Negative experience: I had a traumatic experience here. I paid for my dental plan in full. I asked for two implants but they insisted on only one to put two teeth on. After dental surgery then multiple infections it finally healed. Then they changed the plan and said I had to pay for them to remove the implant then put a bridge. They expected me to pay for there mistake. Big deal. Terrible experience

Negative experience: I got my dental plan paid for completely and half way through the procedure they changed their mind and expected for me to pay for their mistake. Nice people BUT EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Worst experience ever !! Played games with surgery in my mouth!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Miami Dental Group - Doral, and my experience has been truly wonderful. The office is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. Hygienist Roberto is excellent — he works very professionally, and every time he performs a cleaning, I never feel any pain or discomfort. His gentle and thorough approach makes every visit smooth and pleasant. I also want to highlight Dr. Gabriel Míon, who speaks in a kind and friendly manner that helps make the entire process feel easy and stress-free. His calm demeanor and clear communication really put me at ease during my visits.

Negative experience: Be very careful. They told me my insurance would cover 100% of the treatment, but later I received a surprise bill. When I questioned it, they said if I didn’t pay, they’d send it to collections. This feels dishonest and completely unfair.

Negative experience: They told me I need to do two crowns....one of which is on a healthy teeth!!! Trying to make money on someone's health is the worst thing a Dr can do. That makes me believe most of their reviews are fake. Beware. I went and fixed everything elsewhere, no crowns were needed at all.

Fantastic experience: I came across this dentist due to an emergency with a root canal performed by another doctor years ago. After calling several dentists in the area who wouldn’t help, I finally contacted this office and they were able to bring me in same day and correct the issue, saving my tooth. Ever since, my entire family attends this practice under the care of Dr. Llanes and Dr. Romano who both have excellent bedside manners, are caring, personable and very thorough with their evaluations. The office staff is wonderful, always welcoming and organized. They honor their appointment times and the office is never overcrowded despite being an established practice with such amazing reviews. I highly recommend this dentist and team!

Fantastic experience: Just shocked by the amount of care they give you here. It’s amazing. I’m here mostly for my braces, and they do their job so quick and easy that it’s unbelievable! I don’t even feel anything! It’s great and it deserves the 5 stars.

Negative experience: I have been a client for 3 years and I will not be coming back. On April 5th, 2024 I came in for a cleaning + upper retainer fix (wire snapped). While I had previously encounter good hygienist, this time is was just ok. After the cleaning I told the hygienist about the retainers. What happened next was a series of very painful action performed to find the adequate width of the wire. The hygienist ran wire through my teeth as if it was dental floss. It became evident that she did not know what she was doing. This led to me posing a series of questions and her response was “did you go to dental school?”. I asked to leave immediately. Afterwards she failed to apologize when I was debriefing the office manager about the incident. While I can understand a mistake, it seems that the office does not let hygienist/staff be honest with patients about their abilities. I would have been more than happy to come back to see a doctor who specializes in retainers. It seems like the bigger issue is the office itself. In my eyes chains cater to a specific clientele often they focus on quantity rather than quality. While it might work for simple cleanings, when it comes to specialities - there is a risk. I highly recommend going to dentist run offices for these scenarios. If not - accept the consequences of 1) low quality staff 2) low quality work :)

Fantastic experience: By far the best Dentist ever! Everyone is super sweet and nice. Everything is super clean! You feel super welcomed. Did my entire mouth and honestly super happy to have chosen them. Dr.Rodriguez works fast and good and makes the process painless and quick.
