Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Commerce Drive Dental for years! They have always been professional, accommodating and reassuring. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment to repair an existing issue but mentioned I was having a problem with a different tooth. Dr. G Clause and Linsey had absolutely no problem readjusting the plan to address the new problem right then. I was also provided option allowing me to truly be a part of plan we ultimately went with. I know this was not just a little adjustment to their work plan and schedule for the day, but they didn't think twice about the change. I am aways completely informed about any details following my exam and fully informed of my options as well as cost without any type of pressure as to what and when I need to schedule the work. I value how kind all of the staff is everytime I have been there.

The team didn’t just assume my dental situation gawd off past records, they took to the time to take their own pictures and measurements before deciding the type of cleaning I needed-I had no idea they could be different?! In swoops Becca—sweet, conversational, and a rinse-master! Such a wonderful team!

Fantastic experience: Took my young daughter to get her first cavity filled today and the staff was very patient and interactive with her. Caroline and Dr. Brown were awesome. They kept her engaged and comfortable the whole time.

Fantastic experience: The staff are top notch at Commerce Drive Dental. I was scheduled for a cleaning. They found a cavity under a crown. Knowing that I had to leave the state, they adjusted their schedules and filled the cavity and placed a temporary crown on the tooth to prepare for the permanent crown at a later date. I am grateful!

Dr. Clause is the best, and his staff are wonderful too. ORG: Commerce Drive Dental has provided excellent and thorough service for me and my kids. All of the staff - from those greeting us, dental techs, dentists, and schedulers - have been kind, patient, and welcoming. The staff have made me feel at ease, and take the time to address all of my questions. Their location is convenient, and their facility provides a comfortable, professional work environment. I appreciate their reminder communications, and they have accommodated our appointment changes with no issues. I had searched for some time for a Mankato local dentist I could trust, and I'm glad we landed here. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have always been pleased with Commerce Dental. I am fortunate to have good teeth but a health body starts with a great smile with teeth. Unfortunately, as of today I have discovered I have a crack in one of my molars. I only wish that they would’ve listened to the patient 6 months ago.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today to place a permanent crown. Both the prep and finish appointments went extremely well. I'm a bit of a baby and like to use nitrous oxide. I used that at my initial appointment and felt no discomfort at all during the procedure. Lindsey made my temporary and it was very comfortable! Today Dr. Garrett Clause and Kirsten placed the crown with no discomfort and minimal adjustments. Along the way, the assistants and Dr. Clause explained the procedure thoroughly and in language I could understand. Excellent dental service by a professional and caring team.

Fantastic experience: We went in for a tooth extraction for our young daughter. Although the outcome wasn't what we all were hoping for, the staff were very professional and tried their best to achieve the extraction. I would recommend Commerce Drive Dental to anyone looking for dental services. They are very flexible and try to accommodate as much as they can.

Fantastic experience: I called in with pain in a tooth that had recently had a crown put on. They were able to get me in the next morning. After taking X-rays and a tooth exam, there did not appear to be a physical cause for the pain. I appreciate the promptness, thoroughness and honest! Dr. Kuryla was willing to give a referral to an endodontist but made it very clear that at this point it wasn’t necessary. She recommended a toothpaste for sensitive teeth and explained the process to correctly utilize and that it could take a couple of weeks to be effective. Again making it extra clear that the endodontist form is only there if I really cannot tolerate the pain and I wouldn’t have to make another trip back to their office. I appreciate that anytime I’ve had a procedure done with her she gives very explicit explanations and reasonings for needed treatment. My daughter sees another dentist and when we had to consider having a tooth pulled I looked at him and asked “if this was your child what would you do”? He didn’t hesitate and said to have it pulled, even though it was the cheaper option and he wasn’t going to make any financial gain (we went to an oral surgeon). refer Commerce Drive Dental-so glad we made the switch a year ago!

Positive experience: 1 bad experience is all it takes. The Dental Hygienist was the breaking point. The Dentist all seem nice enough. My regular Hygienist was really good. Idk if I could recommend them to friends and family. Update. I give the Dr. Props at least they called to see what's up. That move made me move from 1 star to 3 star rating.

Negative experience: Went for a exam because i had some teeth bothering me. Got multiple xrays and cleanings. Staff was nice and courteous but The problem i have was they weren't in network with my insurance. I take responsibility for not checking myself first. But i also feel they have a moral responsibility to tell their patients if the insurance they have is in network or not. I had made a root canal and crown apt with them AFTER the exam. Luckly the day before the root canal i called my insurance and found out they are not in network! I'm dissapointed in there business practices/policies. MORAL: check who is in network first because they wont tell you if they are not.

Fantastic experience: I went to Commerce Drive Dental for the first time today, and I was nervous due to having lots of anxiety surrounding the dentist. They were AMAZING. The lady at the front desk (not sure of her name) was immediately very friendly. I had Rebecca as a hygienist and she did a great job. She was super welcoming and was sure to talk me through everything she was doing, as well as listening to the concerns I had. Dr.Brown was super nice, as were the rest of the staff! Will definitely be going back to them from now on, and would 10/10 recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency when I had a cavity. Hadn't seen a dentist in years and typically really don't like the experience. All of the staff at this office were very kind, welcoming, and understanding. I didn't feel any judgement even though I had gone so long without seeing a dentist. They were also amazing about informing me about what was going on and letting me make informed decisions without pressuring me into anything. I was also a bit surprised that the cost of my appointment was at the lower end of the estimates I had seen online for similar treatments.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency late afternoon on a Friday and the staff stayed past closing to make sure I was taken care of. Incredible place with incredible people. Do not hesitate to choose them for you and your family. Talk your friends into going too! You will not regret it.

He's the first dentist who has ever explained what he's doing each step of the way. I wish I had started with him 30 years ago when we moved to Mankato!

I apologize for not noting my dental care providers that also made my comfort the top priority and the office staff who make a scarey visit calm. You are ALL the best of the best.

Negative experience: Terrible business practices. $25 fee for missing an appointment, regardless of rescheduling, regardless of whether the circumstances for missing the appointment were outside of your control. No exceptions, no understanding of life happening because it’s "their policy." If you are pulling into the parking spot at your appointment time, expect a phone call asking when you’ll be there. Prices are exorbitant, even without insurance.

Fantastic experience: Julie is absolutely amazing!! She has an excellent chair side manner!! All of the staff at Commerce has been so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had a hole in between my two front teeth because an old filing fell out. The dentist explained what she was going to do and I was in the chair about 90 minutes and was never in pain. She did great work and I’m due back there on the 22nd of May.
