Fantastic experience: It seems a great deal less expensive than the other quote I got. The staff are all very professional and helpful. I feel more comfortable with them than any dental facility I have gone to in a long time. That is saying something coming from a person that had many of my permanent teeth pulled because my mother didn't believe anyone should suffer alone, so if she had a tooth pulled I did also! Honestly, she thought they were baby teeth.

Fantastic experience: Each time we are at Aspen Dental every one is wonderful. We are frequent flyers, you might say, lol. My husband is needing a lot of work done, due to age and medications. We both are very happy with the entire office. My husband has Parkinson's and moves slow and during the winter when we would pull up to the office, Rachel would come out and help me get him into the office safely. At one point he had to miss an appointment because he fell and was in the hospital for a few days. His dentist, Dr. Rickson, came into the emergency room with a Get Well card signed by everyone that had been involved with his dental care. This team is truly the most caring medical staff that we have ever had in our 68 plus years. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit. They gave me a tour of the facility and walked me through what they were doing step by step so I could follow along with what things they were making notes of about my teeth and if there were any concerns.

Mindy showed me around the office and Mary Ann did an excellent job with the first time assessment, taking pictures, cleaning and polishing. What my insurance didn’t cover was very reasonably priced so I could have everything done at a price I could afford. Dr. Cameron was very personable and took the time to ask questions to get to know me. I would highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: I recently moved to Logan and left behind my Dentist of 15 years. I had a tooth start bothering me a couple of days ago, but it worsened considerably over the weekend. I had yet to find a new dentist in the area and began researching and reading reviews, etc. I actually settled on Aspen Dental. I loved what their reviews said, and read the profiles of the doctors, I was sold! I left a voicemail as well as sent a request to be seen as soon as possible Via their website. I waited till about 8:30 Monday morning and gave them a call. The receptionist Tina answered the phone, and I explained to her that I had not had a chance to find a dentist since I had relocated and also explained the considerable amount of pain that I was experiencing! She told me they like to do a new patient appointment first and I told her that in a perfect world of course that’s ideal, but that I was in serious pain and could they possibly fit me in. She put me on hold and then came back and told me the earliest that they could fit me in would be In two weeks. The receptionist Tina had no empathy made no apologies and that was my experience!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental (and have had a great experience every time I’ve gone there for the past several years)! The hygienist, Maranda, was very kind of attentive and checked in with me through every step of the appointment so that I was well informed. Dr. Cameron was very nice and wasn’t just treating me like something to check off in order to get on with his day, and always answers my questions to the best of his ability. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and genuine. Everyone I interacted with listened to any concerns I had and offered helpful solutions and answers to all of my questions. The office space is clean and calming and the “exam rooms” are private and well maintained so you aren’t thinking about how many people have been in there before you. While most people dread going to the dentist, myself included, I always know that I will have a positive experience while at Aspen Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental. I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years and I was put at ease immediately when I arrived. There was such a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was very kind and attentive. I even got a little mug and a tour before my cleaning. I’ve never felt so calm at the dentist before. The dental hygienist was so gentle, thorough, easy to talk to, and really knowledgeable. My dentist was Dr. Rickson and he was so friendly. He listened to my concerns and gave me options for treatment but didn’t make me feel pressured - it didn’t feel at all like a sales pitch (which was my experience with my last dentist). At the end of my appointment they were also open and up front about pricing and estimates with my insurance. They offered different payment options and discussed all this with me in a private consultation room, which I really appreciated. I am really looking forward to continuing my dental care with Aspen Dental and getting my oral health on track! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was a treat today to visit Aspen Dental today. My son has a tooth that requires a root canal. The office staff started our visit of with a tour. It was very thoughtful. Then we met with the dentist and his help. They were kind and explained everything. They didn't give Jared a guilt trip, but made him feel comfortable and assured him they could fix things all in a day. Then we meet with the front staff again about schedual and finances. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Aspen Dental and especially Dr. Risken and his staff. I went in with pain in my jaw, sensitivity in the teeth. My late-stage Lyne disease makes all medical symptoms difgicult and I am beyond description needle phobic. I was treated with the utmost respect, compassion and expertise. Two teeth were repaired and one other is scheduled for root canal. I wrote this a couole of years ago, but never hit post.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted by some nice girls at the front desk asking for my information. While waiting to see the dentist an employee answered a phone call coming in and it sounded like the patient needed a lot of help. The employee was so kind and patient, even though the call was very long, I was quite impressed with the help that the employee was giving them. Anyway back to my appointment. My hygienist was Meranda and she did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. She was kind and gentle (I have a very small mouth so I hate going to the dentist) but she did great. Dr. Rickson was personable and did a thorough job with my teeth. Thank you for being a great team!

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with the attention to detail. I had stated last visit that I am always cold. Today, my hygienist had a blanket ready for me when I arrived. Maranda was probably the best hygienist I have ever had. She was thorough, but so gentle and light handed. I was asked how my previous work was working and how everything was feeling. They are all so kind and I did not feel rushed. I was able to schedule myself and 2 daughters at the same time for cleanings. This is extremely helpful to a busy single mom that works fulltime and is also in school. Time is very valuable. Every staff member we interacted with was divine! Talk about 5 star treatment!!

Fantastic experience: I drive 2 hours both ways to see Dr Cameron! That’s how much I trust him. I would give six stars if I could! My tooth broke over the weekend and they squeezed me into their busy schedule as soon as possible on a Monday. Dr. Cameron does great work. Fantastic experience: Updated: I have been attending Aspen Dental since around 2013/2014. The staff are amazing. I have been seeing Dr Rickson for the past few years and I would recommend him and his hygienists. Everyone there is personable and friendly. 10/10 I have had my wisdom teeth taken out in their office, I have had a crown fixed, I have had a cavity fixed without anesthesia (which was a game changer, highly recommend it). In every instance they care about my comfort and help me work towards my health goals. I have been attending Aspen Dental for about two years now. I was referred by a friend when we first moved to Logan. I have been very impressed. I liked the old building, but parking was very difficult. At the new building the parking is great, the atmosphere is calming, and very clean. The staff are so attentive and kind. They address me by name every time I come in. They have wonderful rapport building skills. I have seen Doctor Wagner and Doctor Cameron, both are compassionate. I have loved coming and leave feeling validated. I recommend Aspen Dental to all my friends now.

The staff is extremely friendly and personal while also being funny and caring. I especially enjoyed that I was given a tour as soon as I was checked in!
