Fantastic experience: Wow. What a great experience. I never thought I’d ever say that after finding out I have a cavity and needed a filling. Dr. Jim numbed then gave the shot and for the first time in my life I literally wasn’t sure if he gave the numbing shot or not as I did not feel the needle injection. Not at all. I was really scared and had anxiety when he told me I had a cavity as in the past the injecting of the numbing medicine hurt so so badly. This was the total opposite of experience as previous experiences in my past. The entire staff if lovely.

Negative experience: Drs Johnson and Alvarez are two of the greediest people that ever walked this sacred soil. Took my son to a routine cleaning and ended up paying an absurd amount of money for things that I did not ask for. I asked for an explanation to a guy called "Leo" and his answer was considered insulting. There are plenty of offices with local proffesionals way better than Premier Smile Center, simply don't go there, is not worth it.

Fantastic experience: A year ago when I needed a dentist, I looked around and found premier smile; right from the start I felt welcomed and optimistic about having them fix my over due dental issues , they worked with my financial situation and insurance . It has been a year now and just went for a cleaning with Dinach who did an amazing job cleaning my teeth today plus a great welcoming attitude. I’m very pleased with all the professional work premier smile has done for me and will recommend to family and friends !

Positive experience: The dentist and hygienists are very capable, five stars for them. I am extremely frustrated with everyone in the front office, one star for them, so it averages to a three. Constant staff turnover and nobody even knows how to set an appointment correctly. Then lots of redundant text messages, phone calls, emails etc to remind me I have an appointment coming up. It has just come to feel chaotic.

I found the Premiere Smile Center on google and after reading some great reviews, decided to give them a call. From the moment I walked in the door, there was a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff was kind and very friendly! Then I met Dr. Johnson and the dental assistants! They were so gentle while examining my teeth and taking rays. They ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process and spent extra time answering all of my questions. Before I left I felt like family! After a second visit (wow! the staff actually remembered me) and lots of encouragement from the doctor and the team, this week I started my Invisalign journey! Negative experience: Avoid This Dentist - A Scam! I had a terrible experience at this dental office and I highly advise against going here. They offered a "first-time client cleaning" for $79, which was supposed to include an X-ray. After getting my exams and X-rays done, they refused to give me the cleaning, claiming I had gingivitis and that I would need to pay an additional $348 for the treatment. The $79 offer is just a tactic to get your money. They don’t care about whether you can afford the additional costs, they only care about securing that initial payment. I was forced to pay the $79 for services I didn’t even receive! On top of that, I’m still waiting for the exam results to be sent to me, even though they promised they’d email them. If I don't receive them soon, I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Don’t fall for this scam. Save your money and go somewhere that’s honest and transparent. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be ripped off!

Not only was I granted an appointment that morning I was pleasantly surprised how welcoming and professional the staff was. The office was clean, beautifully updated and right away I knew I was in good hands. Dental assistant Landi was caring and listened to my concerns reguarding the procedure I needed. She made me feel at ease. Dr. Cem explained my options he was able to perform the procedure that day. Excellent care very professional. Overall very satisfied and will be keeping them for my next procedures.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient of Dr. Johnson’s at Premier Smile Center for 12 years. My oral hygiene habits were not the best before I arrived in town but they set me straight fast with a required deep cleaning and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. Over the years I watched Dr. Johnson’s practice grow and flourish, and as she brought on more staff and expanded her office, I was worried that the level of service I had grown accustomed to receiving would be watered down. How wrong I was! Every single tech, oral hygienist, doctor, ortho and oral surgeon I came across had the warmest, friendliest and gentle bedside manner I’ve ever encountered in a dentist’s office. It’s no secret that dental procedures are no fun. Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist. But through the years I grew accustomed to stop worrying about “how bad” my experience would be, because I trusted that whatever was going on with my mouth, I would be receiving the best possible care at Premier Smile Center. Was it always a walk in the park? Hell no. But I got through it consistently trusting I was in the best hands. And I experienced it all in there! From routine care, fillings, whitenings, mouth/snore guards, Invisalign, even a root canal and crown. They always fixed me up good. Always! With professionalism, warmth and smiles every step of the way. This office spoiled me, and now that I’m moving away I know I will be hard pressed to find a team skilled, professional, warm & caring enough to make me feel as right at home as I felt at Premier Smile Center. Negative experience: I went to Premier Smile Center based on a solicitation and them listed as a PPO participating dental office. I contacted Aetna to confirm that and my benefits. I provided Jason with all my information to first get me pre approved and confirm that I have a blanket 2000$ benefit with no copay or deductible. Confirmed that with him twice. I even told him please make sure because I just paid over $590 in copays for my cancer treatment the day before I can’t do that again. I arrived at their office a complete exam and X-rays were done, recommendations made. I was presented with an estimate of almost $9000, with copays on every single procedure….and when I told them I can’t afford that I told you before I couldn’t. Why can’t we just apply my allowance to the initial procedures? Not only did they refuse they wanted me to pay for the initial exam provided under my covered benefits. The office manager was very rude. Extremely embarrassing. I contacted Aetna on my way home and expressed my dismay and embarrassment and have been connected with another dental office. Aetna apologized and promised an investigation..

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Premier Smile since they first opened in 2004. I would never dream of going to any other dentist. Dr. JOHNSON and Dr. CEM are the most caring and talented dentists I've ever been to. For years I've needed braces but until Dr. JOHSON suggested Fast Braces I was never interested. I finally had Fast Braces put on in June of 2023. Everyone on the staff, especially Cherline, took such good care if me every step of the way. In only 15 months I now have beautiful straight teeth and a good bite. I would recommend Premier Smile and their entire staff to anyone for any kind of dentistry. Thank you to all of them!!.

Negative experience: I was quoted for 3k in dental work and then talked into putting a down payment to “save my spot” and “secure my discount.” I got a second opinion at Dental Las Olas who confirmed to me that I did not in fact need 3k in dental work and saved me $2,500. I have still not received the refund from my down payment after a month and have continuously been contacted even after asking for this business to stop contacting me. I have debated leaving this review and after another call this morning about a follow up appointment that I tried to cancel weeks ago I have to say something. I do not recommend this dentist/business and highly highly recommend getting a second opinion.

Negative experience: I came in for consultation to see how many veneers I'll need base on my smile and brought a copy of my teeth x-ray from my last cleaning (6 mon old) with me. They said its not clear and they need to take another x-ray. First of all I was put in the same room with another patient who was getting work done. I told them I didn't want to do another x-ray right now but will do it when I'm ready and ask if the doctor can just give me estimate of how many veneers I'll need base on my smile. The receptionist said, "it's $600/veneers for 4......" I wasted my morning coming in for what I thought was a consultation with the doctor. Very disappointed with how they handle my consultation since I been following them for years and is finally ready to do. I guess it's better to know now than when I actually have my teeth done.
