Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful new patient experience with Doctor Hunter! I loved my previous dentist for years but since she sold her practice I’ve searched and searched for someone new. After a not-so-great experience at another office in town, I stopped my dental care for almost two years… oops. Until I begrudgingly made an appointment at Front Range Dental. Today the whole team was detailed and gave the most in depth dental exam I’ve ever received. They explained things well and helped me feel comfortable with my dental care at 28 weeks pregnant. I think I found my new favorite dentist! Updated 3.5 years later and I am still a happy patient. I have had nothing but positive interactions with every doctor and hygienist and front office staff. They are kind and accommodating to the schedule of a busy mom of 2!

Fantastic experience: I have not been to the dentist in a decade or more. I decided to go to FRD and get regular dental care back on track. These folks are awesome. They don’t scold you if you’re not a regular flosser or perfect dental routine follower. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are also understandable and accepting. Julie is an awesome personality and professional. I have turned my dental care completely around thanks to her. I love the Water Pik blasting my gums at 10. LOL! True story. I have the healthiest mouth that I have had in decades. You can’t go wrong seeing the folks at Fromt Range Dental.

Fantastic experience: I switched dental clinics because the previous one I was at was incredibly disorganized, which made scheduling appointments and keeping insurance on file much more difficult than it needed to be. At Front Range Dental Center, I really appreciated how thorough they were for my first exam! My hygienist was very friendly, as was the dentist. I look forward to returning in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental clinic. The front desk team is fantastic, particularly the girl who is so kind when you check out. The young girl who cleaned my teeth was incredible. She described everything thoroughly and was meticulous during the examination, and the providers are knowledgeable, making you feel comfortable no matter how serious your dental issues are. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: PRICE GOUGES, DO NOT GO TO!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dental hygienist was 5/5, the one star is for the dentist and office staff. The dentist wasn't terrible or harmful in nature, they just didn't have patient centered care and just advised whatever to do for your teeth that made them the most money instead of what was best for you especially considering long term options and health of the tooth. They are a great option if you want everything done and want to throw endless money at a problem. The dental staff didn't call about a custom crown for an implant (that's prepaid) after two months of it sitting in their office. Instead I had to call and follow up after they stated they would call me. When I asked why I wasn't called they said that I was supposed to call them. Very poor customer service that wasn't based upon the needs of the customer. I would recommend going somewhere else, because I won't be going back. To end on a positive note, I did receive a really great much needed cleaning! UPDATE: A few months after going to this dental clinic and receiving bills, they bill most dental insurance as out of network so that they can price gouge. They ended up charging my insurance several thousand dollars over what they gave us as an estimated cost maxing out the dental insurance for the year. On their website they claim to be honest and upfront about dental costs, which I found to be a complete lie because what I ended up being charged was several thousand dollars over what the estimation.

Fantastic experience: I was very overdue for a cleaning, and Front Range's staff did excellent getting me caught up on x-rays and a cleaning. I'm happy to have found a great dentist and team.

Fantastic experience: I went in with tooth pain and the knowledge that I needed a crown. Everyone was kind and helpful, and Dr. Hunter was able to get X-rays and fit me with a new crown that very day. They have a pleasant waiting area, what (seems to me) very modern devices, and the team has been extremely friendly. Negative experience: Complete lack of compassion!!!! My daughter has a debilitating chronic illness. Unfortunately she has had to reschedule last minute a few times. Each time it was because we were in ER, and we have plenty of documentation!!! I work in healthcare, by appointment, so I fully understand. However, I also understand that there are times when we need to have compassion and understanding for some situations. Especially when there is documentation!!! This dental office has NO COMPASSION!! So so so very disappointed

Fantastic experience: It’s my first visit, and trying them out was not disappointing. The hygienist spent a lot of time and detail in cleaning my teeth and giving them the attention they deserve. The dentist came in and actually checked all my teeth, unlike my last dentist at a different location who didn’t even look in my mouth. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and full of great information. They did not try to push services on me that I did not need, even saving me the cost of teeth whitening by comparing my teeth to a chart and letting me know I was as white as white could be. Very gentle when cleaning my teeth, too. I will continue to go here and I hope this relationship stays this positive. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We are new to Colorado so we were looking for a new dentist. Location was the determining factor to choosing Front Range Dental and were very pleased with the service we received from them. We spent over an hour doing an interview about our dental history as well as having a thorough exam and cleaning. The people there from the receptionist to the hygienist as well as the doctor were friendly and professional. They made us feel welcomed and relaxed. Believe it or not, we will return to this business due to the quality of the care we received.

Fantastic experience: My first service here was just a typical cleaning and I was wowed with the service by the front desk and my hygienist Lorissa? She was amazing. I had to go back for 2 crowns that I had been dreading to get done. However Dr E and his assistant were epic! Truly the best experience I’ve had with a dentist in a long while. My crowns are barely sensitive and had these done only a week ago. Thank you to a great find for a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Went to Front Range Dental Center as a new patient earlier this week and had an outstanding experience. My main concerns were how much I would be paying out of pocket after insurance and where I stood dental health wise after two-ish years of no dentist visits. Cost wise everything was explained to me thoroughly and the hygienist and dentist who helped me were kind, professional and efficient! X-rays, exam and cleaning all in about an hour! I’ll be going back for sure and referring anyone who is looking for a dentist!

Negative experience: I picked this dentist because of their reviews but was super disappointed when they tried to take me for a ride and say my daughter needed two fillings done when she had NO CAVITIES. We went there for a cleaning and they showed me that her teeth were STAINED (and they were) but did not show me the X-rays where the supposed cavities were. I wasn't convinced so I went back to my old dentist, who said her teeth were fine, she didn't need fillings. Dentists are worse than mechanics, and this one is no better.

Negative experience: I really use to like this Dental office. Then I randomly was told I was being dropped as a patient for 2 no shows and 3 day before cancellation in …….11 years. Seriously who has this policy of over 11 years? Not to mention 1 was during COVID and another because I had COVID. Lastly I warn every business I do snow removal in the winter and often work 36 hours straight during snow events. 2 were directly related to snow events. Some new office manager didn’t want to have a discussion about any of it. It seems like there’s been a huge turnover at the business and it’s not the same 4 star business from 3 years ago.

Positive experience: Honestly an amazing Dentistry, I love going to see my dentist with Front Range dental. The customer service though has always struggled, I have never felt like they are super welcoming or friendly. They always seem annoyed or in a rush to get on another call. They called me yesterday afternoon and offered December reschedule to me and I told them I would see if I can keep my current appointment if not get right back to them. Talked this morning to see about taking the December appt. Now booked until next Year end of February. How does that even make sense? Either they have way too many clients or not enough appointment times. I understand a month or two booked out but three- four months booked out? either way the lady was VERY snappy and rude to me over the phone and it makes it hard to want to go here. I Also asked them to check my husband's insurance last time I had an appointment there and they told me they would, grabbed all the details, and never got back to me at all so clearly do not care to have more service either. I struggle supporting a place with poor service. I told the lady how I was feeling too and she just said okay I'll remove your appointment bye. No care in the world to make it right.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Front Range Dental for 13 years and every experience is fantastic! I see Dr. Radtke and she has always taken excellent, precise and consistent care of me. I request to see Vicki as my hygienist because she always does a fantastic job and makes me feel at ease. I love that my hygienist is there every time I go in and cares enough to remember our conversation from 6 months ago so we can pick up right where we left off. Positive experience: My last visit was very good. Friendly, efficient and well done. However, on my previous visit when I was getting a filling out on I mentioned that I was feeling pain during the procedure. The dentist said she would keep going unless it got to bad for me to bear. I wasn't impressed with that.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown, filling and my teeth cleaned at the same appointment. They were all very thoughtful and concerned that I was doing okay. They all made it all very easy for me to have as much done as I did. Best dentist I’ve ever had and I highly recommend them.

Positive experience: I have been coming here for many years and every time has been wonderful. However, there is a lack of professionalism with the dental hygienist, Debbie. After my appointment today I felt violated after being questioned about my personal choices for my dental care. I specifically ask for NO FLUORIDE. It is listed in my dental chart. There has been no issue up until today when I was told that was not an option and Debbie was against using non-fluoride products during my visit. Debbie did end up using non-fluoride products, but, continued to poke and prod as to why I don’t use fluoride. This is my choice and no one else’s business. As a healthcare professional, you should respect a clients request.

Fantastic experience: As always a great experience (or as great as a trip to the dentist can get!). FRD invests in their practice as evidenced by their first rate staff and first rate facility. Everyone is a professional and a friendly pro at that. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Five stars!

No one tried to upsell me or pressure me for things I don’t need. Most of my family comes to this practice, and they are terrific. I like their dental philosophy and their honesty.

Fantastic experience: I have extreme anxiety and trauma from past dentist. To the point I ignored going to the dentist for 11 years. When I got here I was physically shaking in the lobby from just pure fear and anxiety. As I walked back I started to have a panic attack. Once I got in the seat my assistant was so kind. I started to cry just letting it all go. She was so supportive and kind and explained everything step by step. I have sensory issues as well. They let me use my noise canceling headphones and even gave me some sun glasses for the lights. Honestly this experienced redeemed a lot of the dental trips I had growing up. Whenever they sensed I was getting anxious they would stop and take time and did not rush me. I didn't feel like a cash cow and felt genuinely cared for here. If you are an adult with high anxiety, dental trauma, sensory sensitivity or anything that makes you a little more needing of a slow pace environment I can NOT recommend them ENOUGH! They got me for life!
