Fantastic experience: Had a great experience today going in for my exam and X-rays. I was terrified of going and Hanin eased all of my fears and answered my million questions. She made me feel so comfortable through out the entire appointment. I go back for treatment in a couple weeks and feel much more at ease after that first appointment. The dentist was also very kind. They explain exactly what you are getting done and are very upfront about costs which I really appreciate.

Fantastic experience: Dr And staff are very friendly. Easy To understand. They make sure you understand the patient plan and are willing to work with your insurance company so there’s less money coming out of your pocket.

Positive experience: Its was great! The people are all very nice. Only thing wrong is when she asked was i ok with my son getting fluoride she waited until after she did it to tell me he can't eat for two hours

Negative experience: After visiting this Dentist office, I felt confused, angry,hurt and sad! I couldn't believe my experience there was so awful! It was so creepy and weird! I was excited about getting my teeth cleaned up. Yet, I'm terrified of needles! I explained this to her. I even made a joke, that all my Mother had to tell me growing up was that, if you get pregnant, they'll be poking you with needles all the time;and to this day I don't have kids! She brings the table with the instruments on around to the front so that I could see them. I truly thought I would faint! LoL seriously! I asked her if she could move it because it's terrifying me! I can still hear her words," well, don't look at them"! Then she walked out. When she came back in," I asked her, if she would please apply some numbing cream on my gums before you stick me because they're sensitive, I'm getting a deep root cleaning. She said, she had never heard of someone having a deep cleaning get their gums numb with a shot before only the cream! Mouth hurt so bad. She was digging and scraping and I couldn't take it! So , the person who give the shot shots come in and numb me up. Cool. After that it's time for me to have several teeth fixed. Next person to work on my mouth were from India ( she, it's important). She just started drilling! I'm like ,no I can feel that. So, she sticks me again, and, and again...then she starts to drill! I tell her that I still feel it sooooo she sticks me some more and then starts to drill! I asked her if something was wrong with her? I said to her , after you stick me you have to wait for it to work! Now, my whole face is numb and swollen! Had to come back to have more work to do and it didn't get any better until someone other than me put in a review! Well, here's mine! You guys need to do better! I know, no one could be that ignorant, not to know that it takes a while for the medication to numb your mouth; but they could be that mean, that insensitive, that uncaring.. The hygienist said, she was all kidding. WOW, it's crazy how people stereotype others. As if some people don't feel pain and if they do they're a problem or being to sensitive or using that card... Yet, we come to you vulnerable, trusting and open ourselves and allowing you to inter our bodies with all of that negativity. When I returned home I was completely drained. My head hurts, my face hurts, my heart was hurt because I truly feel like they all were in sync with one another or this is the way they treat people. When I did complain to the head guy, it was as if I annoyed him. He then numbed my gumsso harshly when I know he knows how to do it in away not to hurt. He has done it before and it was wonderful and was what I was use to from other dentists throughout my life. He looked me dead in my eyes to let me know, it's because you complained. I truly feel this way about the whole experience. It was horrible and made me feel so uncomfortable because I couldn't not believe the treatment... It was to the point where I'm like , this can't be what going on... Am I crazy? Like I'm questioning myself because I just could not believe th, and I actually allowed myself to go through with this mistreatement. My psyche was disturbed for a while. Even how I started to see people and how they viewed me. It seems to be an academic of this type of behavior and it needs to be called out! Stop trying people like they don't have feelings and don't feel pain! Your ancestors lied to you! Everything that breathes, feel pain. I just thought you should know how each and everyone of you affect America a little everyday with how you treat your fellow Americans.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Everybody is very nice and professional and they are great if you uave dental anxiety.

Negative experience: I didn’t like how they lied and told me my mouth wasn’t going to be hurting bad and it is hurting bad

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist, and was told about this office, I'm so glad i came, it was exactly what i looking for, Susie was so nice and gentle, she really did a great job, then i got to talk to the dentist who was everything.

Fantastic experience: If you want to experience a true, at-home, family-like, patient-centered, upbeat atmosphere, then make this your home dental office. I cannot say enough good things about this place. And, I cannot stress enough how amazing every single staff member is. For me, I believe the entire staff’s good energy, patient-centered attitude and laid back family-like approach and treatment is a dynamic that is more than just a personal preference and is what really makes this place feel more like home than a just your regular dentist’s office that you dread going to. I can tell you one thing is for certain, the welcoming atmosphere and the gentle treatment is what minimized my anxiety and motivated me even more to attend every appointment to maximize my treatment plan as to where in the past, if we’re being honest and giving this an honest google review, I’ve ran from the dentists due to fear. Don’t just take my word for it though. They have a 4.9 star rating for a reason

Fantastic experience: This is my new dental office!!! I had a cracked tooth emergency and couldn't get to my dental office because of location and hours. I was able to schedule a new patient appointment within 2 days. I needed an old filing replaced and a cap. The office was pristine, and staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Kato and Christine were EXCELLENT!! Everything was explained, I was at ease, with NO pain and their kindness and care was exceptional. First impressions matter and Riverside won me over!!

I had Susie and Dr. Kado my last visit and both were very knowledgeable and helpful in offering advice, tips and solutions for any issues I had with my oral health, as well as preventative care going forward. Very clear in communication and made me feel like I was in good hands. Happy to recommend them! :)

Fantastic experience: I have had very traumatizing experiences at the dentist, so when I found Riverside Family Dental it changed my life. They were able to put me under anesthesia to do the work I needed and I couldn't be happier! I went back and got my teeth whitened and I'm not embarrassed to smile anymore! They are amazing and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: My husband cracked his tooth on a Friday night. Our dentist is not open on Saturday. He was in a lot of pain and I did not want him to wait until Monday to see someone. I called Riverside Dental as soon as they opened and they were kind enough to see even though he was not a current patient. Let’s just say we will be returning to Riverside Dental. Everything about this place was awesome.

Negative experience: I definitely wouldn't recommend them.The assistant was rude and the dentist herself was useless.I had a tooth extracted and was in a lot of pain.They wanted me to do another x-ray and i had had several within the last few weeks.I told them no i wasn't doing yet another x-ray and she refused to even look im my mouth.I won't be returning!If you're looking for a place that cares about their patients don't bother going here!

Fantastic experience: Filing/ root canal.Havnt been to dentist in years and chipped a cavity tooth last night. Went in as a new patient just to set an appointment but they were able to fit me in (maybe because it was the middle of a Monday). Friendly staff and good dental work, glad I went.

Additionally, their willingness to work with patients on payment arrangements beyond credit cards has been an invaluable resource for my family member, who needed a root canal without insurance. I'm thankful to have finally found a reliable and trustworthy dental provider after several lackluster experiences! Also shout-out to Calli, my favorite assistant there very personable and kind human!

Fantastic experience: Susie is great!!!! I haven't been to the dentist in 30 years. I was nervous because I needed a periodontal cleaning. Everyone said it hurts bad. So I went in nervous and a little scared honestly, but Susie was super kind and reassuring. She started the cleaning and it didn't hurt. I was shocked and happy as I could be..I am going back in 2 weeks to do the other side and I am not worried at all. Everyone here is super nice, professional and very caring. Make an appointment today. You and your mouth will be so happy.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to this side of town and I was looking to get established with a dentist. I found Riverside and as anyone would be nervous I certainly was. However, I was highly impressed the moment I walked in. Very pleasant staff at the desk, the dental assistant Kalli was PHENOMENAL. She was very detailed about every step she was going to make. Dr. B was very informative and gentle. I was highly impressed with this being my first visit and being new to the area.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at riverside family dental for 6+ years. I came in with a plethora of problems, Dr. Ram understood that young me could not drop thousands to fix my teeth right away. He set up a plan for me and we have been tackling one issue at a time. It has been a long journey but I've grown to trust Dr. Ram and all of the workers in this office. It's not only inside the office but outside of it. Every extraction I've had, Dr. Ram calls me later that day to check up and ensure everything is okay. That alone speaks volumes for how much he cares for his patients. I've moved farther away from their office and I will continue to travel to see them for as long as I can. I would recommend Riverside family dental to anyone who asks. They are not a dentist office that treats you less than, or is a money grab. This is a place you can trust and know you're in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for my whole life, I’ve seen many hygienists and three dentists in that span. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Hygienists are courteous, dentists are knowledgeable, and the receptionists are very helpful with scheduling. I don’t plan on changing away anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: This morning, I woke up with extreme discomfort. They got me in immediately. The dentist was the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to before. Usually, I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and he made me feel so comfortable. The whole place seems very family oriented very welcoming immediately addressed the issue and took care of it and now I have all my appointments scheduled to get my smile looking amazing again! I would definitely give this office 1000 out of 10! Best dentist I’ve actually ever been to! He made sure I was calm comfortable went through everything step by step and later in the evening he even did a follow up call to make sure I was doing ok! I am so greatfull to have found this office and there friendly staff! Expecially this dentist everything 10/10! Looking forward to going back!

Fantastic experience: They were excellent with Erin! They got her in the very next day for her exam and x-rays. They could not do the work right away, as they were busy and everyone showed up for their appointments. But, they had an opening at 3:00 the same day, so we are going back to start her treatment plan today. Amazing staff! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was a first-timer a few weeks ago and loved it so much that I scheduled an appointment for our four-year-old. The staff is friendly and the facility is SPOTLESS. So clean. During both appointments, the hygienists gave tips on how to address potential future problem areas. I felt they took their time working on our teeth. Our daughter was nervous about going to the dentist for the first time but the staff made sure she felt comfortable during the entire experience. They even gave her a prize from a treasure chest at the end of her visit. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: New patient here. I started going to Riverside over a month ago and the customer service is top tier. The office ambience is warm, clean and very modern. Now to the dental care, I had to have a few carries filled and the dentist was thee most gentle and precise that I have experienced in quite sometime. Riveŕside dental surely kicks ASPEN Dental from any park, much better service and definitely better work results. If you're looking for a new dentist don't hesitate schedule an appointment you will be grateful!!!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous going into a new dentist but my nerves were quickly put at ease. The aesthetic of the office was impressive. I loved the selection of coffee and the different magazines the office had out to enjoy. The friendly staff welcomes you warmly at arrival. I barely had any waiting time until I was taken back into the exam room which was super clean with all the latest technology in equipment. The hygienist was super calming, detailed, gentle and knowledgeable, she took the time to explain everything in detail of what we were doing and made sure I was comfortable. The Dr. warmly greeted me and explained a treatment plan for the work I needed done. The office staff gave me a total breakdown of what my insurance would cover and the remaining fees were reasonable. I was able to make another appointment for a couple days later for my cleaning which again was a pain free, thorough and a very pleasant experience. I left feeling at ease, and cared for. I scheduled my dental work and was able to get something on the books for the next couple weeks. 10/10 would recommend this office! So glad I took the time to read the reviews before booking. I felt it was only right to add to the glowing reviews they already have because my experience was so pleasant.
