Fantastic experience: Been going here for a few years now. Everyone is very polite and professional. The waiting area is very spacious. They even have a corner for kids to play around on. The whole facility is very clean! Probably one of the best Dentistry in Centerville. My first visit with Khanh today. Talk about skills!!! She was absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient since 2004, every time I come it’s always dental care at its finest. My hygienist Jennifer P is always friendly, funny and knowledgeable. She gives me tricks and tips to keep myself clean in between visits. They also serve kids as well. Jenny N is amazing with my two daughters. Dr. Hutchison, Dr. Gorman and staff are top notch. You will not be disappointed.

Adding to this review- had my last molar break over the weekend. The staff responded over the weekend to my request for an appointment , got me set up to see Dr. Gorman at the first available. Michelle and Dr. Gorman were great. The tooth is savable and now has a temporary crown. I go back in 3 weeks for the permanent and we will just go ahead and fix the other molar that has similar issues. Can't recommend this office more! Fantastic experience: Follow up 01/15/2025: I've been going to this practice for quite some time now. I've been working with the same hygienist the whole time. She takes extra care and time to help explain oral hygiene and how to be successful at it. Today's appointment was the example of her dedication and commitment to help me have a better outcome. Today I left the visit knowing that what she has instructed me to do has made a signicant difference in my overall Healthcare. I went from having mainly 4s with some 3s and 5s. I kept today with mainly 2s and only one 4. That's a significant improvement, I could not have done it with out her. I appreciate the team of dentists at this practice, but what makes me keep coming back to every appointment is the genuine respect I feel from her. She the heart of this practice. I will say, if she leaves for another practice for any reasons, I will surely follow her to that other practice. Yes, she is that good. Being warmly welcomed to being personally escorted to hygienist's work area and ending with a great visit with the dentist have all been consistent and not just a first impression. Fantastic experience: Okay, I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I dread it and I will be honest and say I was way behind on my dental appointments—my husband has been a client of Smiles for Centreville since he was a child. I made an appointment and was able to be reassured and comforted and there was NO JUDGEMENT for neglecting my teeth. Everyone was pleasant to work with, all of the office staff—incredible. Dr Gorman explained what he was doing and not once did I feel an ounce of pain. There was no reason for my anxiety, it was all in my head. I am comfortable and will never neglect my teeth again. Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dentist since I was a kid, and I still go even though I live in Baltimore now - yes, I commute 1.5 hours because I love this dentist office so much! Everyone is genuinely kind, it's a peaceful atmosphere, good and not too loud music playing, excellent care. In addition to regular cleanings, they also saw me through braces and a tooth implant process. And, very cool extra fun thing - this last visit (Jan 2025) they had a new type of fluoride that wasn't all sticky and cured in just 15 min!!! Remarkable, wonderful. I love this place.

I’ve been under Dr Gormans care and still drive 60 miles since we’ve moved 3 yrs ago because I haven’t looked for a new dentist in Shenandoah Co. I wish however it wasn’t so expensive even with additional Aetna coverage on top of my United Healthcare basic coverage. I’d prefer they accept that coverage and not make me pay additional. He crafted a custom snore guard that not only helps with my mild sleep apnea but also serves as a retainer. It’s made a significant difference in my quality of sleep! I also underwent Invisalign treatment with him, and I was thrilled with the results. The care I received throughout that process was top-notch. Additionally, I’d like to highlight Dr. Marc Eun, who noticed calcification in my father's neck during an x-ray. Thanks to his keen eye, my father discovered that he had a 95% blockage, which led to successful surgery. Fantastic experience: Dr. Gorman is a Wonderful! He has been my dentist for almost 20 years. I moved away from the immediate area, but I travel back to Smiles for Centerville because of their excellent care, compassion and honesty. Dr. Gorman is my dentist, but I have also seen Dr. Hutchinson and Dr. Rob. They are also excellent!

Fantastic experience: Another wonderful experience. Rhonda is gentle and thorough and charming. As is Dr Gorman. I feel I’m in very knowledgeable and experienced hands there and they make the experience as free of unpleasantness as possible for a dentist appointment.

Multiple options are given when available, procedures are explained in as much detail as is necessary or required by the patient to feel totally comfortable. While , I hope you don’t need a dentist, If you do don’t miss the opportunity to visit smiles of Centerville.
