Fantastic experience: The new office is beautiful! I had a great cleaning today. Very happy with the service. First, earlier today I was able to easily reschedule for a later time. Then I was seen promptly when I arrived. The hygienist explained everything ahead of time and I was in and out quickly.

Negative experience: I arrived today Saturday around 1030am it was an emergency and I was informed that it was a long way which is understandable specially on a Saturday. The staff was great very attentive and great customer services. So around 330pm Im "waiting" for the doctor. So a doctor comes and start talking to one of the ladies waiting next to me, so i asked someone about me he went to check and never came back. another doctor (Dr Seifi & owner) comes and started to talk to the other lady next to me so i asked her why was I still waiting for a doctor when those 2 ladies got there not long ago so she think all that and show me her paper work (which the information i was able to see is private and confidential which im pretty sure she was breaking HIPAA laws) just to tell me that she was there longer than me I said no, my paper work said 1030am arrival time the lady's paperwork said 1:24pm Dr Seifi didnt like to hear how wrong she was then moves to dismiss me and sent me home without seeing or treating me and call the police on me she had to refund my boyfriend his $150 fee and told me that it was my fault that i had an infection for not taking care of my teeth WOW what great bedside manners for a Doctor well a Dentist Again the staff was amazing great service and definitely not inspired by Dr. Seifi will never see recommend this practice & what a great conversation i will have reporting the HIPAA laws violation

Negative experience: These people are so predatory and will not stop calling, texting or emailing you once they have your information. I have blocked SEVENTEEN (17) different numbers from them. They are so annoying!! They deleted my review. I have now had 20 numbers blocked from this business and they will not stop calling. Do not give them your information as this is how they act

Fantastic experience: StarBrite Dental gives amazing, high quality care and service. They are dedicated to anyone who comes through their doors and welcomes them with love. Thammy and Reza work at the front desk in two separate buildings, and Reza does X-rays as well, but see you as you come in and welcome you with smiles, warmth and love. They make Starbrite feel like home the minute you walk in. They go above and beyond to help you feel loved. Reza is so gentle in his speech to all his clients, loving and respectful and is amazing in all he does. They both cared for my mom and dad extremely well. My parents received thorough, high quality care with Dr Maryam Seifi, and Dr Amir Karimi they amazing with my parents. Dr Seifi took care of my parents for years and she is so loving and down to earth. Cordai Smith did comprehensive cleaning and exam for my dad today. He cared well for my dad. He was so gentle with dad, explained everything before he did it, very thorough in his care, and gave high quality service and care to my dad. He made sure we knew what was going on and asked us if we had any questions. He was so kind and down to earth. I would highly recommend him to anyone who comes to Starbrite. Layla is so sweet and such a sweetheart. She cared for my mom and dad well. Very sweet and beyond caring. Shawn Figueroa was soooo sweet and amazing to my parents. He always made us all laugh. He explained things thoroughly and cares deeply for his patients. My parents have known him for years and as soon as they saw him they did not forget him. He embraced them and was so happy they were back. StarBrite is family. I would recommend anyone to their care, they are outstanding. They truly make you feel like you have a home with them away from home. They give high quality care and service and they care deeply about you like their own family. Negative experience: I am writing to share my disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent visit to your dental office. Despite the overwhelmingly positive reviews that initially prompted me to choose your clinic, my experience fell far below expectations. The waiting time was unreasonably long, with little to no communication from the staff regarding delays. While the staff appeared outwardly friendly and polite, I noticed a patronizing attitude when I raised questions or concerns. Instead of addressing them professionally, I was met with dismissive and condescending responses, which made the overall experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

Although, he acknowledged the situation and tried to make the moment right, it doesn’t eliminate the fact that he treated me the way he did.

Fantastic experience: I found the office when I needed an emergency visit and they were very kind and accommodating. I have been coming ever since and the culture remains the same, empathetic, responsive and flexible!

Negative experience: The receptionist at 5924 and the woman who schedules appointments are the ones who most damaged the image I had of this clinic. I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 9:40 a.m. and to my surprise they had canceled it an hour before I arrived because they called me and sent me a message and I didn't respond to confirm the appointment. when I have gone several times before and I had never confirmed my attendance and they never canceled an appointment on me, the bad thing does not end there but in the way the receptionist at 5924 spoke to me, I asked her what could be done because it was not yet 10am and she said, well you don't answer and I canceled the appointment so they would not charge her the $60 cancellation fee. (And I thought, since when do they care if someone pays those $60)? and she responded rudely and said if you want to wait until 11am to be seen and I got angry because of the way she spoke to me and I told her that I could not go after 11am and that I wanted to speak to the doctor and she pretended not to hear me because I told her several times and then a girl arrived and took me to an office and she tried to explain to me in a calmer way not like the ridiculous receptionist and then she left and I was alone for a moment and I called my husband who is also a client there who has already given that clinic around $32,000. I was telling her what happened and then the lady who makes the appointments came in. She sat down, she heard what I said to my husband and she yelled saying that I had even called him but he didn't answer and she said it several times with her loud voice and I even got scared and I told my husband that I would talk to him later and she started talking loudly saying things about the same thing about canceling the appointment. Up until that moment, no one had apologized to me for what happened and when after everything that lady told me she finished with the phrase I don't know how to apologize and explain to her what happened. I told her no one has apologized to me and she told me that she paid the doctor and that's why she couldn't be doing nothing for an hour and then I said to her but can I come waste my time and set him aside to come to my appointment and she responded as always all rude as well as everyone else just remembering how she did it even with her hands makes me so angry I hope those cameras help the doctor see the behavior of those women and have someone translate what we talked about at that moment Because everything was in Spanish. If they hadn't been rude to me from the start and had behaved in a manner worthy of the clinic, I would have left peacefully. But they'd already annoyed me with the receptionist, and then that other arrogant woman who already thinks she owns the clinic arrives. I would gladly cancel the contract, but I have a temporary bridge and I can't go too long without getting my perm. But I will never return to that clinic unless those two ladies are no longer there. My expense was around $10,200. When I got home, I saw the messages they sent me to confirm the appointment. I have had a very bad fear of the dentist since I was younger due to a traumatic experience, and that unfortunately has led to the neglect of my dental hygiene and health. Starbrite was recommend to me by a coworker whose daughter came here for an extraction. I booked an appointment and when I came in, I was greeted with such kindness at the front desk. Every single person was so lovely and understanding. The assistant that took X-rays of my mouth was the kindest, most understanding women I have ever met. I told her that it was difficult to bite down on my tooth due to the pain, and she helped guide me through it to where there was absolutely NO pain!!! I was shocked afterwards and extremely grateful, as out of everything the X-rays were what I was dreading the most. The doctor did an exam, and determined that I needed immediate surgery to extract 2 badly infected teeth. They had an opening for an hour later, and after discussing payment options which they have a variety of payment plans, I came back for my surgery. The receptionist in the building where I had my surgery was amazing, and so were the assistant and doctor that performed my extraction. There was a lot of pressure, which I was assured was normal, but overall it was almost completely pain free, and when I did experience any pain they immediately stopped and administered more numbing. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this dentist. I will definitely be going back for any and all future dental needs.
