Fantastic experience: I'm always so anxious when I go to the dentist, but everyone on staff - from the receptionist, to the x-ray technician, to the hygienist, to the doctor, was so warm and welcoming! My teeth smile has never looked better!

Negative experience: I go there every 6-7 months for a teeth cleaning. On October 9th last year, they charged $360, stating that the hygienist checked my gums, a procedure they never asked me, nor notified me, and never approved. Told them this was a deceiving practice. Shortly after leaving their office, I received a call from them stating that they would credit the amount of that gum check against the next cleaning session. I went there on May 29th, and Gloria Cueto told me there is no credit in my account for that matter. The worst part is not that they do not honor the credit they had promised me verbally, it is unethical or even illegal in dental billing and treatment, particularly when a patient visits for a routine cleaning and ends up being charged for unneeded or unperformed services. Conducting treatments that are not clinically necessary, solely to increase billing opportunities, and worse, without getting approval from the patient. This has been the case with Abadin Dental. Never again.

She has left the appointment smiling and happy of how painless and quick the procedure was. With the complexity of my child’s invisilign treatment (including filing down between some teeth to allow for movement), the Abadin pricing was by far the best! The treatment plan & costs were explained clearly. Each visit was quick & efficient. But what left the greatest impression on me was a few days after my son’s treatment was “complete”. Dr. Abadin called to say that he was reviewing the scans (so that we could order retainers) from the latest visit & “thought that he could make my sons new smile ‘a little better’!” For no additional cost, he asked if it would be ok to extend the treatment by 2 months, to perfect my son’s smile! I was blown away because in my opinion, my son’s smile looked great;-). That move by Dr. Abadin was a demonstration of his HIGH professional standards and I can’t be happier with the end results. Negative experience: After being a customer for over 10 years and my whole family going to this dental office. I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer. About 2 months ago I called in to schedule a consultation as I explained to the “nurses” on the phone that my jaw had been in an physical trauma accident and was completely swollen shut on one side. After stressing that to her she said no problem and said she booked me in for a consultation and not a cleaning as I would’ve be able to extend my mouth large enough for that yet. Sure enough the day comes and it’s booked in as a cleaning and consultation, which I then call in before to double check my appointment and when they claimed this I had to rebut with the fact that my jaw was still the size of a base ball and that wasn’t going to work so they rebooked the appointment but after being a customer of 10 years plus they would go ahead and charge me for that full cleaning appointment and consultation even though I had called in an hour before to find out they had put it in incorrectly into their system. After many phone calls I’ve decided to pay the whopping 180 dollars for air pie, oxygen, basically 180 dollars worth of nothing. And now to book again is another 180. PLEASE DO NOT DO YOURSELF THE INJUSTICE OF CHOOSING A DENTAL THAT DOES NOT VALUE THEIR LONG TERM CLIENTS AND RESPECT THEIR MONEY. And if they were capable at booking appointments as per request then this wouldn’t be an issue. Sorry things had to end this way between a business to client relationship.

Fantastic experience: I feel really well taken care of everytime I visit Abadin Dental. The nurses and staff are so kind, detail oriented and polite it is a pleasure dealing with them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Abadin is my favorite doctor! He cares about his clients and is very interested in how our families are doing; I can say "our families" because he asks me every time I go to his office, and I overheard him asking other clients. I will also share this that I never shared with him, but I so appreciate it when he talked with his staff about my care; even when they spoke Spanish to him about what they did, Dr. Abadin responded in English because he knows that English is my language and I could understand the conversation about my care. He is the best and the only dentist for me! Everyone in that office is amazing! My dental hygienist Jackie always does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She is always very caring and kind, making sure I am as comfortable as can be when she works on my mouth. The best dental office in South West Miami !!!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Jose Abadin’s staff is most professional and courteous. I am most impressed with the constant updating of his tools for the trade. It’s close to a two hours ride for my appointment and I yet, I would travel much longer without any regrets.

They ensured I was scheduled for my six-month follow-up visit and even helped me set up an additional consultation for my interest in Veneers. My hygienist, Sandra, was fantastic! She gave me a tour of the office and explained each step of the cleaning and digital X-ray procedures (using all of the latest technology), making me feel completely at ease. Meeting Dr. Abadin was a pleasure as well. He conducted a comprehensive review, answered all my questions in detail, and provided professional advice and recommendations. Fantastic experience: My initial visit to Dr. Abadin could not have gone better. The staff was exceedingly professional, courteous, and pleasant. Dr. Abadin was extremely attentive to my circumstance (I had to have an implant procedure repeated completely), and treated me with the utmost care. It became obvious that he and his extraordinary assistants deeply care about their patients. I cannot express my gratitude to him and his staff strongly enough.

Fantastic experience: After my dentist of 30 years retired, I went crazy looking for a dentist. I wanted someone as professional and honest as my former dentist and it seemed impossible. After 6 years of going to many different offices, a friend recommended Dr Abadin. I was skeptical about the rave reviews but they are all correct! This office is amazing. Not only is Dr Abadin professional, he is courteous and has a great bedside manner. My cleanings are thorough but don’t hurt. To top it off, the staff is amazing. I have left many doctors because of the front desk staff. Here, everyone is professional and truly care about their patients. I have been going now for over a year and I am so very pleased. I have recommended others who are also just as impressed! I hope to call this my dentist office for a while! I am not even scared of my appointments anymore lol. I am a total coward at the dentist but they make everything so easy! I hope they don’t change. Truly so happy I found them!
