Fantastic experience: Had the extractions done October 30. The procedure for reducing the expected bleeding worked as prescribed and ended within 24 hours. Once the numbness wore off, I was able to take nourishment. The healing process seems to be progressing well, and I'm anxious to try the dentures once some of the swelling passes. The staff was very responsive in scheduling a follow-up appointment for some instruction on installing them and consideration of any necessary adjustment. The first adjustment and addition of a soft liner was partially successful. However, after three days I'm still unable to swallow even liquid food due to pain from dentures. There will need to be substantial further adjustment if the dentures are to be of any use. Feb 2025 - The lower denture broke. They saw me first thing the next morning and completed the repair by 1. With new clips it’s working fine. As always the staff was great. The lower unit repeatedly broke so in spring 2025 it was replaced. As usual getting appointments was easy, the staff was always friendly and attentive, and the results were very professional. After several months I found the clips no longer holding well enough so they were replaced. Again a quick appointment and replacement. The staff were great!

I have tremendous dental anxiety, and they made sure I had meds before the surgery and kept me really calm and relaxed! The procedure was painless, just felt pressure, Dr. Amir Moradian kept an eye on if I appeared in pain. In my opinion, the Tampa facility is great and met my specific needs. Today I had concerns of my latest surgery, asked to see someone while my husband was being taken care of, my concerns and fears were addressed in a timely manner. They were very accommodating, and saw to it that I was able to be seen by Dr. Amir Moradian, to ease my fear of not healing correctly, I was quickly informed all is well and I am doing great for only being a week out of top dental implants. In my opinion, the Tampa facility is fantastic, meets and exceedes our specific needs. Today my husband also saw Dr. Hackney for the lower implants to be uncovered plus the impressions for his snap in denture future. He has a few visits of the wax try-ins starting tomorrow, then off to a beautiful smile. All of our appointments have gone off without a hitch, looking forward to more great experiences in the future with them. Negative experience: I don't ever remember having an opportunity to deny having service. I needed a consult which turned into me being there for hours. I did get dentures which never worked and I made the technician aware. They had to reset the teeth because they were too long and my mouth didn't shut. I aid for the mid-range dentures, not the premium ones. I am two and almost one half years of having these and my tooth, left of the two front ones fell out. Find another dental lab.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in right away. My tooth on my plate was replaced quickly. Everyone was pleasant and clean. I can pick it up at 1. Because they needed to do 3 impressions to make sure everything was perfect. I had to go back the next morning to pick up my bottom implant. It was worth the wait. Fantastic experience: I came here to get myself a new set of dentures and I had a great experience from beginning to end. The staff is so nice and professional and they answered all my questions and concerns and just made the process very easy on me. Another thing I appreciated VERY much was their timeliness. I had a terrible experience with the previous dentist I went to where I would be sitting in the waiting room sometimes over an hour to get seen. Each time I came to this office, they saw me nearly immediately. Little things like that matter a lot, especially when you are dropping a lot of money. All in all, I had a 10/10 experience here. The new set of dentures make my smile look so good, and I feel so much better about the way I look and feel with them in general. They seriously have greatly improved my life in general. Fantastic experience: I heard Affordable Dentures may be able to extract my daughter in law’s wisdom teeth for a fraction of the price her dentist quoted. I was inquiring for her because she was in so much pain. Gianna answered my call and her cheerful and helpful demeanor made me feel cared for immediately. I had no idea how many times I would be talking with her that day. We were having trouble getting the X-rays emailed from the dentist to her office and the way she problem solved with me all day felt like we were family. She would do everything necessary to make sure we accomplished our goal. And she did. They were able to do the extractions for about half the price. We are grateful beyond words for the excellent service we received from Gianna and Affordable Dentures. We give our highest recommendation…incomparable service!!

Fantastic experience: My first time as a client. Everyone was fast, efficient, friendly and thorough. The highlight of my visit was meeting Dawn Winters, Practice Manager. Despite feeling under the weather, she took her time with me and helped me choose the right plan for my budget. She showed caring and kindness, a one-on-one personal level that is almost hard to find these days. I am happy I chose Affordable Dentures, I just wish I hadn't waited so long.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hackney is wonderful. He is patient with you and kind. He inserted the outer portion of my implants today and I felt no pain during the entire procedure. All of the staff have been excellent so far. I go back in 2 weeks and do not foresee any problems. They have all been wonderful. I had a horrible experience with the Affordable dentures in Ocala, where I live. I would highly recommend that if you live in the Ocala or surrounding areas, that you make the 2 hour drive to Dr. Hackney in Tampa.

Fantastic experience: I just had surgery done and a partial put in from affordable dentures and I just have to say from the 1st appointment to the 2nd when they did the surgery what a great experience! Dawn was great and on top of everything. The ladies at the front desk were always so understanding and patient and very well professional! The lady that did my impressions was funny and fun to be around. They all made me feel like family! I would highly recommend them for any dental work! Very nice clean and a welcome family!

Positive experience: I have received really good care from Dr Hackney and his staff. Yo-yo is one of my favorite assistants in the office she's very smart and extremely knowledgeable. Dawn the office manager is very patient focused and organized. She is very fair and easy to work with. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and friendly. I am very happy with my implants and still go into the office to receive my dental care.

Positive experience: I started with Affordable at the time Covid began. I got caught in dentist closing, which was a difficulty for me. After the professionals went back to work things began to run more smoothly. I am happy with my implants. It wasn’t as bad as I anticipated pain wise. I just had a visit and found the staff to be very nice and friendly. The best yet!! The only complaint I have is you don’t see a dentist after he has installed your implants. There were a few times I would have liked to ask him a few questions. But the stafff is well educated so you do get good service.

Negative experience: It has been 4 months since I received my "permanent" dentures. I ordered the premium dentures, to fit my budget since I am on a fixed income. From day 1 of my receipt of the "premium" dentures, they have not fit properly. I was told that I had 30 days for adjustments, then after that, I would be charged for each visit. Well I went back 4 times in that 30 days, because the dentures did not fit properly. Each time they did a quick fix and sent me out the door. I still cannot eat any meal with my dentures in, even poached eggs are quite a challenge. They pop out even when adhesive is properly applied. I went to another dentist that my sister knows, he saw me for free and right away told me that these dentures were improperly fitted and made of very cheap material. Also the "finance" company is a scam. They do not take electronic payments, and do not post your payment for 5 days after they receive it, in order to accrue more interest on your "loan". Avoid this place, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES they offer, it's a scam and has been for quite a few years. They prey on lower income people who have no recourse back at them. UPDATE: I find it quite convenient that the response from the "owner" was after the 100 day warranty period expired. I had to get new dentures made from a reliable dental care organization ,(at a fraction of the cost for the dentures), and they are perfect compared to the trash I wasted my money on at "Affordable". UPDATE: I met with the management of Affordable Dentures and we came to an amicable and fair agreement for both of us. The issue has been resolved. Thank You.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank the entire staff at the Tampa location for their help earlier today. We all know NOONE enjoys going to the dentist and my situation was sort of odd as I lost most of my teeth from a dirtbike accident, followed by a fall. Ultimately ending in my jaw being wired shut for 10 weeks and a lengthy recovery. I was referred to this facility by our normal dentist as I need a total reconstruction of my teeth for health, function, self confidence etc. My husband and I were greeted to find out a rescheduled appointment was not logged but the receptionist, ( I don't remember her name) was able to get me right in. Score, because we live an hour away and only have one day off together for appointments! I was then greeted by Stephanie and went thru the Xray/CT scan process where she took the time to hear my needs, concerns, expectations and had no problem answering questions. I then met with Dr. Hackney, who again, answered my questions, was emepethetic to my situation (I never once thought I would need a full mouth of dentures not even being 50yrs old) HE was extremely thorough in making sure my jaw had healed enough to do the necessary procedures, and we agreed on a plan. We then met with Dawn, the practice manager who walked us thru the financing options, went over again, the treatment plan to ensure everything with my expectations were agreed upon. After spending about an hour with us we left beyond happy, comfortable and confident moving forward. Dawn went above and beyond to make sure we got the best financing that worked within our budget and was such a comfortable process for my husband and I. I am scheduled next week to begin the restorative work. I cannot thank the staff enough for putting me at ease in all areas, even as checking out, the front office manager, Demi had my prescriptions ready to go and walked me thru the dosages and so on. I will be indebted to this practice for giving me the confidence to move forward in regaining my life!

I Was Late For My Pick Up Due To My General Dentist Wanting To Extract Additional Teeth. I Was Able To Call Them To Add The Additional Teeth To My Partial Without Any Additional Fees. They Still Saw Me Even Though I Was Over An Hour Late. I Got There At 3:15 & They Closed At 3:30pm . Very Nice People & I Have My Beautiful Smile Back The Same Day I Got My Teeth Pulled ! I needed four new retainer O-rings which they had for $140. which is a lot for something that's so-called Affordable but I only found one place for less, $80. and it would require a trip to Ohio. Before you decide to get implants, find out what they will charge for the 0-rings that you will be replacing yearly.

Negative experience: I went in there for dentures the bill was $105 I paid them with my debit card it said pending they even had me call my bank in the back explain to them that the money had already been taken out of the debit card I was not allowed to leave affordable dentures till I paid them cash so basically I paid twice I'm still waiting to be reimbursed by affordable dentures. I do not believe this is the way to do business harassing your customers especially when they have been told by the bank which had asked me to call the bank and the bank told him that the money had been paid here I am three days later waiting to be reimbursed affordable dentures affordable hold up felt like a gun to my head thank God the bill was only $105

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good to say. I was given an appointment for the next day, upon arrival, I was called back almost immediately. Impressions were taken, and a partial was chosen, and I was out the door in 15 minutes. The partial was ready the next day, and the quality is fantastic. They were also the most reasonably priced office in the Tampa area

Fantastic experience: Great experience for a tooth pull - never an enjoyable thing but super nice from both professionals that attended me, painless and very attentive. Thank you for making an anxious experience better than I’m sure it would have been anywhere or with anyone else. I had a consultation from a few, yes a few other dental offices and Affordable Dentures and Implants by far was the winner! If you need to finance Dawn will get you taken care of with several options to fit your finances.

His assistant made me very comfortable before, during and after it was all done. All in all it was one of the very best experiences I ever had visiting a dentist office.
