Negative experience: This has been a horrible experience with only the initial visit , they did a xray and exam and told me my bill was well over 13000. That was crazy, so because of work and American Dental not being flexible I've had a hard time keeping my appointments. But I did communicate and explained why. Well without anyone say that I actually had 2 appointments today ..if I can't.make ill be charged for same day cancelation twice. I explained to the office I live an hour away and I was in town..can they squeeze me in..especially if im going for what I was told and thats to get fitted for partials. which I already did at my first visit. Not my fault it was bad..and oh. Just got another bill in the mail for over 3000 now mind you no work was done...I will contact my insurance company. Find out what was paid..and get a refund..and move on. I have all of the explanation of benefits.....this is MADNESS..where are the people that care...I already have a phobia.. of the dentist. And this helped me fall back. Ill find another the work still needs to be done...I wish I could give negativity Stars. I would

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at American Dental for at least 40 years. I recently needed to see a dentist at the practice and was able to get an appointment very easily. Fantastic experience: This experience was great, from the receptionist, the dental assistants, the financial director, and the dentist. Everyone was highly professional, friendly and courteous. Upon review of the ex-rays, the staff went right to work explaining everything along the way. Even the extraction procedures went well. All appointments were on time with no more than 15-20 minute wait time if at all. I hope one day they fix the parking situation though. I have now been through several follow appointments and each has been excellent. *** My progress continues as expected by the staff. Very pleasant people. Fantastic experience: Good Day, at first I was hesitant about coming due to it being a workman's comp case and there poor service. But I can truly say the intake at the front desk and bedside memorism was amazing. It made me not have to think about my injury that had with my teeth. I felt assured that I was in the best hands. With a very kind, nice & warm personality, X-ray Technician Jane, put my nerves at ease. {She didn't know that my nerves were a *little* frazzled., my nerves were on 1,000%). When she was done with me, I was at great peace for the remainder of the visit. The receptionist were courteous. Most importantly, Doctor Paltac was receptive to hearing my concerns, which put my mind at further ease. He took patience in listening to my concerns. I appreciate his explanation of my current condition & future order of procedures, scheduled to take place. Thanks to Mrs. JANE (X•Ray Tech) I was able to sit through the remainder of the visit. She calmed my nerves down to zero, without even knowing it. I'm so glad this place was recommended to me. I can sense that this is the place, where all of my dental issues will be resolved. I am now, eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

Positive experience: I have been a patient with your office for years, my children are now adults and they were patients with your office also. I want to say this my son who is a dentist was inspired by having good patient experiences and excellent service at my choice of dentist offices I made over the years for him. Having children groomed in medical fields I only hope that is what they present to each and every one of their patients. I can never become accustomed to a doctor entering my medical room w/o introducing him/herself. Especially in a dental office where most people are reluctant to come because of dental phobia. Three different dentists three different times have done this. I felt like I saw them but I was not seen. Not acceptable. I’ll continue my cleanings I like the care of the hygienist other work I have decided to do elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Besides this one factor I am 100% satisfied with today's all around examination. Very satisfied! The X-Ray examination area is not private. The administrative personnel can visually see all procedures being performed. Maybe the glass that separates should be mirrored or darkened so one's privacy won't be infringed upon.

Fantastic experience: This happened about six months ago and I forgot to hit post… smh but none the less I stand on what I said . American Dental is amazing. When I arrived ,there was almost no wait time. They did all of my X-rays and a panoramic pic of my teeth. As I was getting ready to leave I saw my hygienist Maria. I spoke to her and asked how she was doing. I’m usually on point with my dental hygiene but because of Covid I would not go to the dentist. Long story short she said would you like me to clean your teeth right now. I was sooooo happy because it’s hard to get an appointment with her because she’s that good. She’s knows that I will not go to anyone else but her. Maria said that her other patient was late, so she took care of right then and there. She is absolutely amazing. Definitely an asset to American Dental. I also love Tanya, she was willing to stay longer to assist because of me. Thank you Tanya! I would recommend American Dental to anyone. A. Salaam

Positive experience: I waited for my doctor for one month to get my filing done. I decided to wait because he was going on vacation. On the day of my appointment I was given a different doctor without no explanation. Staff needs to communicate better, and allow patients to choose if they want another doctor to do their dental work. However, doctor was gentle and tooth fells good!

Special shoutout to the lead scheduler who made it possible for me to receive Crown work far sooner than I expected. Negative experience: Had a 3:30pm appointment. Arrived at 3:48pm and waited 25min even paid for my appointment related expenses to be told I was too late and couldn’t be met with. Have had a HORRIBLE toothache for nearly a month and told them that and all I was told was sorry we can schedule you for “NEXT MONDAY” Been a customer of American Dental for over 15 years… today was my last day!!

Negative experience: Do not go to this dental office if you do be prepared to be misled and miss quoted the owner is rude. Dr. Goldstein is very nasty attitude. He does not take his time to explain he doesn’t care if you’re confused all he wants is to get to the next patient. If you ask him the same question more than two times he asks you are you testing him? Please, please please if you want a great experience then go somewhere else. You’re taking your chances of having horrible bedside manners, and that’s no place you want to spend your hard-working money. Good luck

Negative experience: So I was told by the dentist I may or may not have to pay an extra $800 for a smile lift but it depends. He’ll be able to tell me once he takes my cap off. We’re talking about $800 and no other dentist told me that mind you I went to two other consultations this place in my opinion wants to charge you more. They want to make the most money and I get it but the service and the quality is questionable. I would not take my chances here in the past Dr. ram who does the orthodontist work replaced my permanent retainers and didn’t tell me that I had to pay for in the amount after that he was done that’s very unprofessional after speaking to the office manager. The young lady told me don’t even worry about it. See this place is very underhanded. They are very sneaky with their pricing from my experience so if I was you, I would go somewhere else because in my opinion, I don’t trust the owner that one of the owners talk bad about Dr. Gonzalez who is an endodontist now if you know like I know dentist do not badmouth each other and he talked bad about Dr. Gonzalez, which is a great great Endodontist a lovely dentist but this place I wouldn’t give it one star I just had to in order for me to leave this review Patient beware

Fantastic experience: My issue needed 2 visits. My mouth feels and looks beautiful. The best performance ever. The office staff is eager to please. I have dealt with many dentists. No one did it as well as American Dentistry I was recommended by a friend who had beautiful work done and she accompanied me. It’s little far for me but any future work will be done by them. They have a lab inside their facility and can handle everything, not sending people to other specialists. They can do everything. I give it the highest star. Thanks for fixing my problem. Now I can eat.

Positive experience: Staff was very friendly and had to apologize multiple times. It just took 3 hours to get and X-ray and cleaning. Overbooking patient makes for a poor experience and staff definitely had favorites and took patients that were friends in earlier.

Fantastic experience: Oral Surgeon Yakov Yakubov was patient, very experienced and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and he is empathetic. He took time a communicated with me fully. I am afraid of needles but he made the process very comfortable for me. I would highly recommend him. Thank you!

Negative experience: The staff is wonderful!!! The front desk clerk, Denise(?) is superb. She seemed the lead front desk clerk. She takes control of the flow of the patient lobby, she greets people with their last name, she is personable and helpful. Why 1 star? It's how the whole thing is set up. I had an appointment for 10am, I did not get out of the office until 114pm!!! The printed receipt is time stamped. I must have met with 6 different staff, all of whom had different roles, albeit it could be condensed so to just a few staff, saves the company/office money during payroll. So, after my info was taken at the front desk, I was made to wait for 30minutes. First stop, Panorex, then regular Xray. After that you are asked to go back to the patient lobby. Another 35 minutes of wait then I got called that I will finally get to see the doctor. I met a different staff led me to the exam room. Surprise, doctor is with another patient. 15 minutes later he comes in. He asked me if I have anything that I am concerned about. I told him yes. He looked at it all of two minutes and said ok, we can take care of that. He left and I was led back to the patient lobby. 10 minutes later, I was called thinking I will finally get a cleaning. No, it was finance lady. She explained to me what will be covered and how much I will be paying should I decide to get the cleaning done and the procedure recommended by the "Doctor" who only looked at me for 2 minutes. I thought to myself, "Ghee, should I decide to get cleaning done today"? I thought that's a given. I did not just make the appointment to get an Xray! After that small talk with finance lady, I was led yet again back to the patient lobby and was told to wait. She comes back rather quickly and said that I can get cleaned and have the procedure done today. Great! I was led to another part of the office and guess what? I was told to wait for me to get called. 30 minutes later I got called for cleaning. I was with Dawn....bless her pleasant heart. Again, she was personable, but Dawn did not brush my teeth, nor did she flossed after the cleaning which is what I am used to since I can remember going to a dental appointment. Instead, she said that she will be checking my gums. I got my goodies to take home and was led back to the patient lobby to wait for the procedure. Prior to going back to the lobby after meeting with Dawn, I met, yet another staff who then told me that she has scheduled me for my next appointment! Sat by patient lobby to wait for another 10 minutes for me to be called by the "Doctor" for the procedure. Finance lady, thank goodness someone familiar, came and led me to a different exam room. Sat on the exam chair and a different doctor with his assistant comes in and told me that he will be doing the procedure. Needless to say, it was VERY CHAOTIC. I am sorry, but I will not be coming back here.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied little to no pain during my procedure. Dr Paltac and Dr vinus was with me each step of the way making sure I was comfortable. Great conversation to keep my mind off of the procedure. No pain at all quick and easy I really appreciate all the support from Dr Vinus
