Fantastic experience: Had a new visit for a routine cleaning and checkup. Again, Niki my hygienist did and excellent job and Dr. Lymichev was outstanding. They are all the best at Hendricks from front desk to the dentists and hygienist and all staff. Dentists you can trust. Past visit: Dr. Tanya Fry at Hendricks Family Dentistry is the best as are all the staff I have come into contact with. They are super friendly, accommodating and very professional when it comes to interpersonal relationships with patients and dental work. Above all, they are very honest and forthright in describing what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. I give them a 2 thumbs up and highly recommend the group. Fantastic experience: A dental office that really listens to your concerns and offers options to address them that you never knew existed. I attended a “boo-tox” event to address unbearable jaw pain from clenching and grinding. Dr. Jamison and his whole office team helped me explore options beyond Botox that actually offered me relief without any pressure to become a full dental patient. And that’s exactly what made me want to change dental offices after 40 years at my prior dental office. Looking forward to seeing one of my favorite hygienists, Nikki, every six months!

Fantastic experience: I've never had a good experience with a dentist office in my 30 years on this planet, until I visited Hendricks! I explained my painful dental situation to Jen one of the receptionists and she made sure I got in the very same day! From Riley all the way to Dr. Anthony i felt cared for and heard the entire time I was there! I will never go to or recommend another dentist again. I can never thank all of you enough for the tremendous relief and peace you guys gave me on my first day! Here's to hopefully many more days like those and I'll be seeing you all again soon!! Fantastic experience: Doctor Anthony was really great he knows what he is doing and does it very well and professionally i didn't feel anything and was relaxed when he worked. Negative experience: To be very honest, I am still miserable from Dr. Anthony pulling 2 of my teeth!!! I’ve had teeth pulled before and NEVER had this kind of discomfort! The staff, overall, are very nice, but my husband, Steven and I, will not be returning for any further treatments. So please cancel any and all appointments we have.

Fantastic experience: We reluctantly needed to change dentists because our dentist office closed. I had lots of recommendations for Hendricks and I can see why! They have the best customer service and are so welcoming! Insurance verification was a breeze, and their office and staff are wonderful. We are so glad that we chose Hendricks as our new home.

The front desk was warm and welcoming. Before I sat down in the chair, Krissy got me acclimated with a tour of the office and explanation of my surroundings. She prioritized getting to know me and understanding what my priorities were. Nikki was just as welcoming and interested in what was important to me as she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Frys was so friendly and down to earth as we discussed how we would approach my needs. When I was done I was given a clear explanation of what my work would cost and how it was all broken down. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and these great folks.

Fantastic experience: The BEST dental practice in world history! The office looks great from the seasonally decorated and well stocked waiting area to the toll painted halls and exam areas. All of the staff are kind, polite, compassionate and efficient. I have had countless terrible experiences at other dental clinics and had developed an honest to goodness phobia of the dentist. Today, I was actually happy to go to the dentist and had exactly zero panic attacks! 10 bazillion stars to Hendrick's Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Nobody likes going to the dentist, but this was all around an incredible experience. The staff was super welcoming and worked hard to make sure I was completely comfortable during my time there (as comfortable as you can be with strangers fingers in your mouth lol). Nicki D. and Nicki B. were amazing, very personable and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on with my teeth. Dr. Jameson explained my dental plan thoroughly in a way that did not leave me feeling overwhelmed about time or cost. Before I even set foot in the building, Jenny was super kind and accommodating over the phone, answering any questions I may have had as a new patient. Seriously, could not recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: Hendricks family dentistry is nothing short of AMAZING, all three of my kids came this week for cleanings, and every person from the time we walked in, to the time we left were great! They not only explained to me what my kids needed but they also explained to my kids what was going on in their mouths! I highly recommend anybody looking for exceptional service to come here!

Fantastic experience: Moving back home I need to find a LOCAL rooted dentist, I've been back here 3 times to get my teeth taken care of. I had an infected tooth and it needed to be extracted and the team here at Hendericks took time to give me details, and what to expect with so much care. I've also had my cleanings done here and the same treatment, caring and very informative. As someone who used to get anxiety at the dentist they definitely put in the work to help subside those feelings, artwork, the nature windows always help.

Positive experience: Very impressed! Today was my first visit, and my entire family will be coming here! Very clean, well kept, beautiful, modern office! The staff showed me around, welcomed me, and got to know me, which I thought was very pleasant! The dentist, hygienist, assistants, and the receptionist staff were excellent! Very accommodating, and I got a very warm feeling from this dentist office! I will definitely be recommending people to come here, and referring everybody I know, including my family and friends!! And my teeth have never felt cleaner! Thank you so much for everything that you do for your customers and clients, because it truly shows the effort that you put in to your staff and your office! however, the one thing that I was really disappointed in, was that nobody told me that my Aetna insurance was out of network. You should be telling customers that upfront. I pretty much referred my entire family there, and everybody was getting bills for two, $300.. And that makes absolutely no sense to get a bill like that, when I can go elsewhere, and get my three free cleanings a year. Yes, three. That is great. You need to let people know upfront. What is and what is not. Now I am stuck with hundreds of dollars in bills from you guys, when I didn't know, and I have switched dentist already, and now I am getting billed nothing and getting my teeth cleaned three times a year for free. Just be honest and transparent upfront when you get customers, dental plan covered or not. Nobody's going to want to pay 300 for cleaning. Thanks.

The techs and ALL the staff are knowledgeable and kind with terrific senses of humor.The decor of the office is amazing! And watching all the critters outside the windows while being treated makes the whole experience fun. Never loved going to the dentist like we do now.
