Fantastic experience: Smiles of Chattanooga is amazing I was able to take a nap while they worked on my teeth. The staff here are just wonderful down to earth people best practice around.

Fantastic experience: I was scared to death to go to a dentist as I had some really bad experiences with my previous dentist. I didnt give a review after my first visit here but this office is much deserving of nothing less than 5 stars. Actually, they deserve 10 stars. Let's start this review at the front door...where I was met by the kindest smiling staff at the front desk. What a great first impression!! There was very little wait time. Then Cindy Granger appeared and called my name. This lady is without a doubt, the kindest, most caring individual in the entire universe. She held my hand and talked to me through my entire procedure. She is amazing..really good at what she does. That made all the difference in the world! Smiles of Chattanooga is SO fortunate to have her. Dr Gallien is the BEST. This was my 2nd visit for a tooth extraction. I will never go any where else. I, 1000% recommend Smiles of Chattanooga, Cindy Granger, Dr Gallien, and the rest of the staff at this amazing office. EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know how many dental practices I pass to drive the 10 miles to go to Smiles of Chattanooga. I’m always made to feel valued and welcomed, from the time I walk in until the time I leave. Honestly, Cindy, the assistant who first and last sees me is a big plus. If I’m having a problem, Cindy is the one I call because she will either help me or get me with whomever I need. She is what I call “a blessing”.

Fantastic experience: This is the most caring and understanding dentist office. From the front desk to the checkout everyone is amazing! Quality work! Very pleased. Adding to previous review..I have the best dental assistant and dentist. I am now having a dental implant..recently had bone graft and very pleased with all the care I continue to receive. I just left today with the final step in my dental implant. The crown fits great. I am so very thankful for the care I received from Dr. Gallien and Cindy. Thank you both for taking such good care of me. New update: Big thank you to Dr. gallien and Cindy for everything. You both have always been very patient and caring. I had a bad experience with a chain dental office and had been putting off returning to the dentist due to fear and embarrassment. All of the ladies that helped me were terrific but I spent the most time with Ciji and she is a great asset to the Smiles team. She was empathic, patient, personable, and very knowledgeable during my appointment!! This was one of the most seamless appointments I have ever had. I highly recommend making this your dental office!

The Dr explained my options and provided the benefits and risks of each. The entire staff was kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful at every step. As a new patient, they provided a guided tour of the facilities, actively listened to understand my goals, and walked me through my entire dental procedure process in a comfortable way. Every single person from check-in to check-out was wonderful. And, the quality of work they provided was outstanding. After one visit, I am now a customer for life. Fantastic experience: This office has the very best staff and dentists around. Amy is my hygienist and she’s been amazing since the first day I walked in. The staff, including Dr Erin are more like family now. Today I had an extraction and a bone graft all with ZERO pain. Can not wait to get my implant!! I couldn’t be more pleased with the care they’ve provided to me ♥️ UPDATE: had my implant post placed with no complications.. the pre planning with the 3D X-ray made it much easier and helped the entire process goes smoothly and quickly! Lacey is awesome and very caring and meticulous.. couldn’t ask for better staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Gallien for almost 20 years, he is the best dentist I have ever seen. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Erika did great! Cleaning was good and I love how they actually show me a picture of what is going on so I know it really does need to be fixed. Update: Just got my crown put on, love the one day service, no temp crown, waiting, another appointment, finding out it doesn't fit, waiting again, etc. Here they have the machine in office and it takes about ten minutes to make your crown. Cindy the superstar did an excellent job and combined with Dr. Gallien's expert skill I have a nice new tooth ready to go. Update 2: I crunched a lifesaver mint, and my tooth crunched too. Professional as always they fit me in to their busy schedule. Was worried because Dr. Gallien is the only one I let touch my teeth but he was out of town. Turns out Dr. Erin is just as good. Her assistant was excellent that day too, seemed like they were telepathic or something, she knew exactly what tool to give and when to do it. My only regret is I can't remember the assistant's name. Update 3: Had a crown pop off while chewing something really chewy. Instead of just popping it back on, Dr. Gallien was curious and found some decaying tooth enamel that was hiding a cavity. Cindy and him did an expert job as always of fixing it and saving me from what would have been a nasty root canal in the future had the hidden cavity not been found and fixed. Cindy has 14 years experience and is a doctor in her own right.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and very friendly!! Never a very long wait. The staff is so awesome and so great with kids! This place helped my son get over his fear of dentist visits!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was awesome! Ciji was great! Dr. Erin is very thorough and kind! It was time for my annual dental x-rays, and Dr. Erin saw an abnormal spot on my carotid artery. I immediately called my cardiologist for an appointment, and was also scheduled for an ultrasound on my neck that same day. Build-up was identified in both carotid arteries. Dr. Erin went above and beyond with possibly a life-saving catch.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited for a chip in my tooth for my first appointment, and I love this office! Everyone was so nice, welcoming and supportive, the office was really clean and nicely set up, and the dental care was phenomenal. I really liked the new patient questions that let them know the level of information I want and how I approach dental care! I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was complaining of a toothache when I picked her up from school. I called Smiles of Chattanooga and they were able to get her in that day, which they didn’t have to do. Then, Cindy went out of her way to get her a blanket and to ensure she was as comfortable as possible, and also made her feel special by telling her she was tough and a “warrior”! Dr. Erin came in and took care of the issue, also making my daughter feel special and comforted. We were greeted by so many sweet, smiling faces who never once made us feel like an inconvenience! So much time and effort was taken by every person at Smiles to make it the best experience possible! There’s just no other office like it! **Update: I continue to get THE BEST care from Smiles of Chattanooga! I came in for crowns today and Brooklyn was so attentive to my needs. She made me feel at ease the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! Dr. Erin does the most amazing work and truly cares about her patients! My five year old also came in not long ago and saw Dr. Erin and Rebecca. They did fillings on her and she actually loved going to the dentist! A five year old!! They cared about her enough to make it fun and do a great job! I’m so thankful I have found Smiles of Chattanooga! I came in today for Invisalign, and was so thrilled by the level of professionalism and outstanding work I received from Kellie and Dr. Gallien! Fantastic experience: I get bonding on several of my teeth which has to be re-done periodically. Typically, I am given numbing for this which is uncomfortable for hours after administration. I just had bonding on 5 teeth at Smiles. No numbing. No discomfort during the procedures. That, on top of the friendliest staff ever? I'm smiling!

Negative experience: I called twice to make an appointment Carol was rude both times. My momma tried to call for me a well. She got smart with her mom as well. For a new patient coming, the receptionist made me not to want to even experience the service

Fantastic experience: I LOVE the great service I receive at Smiles of Chattanooga. On Tuesday, I came in for stage 2 of my dental implant, and dental assistant, Cindy, and Dr. Gallien did a fabulous job. Cindy is so kind and friendly, making me feel right at home. Dr. Gallien's competency is evident with the skill and ease he installed my implant. My motto is "no pain...no pain"! And that was my experience...even after the novocaine wore off, I had NO pain!

Anita was the assistant - was very pleasant and actually took a few minutes just to chat. Anita was very knowledgeable about procedure and made me feel at ease. As an assistant she did an excellent job. Actual procedure was performed by Dr. Lentini and was performed very quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Answered all my questions - Both did an exceptional job. Would highly recommend utilizing this practice for your next office visit.In my opinion the best in the Chattanooga area.

Negative experience: I DO NOT recommend!!!! They're very rude and judgmental, over charges, talks bad about patients, and takes way overly to long to do any procedure. Also makes everyone wait forever to come back. While I was waiting i heard patients say they've been waiting for to long. People I know have said they switched to a different dentist because on how rude they are. They made this woman I know write a check in the middle of a teeth extraction procedure. They only care about the money! There's better dental offices than this one in Chattanooga! |

Fantastic experience: **Update- if the below isn’t testimony enough. I decided to go ahead and do veneers. The care, the attention to detail and overall service from Cindy & Dr. Gallien exceed any expectations. The pricing was great. Dr. Gallien was very mindful in not taking out too much tooth (we’ve all seen the horror stories)…and Cindy made sure every detail was perfect. Great team. Had Dr. Gallien and Lacey for an emergency tooth repair (fell and broke my tooth in half). I’m super sensitive with any dental work, as well had a very traumatic moment that brought me here. The team got me in first thing the morning after my fall. The admin team is always on it, quick and kind. Lacey, Bella and CJ are very smooth. Dr. Gallien is a visionary who makes sure he’s in alignment with your goal. You won’t regret coming to the facility.

Fantastic experience: The fanciest dentist office I have ever been to! They gave me a short tour of the office before sitting down to be seen. Everyone I talked with was incredibly nice. Didn’t rush the visit at all and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time.

Negative experience: I was disappointed in this establishment. Went for a cleaning and consulting for 2 root canals that need to be removed. I was there for 2 hours!!! They took a ton of xrays that were not needed then told me I'd have to reschedule for a cleaning. The cleaning was going to cost me $1,000. I just got a bill for $135. My insurance pays for a cleaning and normal x rays. I'm definitely not returning and will not recommend Smiles of Chattanooga.

Fantastic experience: I had a molar dental implant put in today, and I can’t describe how wonderful it is to be able to chew comfortably again. Dr G and his staff have treated me so well, and have excellent care of me. They respected my fears and never once made me feel ashamed or embarrassed. They just took care of me and helped me through everything. You can’t go wrong with Smiles of Chattanooga.

Fantastic experience: I went to Smiles of Chattanooga for my first time today with a chipped front tooth. Everyone I meet was very nice and friendly. I saw Dr. Lentini with Cassie assisting her. I couldn't have asked for nicer people or treatment. They take their time and really care what it looks like. I do not like going to the dentist but I told them they made going to the dentist fun. The way they do the injection to numb the gums was actually amazing. I won't dread going to the dentist now. I totally recommend Smiles of Chattanooga.

Fantastic experience: All the people I have dealt with here have been great and very helpful I came in to get a tooth pulled and while operation was going on I had a bad reaction to one of the medications and passd out the staff was great and got me took care of quickly. I will definitely consider this my dentist in future.

Dr. Gallien, Dr. Lentil and Dr. Erin are exceptional dentists who take time to listen to their patients and absolutely care about their wellbeing. The hygienists are also incredible with their care and knowledge. One particular hygienist, Cassie, stands out above the rest as comforting, compassionate and experienced.
