Negative experience: Previously liked going here but today made it was a horrible experience not only have i yet to receive a giftcard from the fake review but today but also came out bleeding from the sides of my lip because the orthodontist wasnt careful and it didnt only happen once it happened 3 times on the same spot. After all that im finished and take pictures bc the doctor said it was the only thing needed. and then they tell me i also needed something else. Absolutely ruined my day

Absolutely negative result.Manager refused to continue treatment without extra payment without any reasonable explanation Difficult to schedule appointments. Medical record was not sent to me. They blocked me on social media... DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!!!

Negative experience: Bad experience. Paid twice 6k and my problem never resolved. Did the treatment twice and the 3rd time They wanted to charge 4k more to get my teeth finally aligned. Very unprofessional. They should keep one doctor in place so someone can follow the proper treatment. 0 start

Negative experience: What I can say that these people aren’t professional when it comes to informing a patient. Unfortunately, I can’t state what has happened because it’s personal and needs to be detailed. But they need to be more professional when speaking to patients, scheduling appointments and I firing the patients on the correct information.

Negative experience: Both of my children did their braces here, it has here been good until today. My son lost the bottom retainer after 3 days from getting them, his gum was bleeding and it hurt So he misplaced them somewhere Today when we were trying to get a replacement, I requested if they can lower the price since he never used them. The receptionist was kind enough to ask the manager “Brittany “ but she was rude and inconsiderate to even take few minutes to speak to me. And she dismissed the lady in front. I also asked if she can help me by doing 2 monthly payments she refused. This message is for you “Brittany “ Be kind and help people because paying 350 for a piece of plastic the second time around is not fair !! Be human and sympathize you never know when it is ur turn to ask for help.

Negative experience: The manager “ Brittany” called me back when she saw my previous reveiw @AsmaaF. not to try to help me but to try finding excuses about her lack of compassion, and professionalism of dismissing my requests and acting all busy and leaving the office while I’m the mother of the child trying to ask for help. “ Brittany” I know you said on the phone you don’t care about the reviews but parents out there like me need to know what kind of person they will be dealing with. Be Kind !

Negative experience: I wanted to like this place, I was with them for over 2 years. Got my braces done and once we “finished” the treatment I knew something was wrong. My bite wasn’t completely fixed and my front tooth were still not in the right place, I voiced my concern and they told me I should wait a couple of months so my bite alone would adjust (obviously didn’t happen). After 6 months I went back and told them I needed the braces again since my teeth continued to get more and more out of place. They told me I needed 3-6 more months of treatment and they would charge me $3,000 dollars for it ! That’s more than half the price of the whole treatment ! Not keeping in mind I voiced my concern as soon as the braces were off! Now I need a solution and it is mind blowing I’m stuck on paying $3,000 to complete my treatment. I need a solution please
