The staff was amazing and very easy to deal with and they told me everything upfront and I was comfortable with everything. Had an extraction done for prep for an implant. There was an infection they got out and I was very pleased. Felt no pain at all. Wonderful procedure done.

I left them for insurance reasons and returned on their dental plan. It wasn’t worth leaving to save a few bucks. You will never get better care from a dental office! Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Washington Smiles while getting a set of dentures. I was treated with dignity and respect during my appointments. I was shown the process of getting dentures. If I had any questions, they would provide the answers and continue the process. They were very nice about it. They weren't nasty about it. The dentures are outstanding! I got to try on the clay molds before they were sent off to be made. I was totally satisfied with the fit. The teeth look so real! When the dentures were ready, I came in to try them out. There were a few things that needed to be done for the final fit. I was astonished at how real they looked. The final fit was also great. They feel good in my mouth and on my gums. I'm going back a week later to see how the fit turned out. There have been no problems so far. I have been without teeth for years, so it's going to take a little time to talk and eat correctly. Washington Smiles is a great facility to get dentures. They get five stars from me because they have proven their expertise in customer service and their experience in dentures. I am very satisfied and would happily refer them to anyone for dentures. Negative experience: I called there many days ago and ask about the price the teeth exam. And they told me it’s 75 dollars. And I went there for the exam, the bill comes to 366 dollar. That must be something wrong. Why don’t you guys tell the patients the final price will be?

Negative experience: They told me that my cost would be under $400, and insurance would cover the rest, it was a lie. They sent me a bill for an additional $700. I contacted the billing department, and they told me that it was just a guess. They did not help in any way. I've talked to others, and they have had similar experiences.

I then got an amazing tour of the facility which left a fantastic impression of cleanliness and all things in order. That was a confidence builder. My escort impressed me even more with her abilities connect every dot on such a friendly and informative session. I was so impressed with her knowledge and the handling of her equipment (which was beyond any I’ve ever seen). Then I would meet my dentist. My hygienist shared her views with the dentist and the back forth between the two of them left me feeling very confident that I would be in the right hands. I’ve never had such an experience in any dental practice in my 66 years.

Negative experience: So I mostly enjoyed my first visit. The assistant was lovely and super sweet and took her time. Then that’s when things got bad. The lady who takes payment is VERY PUSHY! Here apply for this credit card and spend all ur money! Told her I was positive I wouldn’t be approved and she still made me try one of the cards. And yes denied And I have never been to a dentist that is so fricking expensive!!! Hundreds of dollars for a cleaning? No thank you! And now I’m being charged over 100 dollars cause I got sick and had to cancel my cleaning appointment and then had to reschedule my other appointment cause I work 2 jobs (60-70 hours a week) and couldn’t get off?! That’s not right at all! I’m glad my boyfriend had a better experience when he got his wisdom teeth taken out but that also was 700+ dollars and then hundreds more for a cleaning? Like come on! I was willing to look past the prices cause I liked the doctor and tech but now there’s just a really bad taste in my mouth and I will never be going back.
