Fantastic experience: The hygienist that worked with my daughter was amazing. She was patient and thorough and went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable. She also had a great sense of humor while still being very professional. The dentist was also very kind and efficient.

Negative experience: Good for basic cleaning and that's it. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR DENTAL SURGERY or children dentistry. Dr Muhammad Ali is a monster. Strike 1. I had my bottom impacted wisdom teeth removed. 2 weeks later I asked for a follow up appointment because I was in extreme pain and not healing. The doctor Muhammad Ali came into the room very aggressive. Folded his arms and asked me what my "complaint" was. I said "my concern is my gums are swollen and I'm not healing". 2/3 weeks post op. Long story short he aggressively asked me if I was recording him on my phone and said it's illegal to do so. He asked me to open my month and jabbed my very sore extraction site with his finger. I closed my mouth and refused to let him touch me again. I told him he was very unprofessional and he told me "your opinion doesn't matter". I ended up leaving with a syringe to clean out my extraction sites and mouth wash. Both of which I should of had after initial surgery. I have never been treated like that in my life. He also put 4 stitches in the sides of my cheeks that were not cut so they caught all the food i ate and eventually ripped out of my cheek. That caused me the most discomfort. When I asked him why my cheeks were stitched together he told me "because your cheeks are THICK" what??? Strike 2. Afterwards I left a one star review. And When the manager called me I explained what happened and he told me they will no longer see me at Smile Builders or my children! And then proceeded to threaten to call my insurance company so I couldn't get coverage! I said "you cannot refuse to provide medical care because I left an honest review based on my treatment by your doctor. " Unbelievable. I spoke with Someone who had a similar experience with the same doctor. Strike 3. After asking 4 to 5 times if the coating they wanted to put on my 11 year olds teeth had fluoride in it. The dental assistant kept reassuring me it didn't have any. Instead of taking the time to check. Come to find out the next visit that there WAS FLUORIDE in it. And it was now on my son's teeth. Furious. Had to make an appointment to get it removed.

Positive experience: If you have a tight schedule and can only make room for an hour or two for an appointment, go somewhere else. They WILL push your appointment back. The way they push around appointments for walk-ins is extremely disorganized and time wasting. I had an appointment for 11am that was scheduled 2 days in advance for toothache/mouth pain, I got there early at 10:40 am and didn't get in until about 11:50 am. Thankfully I could wait a while, but numerous people got frustrated and left while I was waiting due to their appointments being moved, such as one person who I assume had an appointment around 11-11:30 but was told their appointment was actually at 12:20 and left. Meanwhile at least one walk-in came in after me and got in before me. Once I got into the actual appointment it was great, the dentists were extremely friendly and only took about 15-20 minutes. They were able to quickly figure out the issue and addressed all my concerns. Huge time waster but very nice dentist staff.

Negative experience: I went in as an emergency walk in. I was told to come back in 2 days then when I said I couldn't he told me that I had to wait until an appointment opened up. Your website says you take walk ins and I don't need an appointment. Then he said I'll schedule you for next Tuesday I can't wait that long. I felt like he was trying to get rid of me. I'm still waiting on a return phone call for my next appointment. So everything that I've been told about this company really is true. Greedy.

Fantastic experience: My experience was very good today. Shout out to Dentist Tracy’s always for taking care of me and for the most gentle hands during a cleaning procedure. Very good services, resources, and skillful technique.

Negative experience: The hygienist was really nice. She worked with my son for an emergency appointment. But the front office and the dentist was interesting. After his evaluation, I said ok they will call me with time and date. But what do I in mean time with pain and etc. I was like what should I give him and etc. I don't want my son with pain until ped appt or the next appointment. I hope it gets better lol.

Negative experience: Well they called and rescheduled the time of his visit 2 times. Then couldn't even do the crown today like was planned...

Fantastic experience: Just left from a tooth extraction, and this is absolutely the best dentist I've been to. To many dentists, it feels like you're on a conveyor belt, and you're just the next product being fixed. They don't care about your concerns and are just trying to get you out of the chair. This place feels different. I've been told for 8 months by my dentist that I have TMJ and need to see an oral surgeon even though I kept telling them that not only does my jaw hurt but my tooth is hurting as well. Yet I come here and they could diagnose me with an infected tooth and had that tooth taken out the very same day. It's only been an hour, and I already feel better than I have in the past 8 months. What makes them different is their staff actually cares and listens and explained when I had questions. They cared that I have a fear of the dentist, and they did everything to make sure I could feel absolutely no pain before they started the tooth extraction. This was the first tooth extraction I can say was absolutely pain-free because they actually cared. I came in with emergency tooth pain, and I'm leaving with a new primary dentist. This is a long review but im just impressed.

Fantastic experience: This is the most professional, organized, and friendly dentist office we have ever experienced!!! They are thorough in all examinations of what they are doing. They have extremely competent staff, from the top to the bottom of all employees! Smile Builderz impressed me so much that I switched them to our primary dentist! We drive almost two hours to get there, AND IT IS WORTH IT! I can’t say enough good about Smile Builderz!! I have recommended them to all my friends who were having a hard time finding a dentist in their network. They take all insurance! They have fantastic pay plans! THEY ARE THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE THAT I EVER HAVE SEEN!

Positive experience: When I got back the assistant was super nice. The dentist took a bit to see me but was nice as well. I was told to schedule at my normal office (crown ave) that they did have evening appointments to get what I needed fixed taken care of. I call in and I get the call center and the first lady was absolutely rude to me (her name was carmen) the 2nd one was alright but they fight with me and I can't get scheduled for an evening appointment at my main office (crown ave) so I now have to go back to the other office and they are going to fix it. Very frustrating and upsetting to be treated this way by the customer service team...

Fantastic experience: My son had a dental emergency we haven’t had alot of luck with places taking his insurance so we came here for a walk in because of the wait they said we could stay a couple hours or get him in first thing the next morning since he wasn’t in pain we came back they had him done and on his way in less than 45 minutes! They were very nice and made him feel as comfortable as possible!

Highly recommend especially with her! Dr. Siciada is amazing as well, I get nervous when getting numbing done and he knows exactly how to make it less stressful. Fantastic experience: The dental techs took great care of me during my visit and in my 48 years of dealing with dentists, Dr. Nassar went full-bore above and beyond. She explained my imaging, damage to the tooth, and what my treatment options were as well as the risks in a very easy to understand way, then took great care in my initial treatment. 10/6/2025 Had to see Dr. Nassar again because the pesky crowned tooth was raising Cain. She is so empathetic and compassionate and explained what work needs to be done. I'm quite happy with Smilebuilderz.

Negative experience: Made me sign a bunch of paper work expecting urgent care assistance, then told me after waiting and signing papers, mind you they have extreme cancelation policy for their appointments. And said I have to wait until someone cancels their appointment. Unbelievable.

Negative experience: It is great to know that there are dentists out there, offering great passion to their patients, making them feel important, and you just feel that they want to help no matter what. You find offices that value your time, trust the medical history you provide, and treat the fears of a small child with tenderness and care. But this is not one of those places, unfortunately. This office operates on a fascinating "cancellation lottery" system for walk in patients, but the real highlight, however, was the avant-garde approach to pediatric pain management. Seeing the utter indifference to a 6-year-old's distress was a masterclass in clinical detachment. It’s a tough-love method that boldly prepares a child for a world that doesn't always care about their tears. A valuable life lesson.

Fantastic experience: AWESOME is the only word i have, don't confuse their packed schedule with caring about making you feel and look better!!! They recognize that they have to be the person they once needed, thats why they took a job to give back and help others!! Love is unconditional!! To love without judgment is all human beings want!! Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've EVER been to, they made me no longer afraid after the crown avenue location turned me down and even made me feel embarrassed. This place has been life changing, they are always thorough and make sure my comfort is prioritized and that my teeth are done perfectly.

Negative experience: My experience here has NOT been good so far, but I'm kind of stuck until my crown is finished. I was told by another dentist that I would need to go elsewhere for a root canal before returning for a crown, and that's how I found Smilebuilderz. I made an appointment for a consultation, where I was told that I would need to go to another of their locations for a root canal. (They do those at the Crown Ave office, but not the Spring Valley one.) While I was there for a consult, they fast-talked me into getting TWO previously unknown cavities filled on the spot. I left with an appointment for, what I thought was, the root canal at the Spring Valley office. When I later returned for that, they told me it was actually a pulpectomy, which cost me $200 out of pocket because insurance wouldn't cover it. I then had to make ANOTHER appointment for the Crown Ave office for the real root canal. I the meantime, they found two more cavities on the same teeth as before and said they'd fill those when they did the root canal. They also prescribed two pain meds and an antibiotic "just in case I needed them." When I arrived at Crown Ave for the root canal, they told me they don't do permanent fillings there. Even the root canal would only get a temporary filling. And I was supposed to have been taking the antibiotics all along (NOT just in case). I was sent back to Spring Valley for the crown today (which was only a temporary crown) and the two new fillings that Crown Ave wouldn't do. During the procedure, they needed to cut into my gums for a crown lengthening (which they did not tell me they were doing until after they were finished). They told me they would waive the $800 fee for that (how kind!) and then remembered they'd forgotten to have me sign the consent forms until AFTER we were done! I now have to wait three weeks to get the permanent crown. After that, I'm out of here. They're so concerned with getting as many patients through the door as possible that they forget there's a real person sitting in the chair. Communication is terrible. Go somewhere else!

Negative experience: Absolutely NOT an urgent care facility. If I could I'd give no stars . First the female at the front desk seemed to be discouraging me from having my husband seen. Everything she said about being thier with no appointment for an emergency was negative. She said I can sign in and sit and wait. They would try to fit me in, in between scheduled patients or if they had a no show. She said I can be in the waiting room all day and not be seen. She tried to collect $ upfront although he may not even be seen. I sat there for 3 hrs and then I just scheduled an appointment, when I came back for my husbands appointment I was chatting with people in the waiting room. We discussed the fact that they may not be seen at all because they were walk ins and the people with appointments get first priority but while I sat waiting to be called back for my husband's scheduled appointment , his appointment time passed and the same walk ins that I was speaking to got called back. Not one but 2 walk ins back to back. I addressed the front desk and they quickly apologized for over looking my appointment and scrambled around to get him in. How did making an appointment as opposed to walking in without an appointment work for me? It didn't because we were overlooked. SMILEBUILDERZ claim that they takes pride in being very friendly, professional and very helpful, so what happened?

Negative experience: This place is actually unbelievable. It claims to be a “urgent dental care” facility while it’s really kinda not. They do technically offer emergency services, but don’t get your hopes up here. Their phone line is “off” on Saturdays due to it being the day they “prioritize emergency cases” but still schedule routine patient visits and claim those “need to be taken care of first.” It’s basically any other day except they won’t answer the phones at all compared to the little they do otherwise. Don’t come here for emergencies… you won’t receive any emergency treatment, you will get told to schedule for the following business day. If you’re feeling demanding and wanna go in on a Saturday- make sure to go in the morning cause they won’t even give you the time of day past 4-5pm and will not even take you past 6 (they say 630 but it’s a lie.) It’s a very heavy and obvious “you’re not important to us” energy you receive when walking in, that very soon gets backed up when you speak with the front desk staff. These girls have no clue what they are doing. They are young, and clueless as to how important their job actually is when it comes to being the first face and first interaction for these patients. From scheduling problems to just genuine cluelessness, they are next to useless and unapologetic for their errors. They will have you waiting for next to hours, regardless of your appt time with no warning. Or, they will shoot you an automated text message 10 minutes before your appointment saying they’ve rescheduled- without calling or giving you a chance to work it in with your schedule. Nope, you’re just expected to make it work even if the appointment is 2 hours after your original and you received the text message as you were pulling into the parking lot since they expect you to be there 5-10 minutes early. Oh and the explanation is “due to scheduling conflicts” which means once again the clueless girls have messed up the schedule, and we pay for their mistake. It’s one thing to make mistakes and learn and have bad days… but this is beyond that. It’s every day, every single appointment. This place is unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: CELESTE POWELL: omg she is so excellent in her job way she handles me when I was scared of getting numbing gel she was there holding my hand she is an angel. She is really great and so sweet. So happy to have her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I had such a a great experience with Dr. Skiadas and Suheer. Dr. Skiadas walked me through my procedure, provided me with breaks, and made me feel involved with my care. Suheer gave me breaks as well and gave me the confidence I needed to finish and was a huge support. They were both so gentle and caring. I feel like I have a whole new smile thanks to the both of them! I can't stop smiling now!

Fantastic experience: I woke up in terrible pain from a fractured tooth and called Smile Builderz. Anita was amazing and got me right in. I was greeted by Rossy who was very kind and as the tears rolled down my cheeks Anita calmed me down. I was left in the hands of Rossy and Shomarya, who were both amazing, at one point Shomarya even held my hand. Then Dr. Magee with her gentle touch and gentle voice told me what was going to happen and before I knew it the tooth causing my pain was extracted. If I could give more stars I would. Fantastic experience: My daughter had a very traumatic experience that resulted in both her front teeth being broken. One tooth needed a root canal and crown while the other was repaired with filling. She was very anxious and upset and the entire staff from that first visit to the very last were spectacular. They never once down played what had happened and how traumatic it was for her. Dr Skiadas and his team did a phenomenal job matching her crown color and he kept making changes until she was happy with the results. Thank you Dr Skiadas for everything you and your team did. You all provided an amazing outcome from a very bad trauma.

Fantastic experience: My 9 year old had a dental emergency on a Saturday afternoon. I was thankful to find Smilebuilderz was open and taking walk ins. Dr. Akinjise and Shaquana were very patient, kind and professional. They took great care of us and made a traumatic experience much more positive. They were able to perform his procedure the same day and were great with kids!

Fantastic experience: I get very scared when I need to go to the dentist my experience here was wonderful Carein did everything she could to keep me calm she worked with to help to get my tooth out Dr. Magce did amazing job it took some time to get my tooth out due to my roots wrap around my jaw bone and they had to take it out in pieces they got it done. They also let me take breaks if I need to to catch my breath. They were very patient with me made my experience a little bit easier. The front desk ladies were very pleasant and very polite.

Fantastic experience: Im so thankful for the quick, friendly service and they were very thorough. It was an urgent care appointment and I will be changing and using them from now on. Below is what led me there: I had work done by the dentist I was seeing who only had office hours Monday through Wednesday. Wednesday I called the office prior to when they close by 30 mins and to basically wait it out. I told them the severe pain was from my bite being off as I had this happen before and know the pain. They literally blew me off and said I’d have to wait til the following Monday. I was floored!! Due to the pain I ended up at Smile Builders.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nassar and Dr. Rich (hope I got that right) were amazing! As a walk in with no insurance they made me comfortable and got me all fixed up! Will definitely be going to them for Amy dental worries.

Fantastic experience: For weeks before my appointment, I was having a lot of tooth pain and didn’t have a cleaning appointment ‘til September. I called SmileBuilderz and they were able to reschedule my appointment as soon as the next day of me calling, which is amazing! When I was at the dentist, the receptionists were really kind and redirected me to the right room. The doctor did x-rays and was quick to tell me what was going on. He and the other dental assistant were very friendly to me and made me feel comfortable. Overall, I was in and out of SmileBuilderz within 45 minutes, which is better than other dentists I went to before!

Negative experience: I was going to smile builders for a 2-3 years because it was close to my house ,I thought it wasn’t a problem until I had started going to a new dentist closer to me because I had moved and found out a lot of things were missed and done wrong! I had a tooth filled as a cavity but it turns out it was a root canal (was done recently!) I had been told for years I needed jaw surgery but was told by smile builders I didn’t need any which is false I was told by three other orthodontist it was much needed which I knew i needed ,I had gone to smile builders ortho and was told if they put braces on me my teeth would fall out !!? I had seen other general dentist and ortho to get second and third opinion on what I was being told and I was shocked and disappointed on what I was hearing from these doctors ,If you need filings done I would recommend not going here I have had a friend that had gone to smile builders have a bad experience as well , one they missed cavities, two they did fillings for a root canal as a cavity ,three their ortho said I didn’t need jaw surgery for a VERY severe underbite and told me if I get braces all my teeth would fall out ,also quoted me 9k for braces ! For just top teeth!!!! trust me it’s not worth your time or money my new dentist only quoted me 5k ! Please be careful where you go with your time and money !

Fantastic experience: This place took very good care of me kept asking if I was ok I traveled from berks county one of my teeth broke and anther was chipped also cavitys they fixed them all they explained everything to me and despite them having a long hard day they where so friendly and outgoing. I am going back for a cleaning and I guess for them to finish and if all goes well they will be my regular dentist and I plan to bring my children too. I will update on how things went

Negative experience: "Just walk in. There is no appointment necessary" ^From their website. That is unless its 6:28pm... We were told that they have appointments they have to fill first. I get that but dont offer emegency service if you cannot staff it. Or atleast add that disclaimer on your website.

Negative experience: I make an appointment on January and they schedule me for august on july 27 they call me to said I was scheduled on a wrong spot and now they are booked until may 2026.

Fantastic experience: The aspect that made the biggest difference to me was the treatment that I was provided. I was really happy with the cleaning procedure that the hygienist performed for me. I felt like he genuinely cared about the health of my teeth and gums. Very caring and compassionate as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few appointments lately and I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Villadiego and EFDA/Celeste Powell, they are absolutely incredible people!! They sure know how to make your experience enjoyable and that’s coming from someone who used to despise going to the dentist. I give Celeste 10 ⭐️’s, she makes your experience so enjoyable and makes sure that the job is done correctly no matter how long it takes. She’s the absolute best, her and Dr. Villadiego are an amazing team and I highly recommend them!!

Negative experience: My son is 6 years old he went to his primary dentist a week ago got a cleaning and set up a plan to do all his dental work well since that appointment his one front tooth is rejecting out of his gums exposing the hole tooth being the holiday weekend his dentist wasnt getting back to me so I decided to take him here and that was a big mistake! Treated us very poorly asked why I was there if he had a dentist then followed it up with telling me to go home and pull the tooth my self. After asking him why I can go home and pull it but he can't numb it and pull it in office I was answered with why do you want to give him a bad experience. The only bad experience we had was dealing with that ignorant dentist. Later on that night he started screaming and crying in pain resulting in me taking him to the hospital long and behold they toke the tooth out and gave us antibiotics for infection....imagine if I would've listen to the dentist and did it my self. I will never recommend this place nor ever return to any of the locations. Very disappointed especially after an hour of travel to get there

Negative experience: Daughter brought my grandson here for dentist to tell her to take him home and pull a tooth that isn't even lose and causing him pain will be taking him somewhere else

Positive experience: We’ve been coming here for a year or so and have had good experiences till today. Today my granddaughter left work early to make a 1pm appointment. It’s now 2:00pm and we are still waiting out in the waiting room.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY!!!!! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. I sat there in the chair waiting for the dentist to see me for an hour. She told me I needed a root canal and they couldn't verify my insurance so they wanted $4000.00. That is incredibly absurd price gouging. They would not give me my x rays and of course, they didn't have any manager on duty for me to speak with. It doesn't take a week to get me my x rays. Push a button on a printer genius. They are a scam and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Negative experience: Called twice nobody answered the phone, went as a walk in because I thought this clinic was an “urgent care clinic”but if I don’t have an appointment they don’t guarantee me that the dentist will see me.. bad experience

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sorbello’s team helped to ease the pain in my teeth. I appreciate the work that was done during this appointment. Dr. Sorbello is friendly, caring and was happy to share her expertise when I asked questions. I also really appreciate her professional services.

Fantastic experience: The facility is perfectly prepared, organized, and clean to meet every need of the patients. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and took the time to explain each step of the work that would be performed. My daughter felt safe and confident. She expressed her love for it and wants them to continue providing her dental care.

Negative experience: They have a very bad front desk reservation service, some of their staff will cancel reservations for no reason. You can't complain to them, if you tell them your opinion, they will deliberately cancel your reservation two days before the reservation date next time, so you have to wait for several months again. I wanted to report the problem to their manager, but their manager didn't come out to receive and deal with the problem, just called to talk, the manager's attitude makes people feel very arrogant. I told them about their problems at the front desk and the service hotline, but they don't want to improve their service at all! This experience is very bad, they have delayed our reservation for almost a year.

Negative experience: I called in to see if they had any sooner appointments than August and they had one the next day. Went in , was given x rays and left in a room For almost 40 minutes. No hygenist came despite me being told one was coming. The dentist came in. Poked around my mouth and looked at my X-rays . Told Me I needed to schedule some fillings and left ( maybe 5 minutes) and then they were like “you’re done”. I questioned about getting my teeth cleaned because that is what I was scheduled for and they “didn’t have time”. I will not be returning. I had to rearrange work things to even get this appointment and again they scheduled my cleaning for August . Why did we even move it?

Negative experience: Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I have medical anxiety & going to any kind of office is already stressful but smilebuilders mad it worse. First I show up in 10/10 pain in my tooth and they just sent me on my way & referred me to another location. I proceeded to make another appointment with them for a cleaning and when the day came I had to call & reschedule due to an emergency with my child & they told me in her exact words “ We know that emergencies happen but this will count as a missed appointment”. I don’t understand how contacting prior to my appointment should count as a missed appointment especially in a emergency. Honestly you could do much better going anywhere else.

Negative experience: Current pt. Front desk is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Twice i was scheduled and could not be seen. Scheduled an emergency visit and they canceled on me then sent me to a neither office and did not tell me it was in Ephrata. I was finally seen for an infection but a month later I have locl jaw on that side and tingling and numbness in my face with pain down my throat and horrible headache and could possibly have an infection spreading. And they cannot get me in. The actual hygienist was a beautiful soul. Everyone else I've met could use some customer service training. Truly if i didn't have a choice. I Definitely would find some were else to go.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. They don’t understand what a Guardianship Agreement versus custody is and attempted to tell me (30 years in the legal field) what the difference was. Didn’t bother to fix my grands tooth. I didn’t want to explain in front of her why we could not have a conversation with mom or dad. Instead I went somewhere that understood the Guardianship document I have is a legal binding document that gives me just as much right as custody. Thank goodness nothing happened to her because I certainly had the beginnings of a great lawsuit.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough how great the whole staff was. From the front desk to the dentist. All were just absolutely great. Everyone was friendly and very polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Smilebuilderz for a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: This place is ridiculous. This town is not even big and the best dentist to go is smile builders yet they keep denying me service make it make sense. One I'm pregnant and need a tooth removed and they won't even let me talk to no management... I been getting denied from smile builder for years now. This is sad.. I don't even know how they sat you guys are the best.. the best at denying people that actually need help...Do Better

Fantastic experience: This is honestly the best dental experience I have ever had. The dentist, Dr. Skiadas is truly incredible. His bed side manners are stellar and his work speaks for itself. The entire office staff is honestly wonderful. From the start at the front desk, the girls are bilingual and always in a great mood ready to work and help you. Everything is handled at a timely manner. The hours are so functional and flexible. The dental assistants are helpful, sweet and so knowledgeable. Everyone works well together and the environment is very friendly. I am so happy with Dr. Skiadas and his crew at smile builders. Fantastic experience: I went to Doctor Skiadas for my bridge work he is a very kind guy, you can tell he cares about the work he does and his patients. I had a very different case but he did very well I am very happy to have my bridgework done as now I have more teeth for chewing. Megan was also helping out and she was very nice as well. I would recommend using Doctor Skiadas for any bridgework or dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My experience was so good here I felt comfortable from the start. The Wonderful woman and the assistant who did my wisdom tooth. And another extraction made me feel relaxed and very comfortable. Definitely top notch in my opinion. I came in very nervous but soon after all the faded. I was good. I don’t usually leave reviews for things but this was very necessary.

Fantastic experience: My 13 year-old and his brother were horsing around at the dinner table as usual when he slipped off his chair and hit his mouth on the floor, breaking his one front tooth clean in half. We were in panic mode and didn't know what to do since it was 6:15 pm at night. Thankfully, we remembered that Smilebuilderz Urgent Care was just a few miles from us. We rushed our son there and long story short, they were so wonderful and took such great care of our boy. Even though they close at 8pm, Dr. Skiadas and his assistant, Suheer, worked on my son until 9pm. They were both so gentle and kind to him during the whole process, and thankfully, were able to reattach his tooth. We are so grateful to both Dr. Skiadas, Suheer, and their entire staff for the great service we were provided. I highly recommend Smilebuilderz 100%.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say: Tracy at Smilebuilderz Family Dentistry on Spring Valley Road at the Rohrherstown exit of Route 30 the the most professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and caring dental hygienist I've met in my many years of receiving dental care. We arrived late due to construction work on Route 30 and while the front desk staff were ready to have us come to another appointment, Tracy had the maturity to get involved and said "let me handle this." She wanted to access the situation concerning my dental self-care and realizing I had been good with my self -care, therefore, she could do the necessary work in the limited remaining time until her next appointment and then, arranged for the dentist to do her final checks. Though being late, I was able to have the appointment completed, did not have to reschedule and all due to Tracy's maturity and experience in handling the situation. Thank you, Tracy!

Fantastic experience: Competent & caring, and I wish to elaborate. I have been a patient of Dr. Skiadas from the day he opened his practice. I have had consistently outstanding care. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Skiadas. I have come to know him as a person, as he is also a member of our Greek Orthodox Community. He is a person of faith. I know his family. His excellent upbringing and the church's influence are reflected in his professionalism and his devotion to his patients. He has attracted an outstanding group of professionals, and I have been pleased with my regular visits with all members of his staff. He takes great care in selecting the people who join his team. Moreover, I have been especially pleased with my regular visits with his dental hygienists. They are likewise highly competent and sensitive to their patient's comfort. As we all know even getting your teeth cleaned can be uncomfortable, especially if you have a chronic problem with gingivitis, which I have. Over the years, I had some added issues that involved seeing some of his subspecialists, and again I could not have been more pleased. Just a few months ago one of my molars cracked after biting into a nut. I called Dr. Skiadas, and he went out of his way to fit me into his schedule. I did not need a crown, and he repaired the crack. When I saw him in a follow-up visit just this past week, he said no further intervention would be necessary at this time. Fantastic experience: Just had a regular visit today with my amazing hygenist Raymond. This isn't coming from any regular patient I am in my last year of Dental school and Raymond is very knowledgable in his techniques and the scalers he is using and also just a great person to spend an hour with. Dr. Skiadas makes you feel like family when he comes in to check in and even saw my mom for an emergency.

Positive experience: We arrived at 7:45 the sign above the door said open so we tried to get in and the sign immediately changed to closed! Why don’t people come a little early to turn the heat on and greet early birds? I know it’s rare but there were at least three other customers there trying to get in.

Fantastic experience: I recently became a patient at Smilebuilderz after my previous dentist stopped accepting my insurance. My first appointment was a filling and it couldn't have gone better. Sahar(sp?) and Dr. Nassar took great care of me and had my filling done in no time. It was a quick and painless procedure and they followed up by scheduling me for a cleaning in a few days. Negative experience: Horrible clinic that takes no responsibility for its actions! They extracted 2 of my teeth, Dr. Villadiego redid the fillings 3 times, said each time that the pain would stop, and then said the nerves had to be removed, it costs $4900, filed complaints with the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry, American Dental Association (ADA),

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to SmileBuilderz since 2015-2016. The staff is always so welcoming & pleasurable. Dr. Skiadas is an absolutely amazing dentist, he does amazing work. He is always trying to help people the best way he can. He is ALWAYS making sure you’re not in pain while working on you. He is a happy, genuine, personable, kind hearted human being who truly cares about his patients & his coworkers. I will continue to drive 40 minutes to Smilebuilderz as long as Dr. Skiadas is there.
