Negative experience: My entire cleaning lasted around ~15 minutes. My whole appointment being 20 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. The cleaning felt extremely rushed with no proper examination (scaling, looking at my gums etc, told whether I have cavities), no flossing, no fluoride treatment done, no x-rays. Sad to say I am disappointed and will not be returning here. Not to mention them wanting to charge me a ‘co-pay’ when my insurance fully covers cleanings 2x a year, a lot of mix ups when I called my insurance company to see what was charged and showing out of pocket payments I did not make for my cleaning earlier in the year.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist and my daughter couldn’t say enough positive things about this office Dental Heights. Daughter son in law and two grandchildren have been going here for quite some time and very happy with Dental Heights. My Daughter was right definitely a 5 star dental office. Dr Zishan Badu my dentist excellent. In fact he cought an infection that had been going on for quite some time previous dentist did not catch. Very greatfull to Dr Zishan for finding this infection. The office is clean with modern equipment Everyone from assistant to front desk help make it a pleasant experience. The office manager makes sure everything goes smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zishan is the best. He answered all my question and more. I went in for a 2end opinion/ look of a procedure u had done but he went beyond that. He made sure I left with all my questions answered and created a treatment plan to get my smile back. Their office manager very nice sat down and broke all the cost of each procedure from the treatment plan the dr created for me. She even helped me to make an appointment with the specialist.

Negative experience: I needed to find a new dentist since I moved back into the area. I decided to try this dentist out. I came in for a routine cleaning. They gave a new customer discount which was good but was the only thing good about the place. When they were flushing my mouth with water, I started choking on the water because they just kept putting so much water in. Its not till I started choking they stopped. My gums clearly have a bleeding issue due to gingivitis and I needed to get the issue addressed. I let the doctor know this. When I was done and checked out, I asked about my gingivitis issue and they said there was nothing wrong. Basically like they didn't even want to bother with the issue. How did the dentist not notice my bleeding gums? When I notice this when I brush! I want a dentist who cares about the problems im having. I will not return to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zishan is excellent. Very personable yet intelligent and honest. Bedside manner is great and made me feel so comfortable. The practice is also going tp see my grand daughters that I care for. So this was both to get care and see if they are good with people because I want the best for my kids! He's clear in explanation while explaining in detail what I needed. I need a periodontist and he gave example that due to my severe disease it's best if I see the best. Fantastic experience: I’ll start with I was running 15 min late and they still saw me! The office was clean, updated very nice atmosphere ! The dental techs were great. Dr Bader is knowledgeable, kind, gentle and overall awesome! Check out was fast and the goodie bag with tooth brush, paste and floss included. Fantastic experience: Dr. Alamdar (Doctor Bader!) is the man. This is the only dentist I've gone to my entire life. He was / and still is my mother's dentist since birth as well as my beloved grandmother since her teenage years. I bring my wife and children here now and travel from Chicago to see Doc. When he retires I'll be sure we stick with the company and become patients of his son's. 5 out 5 stars for sure. Office is always Nice, clean, filled with friendly staff, etc. Doc believes in people and assist all. I swear by it!

Fantastic experience: I have been afraid of the dentist my entire life, and with that comes neglect and issues. I came in with serious problems, serious fear, and serious embarrassment. Dr Bader and his staff are extremely gentle, extremely empathetic, and extremely talented. Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Dental Heights. I'm sharing this to warn others about their questionable billing practices. I went in for my routine cleaning and was surprised to be told I had an outstanding balance. I always pay upfront, so I asked the receptionist for an itemized receipt to understand the charge. She said I'd receive it after my cleaning, which struck me as odd since my payment had already been processed. After my cleaning, I again requested the itemized receipt. Instead of a detailed breakdown, they handed me an envelope containing only a slip with the total charge. I immediately called to express my frustration and reiterate my request for an itemized receipt. They promised to email it to me, but I never received anything. I then contacted my bank to dispute the charge. A few days later, Dental Heights called, claiming the charge was an "accident" and offered me an electric toothbrush – an inadequate response to their billing error. This prompted me to review all my past transactions with them, where I discovered other questionable charges. I disputed these as well. It's frustrating to have to spend time and energy correcting billing errors. I work hard for my money, and I expect businesses to be transparent about their charges. Think carefully before choosing Dental Heights, and if you do go, be sure to scrutinize every charge to avoid being overcharged.

I went in because I chip my front tooth and my wisdom tooth been bothering me for a while doctor alamdar did an amazing job…. Fantastic experience: I had my tooth knocked out in a medical mishap. Dr Alamdar Bader helped me understand the difference between the choices i had of an implant and a bridge. He was extremely caring and professional, and knows what he's doing and been doing it quite a while. I am extremely pleased with the results, i have a brand new smile after a long time. the staff was caring and welcoming as well. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Dental Heights since Sept 2024, and I had a root canal, crown prep, and a crown procedure since then. I initially had to go due to an emergency tooth cracking causing pain and luckily was able to make a same day appointment. Unfortunately my insurance did not cover a root canal procedure (I have BCBS) so I had to pay out of pocket for the root canal. I am extremely grateful however that I was offered a discounted rate for the procedure that I felt was very fair. I had a great experience with Dr Alamdar H Bader and all the staff here. I've never had an appointment cancelled, and when I'm there for my appointments I am always seen quickly. Everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful to me. I would definitely recommend this dentist office!

He did my regular cleaning, referred me to another great office for a root canal, then made my temporary crown and finally put on my permanent crown. Everyone in the office is friendly. Negative experience: DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. They’ll try to scam you with false information just to squeeze money out of you. Total waste of time and effort I went in for my yearly checkup, which was supposed to be free. After the checkup, they said I needed deep cleaning. I told them I’d check with my insurance first. They submitted a pre-authorization, but it was rejected. During my first visit, they offered the “best price” at $500. Then someone—either a receptionist or doctor, Mustufa, not sure—called me later and said they could proceed with a normal cleaning, fully covered by insurance, and I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Fast forward to today, I show up for my appointment, and they tell me to wait for 5 minutes. Thirty minutes later, a receptionist finally comes over and tells me there was a “mistake” and I now need to pay for the procedure. Are you kidding me? I skipped work for this! I came in for a procedure, not this nonsense. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. They’ll try to scam you with false information just to squeeze money out of you. Total waste of time and effort

Fantastic experience: Time effective,staff is pleasant and welcoming. Comfortable environment. Dr.Mohammad Hadi he has taken great wonderful care of my exam and the technician as well. Dr.Hadi was gentle and caring while giving me a cleaning and due to my teeth there where a few pulls while cleaning but he apologized and it was very caring and meaningful. I will definitely be a regular patient here. I highly recommend people to come here. They even explain about their referrals actually knows to an concern point if they accept certain insurances or not. They even confirmed with me that there are plenty options for my aftercare. Fantastic experience: I brought my son here and Dr. Zishan Bader was amazing and great with my son. He explained the process to us and filled his cavities fast and very efficiently. The staff was very kind also. I’m definitely coming back not just for my son but for the whole family

Fantastic experience: I been coming to Dr. Alamdar BADER for 35 years, even tho he moved like 25 miles away from where he used to be he is still my #1 dentist. I love how he take time to explain everything too you, he cares for his patients. My kids have been going to him since they were younger and they are 30 and 33 and they still follow him just like I do. Fantastic experience: I found this dentist office on google- wanted something near by! They are amazing!! dentist and staff are so nice and helpful. I’ve had bad experiences at other dentist offices where they said I needed more work done than i actually needed. This dentist was very honest! Thank for for taking care of my teeth!
