My husband has a phobia of dental offices. It took years to get him to det up an appointment. Thanks to these two ladies as well as Sabrina, he actually looked forward to today's visit and said these ladies are the only ones he'll ever let touch his teeth! Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this office several years through the name changes/ownership(s) and have always been treated with respect and a honest since of “we care”. The staff has always been nice to me. That’s what this world needs more of, nice people. A broken crown got me a quick trip to see Dr, Crafton. Smoothed off the old tooth and got an impression for a new one by way of AI. Put on a temporary and out the door I went. Nowhere but Conway AR. Great job!!!! Peggy does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She in very good. Just found out Dr. Crafton is retiring in December. Enjoy retirement doc.

I love Dr. Mallett and Sabrina but the front office staff is always rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional!! The only reason that I’m giving a 5 star review is because of Dr. Mallett and Sabrina …. If it was not for them, then I would definitely be finding another dentist office! PLEASE get all new front office staff immediately!

Fantastic experience: They always take care of their patients whenever there's an emergency me and my wife always get in to see someone almost immediately. My wife refuses to ever see another Dentist than Dr Gordy and I always have so much fun with Dr Weaver and having fun at the Dentist Office are words I never thought I'd ever use together in one sentence!?

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Conway Family Dental for approximately a year. I am a chronic pain patient and have damage as a result of opiate use for many many years. I also struggle with PTSD and it's very difficult for me to have a man close to my face. The entire staff has been very professional and kind! I am a senior now and after receiving excellent care I have been able to trust and relax even during hours of the impression process. Such as the appointment today. When I began care here I required anti anxiety meds to allow the work required. I no longer do and can refer their practice with confidence to anyone who deals with issues such as myself. So please, get the care you require with confidence!

Fantastic experience: As one might expect and like so many other people, I hate going to the dentist. It took me a long time to find a dentist in Conway whom I am comfortable going to. For me to say that I highly recommend a dentist is big but, I will definitely recommend Dr Mark Mallett. He is kind, personable and not over eager to start doing big, expensive things to your teeth. Over the last two years he has done a lot of work on my teeth. I have Bell's Palsy, left side of face paralyzed, which makes holding my mouth open difficult at times. He has gone above and beyond to make having work done as comfortable for me as possible. I can't really speak to how expensive he is because I have nobody recent to compare his costs to. Dental work is expensive but, as with so many things, you get what you pay for. All the staff members whom I have dealt with have been great also. I will continue with this office and Dr Mallett until that is no longer an option for me.

Fantastic experience: Today I had two fillings done. Going to the dentist is my BIGGEST fear. The whole process was easy, painless and they constantly made sure that I was doing ok. I highly recommend them to anyone of all ages. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I've been going there for ab 2-3 years now and have never been disappointed!! Dr Gordy is the best by far!!! He's very personable and makes you feel at ease! If anyone has a fear of going to the dentist, this is the place to go!

Positive experience: My mom and I both go here. We see different dentists, both had great experiences and some not so great. We both like our dentist and their assistants. We also had two different hygienists, hers didn't really spend enough time on her teeth. The hygienist that I seen did a fantastic job with me. She was personable and really spent time cleaning my teeth. The front desk crew have been great so far. Checking in and out. It's really not a terrible experience. Nice Dentists. (So far) Nice Assistants. Nice Hygienists. Nice Place.

Fantastic experience: I confess that I do not remember the hygienist's name, but I do remember that she did a GREAT job. One of the things that she noticed was a white spot on my tongue that may (or may not) be cancer. I was glad she noticed. Super clean now.

The office is so pleasant and easy going. I just came back to using Dr. Leo Crafton again after living too far away for 25 years, and he's as wonderful as ever! Fantastic experience: I felt very relaxed considering I got anxious about the idea of visiting a dentist. Allie was very gentle in taking my X-rays and the Dentist was very precise in letting me know what the issue was and did not make me feel that I had to have any necessary work on my teeth if not wanted.

Fantastic experience: Had a filling that came out over the weekend, causing some pain and sensitivity. Call CFD on Sunday morning and left a message to see if I could be seen the very next day. Monday morning I received a return call from at 8:05am, and they worked me in that afternoon. Dr. Gordy and his team place dental care, both scheduled and emergencies, as the top priority.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this office and everyone there! I have severe dental anxiety and they are so great handling that and making it a safe space! Dr Gordy has been the one taking care of me! Him and his dental assistant rock! Best in town hands down!

Positive experience: Staff is pleasant, short wait time from check in, and I was in and out in under an hour with all concerns addressed and plan for further treatment explained and agreed on. The only concern I had was that my hygienist seemed a little rushed. She had to manually scale instead of use ultrasound due to previous dental work so it took longer and she was a little bit aggressive. Every time she’d rinse and suction after scraping I could see bright red blood in the suction tube. I also noticed her glancing at her wrist a few times so I wonder if she’d taken things a little bit slower that wouldn’t have happened as much as it did. But I’m not a hygienist so I really don’t know. Maybe that’s just normal.

Although they were very busy, wait time was good and once you were back, the staff gave you their full attention and spent the time with you they needed to spend. Fantastic experience: I needed to see a dentist about a broken tooth and even though it was my first time visiting Conway Family Dental they got me in the very next day. Customer service was amazing, they started the process on fixing the issue that same day and it was relatively painless (which is saying a lot for what I needed done). Negative experience: Charged me a $150 cancelation fee because my mother forgot to send me the money for my bill today due to her significant other and business partner being in the hospital with sepsis for the last 2 months. There isn’t anything I can do about that. I have explained that I am a college student and member of multiple national honors societies, but I am of limited means and income. Anytime I’ve had to reschedule for financial or unavoidable reasons, my next appointment is set up for completely different services and has more and more tacked into it without my consent, despite all the past conversations about needing to do this dental work in a step by step process. The girls at the desk are unsympathetic and cold to deal with if any little thing doesn’t go their way. They make zero efforts to be accommodating or effective communicators. I was never told any other time I’ve had to reschedule that there would be a fee in the future. No efforts are made to communicate with the neurodivergent community better. Do yourself a favor, just go somewhere else. Update: they took more time to answer the google review than they did doing anything for my benefit lmao And for ✨Clarity’s✨sake, if there was going to be a fee you had every chance to tell me before making it a surprise charge. But you didn’t. I have screen shots of every text yall have ever sent me and a recording of the phone call of me on the phone in tears with your shitty little dead in the voice receptionist, if this snide and passive aggressive review response is how you wanna keep acting. We can put that everywhere.
