Fantastic experience: I’ve visited North Dean Dental on at least six different occasions for complex procedures, including implant and root canals. Dr. Colson Smith is, without question, one of the finest odontologists and implant specialists I’ve encountered. He is kind, humble, exceptionally thorough, and charismatic- qualities that make a real difference when facing challenging dental work. I highly recommend this clinic, and Dr. Colson in particular, for anyone dealing with advanced or difficult cases. The entire team- from the administrative staff to the receptionists- has consistently demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. I feel fortunate to have found North Dean Dental.

Positive experience: It was fine. Erica(?) was very good and was considerate about the X-ray ( high gag reflex. I had no discomfort after the cleaning. The only reason for not giving 5 stars, I really don’t like going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with North Dean Dental since Dr. Peters opened on Dean Road. Since his retirement, I've been a patient of Dr. Albritton. I loved Dr. Peters and I love Dr. Albritton. Both very skilled, patient, and compassionate dentists. I've seen the same dental hygienists throughout the entire time I've been a patient. They're like family. I think it speaks volumes to have staff retention with a change in owners and dentists. Says they love their jobs and are appreciated for their care and skill with patients and each other. I know that i appreciate them for that. The office staff is always friendly. I recommend North Dean Dental to everyone who is seeking a new dentist. Great place, great staff, great dentists, and great care.

Fantastic experience: Well good afternoon, I had Ms. Vickie the Hygienist (one of my very favorite staffs), this morning to clean my teeth. Dr. Albritton came in afterward to check once she was done (08/26/25). Again very professional all around, ask me questions, talk to make me feel comfortable and asked if there were any questions. Ms. Vickie set up my next appointment for the next 6 months and check with the billing staff to see if my insurance cover everything and it done. There were new staffs at the front desk didn’t know any of them but were very professional and friendly. Well until my next visit, which I know will be another really, really, really great visit.

Emma at the front desk was wonderful & she made sure all of my patient information & the pricing was correct. Miss Sayde & Dr Smith were also both wonderful and knowledgeable. Facility was super clean as always. Great experience overall and I will be returning for my crown and any other dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: My visit went great. Everyone was super friendly. I asked for Nitrous which helped ease my anxiety. They have fruit smelling masks. Water and coffee provided up front. They have t.vs on the ceiling to help distract which helped me a lot. I had two extractions done. I will be getting the rest of my dental work with you guys.

From start to finish, everything was smooth and honestly just a great experience. Dr. Chase Samford is a genuinely kind and honest person. He didn’t try to push any unnecessary treatments and really took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth. You can tell he truly cares about his patients — and that means a lot. I always felt like I was in good hands. It’s not every day you find a dental office where you feel both respected and cared for, but that’s exactly what I found at North Dean Dental. Fantastic experience: Went to get my teeth cleaned. Very effecient and and pain free. xrays showed cavaties under 2 crowns. Scheduled appoint 1 week later. Estimated 2.5 hours work. Took 1.5 hours and thats with temporary crowns in place. 7-18-2022 it only took 2 days to get my new crowns! They fit perfect and the color matches my teeth! 7/14/2025 They exrayed my teeth. Cleaned them. And made an appointment for 6 months from now. Done in less than an hour. Pain free and feels great!

Fantastic experience: I finally found the dental facility that I feel most comfortable! My hygienist, Ty, was excellent ( pain free!) and Dr. Albritton was very thorough in making sure nothing was missed. I love that the facility is progressive but not too overwhelming.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! I didn’t have a dentist but needed immediate attention for my front teeth where I had a crack in the back of the tooth due to a cavity. As a new patient they got me in quickly (appointment was two days after calling) and when I got there I figured they would just look and set up another day to fix it but they fixed it the same day. Quick and easy. Best experience I’ve had getting a filling. Let’s just say, I’ve found my dentist. I’m sure all the doctors are great but I saw Dr Samford and he was awesome. Staff is so nice and prices are good if you don’t have insurance. Definitely recommend! Added months later: went back for a cap and again had a great experience with Dr Samford. Their plan they have for people with no insurance is in my opinion better than insurance. I signed up for that and and had such an easy and nice experience. Everyone their is so sweet. I couldn't ask for a better dentist.

The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. During my cleaning, they frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable—a small gesture that made a big difference. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with a cozy coffee bar and a TV in the waiting area. Even the X-ray machine plays a cheerful little tune while it works! The treatment area is clean and modern, featuring two TVs—one on the wall and one on the ceiling—for added comfort during your visit. I’m really glad I made the switch to North Dean Dental and truly enjoyed my experience. I’ll definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

Positive experience: The service is always professional, but my experience has started to dampen, maybe age related though, I'm 65, and has developed anxiety, while my feet are elevated higher than my head and strong water pressure in my face, during rinsing, I feel as if im dry drowning, I was told it's not adjustable, I really wish it was, oral hygiene should be the most tolerable visit of all the other services, I am still satisfied with my service overall.
