Fantastic experience: Ive had my set for 8 yrs and I accidentally dropped my bottom set on my tile floor. They made an actual clean perfect break. I took them in and they fixed my set and the sweet gal I had, actually made me a better, tighter fitting bottom set! I wish I knew her name bc she was super nice! Now I have a spare lol They were fantastic to me 8 yrs ago when I not only was large amts of weight but I had them pull the 25 teeth I had left, all at once! I opted out to have them put my temporary set in right then bc of my stitches in the back gums. Dr. McNamara was so very nice and the temps you wear for a yr (gum shrinkage) he always made sure they were tightened and that they didnt hurt anywhere.

Fantastic experience: From the interactions with each and every employee of this place…the women at the front desk, the assistants helping the Dr within the back, and the Dr himself….I could NOT have had a better experience. Point blank. Everyone was extremely kind and compassionate. They clearly care about each and every one of their clients. Every employee knew their job very well, explained everything down from The costs to financing (which is insanely easy to apply for and helpful) and ensuring I understood my options and WHY. I will absolutely be going back for other reasons in the near future and I cannot recommend this specific location enough. 10 out of 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I had all my teeth extracted, both sets of dentures purchased here, several relines and a broken denture repaired. If it’s your first time buy the cheapest denture you can because within 6 months to a year you’re going to need a new set. Spend the most money on the ultimate fit dentures after the initial healing time. My first set lasted 6 months due to my rapid healing that no one saw coming because I’m diabetic. They will work with you until the fit is right. If it gags you speak up they can cut them back a little at a time. If it gags on day 1 it won’t get better. I thought I just needed to get used to them but I was dead wrong. I don’t speak up enough with my first set. Lesson learned. I also got my first pair the day after extraction. Don’t let any dentist tell you they can make a set prior to extraction. I’ve seen too many people go that route just to have dentures that aren’t even close to fitting. This is the cheapest place I’ve ever found. The staff is all amazing!!! They’ll make sure you’re comfortable. I had no issues after or during. I dropped my bottom denture breaking it. I called that morning. They got me in that day and I picked the fixed one back up by 3pm. Fast reliable service! I’ve been going here over 9 years! You won’t regret it. They’re adding more and more insurance as well so be sure to check that.

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed!!!went to get a bottom denture and the dr told me no that he wouldn't do it.he wanted to cut the rest of my teeth out so I would have to pay 4000!he told me he couldn't make me a new one because it wouldn't fit right even though I have one in now.i really didn't go there for him to tell me what he thought I needed!I went there for what I wanted!but to tell me I couldn't receive what I was paying for is really unprofessional and none of his business!!

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extracted today, the sweetest people work here, from the time I came in its a warm welcoming atmosphere and kindest employees from the reception desk all the way to the dentist himself and his hygienist. I highly recommend anyone coming here and very reasonable prices as well. I'd give it a 10/10, I've alwayd been scared of dentists up until about a year ago,now I look forward to the dentist.

Negative experience: I went to he new parcel went to pick up and got the cheap one which is huge and bulky after I said I want the same one I have previously and I was told this is the only one he would make for me after I had already paid for them and would not fix.make sure you see what your getting before ya pay and what the dentist is willing only to make for you I even have really good dental insurance as well.

Negative experience: This place is a total joke! Got a partial few years back and it was fine. Came back for adjustment and the lady said all we can adjust is the little piece of the metal that fits on my front tooth. The partial is so floppy In my mouth. She was very rude and rushed me out. And made excuses to why she couldn’t do nothing else. She was just lazy. I even tried to buy a new one. She said you haven’t had your teeth cleaned. They wasnt worried if my teeth had been clean two years ago. That women needs to be fired. What ever you do stay far away from this place! Missed a days work and drove 70 miles for nothing.

Negative experience: Very uncomfortable. Waited almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time. No privacy. Listening to other patients cries in pain. Rooms are dirty and small. Over booking makes people feel like cattle. It was horrible.

Fantastic experience: Great job, I did not get anesthesia and stayed awake the whole time, 20 teeth removed and 5 anchors put in for the snap ins. No pain whatsoever and today is the second day and still no pain. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable and very helpful. My previous dentist for over 10 years screwed my implant. They made a bottom brace for me that lasted only 6 months and cost me $4,000 and refused to rebuild it. The dentist at Affordable Dentures explained to me what my old dentist had done wrong and recommended a way to fix it permanently. So I’m going ahead and taking his recommendation for another dentist that can help me get it fixed. Bottom line: I was impressed and appreciated the honesty.

Positive experience: So I got a top denture last year. Immediately I was concerned because the teeth were white and looked like the material Halloween vampire teeth are made of. Really white!! I told the assistant I didn’t order this shade of white but she just blew me off. The denture is great fits well as it should for $2300. I have gotten comments about the whiteness but what really did it is I ran into a dental assistant I went to community college with . She noticed my denture and ask me where I got them. I told her Affordable Denture in Chattanooga, she didn’t say anything negative about the practice but ask me to come into a bathroom at the store we were at. She turned the lights off told me to look in mirror and smile. My denture glows in the dark!!!! I called the practice and lady said since it’s been a year they would not be replacing the denture. $2300 for glow in the dark dentures.

I believe that they are evil people down here because of the way I was treated through the whole experience. So far the experience here at this office is very different. They act like they actually care.
