Lynn, the hygienist, was a total gem—cheerful, gentle, and so thorough. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and they truly made me feel cared for from the moment I walked in. I left feeling so good about the visit, I went ahead and booked two more appointments! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Northwood dental for about a year (previously going to a different dentist’s office and not having positive experiences). I’m relieved to have found this office. Helen, my hygienist, is efficient, friendly, upbeat and very thorough. She’s wonderful please make sure she knows how much I appreciate her!

Fantastic experience: I have delayed going to the dentist for many reasons. First, because of prior bad experiences where the dentist and their staff would belittle people for not regularly flossing/going out on the dentist often enough etc. Second, dentists were often overly rough, causing bleeding, and would give me a lot of anxiety. In addition and my biggest worry, I have GERD and a terrible gag reflux, so have been nervous that I would get nauseous while getting work done. Northwood Dental was so welcoming from the second I walked in the door. They eased all my anxiety and treated me so well. When taking my x-rays, I rarely even gagged because Daymar made sure to have extra assistance so the process was smoother for me. Dr. Topal was also especially kind and made sure I was very comfortable. In addition, prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

Fantastic experience: The Staff is awesome. Shout out to Dr Sojo and Asst Angela. They are the best! I followed Dr Sojo to this facility cause he is the best. Straightforward and honest of what you really need. Not pushy. Take it from me they are a great team!

Fantastic experience: So far so good today was my first visit I came in for a cleaning and I can say this review 100% valid. I came in and didn’t have no insurance and I can say that the plan they do have which will be a brochure below became VERY HELPFUL for ME. I love that everyone has a smile on their face we all go through stuff outside our profession however to keep a atmosphere full of joy and problems at the door to remain a positive building of work & want to successfully help the patients to their needed yes so far this is a place I see myself continuing coming to. I joined the $36 plan in the beginning depending on your teeth it will be an arm and maybe a half of a leg but after that everything else pretty reasonable overall I am happy. Lexie was the hygienist she was very careful with my sensitive teeth during the deep cleaning and kept a open conversation that is also important to me I don’t know about you but a person that is completely quiet disturb me a bit a quiet person during care just shows they trying to get in and out and just don’t care about how you feel or nothing well not this place. Michel and Dr Topal were very professional and knowledgeable as well. Just don’t walk run and see what plan best fit you.

Negative experience: Terrible! I made my first appointment and paid $90 for me deductible which made sense but now I’m getting another bill because no one in the office bother to inform me that I’m out of network!! Never in my life has I been to a doctor that didn’t bother to check or inform their patient that they aren’t in network, total cash grab that don’t care about their patients

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist office. I have been to so far. The people here go above and beyond to help you, and they even help you with making payment plans, and that goes above and beyond customer service. These guys have definitely earned a 5 star.

Fantastic experience: I just took my son in to Northwood Dental. At the recommendation of some friends, I requested Daymar as our hygienist. She was wonderful. So nice and kind and personable. She was in great communication the whole time. Dr Tapal came in to do the check up and she was great too. Very thorough and kind. I look forward to my appt in a few days.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment today with Dr Amyee and Tatiana, her assistant. Then had my teeth cleaned by Daymar. The assistant was confident and guided me through the x-rays and scans. Dr Amyee was very thorough and found something that no one had ever mentioned, which was causing me some difficulty - now I know what to do! Everyone was positive and caring. Daymar did a great job and so did Lexy with my son! Dr Amyee got two cavities handled for my son and it was so smooth. We found our new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Angie, Lexi, and Dr. Amy all took amazing care of me. Everyone is also so pleasant and positive here and I'm really happy I found them. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone who is trustworthy and will take great care of you.

Fantastic experience: Northwood Dental has been my dental office for many years. I nothing but great things to say about it. I get my cleaning every four months because it feels so good. I absolutely love my dental hygienist, Daymar. A big shoutout to Gail and Mandy for their assistance yesterday. The entire staff is amazing, and the girls were fantastic.

Negative experience: I’m editing my review that I posted when I originally went here a couple years ago. I ended up getting an Invisalign treatment from a dentist who was only there for a couple months and then vanished a couple trays into my treatment. He also told me I needed 4 fillings, which I later found out via a different dentist was totally unnecessary. I ended up getting passed around between a couple other dentists during my Invisalign. I continually expressed how I wasn’t happy with my smile results. I even expressed it the day they were to be removed but I was told my smile was fine. Truthfully, the reason I wanted my Invisalign was barely even fixed at all. I felt like I got sold several trays (I think my treatment was almost 6 months to a year) for very minimal results. Each time I went back, I expressed the same unhappiness and was continually gaslit by the dentist who took over my case. He claimed my smile was perfect but my front two top and bottom teeth were still misaligned. I have pictures of my teeth at each stage, it’s so clear that they were still crooked. At one appointment after they were removed, the dentist shaved my bottom tooth down so it wouldn’t hit my top tooth anymore - which was the reason for the misalignment in the first place. I since got pregnant and had a baby. I kept up all my 6 month cleanings previous to being around 8 months pregnant to now. The final straw was when I was pregnant, I noticed a very large black discoloration on my wisdom tooth. I had bought a little dentist mirror and cleaning kit because I noticed my wisdom tooth felt funny. This was why. I was shocked that nobody at the dental practice had ever brought it up to me. This was not a discoloration/cavity that would have popped up over night. It’s huge. Also keep in mind, for every visit, I paid out of pocket. So my Invisalign cost just shy of $4,000, the fillings were around $600 and the cleanings were each about $170ish. What a waste. I’m now looking at other options for a dentist in the Clearwater area. I’d suggest not getting Invisalign here. ____ Previous review: Ok shame on me that I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years... probably been closer to 8 years. I was referred here by my sister-in-law who goes here (our boss goes here too). I work with dentists regularly now, so I decided to swallow my fear and head in to Northwood. When I tell you this was exceptional service... I mean it! Everyone here was wonderful. I'm excited to keep up with my dental appointments and I'm actually excited to go back in a couple weeks to continue my healthy teeth journey. I can't believe I used to actually be scared to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: My 12yo had a dental emergency, this fine establishment was the only place that responded to my call as a real emergency!! 5 stars is not enough. They got us right in to assess the situation and comfort us both! Dr. Sojo is amazingly compassionate and professional. His assistant Angie was gentle, caring and professional too! The administrator Angie and the front administration all had polite, and professional demeanor. Their love for dentistry and people shines! I am planning to transfer this office as our primary dental provider!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Topal and her technical team, as well as the front office staff and the accounting team, are a professional and caring group. Their focus on the patient, ensuring comfort and successful dental solutions, is commendable. Carleigh from accounting was so helpful navigating the dental insurance labyrinth and providing timely documentation to address the insurance company's requirements. I would have given the team a higher star rating but Google caps it at five stars!

Fantastic experience: I love the warm, friendly feeling in the atmosphere. Daymar the hygienist was very careful with my sensitive teeth during the cleaning. Michel and Dr Topal were very professional and knowledgeable as well. I don’t like going to the dentist but I like it now.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough how happy I am with Dr. Tapal and her assistant Michelle at Northwood Dental. I had a bridge installed at another dentist, which after 6 months still bled and gave me pain. Dr. Tapal had to completely redo it and not only that, she and her team went out of their way to document the original issue, which helped me get a full refund from the previous dentist. I have since had other work done by Dr. Tapal and can honestly say that for the first time in my life, I don’t mind going to the dentist. Northwood Dental and Dr. Tapal are the best investment I’ve made for the healthcare of my teeth. Also, the reception team and hygienist are consistently professional and happy when assisting me. Fantastic experience: Daymar is the best hygienist I’ve ever had in my entire life. My teeth are always immaculate, shiny, and so white. I love getting my teeth cleaned with Daymar! Plus, she always listens to my concerns and comes up with great solutions. The staff is great, Alli Makes the perfect temporary crowns and Angela and Mandy are awesome too!

Fantastic experience: I’ve HATED going to the dentist my entire life. Even though I take good care of my teeth, they’re just genetically bad so there’s always a lot of work. My prior dentist would make me feel so insanely bad about myself, I never wanted to go back. Then I found Northwood Dental, and Dr. Tapal. She’s incredibly kind & compassionate. I needed that. She and her assistant really do a great job. The whole team is amazing, honestly. Even though they are outside my network, I decided it was worth the extra $ because I love them so much. I never hate going now;) Carleigh goes above and beyond for me whenever I have billing questions, and I’ve had lots. She’s been extremely helpful to me. They always remember my name when I come in the door (a rarity for me in a doctor’s office) and are always super friendly. Scheduling is always easy. They are thorough yet efficient and never make me feel bad about myself;) You will not regret choosing them!!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Wagner did an amazing job of bonding my chipped tooth. 2 days later I went for my cleaning and Ms.Helen - my hygienist couldn’t tell which tooth was bonded. It looks perfect. Fantastic experience: Had a great appointment with Northwood Dental. We came back here after having moved away for 4 years and we’re so glad Daymar is still there. She always does a great job on my teeth. Michelle did a good job of assisting and I really like Dr Tapal. Dr Tapal also was able to get my mom in quickly when she lost a crown. And that was right after the hurricanes! Front desk people are always so kind to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Alex does a great job with the x-rays, cleaning, and flossing. Has a great bedside manner. Alex is very knowledgeable and explains what is going on in my mouth. She is a joy to be around and I enjoy going to the dentist. Dr Tapal is a nice dentist and always has a smile to greet you. Fantastic experience: I had a crown come loose on Thursday evening. Called my now previous dentist Friday, shockingly they have 4 day work week. Called Northwood Dental, now my new dentist, they got me right in and took care of all my needs. Dr. Tapal, Michele and Rebecca were all extremely professional.

Fantastic experience: Needing extensive gentle work, Dr. Tapal was absolutely the most caring and best dentist I’ve ever been to. Tatiana and Michelle were top- notch techs. Carleigh in billing is a rock star. I appreciate all 4 of them very much and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northwood Dental to my family and friends.

Negative experience: UNFORTUNATELY, I had a horrible experience! I know this place has an excellent rating and honestly, it's why I chose to call them. I had two teeth that were causing me excruciating pain. One was an upper wisdom tooth and one was a lower, regular molar, both of which I needed an emergency extraction on. Northwood Dental advertises that they do these emergency extractions. So I set up an appointment. Well, long story short, I went in and had all the trays done and the nurse was a sweetheart, and so was all the staff, however, Dr. Tapal said I had to be referred out to have my wisdom tooth pulled and then tried to talk me out of having my molar pulled, having a root canal or a cap done. Inside I was fuming!!! I was in severe pain and came in to get it pulled!!! Not be talked out of it!!!! I've spent my entire life in a dentist's chair and know exactly what I need! I felt like she was just trying to pad her pockets with additional appointments to get more money out of me. And so I left the office, and I thanked them for everything, but I will NEVER Be returning to this facility!!! This is not how you treat a patient who is in severe pain and has Trigeminal Neuralgia. Dr. Tepal didn't even know what that was! I suggest any Dentist gets knowledge of this diagnosis if a patient has it because when a tooth gets infected with abscesses, it can cause it to flare up.

Fantastic experience: This is Libby Burch, I highly recommend Northwood Dental. Helen my Hygienist is a SAINT. I can message her if I have a question and she is always here for me. She is like my family. The office staff is so friendly. I just had a new crown put in, we had a few issues with an assistant, but Dr. Sojo stepped up and took such good care of me. Fantastic experience: We've been going to NWD for decades. My husband Noel, myself, and our four kids all go to Helen. Helen is the best! We moved but still drive the hour just for her. Helen is always in a good mood and on time! Dr. Jill & Dr. Wagner are the best! The office staff is amazing and welcoming. Carleigh B. handles everything with the billing and stays in great communication with me for any needs that come up. And Dr. Aymee is also great with handling the treatments plans and making sure I am comfortable with how things are progressing.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Northwood Dental is totally awesome from the staff to the doctors. They are all so friendly, efficient and caring yet totally professional. I have been going here for over 10 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Wagner is truly an artist at what he does and is the best dentist I've ever had - his skill and knowledge is top level. All the staff are incredible, including my hygienist, Helen and staff members Alli, Chas, Rebecca, Amy, Patty, Carleigh and all the rest. I feel like I am in good and caring hands whenever I visit the office.

Fantastic experience: I have now been going to Northwood Dental since their inception in the early 2000s. I actually was a patient of Dr. Jill before that and before she moved to Enterprise Rd in Clearwater. Soon after that move, Helen started to clean my teeth and here we are 20 years later and she is still the best hygienist in the business. Sad to see that Dr. Jill retired earlier this year and yet excited to work with Dr. Amy, as I met her today. The entire staff at Northwood is top-notch. I had some wonderful banter with Cayleigh as I checked out. Everyone is so pleasant. See all of you in six months. As far as I’m concerned, there is not a better dental practice in Pinellas County. Keep it up.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Aymee because I have been suffering from painful sensitivity in two of my teeth. She was great! I no longer feel any sensitivity and Dr Aymee gave me great tips to reduce sensitivity in the future. Great service from start to finish - I would strongly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Called the office two days ago requesting to be put on the cancellation list and the staff was great enough to fit me in the next day with an opening. Helen our hygienist was able to help figure out why my son had some unusual staining on his teeth, so we know what to do to prevent that in the future. Bright and shiny and good as new. Fantastic experience: I recently moved into town and was recommended to go to Northwood Dental. The whole staff (including Dr. Aymee, Ariel, and hygienist Tami) made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had about paperwork, billing and procedures. As a first time patient, this was a wonderful experience and I am glad to have found a place I trust!

Fantastic experience: I am a difficult dental patient. Going to the dentist is something I put off. I am glad I took a chance. Please forgive me that I can't name names. It was the wonderful financial lady that helped me overcome my fears and stick to the appointment. Trust me when I say the absolute compassion and care by every one made me feel safe. I hope all of you appreciate how happy it makes me to have found a dental home.

Negative experience: I have never been to a provider that has taken my insurance information and not bothered to say they were out-of-network. The first appointment I had here I was made to believe it was just because the X-rays were done too close to when I had them done before resulting in the bill. Then this time I went in for a cleaning and was charged $60. This time I asked if they were out-of-network since this was a simple cleaning and should be covered. I was told, “you’re not, we are.” So I clarified that they were out-of-network, because that sounded like a very roundabout answer. I voiced that they should have said that when I first setup the appointment last year and took my insurance information. Why would I pay for insurance and then pay on top of that for services that are covered with the plan. The person who I was speaking to could care less, which makes me even more suspicious of why they wouldn’t have been up front to begin with. You should run your practice with more courtesy and honesty. ----- I now received a bill for $54 and it was marked past due yet I just received it Friday. It's for $54 and I was told this whole matter would be taken care of. Please help resolve this.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Sojo, who was not only kind but also knowledgeable and skilled. Thanks to him, my pain was relieved in no time. Daymar, my hygienist, was gentle and considerate, leaving my teeth feeling and looking healthy and radiant. Choosing Northwood Dental was definitely a great decision. Fantastic experience: My first visit was today and I came to this office because a partial denture I wore on the bottom had broken in two. I got an appointment for the day after I called. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. They looked into my insurance and then gave me a price and time estimate right away, knowing I needed this situation fixed ASAP! The dentist was so easy to talk to and she explained things to me in a very comfortable way! The best first impression ever in a dental office!

Fantastic experience: Another great day at the dentist office with the superb hygienist, Alex. She was very special and I will request her next time. I wrote this after my first visit with Alex but alas I guess I didn't send it. Current: My next appt. was scheduled in the fall for April to see Doctor Amy and for a final teeth cleaning before I return to NH. However, I decided to get my teeth cleaned in Jan., a treat for me. Much to my surprise I was told by Alex that I would be getting x-rays and seeing Dr. Amy today. I wish someone had told me that. Alex did explain how that happens but I was not aware.

Fantastic experience: My most recent visit to Northwood Dental was for a filling and my experience was really great. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff, Chas and Dr. Aymee were very efficient with the procedure. Not to make this review to long I will refraine from listing all 7 names of the staff but all create a great team at Northwood Dental.

Negative experience: Never been to a dental office in my life. I know I probably should've kept it that way but no I didn't. anyway I went today to see how my teeth r doing which were surprisedly good. no cavities no nothing. even the doctor was surprised about it cuz I've always been merciful to my teeth. anyway by the end of the appointment things changed and he started saying that I need my wisdom teeth pulled out and my other teeth ground. I went from having the perfect teeth to them being in horrible condition. The doctor went from saying my teeth were strong and healthy with no evidence of cavities to them being filled with evidence of rot even though the X-rays showed nothing. so all I did was stay back and listened to the doctor trying so hard to make me panic and make irrational decisions on the spot which will cost me healthy teeth and almost $3000. Thankfully I walked away with all my money and all my teeth intact. P.S. I'm not mad. Just disappointed to see a service for health turned into a sales pitch.

Fantastic experience: I went to Northwood Dental for an emergency issue. I was treated with kindness, compassion, and competency. Dr. Tapal and Martin made me feel comfortable and relaxed, which can be extremely difficult at a dentist's office. The entire office staff is kind and welcoming. It was a positive experience in despite of it being a difficult situation.

Fantastic experience: I went into Northwood Dental for the first time, it was a wonderful experience, everyone was super helpful and attentive. Everyone was very honest and professional. I’d like to give major shout outs to my Dental hygienist Alex, she was great and did a wonderful with my cleaning and answering my questions, The Dental assistant Dali did great with my X-rays and giving me info on Candid and making me feel comfortable, and Dr. Sojo was very knowledgeable on my teeth and giving me the information I need to move forward with anything I needed. Fantastic experience: I had my second dental cleaning at Northwood Family Dental today, and the staff were very friendly, prompt and accommodating. As I had come in a few months ago for a more comprehensive & higher cost cleaning, they kindly gave me a credit on my New Patient cleaning later, saving me money I greatly need. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Northwood Dental! Very caring and professional staff. Great at answering all my daughters’ questions and teaching them how to brush and floss. Really taking great care in ensuring my girls take the best care of their teeth. Alex was my younger daughter’s hygienist and did a wonderful job! My older daughter had Tami as her hygienist and was just awesome! My older daughter got her new patient exam today with Dr Sojo and his Assistant Hiram. Hiram did a great job and Dr Sojo is always very happy and takes great care in ensuring my kids are doing great and all questions are answered! So happy I was told about this place!

Fantastic experience: It's been a few months of my busy schedule so this 5 STAR review is late but still important. My first (discounted) cleaning and xrays, etc were very good and thorough. DAYMAR Freites Hicks did a fabulous job on my cleaning and gave me extra pointers on how to take care of my teeth in the future. She knows her job very well. She was extremely personable and fun. I then needed a root canal and crown. I was very pleased with ALL THE DENTAL STAFF, DESK, PHONE AND APPT SPECIALIST AND ALL THE DENTAL ROOM STAFF. MY DENTIST DR. SOJAS has such a nice and gentle, personality... perfect for a dentist. He has many professional skills and he has pinpoint accuracy. Norwood DENTAL worked quickly and I was so happy to FINALLY have my root canal and crown in place within 2 -3 weeks! My smile improved 1000 percent. Thank you all and thank you so much for seeing me again and re-checking my new tooth Dr. SOHAS and for calling me after I requested you to. My tooth looks great and the process caused no pain at all. Fantastic experience: Tammy is an awesome hygienist. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in ways I have never heard another hygienist explain. She is very patient, listens well and does excellent dental work. My teeth felt so clean when I left and the feeling has lasted for hours. But it was the knowledge and the confidence she imparted to me that will likely have the lasting impact. Tammy made it a good dental experience for me.

Fantastic experience: She cleans my teeth and I admire. Her skill and acumen for hire. Been doing it a long, long time. Professional as I now chime. It is the coffee stains the most. Some blueberry is somewhat gross. It stains my tongue and teeth a lot. So brush it more I’m told I ought. And though I’m poked we laugh and smile. Her hands in mouth - don’t talk a while. But we have fun despite the stain. Thank goodness there is not much pain. ACUMEN: the ability to understand and decide things quickly and well.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about my experience there. I started out by chipping half of my front tooth, it looked gnarly. I didn’t have an established dentist so I live close by and called Northwood. From the moment I talked to the receptionist they were very friendly and able to accommodate me that day. I’m a tough construction guy but not when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Aymee and Chas were very kind and helped me through my ordeal. It was one of my best experiences at a dentist office. Fantastic experience: Came in for a cracked tooth after not having been to the dentist for almost 20 years. They got me in that day and took care of the cracked tooth, not always possible but it worked out that day. Also got my first cleaning in 19 years, Alex made the experience less scary and completely non-judgmental compared with what I thought it would be after having been so long! With so much going on that day everyone was very organized, helpful, and kind. Rebecca came in and out explaining any cost associated and the insurance coverage for the myriad different activities I had going on that day. Martin and Dr Sojo made it a pain-free experience. The team made it easy to set up my follow up appointments and get back on track regularly going to the dentist. Super happy I ended up with the Northwood team by chance with my cracked tooth!

Fantastic experience: I went for a new-patient visit, which included X-rays and a cleaning. It had been over 1.5 years since my last dental visit and friends highly recommended Northwood Dental. Everyone was AMAZING! The front office staff is SO nice. Martin the technician does a great job with all the X-rays--not one had to be redone! Dr. Sojo is so kind and friendly and explained everything to me so well. He really made me feel comfortable and excited about the health of my teeth and talked to me about some things to look out for. Alex, my hygienist, did the most thorough cleaning I ever had! She was fantastic! She also talked to me about my aligner retainers, how to care for them and when to replace them. No one has ever explained that to me. As a person who suffers from dental anxieties a great amount of care and compassion was given to me . Dr Almaguer, Daymar & Ariel along with the rest of the staff make a great Care Team. Fantastic experience: I came here after going to Florida Dental Centers. Let me just tell you. The experience was amazing! The staff, all of them are just the nicest and positive I have ever had the pleasure around. I mean, not only did I save a ton of money from switching to Northwood Dental, but the lovely dental assistants were so nice! All I know is that everyone there really seems to enjoy their position, and it shows. They don't look annoyed or prefer to be somewhere else. Kinda makes me mad at myself for becoming a medical assistant and not dental assistant. Thank you. Oh and here's a photo of what they did.

Fantastic experience: I was in today for a cleaning with Daymar who I’ve been seeing for the last 18 years. She is amazing, love her. I also need an exam and X-rays today. Hiram did great helping to push the X-ray button to make having the X-rays taken easier. I got to meet my new dentist Dr Almaguer, she was very thoughrough with the exam and very personable. I will be back to see her soon for needed treatment. Chelsea was great helping me get scheduled for my future visits and handling my insurance benefits. Northwood dental is the best, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: It is amazing to be able to say I just had a great dental experience but I can. I went to Northwood Dental where Hiram did those dreaded mouths X-rays in a way that was not painful…how I don’t know! Then Dr Sojo gave me a gum and tooth checkup and was very friendly, honest and efficient and made me not dread coming back for needed work, I highly recommend this practice. Even checkout was pleasant!!! Wow!!

Fantastic experience: This is a great dental office! I had been avoiding the dentist for about 5 years due to the cost of in-depth procedures but the $89 initial patient special was not overwhelming so I scheduled. I went in and got full mouth x-rays and a thorough examination and diagnosis with Medical Asst. Martin and Dr. Sojo. The doctor eased my mind regarding some temporary pain I had been experiencing to the effect that it was not dangerous. He explained to me what I needed to do about my overall dental plan, in a very down to earth, understandable, and confrontable manner. He did not suggest to me extra procedures that I didn’t need just to up the bill. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I am on a budget without insurance at present and he thought with that while still letting me know what I needed to do to really take care of my dental health. He was calm, friendly, and a great guy. Then Treatment Coordinator Rebecca explained the cost to me in a simple fashion that made it clear to me what I need to do next to work out the finance. I see this team is really dedicated to helping their patients have good dental health (not just a paycheck). Thank you guys so much! I’ll see you soon for my next appointment. :-) I also just went back for a deep cleaning today June 14 which I got from Daymar and she was very good.

Fantastic experience: Gail is the best. It can be hard to find the right tech for the right patient personality, just perfect skill and personality. Warm and friendly, genuinely concerned and interested. Nothing worse than thinking you are doing a good job between visit cleanings and finding out otherwise. Gail will shoot you straight, I’m doing a great job and I have good teeth for my years! Looking for someone new, Gail is your girl, you won’t regret it. Fantastic experience: I am now in my adult years and have a lot of needed maintenance and needed an office who cares about the me and talks to me about services. This office is great and the Dentist Dr. Soho and hygienist Daymar are so kind and professional that I did not feel at all uncomfortable although I already knew I needed more than just routine maintenance. I have been at other places and felt somewhat embarrassed but at Northwood Dental off of McMullen Booth I honestly felt more relaxed about talking with the staff about treatment plan and most importantly feel confident about choosing this office for my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for several years and love the dental hygienists. Tami especially is calming and knowledgeable. I enjoy having her clean my teeth. I recently had to get some new x-rays and was introduced to their new doc, Dr. Aymee. She is amazing! She knows her stuff, has good experience, and explains things really well to a layperson. I had to get a crown put on and both Dr. Aymee and Chas were great to work with. They are a pleasant and efficient team and I felt no pain (during or after) except little ouchie getting the anesthetic in my gums. Chas was great with making up my temporary crown - I've had it for a week now and it feels like a regular tooth to me. I don't even notice it. I like this place and can recommend it.

His assistant Alli Rose is friendly and very professional as well. They work wonderful together as a team!
