Positive experience: I am a second year patient of this office. I always rate 5 stars when asked to review because they deserve it. Their quality of work and attention to detail is exceptional. The doctors are great and do great work. Highly recommend. The time spent waiting for appointments gets frustrating at times but they take plenty of time with patients and it is worth the trade off to feel the doctors care about their workmanship. Everyone here has always been kind, caring, respectful and professional toward me. I am giving a lower rating for this visit for the following reasons. They have people working in this office who's behavior toward and regarding patients sheds a terrible light on the office as a whole. I had never witnessed anything like this until today. There were at least 2 women in the back wall area of the reception/checkout desks who were speaking disparagingly about a patient who had just emerged from the treatment area with a packed mouth, clearly sedated. This poor woman sat in the waiting area waiting for her ride and was in hearing distance of their inexcusable, unprofessional carrying on, as were the rest of us in the waiting area. I was angered to witness grown women in a medical office behaving this way, without filter or conscience regarding how this could affect one of their patients. I was about to speak up to ask if they are aware she could hear them when 2 more staff members came from the back and the same women loudly recounted the same story. They were left unchecked by their coworkers for this behavior so clearly it has become acceptable. The victim of their bullying had gone down the hallway and no longer had to hear them but this was shameful unprofessional behavior. Patients pay large sums of money to be treated here and given the nature of their procedures, they are in vulnerable positions. Every single patient should expect to interact with professionals who behave as such, not school yard bullies. I managed professional offices for years and I would have quickly relieved these loud mouthed hateful employees of their jobs for behaving this way in one of my offices. This isn't the only incident I witnessed today but this is the most egregious. Someone needs to take charge of the staff and put a stop to what is happening in this office.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to affordable denturs in lake mary since 2020 when I first met Dr Fereg for a evaluation for implants he is such a caring Dr.I had anew denture for my top and implants in the bottom I was so scared he assured me that it wouldn't hurt he would keep me comfortable never felt a thing him and his staff were so caring went I left he came out of the surgical room and talked to my husband and even gave him his private phone number if I needed to call him even when there office had to close for the pandemics he personally called us to say that the were closing so the office would call and set up my following appointment and the staff and him have never changed still to this day there attitude ❤️ is as caring as it was back in 2020 I can't say enough about this office and there staff ❤️ thank you guys for being such a great group.

Negative experience: The doctors and nurses are fantastic. On the other hand, the two ladies at the front desk are very rude and non-accommodating. I am a single mom with three children and work a full-time job. I live an hour away from the place I chose to get my dental work done at and I have told them over and over again I need to make appointments later in the day. Before I even had the work done, they knew I lived far away. They said any repairs you need you can come anytime just stop by.Yet, I broke my dentures on Wednesday and needed an appointment, but I do not have a day available earlier then 3 PM I need to make appointments later in the day. She put me down for 3 PM Yesterday and I told her I probably will not be able To make that. Just try to come in she says, but don’t say your name obviously she wants me to lie about making the appointment.. Yet I was not able to make this appointment. Like I told her so today, I was able to get out of work so I could come down here to get them fixed. But she turned me away. Spending $20,000 on teeth and I can’t even get the Dentures fixed The appointment center Is making a very hard for me to be able to get in there..They do nothing to accommodate you and your schedule. My experience there is great if they were only to get a front Desk staff that wasn’t so rude and non helpful. I’ve spent a lot of money on these teeth. Yet I struggle just to get them fixed so I suggest unless you’re retired Or have open morning availability don’t go here! Your first impression on anywhere you go is when you first walk in the door And on that impression over the numerous times I have been there is a 2 out of 10.

Negative experience: My review is based on my personal experience and doesn’t necessarily reflect the experience of others, but for me, I have been very disappointed with the fit of my temporary partials, and the fact that I do not seem to be taken seriously as far as how much pain they’re causing. As well as damage to my gums because I can’t even close my mouth without excruciating pain or causing a sore. The amount of swelling that this is causing in my gums is literally preventing me from continuing to get dental work, I have been back to the office two times to address my issues and although I could’ve just received a new pair of temporary partials that actually fit in my mouth, they opted to just file some stuff down, put some stuff in, which actually is making everything worse. I am now looking for a new dentist to try to get care in a new place where I can actually have something that I could wear comfortably and not be in constant excruciating pain. Temporary partials are not covered by insurance so I paid for these and yet I am unable to wear them, a complete waste of money. Although the staff is very nice the dentist seems very unwilling to just make me a suitable pair that I can actually wear. This is my reason for the one star rating, When you’re dealing with customer satisfaction that includes for the customer to be able to eat, close their mouth and live without pain and they’re unwilling to address that simply by giving me a replacement That should still be covered under warranty because it’s only been three weeks. It becomes downright unethical.

Fantastic experience: So far it has been a great experience. Having that many teeth pulled at one time takes time to get over. But you guys did a great job pulling my teeth, and support has been great. Pulled 13 teeth, put in 4 implants in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was very impressed. I have set in chair for up to 2 hrs trying to pull 1 tooth out. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a consultation and the dentist explained everything so thoroughly that when I referred to my questions, I only had a couple left. So far so good looks like I’ll be making an appointment soon.

Negative experience: If I could give this office 0 stars then I would! I have never been to such an unprofessional place in my life!! They tell you to be to your appointment 15 minutes early but don’t open the doors until 8am! Then you still have to wait when you get seated. The Doctor I saw was the nastiest! My visit was 3 minutes long he walked out without answering so many question the nurse had to go and get him! I ended up leaving after telling him how terrible he was! I will come here again!!

I have to tell you I have a fear of dentists and needles, I have put off for years going to one because of my fear, but when I saw Dr. Peter Fereg he reassured me that it would be a good experience, and he did not disappoint! It was 99% pain-free. There was a tiny tiny prick, but you hardly felt it. And I had three teeth pulled. It was an amazing experience and it put my faith back into dentistry. Fantastic experience: I'm still in recovery exactly 1 week from surgery, I elected for snap in dentures so all of my remaining teeth were removed (10-12 whole) (4-5 broke) and we did 10 embedments. So far all is well, healing up good and following the plan. Dr Fereg walked me through the whole procedure and has been active in my recovery and so has his techs. Everyone has been professional and nice and I would recommend them if asked. I'm excited to get to see the finished product!

Fantastic experience: Called Thursday afternoon after a fall that broke my dentures and when I explained my circumstances that included leaving town on Monday. She said hold on and came back to me and said they would squeeze me in Friday morning if I could be there at 8:00 am. When I arrived they took me in right away, took the impressions and told me to come back at 1:00 o’clock. I came back at 1:00 o'clock and they were fixed and looked brand new. They had made the dentures for me in August did a beautiful job and then when I went to pay they said no charge!! I can’t say enough about the service and compassion shown to me.
