I hadn't beed to the dentist in awhile, and they were understanding and great to work with to get back on track for regular cleaning and check ups. The front desk staff - Nikki, Amanda, & Chloe were very welcoming and friendly. My dental hygienist, Chrystal, was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding my dental needs, making me very comfortable throughout my treatment.

Fantastic experience: Good visit today. Been coming for years for routine cleanings and finally a tooth we’ve been watching for a long time needed a filling. Dr Nico and his assistant did a great job, pain free, working quickly without cutting corners and using devices to help them. They were very kind and gentle!

Fantastic experience: Had a gold crown pop out while flossing. Called and got in a day later given I wasn't experiencing pain or sensitivity. Dr. Niko and his dental assistant were SUPER. Thankfully, I had the old gold crown and no damage to the tooth. Within 30 mins. +/- I was out the door. My CAM dental plan is worth every penny. Nothing but good things to say about CAM and their staff. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: What a Fantastic and Awesome experience every single time I visit my favorite Dental Office. The WHOLE STAFF treats me like family. Greets me by name as soon as I enter the building. Keeps me posted on my appointment and does a Fabulous job on my Choppers(teeth). Interaction and Communication that’s it for me.!

Fantastic experience: They always call my name within 5 minutes of getting there. They get me in the operating chair get to work. The dentists could be a bit more friendly and talkative but i think it also depends on who you get. Overall a great place that does good work, would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Reviews as Glowing as Your Teeth. Seriously - this place has a 4.9 and 1,200+ reviews for a reason. People are quick to tell you about a bad experience, you have to provide a truly remarkable experience to earn a positive review. If you have any anxiety around the thought of going to the dentist, I urge you to visit this office. The staff is incredibly kind, provides thorough explanations of procedures, and is quick to listen to your issues and figure out a solution / course of action. Dental health is so so important and mostly about preventative care and maintenance. If you need to get started on that journey, give this place a try. The only thing you’ll wonder about is why you didn’t go sooner.

Fantastic experience: I came here after avoiding the dentist for a few years (following a really bad cavity fill experience), and was very very impressed by their kindness, high-tech equipment, and nonjudgemental approach. My wife and I both have been patients for several years now, and have recommended to multiple family friends who now are regular patients as well. I see the same hygienist every time and she’s great — but it would be nice to have more consistency in which dentist I see since there are several at the practice.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr. Mann as they are close to home and accepted the insurance I had at the time. When our insurance carrier changed in 2015 I stayed with them for the service provided in the Garner office and the staff are just too good to leave. It cost me a lot of out of pocket money but it was well worth it. I would recommend Dr. Mann to anyone looking for a good dentist with reasonable rates When you walk in and Nicki, & Sally greet you with a smile and Hello just it makes your day better. Every one there makes you feel better. Love this practice. No matter when you walk in the door with an appointment or just to say "hi' you are always greater with a happy hello and a smile Stopped by today for an x-ray and got lots of smiles and a hug. Fantastic experience: Updated: They saw me quickly following a chipped filling and took care of me very well. 2/7/25 3/28/25: Returned for my third visit to get my last two fillings handled and decided to use this dental office for a nightguard. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. Any questions I asked they had an immediate answer. I couldn't ask for more. I'm looking forward to when I pick up my nightguard.
