Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous going in but the staff's friendly demeanor in hand with the clear knowledge of the job calmed my nerves without me even having to say anything. I was in and out quickly and the follow-up at home care has been working great! This was definitely a mind settling and happy dental experience.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience with Fulks removing my wisdom teeth! I have been super nervous to get my wisdom teeth out, for years and years. I kept making appointments at other places and cancelling last minute because I was so scared. I love that Fulks does the x-ray and everything in one appointment so you dont need to make the trip multiple times! Everyone I spoke to in the days leading up to the appointment was super kind and understanding! The day of the appointment was quick and easy! Slept the whole way home, didnt remember or feel a thing from surgery, and what they gave for pain relief, did the job. About 2 weeks after sugery, I started to have pain up to my temple any time I ate anything with my cheek super swollen down my the incision. It hurt sooooo bad to eat, I just went without eating for awhile. Went in for a post OP and they suspected something got trapped in the hole early and my mouth healed over it, causing all the pain. This complication was not because of Fulks but because of me not washing the hole out good enough. We attempted another round of antibiotics with no success.. ended up going in a couple weeks later to have them open it back up and scoop out the tissue plus whatever was trapped in there.. they did indeed find something pink. So, take it from me, dont eat anything that wont dissolve in the early days, and wash the hole out super good constantly. You cant wash it out too much. Thank you Fulks for listening to me and helping me find relief, it was miserable! I would go here again no questions asked!

Fantastic experience: they were all amazing & i couldn’t be more thankful! they were very patient & understood why i was so anxious, the nurses calmed me down & Dr.Cheng(correct me on the name if i’m wrong) was awesome, very polite and made me not as anxious!!

Positive experience: They were very quick with my referral and I got in, in about a month or so and was fully covered. They were nice and seemed very organized and professional. They were very friendly and quick to get the job done. It was done and over with within 40 minutes from the time I arrived to the procedure. I’m currently healing and so far so good. They make sure to supply you with meds to help you recover and it does wonders. I definitely recommend

Negative experience: "I suggest that the next time you require urgent dental care that you take your rotten tooth and your rotten attitude somewhere else." - Fulks Family Dental Scheduling is chaotic and done mostly via text message. The reception staff is overworked and seemingly undertrained. They did not have enough time between calls and intakes to breath let alone provide decent customer service. I filled out an online intake. I was then told to fill out the exact same intake on arrival. Also, although the website says they offer local anesthetic I was told at the front desk that they "do not offer services without I.V. sedation". This was not true, as the procedure was completed with only novocaine. I did receive one message asking me to fast prior to the appointment, but it was an appointment reminder text message cutoff by the character limit, so I missed it. I was told by reception to complete the intake forms consenting to I.V. sedation despite informing the reception staff that I had eaten recently. It seemed that the reception staff did not inform the doctor of my request for local anesthetic. I had to inform the doctor myself that I could not be sedated due to the risk of pulmonary aspiration. I wouldn't normally leave a negative review, but this kind of oversight is dangerous in a medical environment. Update: They also don't seem to follow HIPAA regulations.

Fantastic experience: I had to get my WISDOM teeth removed. I was referred by my Dentist to Fulks Family Dental for surgery. This experience, although painful, was top notch. They got me right back for 2pm surgery and I was done and on my way home before 3pm. Everyone was great and they made you feel as comfortable as you can be in a Dentist chair, lol. Thanks so much to the whole TEAM!!!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed recently, and the dental assistant, Maylynn, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and really helped ease my nerves. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m so thankful for the care she gave me and the overall staff!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from beginning to end. They were prompt pros at getting insurance approval and setting my appointment. The staff on site was kind, efficient, and friendly. The procedure was quick and thorough. They are a well-oiled machine.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever getting my wisdom teeth removed and also my first time having IV sedation, so I was really nervous. The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. They explained everything so clearly and put me at ease throughout the process. The procedure itself was quick, and afterward I went home with medication to manage the pain and clear written instructions for aftercare. Overall, I felt very well cared for and had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I had so many people tell me its going to hurt because your older and you'll have a lot of pain well they were WRONG (lol) Fulks dental was top notch they made me feel so comfortable the staff there was so awesome the procedure was so fast I had no pain afterwards the procedure went quick thank you to the staff I diffently recommend for oral surgery five smiles.

Positive experience: I shared this info with this provider on August 19, 2025 and asked for a call. I didn’t receive the call so I am now post this review publicly. There were several communication errors. I was basically told I never contacted your office. I was told all contacts are recorded. However I have the text messages that prove contact was exchanged and you received all the paper work. After that when the appt was confirmed I was again told you didn’t have the paper work so I printed it out and completed it and brought it to my daughter’s appt. The day of her wisdom teeth removal, not one single person introduced themselves. I went back to the room with my daughter and the woman going over info didn’t introduce. I don’t know if she was an assistant or a doctor. This was very poor care. When my daughter was brought out to the car, a little over 25 minutes after I went out, she was hysterical. I think she should have been kept a little longer as she obviously didn’t fare well with anesthesia. We didn’t even receive a call to check on her after the procedure at any point in time. That would have been nice. I do suggest a repair of your sign where patients walk in as that looks like a sign for a haunted house. I’m sure the care was good. She didn’t get an infection and seems to be healing well, but I had a sense that the was an assembly line and little attention was paid to the patient themselves.

I have a fear of dental work, especially surgery and how they do it, is exactly what I needed..ALL of the staff was kind,supporting and non judgemental...I just really appreciated how caring and easy it was with them. I love that instead of send prescriptions to your pharmacist which most of the time takes a while to receive, that they hand them to you out the door. I was able to get my pain medication in time! 100/10 RECOMMEND!!! I love it there!

Fantastic experience: Recovering from 2 upper back extractions done this morning while under general anesthesia. I would rate my pain level as tender gum area. That's it! From the first xray visit to today's procedure, everyone I met there was extremely welcoming, made a precise point of going over each step they would be handling and I felt safe as well as in good hands. I will definitely recommend and would return to them for work in a heart beat.

Positive experience: The waiting room is really small, but the staff is friendly. Overall good experience however, I still have a couple fragments of a tooth left in my gums.

Update: This is an awesome place - comparing this extraction to Comfort Care is comparing a butcher warehouse to civilization. I was treated with dignity and care here. An excellent team truely concerned about your care. Professional, caring I really can't express the difference - just go here. Once again they were awesome. However, I was unable to fill my pain prescription - every pharmacy was out or had expired product. I was left in pain through the first night after having all my teeth pulled. Edit: Just got word. They just gave up on pain management. Looks like this is their weakness. Make sure your prescriptions are called in and filled BEFORE your procedure or you WILL do without.

Fantastic experience: From someone who has extreme high level of anxiety they were wonderful. They had someone come in and talk to me because I was hearing other patients screams and ouch. The Dr Fulks himself was amazing he came in doing the place for my IV they laid me back and that's all I remember until the nurse kept telling sweetie wake up and stay awake. Been done with surgery since 11 am roughly and it's 8 pm the same night I felt the sedation working off a little bit but no major pain kill only the secondary one they give you I took that before the whole sedation was done. Long trip there but they made my tragic day good because they were understanding gentle and caring about who was in the sit and just not let's get this done

Negative experience: Horrible dentist. Dr Fulks has zero bedside manner and lashed out at me verbally abusing me because he was in a bad mood. Clearly the practice is mismanaged because he proceeded to tell me off saying he had taken time out of his day to see me when he could be seeing other patients, and this was a new patient consultation, that I had double checked with the receptionist. His attitude was awful, aggressive and clearly something missing. I was in pain, I was concerned and wanted to fix the problem, and he treated me like absolute garbage. I would NEVER EVER recommend this practice to anyone!!!!!!!!! This did actually happen, and based off of the owners commentary, this should be more than enough proof to stay away from this place. Seriously would you want a medical professional speaking to you this way?! Making fun of his patients like an angry 15 year old? I actually didn’t leave my review until years later seeing how people like this thrive on bullying others and making people feel horrible because they are in less than ideal circumstances. Also the STAFF mentioned your verbal abuse and temper tantrums towards THEM at the visit as well. This was back in 2019 and you have several reviews mentioning this behavior. It absolutely sounds like there are some issues here.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so kind! They were reassuring and it felt very comfortable and safe. Biggest issue with most dentists come off a bit judgy but the staff were phenomenal, not to mention they got me in 2 days early for extractions due to pain.

Fantastic experience: I just had my wisdom teeth removed today at 41 years old and let me tell you how nervous I was, I couldn’t sleep for days just thinking about the surgery and hoping everything would go well. I was reading the comments just to make sure fulks dental was good and all the comments were great so it made me feel reassure. Soon as I got in the chair they made me feel so comfortable and explained to me that it was okay that I have sleep apnea and it literally was done in seconds it felt. I got the iv sedation and it felt like I sat in the chair and was over so quick with very minimal pain. If you need wisdom teeth removal I would definitely recommend this place. Fantastic experience: Very good experience. The young women who work there are very kind & very professional. My dr was very professional & everyone explained everything very well. I actually don't even have any pain, & the extraction was just yesterday. I haven't even had to take ibuprofen.

Fantastic experience: I am someone who deals with general anxiety, so I was completely freaked out about coming to the appointment. I was there to get a wisdom tooth, and infected tooth removed. The staff was extremely understanding and spoke to me with confidence. When I got in the chair I still freaked out after seeing my X-rays and starting hyperventilating and crying they immediately shifted the conversation and started making me comfortable and giving me medicine to calm me- next thing I know I woke up and was being walked outside. It’s now 7hours later and I’m at 2/10 on the pain scale if that. They were wonderful and if I need something like this done again I hope they are the people I work with.

Fantastic experience: I came to Fulks family dental for removal of all four of my wisdom teeth this week, and I would recommend this place to anyone who is needing a referral to be sent to a practice for wisdom teeth removal, as that is what I went there for. Overall, the oral surgeon and staff there were extremely helpful and patient with me, and made sure that I was well informed about what the procedure would look like, which I greatly appreciated. We arrived half an hour earlier, which I would recommend to complete paperwork and check in instructions, and I went back for my procedure at my scheduled time. The whole process was very efficient and organized, which helped make it easier for my dad and I to know what to do and follow along. I felt that the atmosphere was very welcoming, and as an individual who identifies as nonbinary, the staff was very receptive to using my chosen pronouns and even changed my chart to reflect my chosen pronouns. After the procedure, I was very loopy, and was helped to my parents car by a staff member, which I greatly appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I drove an hour for a walk in appointment.. not only was I greeted with the nicest people ever, but they got me in for an xray in the middle of the day. Let me know that my previous dentist LIED to me about having cavities while showing me my xray. Take both of my insurances, and are getting me together for my wisdom teeth to be removed. The hour drive sucks but it’s so worth it for the experience I had today. (It’s also funny one of the dentists have my full maiden name so bonus points for the laugh I got out of that)

Fantastic experience: They were all very nice and made sure I was comfortable during the short wait for the doctor to be ready. The doctor thay did my procedure. I am unsure of her name, I wish I could remember it. But she did an amazing job. I dont even remember the sedation. Out like a light. Hahaha and she did all 4 of wisdom teeth extractions in less than 40 minutes. I dont see myself having the need for another procedure any time soon but I would highly recommend them. Genuinely grateful for how well they did for me this morning.

Fantastic experience: Overall great experience with this practice! Got recommended for wisdom teeth removal. My dentist sent over my information and they called me that day to setup as a new patient and to get authorization from my insurance. They were able to get authorization from CareSource in 2 days! I got my surgery scheduled 6 weeks out from the initial phone call, and on a day that worked for me! The procedure lasted maybe 30 minutes and went well. They explained everything beforehand and answered all of my questions. Barely in any pain post-op, would definitely recommend this practice!

On my way there I felt like I was gonna throw up from being so nervous but to my surprise it was a great experience everyone was so helpful walked me through all the steps and took great care of me definitely would recommend Fulks Family Dental to my family and friends!!!!

Fantastic experience: I spent the early morning hours of today searching through my city for an emergency dental clinic while in immense pain due to two tooth infections that spiraled out of control, causing massive swelling of the jawline, and pain in the mouth. I stupidly did not have dental insurance as well. I went to Comfort Dental, they were going to schedule an eval for two days out. I'm not sure I could have lasted that with the pain I was in, so I called around to other places. A handful of these emergency dental places had either multiple days out to be evaluated, to months. Murray Hill Family Dentistry didn't do Wisdom Teeth Extractions, but they saw how much pain I was in, and wrote me a referral to Fulks. Fulks guided me through the process despite a lack of insurance, evaluated me, discussed treatment plans, offered financing programs, and wrote me a prescription so I could have some relief from the pain until my appointment. Despite being an adult male, it took everything in me to not burst into tears that they helped me so much in one visit. Thank you.

Negative experience: I really just wanted to leave this review, this is not necessarily the dentists fault but I have now suffered with permanent nerve damage to my face from my wisdom teeth removal. They were however quite dismissive of the issue, and reminded me multiple times that I signed paper work that this could happen. About three years ago now, one side was bothering me but decided to go ahead with getting both sides removed. I wish I would have only had them do the side that was bothering me. Having half my mouth numb 100% of the time is worse than any pain the teeth ever gave me. Leaving this review now because the chances of this happening are so rare but it happened to me at this office. Please just make sure it is absolutely necessary before you have your wisdom teeth removed. Sorry to the business, I have being sitting with this for years now and just wanted to get my experience out there.

Fantastic experience: Dental anxiety. Iv sedation. 10/10 I don't remember falling asleep or even getting in the car but I can say I arrived earlier then the new patient 30 min early asked time and was sedated by 8:30 and home by 9:45. I have no complaints.

Negative experience: I was reffered by comfort dental, was told initially i was getting bottom two removed, went up there, and they didnt even talk to me before putting me asleep, and i woke up, later, all four of my wisdom teeth were gone, i would have not agreed to this if i would have known this would happen, they wont answer the phone either, they are supposed to clarify stuff before the procedure. By law, i think they are taking advantage of people on medicaid. Thinking they can get away with it, id say comfort pill mill

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They Truly Care! I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time because Fulk’s Dental really went above and beyond for me. My original appointment had to be cancelled, but the front desk lady (I think her name was Kimmie) was amazing—she made sure I got in earlier that same week and understood how badly I needed to be seen. What really stood out was how the doctor took the extra time to make sure all my allergies were checked before starting anything. I’ve had really bad reactions in the past, so that extra care meant a lot to me. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients—not just rushing through appointments, but actually listening and making sure you’re okay. I’m so grateful for the whole team at Fulk’s Dental. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with compassion and professionalism, this is it!

Negative experience: Was referred to them by Comfort Family Dental. They were able to see me immediately to retake my X-rays. The following day, I recieve a call from them saying they are denying me because I was yelling and screaming, which is absolutely absurd. I answer 1 question and asked another, outside of thanking them for seeing me so quickly. Honestly shocked by all of this.

Fantastic experience: The place runs like an Army MASH unit, but they pump people through at a feverish pace and I've experienced very little in the way of pain. The staff are polite and friendly. I think that they have outgrown the location but no complaints.

Fantastic experience: Woke up with an abscess tooth and severe pain and Dr. Fulks got me in first thing in the morning. His staff was amazing and very kind as I looked hideous from the swelling. So grateful for his staff coming in early to see me

Fantastic experience: They were the absolute best! Amazing bed side manner. Very very sweet. They explained everything very well and went over the papers you initial and sign with you. Made me feel like I made the right choice in choosing them for surgery! They were not ride when I forgot my ID and didnt cancel my surgery. I highly recommend this amazing office everyone there did phenomenal and never once made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. Very very GREAT practice!!!

Fantastic experience: I was treated like family when I had my surgery. I have horrible dental anxiety. All my questions or answered. And I was told what to do for my follow-up care. They also checked up on me the following day after my surgery. I would highly recommend Fulks Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: I was not expecting the service I received. I was utterly shocked when I walked in because I was actually treated like a human being like a real patient and not just a number. The procedure I had done was explained very well to me. They also explained things that may or may not happen afterwards. They gave me written instructions for aftercare so that I wouldn't have to remember everything and I also received phone numbers to be able to call someone if I was having any issues after hours. I very much want to thank you guys for the great work you did and for actually treating me like a human being. Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out and was put under for it, all the staff was very nice and reassuring. Worked very fast but was still very professional and caring! First time coming here.

Positive experience: Overall opinion decent place, doctors and staff working in my mouth were great, but trying to become a new patient and ALLL THE Repeated do’s and don’t etc is definitely monotonous, and very redundant. How they confirm appointments is weird. The women receptionist are very rude. During my checkin.. I arrived before my arrival time.. the women at the desk are were pushy and rude, that’s my opinion of what I’ve experienced. I’d go back if needed now that I’m established, and the doctor was great. But the staff at the reception desk.. I’ll pass on.

Fantastic experience: I called to get an appointment for surgery i desperately needed. They retrieved my info from my other dentists and got an approve through my insurance in two days. They were able to schedule me only 3 weeks away from my call. They made everything extremely easy and stress free. I arrived to my appt, was taken back very quickly, was given clear explanation of what to do after and what was happening during and everything was done and i was out in an hour. Kind, interactive medical employees! They made this experience great!

Fantastic experience: First time patient after getting a referral to them. I got all of my teeth taken out in one visit. They were a little busy but everyone on staff was extremely nice courteous and professional. They went over everything extremely well and made sure that I was well informed. I showed upon time and ready and got the respect I was hoping for and never felt like I wasn’t in the right hands the entire time. Fantastic experience: I got a tooth extraction because my nerve in my third molar was damaged because of a cavity and I came in and they got straight to work. After the surgery I didn’t feel no pain even 6 hours later I didn’t feel anything. There awesome thank you to comfort dental for referring me to you guys! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified of the dentist until today. I originally went in today for 3 teeth extractions, but i explained how embarrassing it is to live this way, ugly smile and non stop pain and how i just wanted them all taken out if possible. That is exactly what she did. Dr. Kit Cheng was unbelievably nice, and took 19.. yes, 19 teeth out for me today. Just wow. Everyone i had the pleasure of meeting in this place was caring, considerate and explained everything professionally/in complete detail. I have been home a few hours and im pretty much pain free, and the numbing has completely worn off. The IV sedation was amazing and went so smooth. I will be recommending Fulks Family Dental to everyone from now on! Not to mention the post up meds and things i needed. Thank you so much for making my experience wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Honestly getting teeth pulled was something I put off for a long time but DrFulks and his entire staff made it so easy to let go and let God. They made me feel great from the time I walked to the time I got rolled out.
