Positive experience: I have been a patient for 10 years at the Riverside office and am obviously pleased with this practice. But, just know, as I found out today, Riverside Dental now report they are 8 months out for routine cleanings!! Less than the insurance covered twice/year (every 6 months) recommended. Wonder what went into this decision.

Negative experience: Very mediocre experience here. Was told Delta insurance no longer accepted which is fine but was told 10 months in advance. Felt like was being pushed out. Ladies at desk are rude and condescending. Just phoned and spoke with Lori requesting records. Lori interrupted me while requesting and was very rude. Poor customer service. Lots of great options in St. George - highly recommended to go where customer service is a priority.

Fantastic experience: Riverside is by far the BEST! We moved out of town and I still travel to see Dr Stevens. The whole office is SO kind and wonderful! I would recommend them 10/10 to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time coming to Riverside dental care. The my did a great job at cleaning my teeth, running X-rays, making sure my questions were answered. Naly helped clean my teeth and she did an awesome job! Everyone was very friendly and professional. They even have birdhouses outside the cleaning window so I watched the birds have a midday snack. Riverside was efficient and took care of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: this is the first time i have ever left the dentist without feeling any pain. i have very sensitive teeth and dr. wade stevens is the first dentist i have ever been to that has taken breaks in-between drilling a tooth. he would put pressure, count to three and take it off. he waited a few seconds and then went at it again for 3 seconds. he explained everything to me as he was doing it so i wasn’t sitting in fear the whole time wondering if i was going to feel a nerve get hit. absolutely best experience ever and as long as i love down here he is who i will be seeing! thank you :))

Fantastic experience: My current hygienist Christine did an amazing job during my recent visit. I first became a patient two years ago due to sensitivity concerns from acid erosion. Since then Dr. Wade has been a great help easing my dental concerns and taking care of my dental work. The hygienists are also excellent at teaching patients preventative ways to clean and take care of your teeth. I definitely would recommend to anyone that needs regular dental care they are the best office I've been to.

Fantastic experience: I broke my bridge Thursday night. I called Dr Wade first thing Friday morning. They had me come down that morning. I was finished before noon! Dr. Wade has been my dentist for years and even though I live 1400 miles away now, I still visit Nevada and Utah a couple times a year. If I have a dental problem while I’m in town, he always fits me in. He is amazing! His staff is wonderful. Joel does the making of all the bridges, crowns, etc. He is very good at his craft. Thanks Riverside Dental for constant, awesome service!

Fantastic experience: UPD ATE: The review below is from about 2 years ago. i recently had a Crown fall off (placed by a dentist in salt lake), and once again they came up with the perfect timing to support my very busy schedule. Took less than half an hour to get me back to a full tooth count. These guys are great and so accomodating. (April 2025) Saved me from horrible tooth pain on a holiday! Iarrived with excruciating pain (i know, i waited too long to go in!) and left with no pain at all. Thanks for being the only dentist open when I really needed one! (July 2021)

Fantastic experience: Had a great first experience at Riverside Dental. Just moved to St George and had many friend recommendations for this office. Especially as a new dental patient it can be hard to know your dentist is being truthful and I felt no doubt of their honesty. Office ran very smoothly and my hygienist Danyelle was fantastic! I haven’t had my teeth cleaned so well or been so well taken care of for a long time. Excited to go back and have her clean my teeth again!

Negative experience: David Stevens was the most brilliant dentist I’ve seen in 35 years. Then after Covid, his work faltered. I had 4 crowns & a 4 tooth bridge done in 2023. ALL broke off at the gum level with the tooth inside each crown just 7 months later. A coincidence? Likely not, everything comes down to money. Shop wisely and pick a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: Riverside Dental is the best dental practice I've ever been to. I have been going there for 18 years. I don't even live in the same town anymore, but I drive 4 hours to see them because they're that good. They have a whole culture of excellence in the practice. All the hygienisists are gentle and all the doctors are skilled in keeping your teeth feeling and looking great. The front desk staff are super helpful too! Honestly going there feels like I'm at a spa instead of a dentist.

Fantastic experience: This facility is great. I had a tooth ache, they got me in the same afternoon. They gave me my options and were very informative with my situation. I went back in the next day for the fix. They got me in on time for both appointments. Very friendly and polite staff from the front desk, dental assistant and the dentist. Fantastic experience: The best dental office ever. The front office greet you with the warmest smiles. Always seem to be on time calling you back. Shonie the hygienist, is the sweetest ever. She’s so gentle and gives the best advice. Fun to talk to, caring! Dr Wade is is also gentle. He really cares about his patients.

Fantastic experience: First I will say that I have had a good deal of dental work done in my 70 years and I’d rather do just about anything other than go to the dentist! I haven’t been to the dentist since before COVID raised it’s ugly head and I just moved here in October. I was pleased to find the front office staff friendly and welcoming and that my hygienist, Randi, was competent, chatty and gentle. Dr. Wade was thorough and congenial, removed a trouble spot in my smile in seconds and I walked out feeling great! Thank you so much for a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for several years. This week I broke a tooth and the team at Riverside dental got me in that same evening to get a temporary crown placed. I really appreciate the fact that I can get dental work done after I get off work.

Negative experience: Went in for my check up after my 3rd reschedule, took me almost a week to finally get into the office, which was confusing. That being said, mistakes happen, so it's understandable, however after this inconvenience I finally get in for my check up/ cavity check appointment. No big deal, like I said, mistakes and misunderstandings happen, I can overlook it. They proceed to do no checking up, and take an X-ray of only one side of my mouth. After being told, despite my on and off pain, nothing is actually wrong, they then tell me I'm good to go. At this point, after arriving at 8:50am, being taken back into my appointment at around 9:05am, my appointment had lasted until 9:15am. This appointment lasted ten minutes. I asked if I could get the other side of my face x-ray checked or manually checked at least, if we weren't going to do any cleaning or other maintenance. I was then told no, and that I'm good to go because this wasn't the type of appointment I had scheduled, which wasn't the case. Following this frustrating response, they ask me when I would like my follow up appointment to be scheduled for, and I decided I think I'll try somewhere else next time, see if it goes any better. Summary: This was a frustrating and confusing experience, and I feel as though I don't even actually know if anything is wrong with my mouth/teeth, or if I can even qualify it as a checkup. If it hadn't been covered by insurance, I'd be insistent on a refund or free reschedule for an actual appointment. Not a great time. Edit: For some clarification on my part, bad days happen, people mess up, but it's hard to trust a business with my health, and one bad day can go a long way in steering me away from wanting to return.

Fantastic experience: The secretary's were very nice, they got me in to see a Dentist soon as they were able! Dr. Snyder and his assistant were AWESOME They numbed my tooth and the right half of my mouth stopping the pain right away. At the moment I have no dental insurance plan. It was great how they were willing to explained the different operations and the cost of each procedure (it ranged from $300-$7,500) Dr. Snyders assistant went through all the Pros and Cons of each of my options, and answered every question I could think up; like will it eliminate the infection, how bad is the initial pain, chances of infection returning, and average time to heal fully , ect. I had 45min to decide. I wasn't rushed or hurried into my decision whatsoever which I appreciated very much. From the point I walked the front doors Riverside Dental Care and left 4+hrs later I experienced ZERO PROBLEMS! Every employee was very kind, professional ,and courteous 100% especially Dr. Snyder and his assistant! My first recommendation is go straight to the dentist if you have any sign of a cavity! 2 months ago I noticed a small dark spot on my tooth and decided I was going to play dentist and save myself (MONEY) by scraping and cleaning it myself; but I couldn't get a tiny bit out of a whole that was smaller than a pin head, but hey I got most of it right! NOPE! In 2 months it tunneled all the way to the nerve and caused unbearable pain and the loss of my tooth. I'm almost 40, only had 2 cavities. 1 two months ago, another when I was 13 that got nipped in the bud. I learned my lesson this time! If I had just gone in and had it examined I'd still have my tooth, but I thought it would be $2000 or more just to get a filling!‍♂️ I thought it was totally unaffordable. DO NOT get me wrong! It can be cheap if you get it before it spreads! Everyday you leave a cavity in your mouth untreated hurting your quality of life and is like burning money, and will continue to cost more money everyday its not gone! That fear is what Lost and Cost me my darn tooth and I paid double the money just to rid of it than it would have been to just fix and keep it Two months ago.SMH

Fantastic experience: I had just moved to town and had a dental emergency. With it being Saturday I didn’t think i’d get in. I called the after hours dr (dr stevens) and he made time for me THAT DAY. The urgency alone made this place a 10/10, but the service was also so great! Would recommend this place!!!

Fantastic experience: I live in Las Vegas , but I KNEW I didn’t want to have ANY medical work done here. I saw the reviews on google, and I’ve NEVER seen so many positive reviews on any site , giving the population there . So I reached out to Dr, Roundy personally because I had a bad tooth that had an exposed nerve and it was awful . I met with Dr, Roundy on Monday morning and this wonderful man had the tooth out and a bone graft, and had me sewed up in about an hour. I would like so say how GRATEFUL and BLESSED I feel to have had this wonderful man, Dr. Roundy work on me . On Tuesday when I woke up , I had forgotten that I even had this procedure done for the first 5-10 minutes. I have been in virtually NO pain since my procedure!! Thank you , and may Almighty God bless you for your kindness

Fantastic experience: My husband had an abscess and needed to be seen quickly. We were not established patients and they saw him immediately. I decided while there I would make my first appointment. They happened to have a cancellation right around that same time. I was in and out in about an hour. The office staff, hygienists and dentists are fast, friendly and efficient!

Positive experience: The staff is great! The one thing that rubbed me wrong this time…I had an implant done a while back…the crown portion somehow came loose. I would think with the money that these things cost…having it looked at and fixed…there should be no charge. How is the patient have any control over that! In my mind…it seems once it’s in…you should be good permanently. If there is an issue…the office who provided it should cover any adjustments that need to be made.

I feel they are pretty honest on what you need to get done and they listen to all your concerns and questions and help you with practical answer and options.

Fantastic experience: I was blown away at the unbelievable level of service. I never go to the dentist. Upon recommendation I went to Riverside once last year. So I am not a regular patient. This week I had a tooth crack, and I called to get in an emergency appointment. They got me in immediately, had my info already loaded when I walked in including my updated insurance info, and got me back within 5 minutes. Dr. Stevens was great, and have recommendations without upselling me. From the moment I walked in to me walking out with a fixed tooth was less than an hour. I am beyond impressed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Snyder is amazing. Being scared of the dentist rings true for many even adults. He was very kind, calming, and gentle with the work he done. Normally I'm the type to get a major issue fixed then avoid the dentist until my next major issue. Fantastic experience: 10 million stars if I could!! I can’t express just how amazing this dental office is. Everyone at the front desk is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I’ve had so many bad and painful experiences at the dentist before that I put off going for a couple years. I had an emergency tooth break, they fit me in that night-yes night, and I was so nervous. But as soon as I came in all my fears and anxiety went away, Dr Snyder had me calm and smiling the moment he came in. And I didn’t even realize Dr Snyder had given me the shots! The time went by so quickly even though I had this new, beautiful crown placed. Yep, he’s THAT good. Dr Snyder makes you feel heard and is really gentle, he listened and answered all my questions with great detail. I never once felt rushed, and he told me to come back in if I had any other questions/concerns. He polished my teeth with such an attention to detail after fillings. He also remembered who I was months later which meant so much to me! He’s truly the og, great of all time dentist. Thanks Riverside for making a scary situation into one of the best experiences I’ve had. ❤️ 10 million stars!

Fantastic experience: I'm sure everyone has had a range of experiences when visiting a dental office. While "best" may be subjective I will go so far as to say my most recent visit to Riverside Dental Care for a filling was the best dental experience I've had so far. The staff were very cordial, professional and skilled. Not only was the procedure pain free but they showed genuine care for my comfort when I had indicated my lips had dried out during the procedure they immediately stopped work and had staff bring me a stick of chapstick to use and keep. This small act contributed to making my experience overall well above and beyond expectations. Not only will I be back for any further dental needs but I will be strongly advocating that my family and friends consider visiting Riverside Dental Care for their dental needs as well.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience today at Riverside Dental! I’ve worked in the dental field for 6 years and was even an office manager at one point and I was so impressed by how this office was run! It was efficient, quick, and an overall great experience. I was greeted with a warm smile by Lori at the front office. She was so friendly and kind! I only waited a few minutes for them to take me back and my hygienist, Laura, was just as amazing! She was so kind and easy to talk to. She was so gentle and I could tell she really cares for her patients. Dr. Snyder was wonderful and I didn’t feel like a number, I felt like an actual patient. He throughly examined my teeth and took his time doing so. They took such great care of me. I would recommend this office to anyone! I wish I could give them 10 stars! :))

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth ache while visiting from out of town I asked my brother, who lives in St George, where to go. He recommended Riverside Dental and they were excellent. I was seen that same day. The dentist was empathetic, thorough, and gentle. X-rays made him suspect I had an apical abscess on a wisdom tooth. He made an appointment for me with an endodontist and I had a root canal done that afternoon. By that evening I had no more pain and the tooth was saved

Fantastic experience: I love Riverside Dental! My hygienist, Emily is awesome. She is so gentle and truly cares ab6out my comfort. I am more sensitive than some people, and she always checks with me to be sure I'm doing ok. I feel more relaxed since havng her clean my teeth. She does a great job!

Fantastic experience: I had a crown fall out and my dentist is closed on Fridays. I called Riverside Dental and they got me in about an hour later. This crown is fairly new and hasn’t felt right since I had it done. The dentist at Riverside put it back in and now it feels great. Everyone was so nice and they will be my new dental office from now on. I just returned for my first cleaning & had a wonderful hygienist, then the dentist came in & explained everything to me about my teeth. Best experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Riverside Dental is awesome. Dr Wade, the hygienists and staff are the best in the St George area. I moved to Colorado and still come back every six months for my checkups and cleanings. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: I had the most comfortable appointment today! Dr Snyder was amazing! I was terrified and put off dental work because of anxiety. I have never had such a great experience! Thank you for your attention to detail. The office is busy but now I know why! Thanks Tori- assistant- for your calm confidence. The wait is worth it!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful I found Riverside Dental, I have hyper sensitive teeth & the doctor & his staff are so understanding & do everything possible to make my visits as pleasant as they can be. I actually for the 1st time in my 54 years was able to have my teeth cleaned with electric tools & had water in my mouth which I have never been able to do all because they tried a new product to help with sensitivity & it truly works!!! I was so excited that I could get my teeth cleaned & had no pain

Fantastic experience: I love Riverside dental care, everyone there is so kind and friendly but most of all they do an amazing job. I totally trust them and feel confident going there. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I have been to several hygienists there to have my teeth cleaned and every one of them is excellent!!

Fantastic experience: The visits keep getting better and better... good and modern equipment, knowledgeable staff, practical approach to dental plans with an eye to keeping the patient's costs reasonable. My wife and I live in Washington state but keep our dental care with Riverside Dental. They deserve a 6 star.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Snyder, Jamie, and Josie saved my life this weekend! I was so relieved when they were willing to come in on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND And help me. They got me started on a root canal and made sure I was comfortable and had no pain. I can’t rave about them enough. Best dental office in st George!!!!

Fantastic experience: Riverside Dental Care and Dr. Snyder are absolutely % AMAZING. I was referred to them when my right side of my face swelled up and my normal dentist couldn't see me for over 1 week. Riverside got me an appointment that day right away and the doctor and staff is awesome and very friendly and they don't judge you they really are there to help you. I feel like if I had Dr. Snyder years ago that I might not be in as bad as shape right now. He is very gentle, He pulled 3 teeth and it was the most painless experience I have had, usually the shots are super painful and usually it's not good and pretty uncomfortable when they are pulling the teeth but Dr. Snyder made it so it was comfortable and he did an amazing job. Fantastic experience: Dr. Wade @ Riverside dental has been my dentist for several years after relocating to Washington County. With his care and the outstanding Dental Hygienist they display the highest level of caring professionalism of any office I've ever used. I always look forward to me six-month cleaning and checkup. Fantastic experience: I have always been scared of dentist, but now I was going to have implants done! To my surprise it was done so quick and I didn’t feel any pain. I was awake and given something to relax me. I was so happy with the results that I actually couldn’t wait for my implants to finally be put in!. My dentist and technicians were great and knew what they were doing . I had a view of a large window and got to watch birds feeding from a bird feeder and I promise it was a sight to see and very comforting. I recommend all to come here for all dentistry work done. I’m so happy my daughter brought me here. A great experience! Well done all!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wade and the entire staff at Riverside Dental Care are fantastic! I broke a molar and Dr Wade got me fixed up the morning I called in. His dental assistant (sorry, I forget her name) was the best. Together they worked quickly and efficiently. The entire staff made me feel very at ease. They are always friendly and helpful.
