Fantastic experience: So having been with the same dentist for 25 years, changing was a necessity as we just moved.from another area. This dentist was highly recommended. To say my husband and I were anxious about our respective appointments is an understatement. However, it was the best decision we’ve made thus far with our changes with the move. From the front entrance to the hygienist to the dentist was an amazing and wonderful experience. We are blessed to have found them!!!! If I could rate higher than 5 I would. They are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Southeastern Dental Center. This was the second time I called in for an emergency toothache appointment and was able to be seen on the same day! The new office looks amazing and the every member of the staff go above and beyond to accommodate your every need. Shout out to Kyle, he was absolutely awesome in every aspect! Dr.Jeppesen was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained everything as she was preforming my procedure. I drove an hour and 30 minutes to this office and will gladly do it again. I highly recommend this facility!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very polite and answered any questions I asked them, and very good at explaining everything that was being done for me. But they also give you a tour of the entire building telling you everything that they can do in house and it is All a one to two day turn around. From even bridges to implants and the bone graft to make it all work as it should. State of the art equipment and trained personnel to use it. I had to have a root canal done in the very back of my mouth and I had two other dentist tell me they couldn't do it back there, but it wasn't even looked at like a problem for these pro's. And the person who walked me through and told me what everything did and once in the room not only helped me get everything started and after signing in she made sure I was comfortable and they take exrays and that person you get to know a little bit. That same very nice lady is with you through the entire visit no matter what is done, until she walks you out the door. Will be sending anyone who asks me about a dentist specialist right there to Hamilton GA!

Negative experience: My experience was terrible cleaned my son teeth and then wanna tell me they don’t take his insurance after they cleaned his teeth they already knew they didnt take his insurance from the jump I would of never let me son get in that chair if I would’ve known that they just wanted money so they hit me with a big bill people please be aware

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Care and Communication Every Step of the Way Dr. Arrington at Southeastern Dental in Hamilton, Georgia has been absolutely incredible throughout my dental implant journey. I’m in the process of getting the “four on four” implants, and while I haven’t had the permanent ones placed yet due to needing a bone graft, I can honestly say I’ve been in the best hands the whole time. There have been some ups and downs, but Dr. Arrington has kept me informed, supported, and confident at every step. He takes time to explain everything in a way that makes sense, and I never feel rushed or unsure about what’s next. His patience, professionalism, and compassion make such a difference, especially during a process like this. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Dr. Arrington and his amazing team.

Positive experience: Everyone is competent and professional, and listened to me. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive definitive care, but that has more to do with the particulars of my case, and not in any regard a reflection on the team. I feel comfortable staying with them, despite said delays.

Fantastic experience: Wow, the professionalism and the attention to detail of the staff is above and beyond. We got a tour of the facilities which show they have pride in their place and their employees. Everyone treated me as family and a patient, not just a number or a paying customer. I thought it was so adorable they have a comfort menu, you can request a blanket, neck pillow, water and so on. Not excited about seeing dentist, but can't wait for my cleaning! Will recommend to family, friends and strangers.

Fantastic experience: I had a piece of a molar break off and had to get a root canal and crown, as well as a cracked tooth that needs to be extracted in 2 days. I have severe anxiety and they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. It’s expensive but they have payment plans so it makes it way easier to get the work done. Once I get my crown and root canal payed off I’ll be getting a dental bridge from them. Overall I advise them.

I know you’ve probably never heard anyone say they enjoyed their visit to the dentist but honestly i did..you think well she didn’t have any work on teeth oh yes I did’ got prepped for a crown got the numbing shot and all. She was so gentle I didn’t feel a thing not even a little bit. I got lots of information on dental implants they all are so good with what they do. So if anyone needs dental work or looking to get teeth replacement give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Positive experience: Very nice dentist office. Nice and empathetic people. But when someone has a tooth infection causing severe pain what’s the stifle about prescribing pain medication; especially when the procedure that will take the pain away can’t be done that day..? I was only given antibiotics which they said would help with pain and it has NOT. At least not quickly. But having to be in pain and suffering through the whole weekend because of a tooth infection just shouldn’t be okay. That’s all.
