Fantastic experience: First of all my appointment with the dentist @ City Smiles for a regular cleaning, and check up was GREAT from beginning to the end... I work overnights, and I went there straight after work, but was a little early for my 11 am appointment... No worries tho the receptionist logged me in, and said as soon as it's possible they would receive me ,which they did... The young lady who did my xrays was very poised, calm, and professional, which made me @ ease... Next I was off to C my dentist who looked over my trays and let me know everything she saw that might need attention... She was very informative, and ended by asking me if I had any more questions, and was I satisfied with the answers to the questions I did have... Last step onto my dental hygienist who really got into every nook, and cranny doing a thorough job giving my chops the TLC they needed... He was very informative as well talking to me , giving suggestions, and advice as he went along with my cleaning... I want to thank the WHOLE staff from the front desk to the dental staff for an exceptional job, eventho I was tired from working the night, I left out of there with a boost of energy, and confidence because of my overall experience, and service... 10 outta 10, and my recommendation to those seeking a professional, and reputable dental service... THANK U CITY SMILES...

Fantastic experience: First time client.. I came in without appointment today. One of my veneers fell off which i did from a different dental office.. They fixed it promptly. Price is very reasonable! They fixed my anxiety too real quick! They were all very nice (all the staff and the dentist).. Im an RN from LA relocated here here in New york not even a year ago and i don’t have primary dentist yet, and of course without hesitation this will be my primary dental clinic from now on.. Negative experience: As a new patient, I was excited to try this dental practice after reading so many positive reviews. I called and scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance, even taking time off work to make sure I could attend (which I made them aware of). Everything seemed fine until just two days before my appointment, when I was told it was cancelled due to a “schedule change” and that the earliest I could be seen would be January 2026. It’s disappointing that patients are expected to be strict about keeping appointments, yet the office can casually cancel and push me out until next year. A week I can understand but exactly two days before my appointment is just ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience at Park Avenue Smiles. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is clean and easy to access. Dr. Habib was amazing. I came in for a filling. He was extremely gentle and proficient. He had me in and out in a matter of no time. No pain whatsoever. Not even a pinch when he numbed my mouth with the injection. I also loved seeing how he treated his staff. He was very respectful to them and you can see he truly cares about their success as employees. I found my new dentist!

Positive experience: I adore the dentists and hygienists who do their job amazingly. Lately, I would make my appointments 6 months in advance, only for call center to cancel it a few days before my appointment. When asked when to reschedule the next available appointment is 3 to 4 months from my original appointment date. This has happened multiple times and I am sick and tired of it. If YOU as a dental office have to reschedule my appointment I made months prior, hou should be the one to schedule me within a month, not 3 to 4 months. Ridiculous. I only deducted 2 stars for that specific reason. The dental office is amazing and they do a great job at cleaning and checking my teeth. Just wish they would stop canceling appointments a few days prior to my appointment.

You won’t regret booking an appointment with them. Communication with customer service is 100% I must thank my Dental Surgeon for her efficient care.

Fantastic experience: I go to Park Avenue Smiles for my dental care, and Dr. Julia has been an amazing dentist. She is very caring, skilled, and a great listener. I had ongoing issues from an assault years ago that left me with two cracked crowns, and since being in her care, the pain has completely gone. She takes the time to explain things and interacts with me in a way that makes me feel comfortable and understood. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always welcoming. The office is very clean, well-organized, and I can see they handle their tools with care, which gives me confidence I’m in good hands. I trust Dr. Julia and her team completely, and I highly recommend Park Avenue Smiles to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I first came here for an emergency visit over a year ago, after not getting an appointment with my regular dentist, and they quickly became my new dental office. The staff is helpful, and the specialists are great. They keep you informed and are extremely transparent. A bonus is that you don’t have excessive wait times for any of your services. You just can’t go wrong here, and I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I have been going to this practice for over 10years and for the most part they have treated me alright. Lately the company has been having a problem canceling appointments that you had made MONTHS in advance only with a few days notice. I work and can’t afford to have to take days off just for them to cancel. And when you try to make a new appointment they’ll only have dates available for 3 months out. I’m truly considering finding a new practice who actually cares for their patients and respects their time. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful

Fantastic experience: This dental place is very endearing. They have understanding, they make proper arrangements. For instance, I got a phone call at a last minute stating they needed to change my appointment. We agreed on the same time as my appointment was. Canceled apparently me. On my way, of course, New York City transit, it's a hot mess. So I called in advance to let them know. I was running late. Apparently I was extremely late. My point was out before the time we agreed on. They stopped made arrangements. And I will still be able to be seen that day. They were concerned as soon as I walked in and was happy.And pleased that the issue was resolved.

Negative experience: My father went to park Ave smiles in Yonkers for partial and full dentures. After multiple appointments, the office suddenly refused to see him and said we must go to their bronx location. He went once to the Bronx and it was dangerously hot for him and he nearly passed out and had to be sprayed with water. They also had no record of his treatment from Yonkers and had to start all over again from scratch. This was negligent, unprofessional and deeply upsetting. I do not recommend this place, especially for elderly patients.

Fantastic experience: The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the office was. I was also happy with how friendly the front desk receptionists were. I accompanied my mom to her dentist appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, and efficient at their jobs, everyone was at this clinic. Consider this clinic for all your oral needs.

They do not pressure you or scare you to remove your wisdom teeth. They have water and coffee for patients. You also get a goody bag of toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss every visit! Fantastic experience: The front desk staff and DENTIST were absolutely amazing. I had an emergency due to a tooth infection, and even though it was my first visit, they took me in immediately. When I got home, the dentist personally called to make sure I had received my prescription and was feeling okay — something I truly appreciated. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10. Everyone at the facility was incredibly caring and attentive. If you have any hesitation about seeing a dentist, this is definitely a great place to go — especially since first impressions matter, and they exceeded all expectations.

Negative experience: I scheduled for my wisdom teeth to be taken out and waited months for it. They cleaned my teeth but never took my wisdom teeth out as i am sitting in the chair telling them i am there for my wisdoms. They referred me to their orthodontist because i need braces. I’ve been coming here since i was a kid. They always told my mom she needed to pay out of pocket. They wait until im an adult to tell me, the insurance would have fully covered for my braces as a kid but now i am too old for the insurance to fully cover my braces now. I think this place was trying to double dip from the insurance and my mom’s pocket. Seems shady to me.

Negative experience: Maybe I haven’t been to the dentist in a while but the miscommunication and 2 trips back to back in less than 24 hours, not to mention the PAIN of my cleaning got to be unbearable. The people are nice but…I still had a less than splendid experience not to mention the prescription mouthwash I was supposed to get and nobody even asked me for my pharmacy. I called the next day and they’re closed on alternate Fridays so I’d have to wait until Monday after going there TWICE in the span on 24 hours. The care is inadequate at this point.
