Fantastic experience: This place is definitely built for the kiddos, the bright colors and lights. The staff is amazing, very warm and welcoming. Dr. Elias is very informative and personable. Dr. Christina was great handling my 5 year old, who had to undergo general anesthesia. I was a nervous wreck and Dr. Christina reassured me and eased my nerves. Everyone was awesome. From the guy monitoring her vitals after the procedure while we waited for my daughter to wake up, to the ladies upfront. Would definitely recommend this place for your LO’s.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for the care my daughter received at this dental clinic. From the very beginning, they showed a genuine interest in providing her with a warm and calming visit, especially during the moments when her nerves took over. The entire staff was very empathetic and patient with her. In addition, it was extremely helpful that they provided us with assistance in Spanish, which made us feel more comfortable and secure. I would like to highlight Dr. Elías, who, with his professionalism and great skill, made my daughter feel confident and was able to complete her treatment without any issues. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I think Saginaw Kids Dentistry has got to be the best kids dentist I have ever been to. The staff are always pleasant, helpful, quick to respond to urgent matters, and they are always doing their absolute best to make the experience as pleasant as can be. The waiting area alone was a fun experience for my child, and when we were in the room, the lights kept her entertained. The staff were amazing at explaining the processes in ways the kids understand, and they were all very empathetic. My daughter has had lots of negative dental experiences in the past, and she likes to come back to this location, despite getting dental surgery! Highly recommend this dentistry. (Also the work done was so efficient and high quality). I won't take my daughter anywhere else (and will recommend to all other parents).

Fantastic experience: I brought my son to Saginaw kids dentistry for a second opinion. The moment I got to the back I felt so much more at ease than his previous dentist. We were explained in detail his treatment plan, and the doctor made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. We’re willing to pay a little bit more out of pocket for his treatment, because we instantly felt more safe with this dentist. I’m now planning to switch all my kiddos here, and they will forever have my referral!

Negative experience: Used to be efficient where my child was in and out. That’s not the case anymore. People who came in after me got seen before me. The front office said it’s because they were babies… UM.. ITS a KIDS DENTISTRY.. what does that matter?? If you overbooked because you’re being greedy, just say that.. Don’t recommend.. Plenty of other options who can honor their appointment times. No need of asking me to confirm 48 hours in advance, threatening me of a no show fee if I don’t confirm; especially if you’re not going to have room available at my appointment time … Worthless & Pointless.. do better

Negative experience: The medical care and the doctor who treated my daughter were great.... The problem is that the women in front of me only spend their time browsing the internet and social media, so they don't provide adequate information to customers. Well, they should clarify and inform me about the amount I have to pay and which insurance company I'll be charged. So that everything is clear. Because that's what they're paid for, to properly serve and inform customers. I'm grateful to the person who spoke to me, because she cleared up some questions about insurance that no one explained to me before.

Fantastic experience: Amazing kids dentist! We have live all over the world (Military) and this is by far the best dentist I have ever sent my kiddos to. So patient, friendly and they explained everything to me and my son. He had two fillings and there team knocked it out of the park!

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience at this dental office! Everyone including the staff are so kind and welcoming and the doctors always go above and beyond to make my kids AND me as a parent feel comfortable and understand the procedures. My 2 y/o is usually hard to win over but everyone’s playful and upbeat attitude has made his appointments a breeze every time. My 5 y/o had a pretty lengthy procedure recently and Dr. Christina and his anesthesiologist Dr. Cross couldn’t have done a better job in setting both me and my son at ease and making it as pleasant as possible, as nervous as I was he was so excited for this appointment he was rushing me out the door Both of my kids are always excited to come here!

Fantastic experience: Just moved in from Chicago, decided to give it a try to this pediatric dental office, since are so many around, today was my third time visiting and always the Doctors and the entire staff had been pleasant and polite you get greeted by a good tone of voice ; but most with a sincerely smile which you barely see it in these days. Scheduling appointments very easy, they follow up with you, definitely they are good at what they do. Thanks everyone for loving what you do.

Fantastic experience: This is officially my new favorite dental office! The staff here were very kind to my children. I was impressed by Dr. Christina’s kind nature and pleasant bedside manner with my 3 year old! Dr. Dominque also did an amazing job when giving my 2 yr old a cleaning. She was very kind and pleasant as well. Dr. Elias worked on my 11 year old and he was upbeat and pleasant! The doctors here really make sure you and your children feel welcomed. The atmosphere of the office is VERY kid friendly. It’s clean, bright, colorful and filled with lots of cool toys and visuals that kids love. My kids enjoy going to the dentist. Each time we go, they don’t want to leave! I would highly recommend taking your children to Saginaw Kids Dentistry.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. We have had a really bad experience today with this so called dentist. They had our granddaughter fast today until 12pm. She fasted and then had to be admitted to the E.R. because she passed out. They didn't even seem concerned at all . Now the parents had to run out and take her themselves to the E.R. Please if you ever need a dentist for your child, do not go there.

Negative experience: I was a huge fan of this office crew until we were waiting for our 3 year old daughters oral procedure and needed to fast. 8 hours prior with no food and no clear drinks 3 hours prior. Went to the office and our daughter was feeling nauseous and committed in the office due to debuts soon and had to take her to the ER for proper evaluation. Because the dental assistant mentioned “we normally don’t schedule that late anesthesiologist appt. But kicks us out because my wife has irate in the back with her because they didn’t inform us of any risks. Warning to PA agents, always get a serving opinion of you have a gut feeling about your child da day in the care of medical/dental profession

Negative experience: Do not recommend. The office manager and front staff are terrible. The lobby doesn’t look clean or sanitary. The staff one star is for the dentist and the assistants. They were nice and did okay with children. Once they get rid of office staff it will run better.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience. All the staff from front desk, dental assistants, to dentists are amazing. My infant, now toddler is always calm and relaxed during checkups due to their calming environment. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful clinic, every staff member I've encountered has been kind and professional. The clinic is clean and neat but very fun for the little ones. My daughter loved the decor. The Dr's are kind and helpful and answer any questions you have I never felt rushed. My 6 year old had a procedure done under anesthesia Dr.Elias made sure to answer any questions and put us at ease about the procedure. I could go on and on but I highly recommend the doctors and this office.

Negative experience: My sister got her teeth cleaned at this place. I did not see any changes before and after the cleaning. The staff did not say a word about the visit. Would not recommend for people who is not a native english speaker.

Fantastic experience: Over the last 2 years, my kids have seen Dr. Elias, Dr. Christina & most recently Dr. Oliver. All provided excellent care. My teenage son had cavities filled this week with Dr. Oliver and she was great. She had a sense of humor, made him feel comfortable, explained everything and was incredibly professional. I am blessed that my kids have an opportunity to quality dental care without any fear or negative impression. This clinic does an incredible job. I could not ask for anything more. Thank you!

Negative experience: What a nightmare going here was. We were set up to see DR. ELIAS but had to see DR. LINDA what a NIGHTMARE that was. she said my son needed all this work but made a tone of reason not to do it because she found out my son has asthma. Then for the other stuff she was sending us to dallas because she did not like our insurance and said thats was the ONLY place it took it that was a lie. And everything is 2 to 3 months out. They will get you in fast for your first appointment then everything else is 3 plus month out. AND THEY DO NOT DO REAL CLEANINGS THEY ONLY POLISH THEM AND PUT VITIMANS ON THEM NOTHING ELSE NO CLEANING ANYTHING. Make sure to look at ALL reviews on this office before making a appointment they probably have a lot of fake and or paid for reviews.

Fantastic experience: We have a 4 and 2 yr old that we bring every 6 months and could not be happier with the service! They are patient, and thorough and don’t rush you out which is nice. The waiting room has toys and a play area, and little prizes after the exam. Bathrooms are easily reached, (very handy with newly potty trained kids) and overall each time we have come it has been a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Loved working with Dr.Elias. My daughter needed a few crowns and I think I was more nervous then she was (because she didn’t know what was going to happen) but he was able to explain everything very well and was so good at answering my questions & listening to my concerns. It was a long procedure but I was definitely at ease and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. My daughter was happy (& healthy!) and so was I. All of the staff are very helpful & communicate well and I feel like I can trust the people who work here for an honest assessment & treatment plan. Recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our oldest has gone to this dentist for a while. We recently brought our youngest two kids here as their main dentist as well. I have not had one bad experience with them! One of my daughters had a bad dentist experience at her previous dentist, and this was her first time back to one. KC was the wonderful lady we got this visit. She was absolutely the best! She was so kind. She took extra care to make sure she was comfortable and has a good experience. My kid put on the "Brace Glasses" that KC gave her and had no problem letting KC clean her teeth. I am glad I chose to bring my kids here!

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old son just had to have a tooth pulled and they did an excellent job at easing his fears and controlling his pain so it was not a traumatic experience. They also had a great way of explaining to him in kid lingo.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved our visit this morning! I was nervous about the procedure, however Dr. Elias and his staff made sure we were aware of everything that was going on. Guiding us step by step and constantly asking my 7yo daughter if she was okay or if she was comfortable. The kids come first to them and to me that's what really matters, I can't recommend them enough. Oh bonus point: they speak Spanish

Negative experience: Take your kids to a different dentist. You pay for a cleaning but you just have an assistant polishing her teeth and the Dr doesn’t even scale any of her permanent teeth and when I checked her teeth afterwards she still have calculus on her lower anteriors and they don’t even floss. He also recommended for my daughter to get perfectly healthy baby teeth to be extracted and I asked three dentist that I’ve worked for in the past what their thoughts were and they all said that they look like normal erupting teeth in the x-rays. There’s plenty of pediatric dentist who also have hygienist in the DFW area or dentists that actually take pride in their hygiene portion of the visit. Very disappointed I’ve never experienced a bad pediatric office before but unfortunately my insurance changed so I’ll have to continue to keep looking.

Positive experience: This was our first time here. I brought all three of my kiddos. The office is so bright and happy. Though my kids are 16, 13, and 10, they got a kick out of everything. They were all seen back to back. Thankfully, were were in the same operatory so we didn't have to move around much. The assistant was super friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable. As well as making sure things were cleaned after each child. The Dr. was so nice and informative with any concerns she had... Thankfully, there weren't any! Thank you all for being nice and patient with my crew!

Each staff member from the front office, to the assistants, down to the wonderful doctors here at Saginaw Kids Dentistry makes this office the best kids dentist in the DFW! Dr. Christina and Dr. Linda always take such great care of my boys teeth, they are super informative when going over their treatment needs also on the day of treatment.They are so patience making sure they continuously ask if we have any questions throughout the entire process! Negative experience: Totally unprofessional. Do not recommend! I had a scheduled appointment to get my son’s cavity filled, which required a deposit which I paid. I received a text message (the day prior) that they couldn’t verify my insurance and I’d have to pay out of pocket. I called when I got home to inquire about why they couldn’t verify my insurance, when they had just seen my son a month or so prior. And also asked about reimbursement of the funds I would pay the next day, She told me that they filled the spot when I had that appointment set already! Now my son is left having to start over in another office.

Fantastic experience: I found this place on facebook and it look pretty nice but the advertising does not do it justice this is the second time we and my 2 year old have gone and honestly it is one of the best places you can bring your kids to not only are the Dental assistants and Drs supper nice the front staff is amazing and supper nice there's no better place I could recommend than this office to bring you babies to.

He’s excellent and has incredible bedside manner, very knowledgeable about cavity prevention, etc. Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Oliver who was equally fantastic. You will not be disappointed placing the dental needs of your little precious ones in their hands.
