going to the dentist this place will try to make you think they have your best interest and you’re important and you can trust them but it’s all a façade and to get you not to question things. This office tried to sell me Invisalign. Which I was open to. However, after getting a second opinion the dentist told me I can’t get Invisalign after implants?!? Isn’ this something Hillcrest should have told me. Of course they didn’t and booked the appointment for the scan. I cancelled when I found out it was a waste of money and decided to let them continue my additional work. Well I go to what I thought was the appoint to pick up the process for the implants they tell me it’s for a cleaning. That’s possible, but my last visit I was told my next cleaning would be next year but she’s adamant this is a cleaning appoint and I owe $100 and some change. Mind you this appointment I was expecting to pay over $2,000 (from what was discussed with Savanah) so $100 was small potatoes…. But of course the delightful woman at the front who’s attitude you can smell from the parking lot treated me like I was a cheap-o and was fighting the $100 price when I was in fact fed up at the constant miscommunication from this office. Last time I was here this same rude woman told me I had a bill I kindly said I’ve paid a out of pocket and that’s incorrect and her response was “well that’s what it says you owe”. Someone with a more pleasant attitude and the follow through to treat me as a person and not an insurance number saw that I had already paid and told me I was fine. However, little miss sunshine didn’t offer and apology of any sort for her rude assumption. Also, she should not talk so loudly if she’s not required to display customer service while at work. I exhausted my benefits and paid them an additional 8k and was told all work was taken care of expect the price of the tooth and I was fine with that but the bill I received indicated differently. I also asked the receptionist ( as I knew I would not be returning to this office) if I had any balances or remaining appointments she said no. I asked to check again because the truth is fluid here and two times within 10 minutes she confirmed no appointments and no balance. My insurance company is also in the process of fighting a claim with this practice for unnecessary work and they won’t respond . I’ve decided to get my work competed elsewhere and had to call everyday for over a week to receive the information I needed. Nolan did share this was a new request and would take sometime which is understood but I’m the client I should not have to constantly call. Note my request and follow up when you are unable to complete it timely. Aside, from the mentioned front desk woman everyone else is very nice. This place claims to understand and strive towards helping those with dental anxiety. In actuality, it’s places like this that cause folks to spend decades avoiding the dentist because they are predatory!

Negative experience: I’m not saying Hillcrest Dental is literally haunted, but I am saying that somewhere behind the sterile walls and faint scent of fluoride, lurks the ghost of a 1980s used car salesman who refuses to rest. I came in expecting a standard cleaning — you know, the kind you schedule every six months — but I never actually got one. Instead, I was told I needed a deep cleaning that insurance may not cover, and unless I agreed to that, they wouldn’t do the regular one. So no cleaning, just a very polished sales pitch. Then came the treatment plan, which read like a dealership invoice: Basic service: ❌ X-rays: ✅ Unsolicited fear-based monologue about how declining treatment could lead to infection, bone loss, or worse: ✅✅✅ Mysterious $400 “insurance” add-on tucked discreetly into the total because apparently they don’t stand behind their own work: ✅ I told them I just wanted a cleaning nothing else and was met with the kind of look you get when you ask a car salesman to remove the undercoating. Suddenly, I was being told — not in these exact words, but pretty clearly implied — that my teeth were "on the edge," "just hanging on," and "a ticking time bomb of oral decay." And don’t think saying “no thanks” will get you out of it. You’ll be softly reminded that skipping treatment could lead to infection, bone loss, and, if you stretch the logic far enough, possibly death. I’m honestly surprised they didn’t bring in a priest and a funeral home brochure. I was invited to enter a raffle for a prize basket — but only if I left them a review. So if you're wondering why their ratings are so high, just know there's probably trail mix and a candle on the line. Bottom line: if you enjoy being upsold like you’re buying a used Camry with 160k miles and a sketchy history, this is the place for you. But if you’re just looking for honest, transparent dental care? Keep driving. And don’t forget to ask about the ghost warranty. It’s only $400 — and your life might “depend on it.”

Fantastic experience: After seeing my previous dentist for more than 30 years he retired and I needed a new one. I came to Hillcrest Dental where I was treated by a team of people that was seamless from check- in to check-out. I was given a comprehensive exam, followed by a meeting with the dentist, assistants and the hygienist. A treatment plan was put together and everything explained in easy terms. Everyone was professional and courteous. I was very happy with my experience there and would certainly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Hillcrest Dental is the best Dental place I have ever been to. Hillcrest Dental has a wonderful staff. At my first appointment i fell on my face and it seemed like the whole office came out to help me including Dr Kasimi. They made sure I was ok. It took me about 4 weeks to recover then I went back for my first set of teeth. The brusing was gone in about 3 weeks and I can actually eat and l have cheeks again. I feel so good. Thank you Hillcrest Dental. Today I am getting my final teeth. This my 3rd set. The 1st 2 were great and fit really well. I love these people. They are all so caring and compassionate.

Negative experience: Hillcrest Dental is a scam. Every time I go they have multiple people try to sell me Invisalign and sealants. They told me I needed a sealant on every molar and premolar and wanted to charge me $560 dollars out of pocket. Sealants are not necessary if you are over the age of 17. Total scam. They are so busy trying to sell me different stuff they miss important things. So disappointed with how I’ve been treated there.

Positive experience: Everyone in the office was extremely nice I guess when I went into the office on my very first visit I wasn't expecting to hear that I would have to lose all my teeth with no other options offered. I didn't have the funds to pay for implants and I couldn't see spending that much money, Maybe 25 years ago I could have made it happen. But for me at this point in my life I can't justify the expense. I would recommend this office, I could tell they do great work because they have great people working there.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I contacted this dental office after breaking my crown, I felt completely taken care of. I called the next morning, and Nolan was fantastic on the phone—attentive, professional, and clearly focused on making things easy for me. He found an appointment that same day! At my visit, I was warmly welcomed by Nadia, who handled my X-rays and the preliminary exam with care and precision. She listened closely to my concerns and explained a clear treatment plan that addressed my immediate issue and future dental health. Savannah made the payment process seamless, helping with insurance and setting up a stress-free plan that worked for me. Dr. Kasimi, Amy Jo and Misty were absolutely amazing during the procedure. They removed my damaged crown, treated the area, and carefully placed a temporary crown. They walked me through each step and constantly made sure I was comfortable and informed—which completely eased my nerves. Later that evening, one of my temporary crowns came off (never fun). I called the after-hours number, and to my surprise, they responded within five minutes and got me back to the office within fifteen. That kind of responsiveness is rare—and deeply appreciated. The same warmth and professionalism I felt during my initial visit were there during the emergency fix. From start to finish, this office has been nothing short of exceptional. Every team member—Nolan, Dr. Kasimi, Nadia, Amy Jo, and Savannah—went above and beyond. Their blend of technical excellence and heartfelt care genuinely sets them apart. I’ll definitely be returning here for my ongoing dental care, and I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants reliable, compassionate, top-quality treatment.

Fantastic experience: First off, they are right around the corner. Convenient . The atmosphere is really nice and the lobby is so welcoming. Big smiles and friendly faces when you come in. It doesn't have that normal "dentist office" smell or vibe ya know? I worked with Jay and he was a whole character, I can tell he listen to a good playlist. AHHHH the Tubi movies had me hollerin' y'all. Place look noice. I forgot the dentist name () but he was so professional and kind. Everyone was attentive and matched my energy. Like good moods. And I'm harping on the energy because it's important to me. They set me up with a treatment plan for all the uglies in my mouth. What I really find different is that I shared vulnerable things with them and they all had me in there feeling like my back was had. The reassurance was there for me. Now the scary part. The monies. I was nervous but look, they have so many options and the sweet lady explained and sat with me to go over what I could do. Tryna help not hussle. Respect. Anyway, all that to say, I'm excited to be a new client and hope to be a permanent one .

Fantastic experience: I've never been to a dentist office that has treated me so good. I was really scared the first time I went, but my fears were meet with joy when I saw my new teeth. From the Dr's to the front end staff, they are the very best.

Fantastic experience: Hillcrest Dental "ROCKS"! Misty, the dental hygienist is very caring and kind. She's very attentive to getting the care that I need at the time instead of coming back for multiple visits. Next, Dr. Mccabe, y'all she's real good. I've enjoyed my visits with this doctor. She is so gentle when it comes to her work, including giving shots, I barely felt anything...I was shocked and happy! Yes, I will continue to go back. Last but not least is Jay, the dental assistant,"You Rock Too!" Keep up the great work that you do. With all that being said the entire staff at Hillcrest Dental is just "EXCELLENT"! YAY!

Explains procedures to the letter and very patient when asked same question repeatedly. Clean,high tech operation. No surprises when it comes to cost. They lay it all out. Front desk staff awesome. Fantastic experience: I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the best experience at a dentist I’ve had in my 32 years of life. I know that sounds a bit dramatic, but being somewhat fearful of dentists from previous experiences…a patient starts to lose faith. But I can confidently say, Hillcrest Dental has restored my faith. This place has a beautiful aesthetic when you walk in the door. Layout is open, bright, clean and inviting. They even have a working coffee bar. One thing I love about this place, You’re greeted with a smile throughout the entire office. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting; Nolan at registration; easiest check in process ever, they also have forms you can fill out online! Gladys that took my X-rays (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly), Nadia who made me feel like I was an old family friend catching up, Heather (the mvp of the day) who did my cleaning, Erica who was so kind, as well as kind young lady who assisted Dr(I forgot her name, forgive me, I was nervous before my procedure) and Dr.Navarro. Dr Navarro, he really cares about his patients and wants them to feel as comfortable as possible. I appreciate his bedside manner and patient care so much. Dr + staff have left a lasting impression and have gained patient for life! I will gladly recommend Hillcrest Dental to all my friends and family. Can’t wait for my next appointment. (never thought I’d say that about a dentist appointment)

Fantastic experience: Everyone is friendly and they show you the X-rays in front of you and explain the procedures well and what needs to be done. The place is clean and cute! I definitely would recommend to try it, ive come from bad dentist experience so this is definitely better!

Negative experience: The fact that I was texted three times and emailed once with “friendly” reminders to review Hillcrest dental has me feeling frustrated and unnecessarily pressured to write a review. I prefer to write only positive reviews for businesses, but after my second cleaning, I have less than positive thoughts. When going to a new dentist, I completely understand that an initial appointment may take longer but my second cleaning took as long as the first. (1.5 hours)! I’ve been to many dentists as I move for work and a regular cleaning takes no more than 30 min! Aside from the surprisingly long time it took them to do X-rays, pictures and a basic cleaning, they also said I needed quite a bit of work done, recommending both crowns and multiple fillings. After a second opinion at another dentist, they did not recommend any of the work to be done at this time. I’m flabbergasted at the difference in suggestions from one dentist to the next.

Fantastic experience: Hillcrest is amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They are extremely sensitive to fearful and anxious patients (my daughter) and very accommodating to other medical issues (myself). We have been extremely happy with all of our experiences there.

Fantastic experience: The office and location of this dentist is beautiful and clean. Staff is all very kind and professional. I have never had such a in-depth cleaning . Heather Rodgers was exceptional she cleaned my teeth and was very detail oriented she didn’t miss anything and educated me on dental Hygiene care . I felt very comfortable and I would say this visit was 10/10

Negative experience: I think staff is great and the establishment is great. Dentist are to blame. I started in January and it is going into June next visit. I don't care about the times they give you , it will be 1hour and a half regardless. Still waiting on teeth . When Dentist gets married or go on vacation. Don't know why if they juggle patients without meeting there needs . Hope nobody has to experience what I have. Still waiting on dentures. What joke the Dentist are.

Fantastic experience: First visit this morning. Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff is all very welcoming, and made the whole visit very pleasant. I've had many awful experiences at a dentist, but the doctors and staff at Hillcrest have really given me a new outlook on dental work. Dr. Garrett walked me through the everything before he started. He made sure I was comfortable and the anesthesia had fully set it before starting any work. I was having a tooth extracted and a bridge put in so I was in his chair for a while. He checked in with me several times and even asked if I needed a break. It's rare to find a medical office, let a lone a dentist that doesn't illicit anxiety and fear but the staff at Hillcrest have really done their best to create a wonderful atmosphere.

From the front desk to the assistants, hygienist and dentist (mollie McCabe) all are kind, patient and very very responsive/interactive. No whiff of upselling or over diagnosing. Negative experience: I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your office concerning orthodontic services. This experience involved misleading information, unauthorized billing, and has caused significant personal and medical distress. As a patient recovering from recent brain surgery, I was medically advised to avoid overseas travel. This restriction was a critical factor in my decision to seek local treatment—specifically at your dentist office—on the expectation of receiving accurate information, transparent pricing, and professional care. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. I was given false and inconsistent information about treatment pricing and options by both the dentist and multiple front office staff. Most concerning is that a full-mouth 3D X-ray was performed and billed to my insurance without my prior knowledge or consent, and before any discussion of cost or authorization took place. This breach of trust and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Following this already frustrating experience, I received further communication from the doctor stating SORRY I made a mistake , my billing team made a mistake with pricing, that the orthodontic work (upper and lower) which was quoted $8500 could be done for $12,000—but without any warranty because they made a mistake of not paying attention to the details Frankly, this raises serious concerns. Is this offer a sincere resolution, or an attempt to sidestep accountability? Who would reasonably agree to pay $12,000 for a procedure following such mishandling, with no warranty or assurance? This approach feels not only unprofessional but also exploitative, especially under the circumstances. To make matters worse, I had canceled approved paid time off (PTO) based on the belief that my treatment was properly planned and explained. Instead, I was left dealing with confusion, miscommunication, and a level of care that has caused more harm than help.

Fantastic experience: As a youth I would definitely always come back here knowing it’ll be fun knowing it’s just a dentist office , everyone is always making me laugh and always just up most respectful 10/10

Positive experience: Dr McCabe and Jay were wonderful when I went in for a second opinion on treatment. They explained everything wonderfully. The office was very nice and had great technology offerings to enhance the experience in office. I opted to go to a different office for treatment due to price of the crown warranty only shared at the end of the appointment. Everyone was very nice there though. Only downgrading 1 star because they followed up atleast 5 times in 24 hrs after my appointment and front office staff seemed a little pushy to get a review before any treatment decision was made.
