Fantastic experience: Great dentist! Space is a a little tricky to find but the tram is excellent and they have all the latest tech and tools to help make exams easy and comfortable. They are extremely thorough and were one of the first dentists I’ve had who discuss and support integrative health, with a focus on the gut and mouth biome.

Negative experience: I’ve went to a few 6 month check-up cleanings and while I wouldnt say I had a horrible experience, I do think they are scammers. I have always gone to the dentist every 6 months and havent had a cavity since I was about 10… they said I had multiple cavities and they recommend I get all my fillings replaced. They also said I had terrible oral hygiene and they recommended a $200+ laser treatment (not covered by insurance)? I got a second opinion and that dentist said my oral health was great, no issues to fix. The dental hygienist I saw on my last visit was also extremely rough and rude. The only thing I liked about that place was that it was very state-of-the-art but I do not recommend.

Dr. Hamidi was incredibly thorough, taking the time to walk me through my entire treatment plan and including me in every decision along the way. He was gentle and precise, and I had absolutely no discomfort afterward! I have to give special recognition to Kelsey, the dental hygienist, who is by far the best hygienist I have ever experienced in my life. She was my first encounter when I arrived at the office, and she set such a warm, welcoming & professional tone for the visit. Don, Dr. Hamidi’s assistant, was equally fantastic. She was attentive, professional, and so friendly. Her ability to support both me and Dr. Hamidi seamlessly was impressive, and her positive energy made the entire experience even better. Finally, Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond by checking in on me after my treatments, which made me feel truly cared for. If you’re looking for a dental office that prioritizes patient care, provides top-notch treatment, and has an incredible team, this is the place to go. I would recommend Dr. Hamidi and the entire team to anyone in need of dental work!

Fantastic experience: Never thought it was possible to love a dentist, but here I am…loving Tribeca Dental Associates. I’ve been a patient for many years. They have the most up-to-date tech and have never once tried to upsell or offer me services I don’t need (rare!). I have a newfound affinity for them after this past weekend when I was suffering a dental emergency while on a long road trip back home from NC. They have an after hours emergency answering service that connected me to Dr. Hamidi, the on call doc for that day. He immediately reached out and called in meds to a local pharmacy - problem solved as I felt better within 30 mins. An on-call dentist is something you never knew you always needed. What a perk. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Dalvi is amazing - makes the experience painless, tells you exactly what is going on, and takes a wholistic approach so you have long term dental health. Positive experience: Update: they called and were able to schedule me in later this week - really appreciate them being able to accommodate sooner ————— Was excited to come here given all the positive reviews. I’ve been to many dentists (yearly) and I was surprised by how unprofessional and slow this experience was in comparison. I was there for 1.5 hours and all that was done was scans - X-rays, gum scans, etc. They couldn’t even do my cleaning - which is what I came in for - because they spent too much time on the scans. Recommend going somewhere else if you want to get your cleaning done in <1.5 hours. This will end up being a 3-hour total experience for a cleaning. They also didn’t have availability until a month out so I have to wait an additional month for the cleaning. I would’ve appreciated at least a heads up of the time involved or the fact that this might take two appointments and I would’ve gone somewhere else.

First off, the front desk employees are always kind, professional, and efficient. Amanda does my cleanings and is incredible! She makes me feel so comfortable and makes the entire cleaning process painless and quick! Couldn’t recommend her enough!! Lastly, Dr. Hamidi is the GOAT. He’s professional, efficient, and personable. I compare the entire office to the “Ritz Carlton” of dentist offices. They have the latest and greatest equipment and you can tell that they take pride in their work. Looking forward to my next cleaning!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Delvi is hands down the best dentist in all of NYC—and I can say that as someone who has lived in the city for the last 17 years. I have been seeing Dr Delvi here since 2019 when I moved to the neighborhood and had a situation with one of my crowns which had fallen out one month after another dentist at a different practice didn’t attach it properly or in a secure way. I arrived at Tribeca Dental in a total state of panic and Dr Delvi re-attached my crown and it has been going strong ever since! She is very kind and has such a calming presence. She listens carefully to all concerns and ensures that all of your needs are met in each and every visit. As someone with extremely sensitive teeth, I often have to have my mouth numbed before any dental work. Dr Delvi has removed a few cavities and done an excellent job. I didn’t feel anything whatsoever, and she perfectly adjusted the filling so that it matched my natural tooth and kept my bite the exact same as it was prior to removing the cavity. I really cannot sing her praises enough. She is the best dentist in the city. Dorie is my hygienist here and she is also excellent! She numbs my mouth before each cleaning and she is not only gentle, but meticulous with cleaning the teeth. Lastly, I would like to give credit to the front desk staff here who are always on top of everything from reminders, to scheduling, and going above and beyond to help with any questions/concerns. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of the highest quality dental care in NYC.

I had chipped one of my molars and Dr. Dalvi was able to accommodate me for an emergency onlay procedure today. Fantastic experience: Dr.dalvi is amazing!!!! , I am so happy with her work. I had a root canal done like 15 years ago and I had a silver metal crown. I had a lot of insecurities with my smile for years. I left with a beautiful crown that blends beautifully with my other teeth and smile. Coming into this space felt right. Jessica her assistant was amazing too. They both made sure that I was doing okay. The service was great , I felt very guided throughout the whole process. After experiencing so much trauma with my teeth in the past I can finally say that I found the best dental practice.

Fantastic experience: TriBeCa Dental Associates, one of the best dentists I have visited. The experience was smooth right from check-in to checkout, and didn’t feel like a regular Dr visit. I was treated by Dr Dalvi and her assistant Jessica. Dr Dalvi was very professional, patient and friendly. She explained what she was doing and kept checking to see if I was feeling any discomfort. She and Jessica picked up on discomfort signs and quickly made sure I was feeling ok and no pain. They took their time instead of rushing (like many other dentists) At the end, they showed me pictures of my teeth and explained what was done. Dr Dalvi also gave me practical tips on taking care of my teeth. Would definitely recommended TriBeCa dental associates and especially Dr Dalvi and her assistant Jessica !

In medical environments I always look for providers who are willing to explain thoroughly and answer questions willingly. It’s been over ten years and I have always been satisfied with my treatment. The office is clean and bright and the technology is always right up to date. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hamidi and his staff were very thorough and knowledgeable. They don't double book, so I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. They also sent me the paperwork I requested as a follow up very quickly following the appointment. As a note, if you schedule here, please pay attention to their texts/calls because the registration needs to be done on a specific timeline to keep your appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dalvi is so great! I just had a visit to fix bonding between my two front teeth that chipped from a previous treatment. It is such a small gap that was previously hard to fill and she made my teeth look SO natural and even. I also visit for routine cleanings - can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Best of the best. I started seeing Dr. Hamidi in 2007 and I have been with him ever since… and I moved to Seattle 10 years ago! There is no better dental team out there as far as I have experienced. Everyone is nice and professional - Dr. Hamidi sets the bar high - and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
