Fantastic experience: Love my doctor Dawn Best and everyone there. Always pleasant people and same for the dental dept. They always do a great job and are so friendly. To this day I still feel the same she's a great Doctor and always hears you out. Never makes you feel like a paycheck but actually genuinely cares. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Out of all the doctors that I have seen in my whole life, Doctor best has been the best!! She’s the one doctor that I have met in the last 25 years that seems to love her job and her patience. She’s always so caring understanding and eager to listen! She really wants to know what the patient wants to tell her! And if you’ve ever been in this situation with a Doctor Who doesn’t listen to you, you understand, the struggle this doctor listens!

This makes me feel that I am not lost in a system and that he is not just going through the motions of the day. I also feel because of this he is providing a better service. My visit with him. He was thorough in thinking through and rethinking his decisions based on my input. It also proves he was listening.

Negative experience: Careful folks they don’t bother to let you know your insurance is out of network as they gleefully type it in and charge you full price. I hope the extra $170 you fleeced from me was worth it

Negative experience: Your phone service is even worse than before and apparently doesn’t have our records anymore since they moved across the street. Oh and the 3rd party vendor they use for records retrieval (Chart something or other) is UNRELIABLE. Oh and 7-10 business day wait? Their staff doesn’t even know how the service works. This place is garbage.

Negative experience: Called for an appointment for urgent care and they told me it was basically a drive through where they will treat me in my pickup instead of an actual office. If that's the case I better see roller skates on there feet and a malt shake attached to my window! I'm not driving through for a covid test and this is absolutely asinine

She did not rush me, even though it was supposed to be a 15 minute appointment and tho I rushed the explanations for what I mentioned she understood listened to me and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up to much of her time. Fantastic experience: Dr Hajazi is awesome. However, I don't like the administrative policy of being able to see a patient for illness only per appointment. Seems like a way to make more money. Not looking out for the patient. It's because of this rule I am thinking of changing doctors

Fantastic experience: Dawn is always attentive-good communication about solutions. 12 years and counting. Update: Still the BEST provider I've had. I'm now suffering from a chronic condition & her help in deciding which treatments will benefit me is crucial at this point. I plan to keep her all the way to palliative care. ❤️

THANK YOU Desert Sage for your caring staff.... She was very thorough (Dawn Best). Got all test covered.Wasted no time, wonderful bed side manners. Asked question I never thought about. Been going here 2 years. I HAVE always gotten in within a timely matter when I had no appt. 12/29/21 Took lots of time to help me figure out my insulin. were still working on it. But did do lots of research. she is so easy to talk to and listens to everything you say.

Fantastic experience: The team here has always taken great care of me. I get my teeth cleanings done every six months and the dentists give great advice on how to improve hygiene. My doctor has always been quick to hear my issues and refer me to the right specialist for the job. No one has ever made me feel silly or dumb for asking questions. PS.. Scott is the best!

Fantastic experience: Claudia Caudillo is absolutely wonderful! Every time I’ve been at the clinic, she’s gone out of her way to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. She’s incredibly friendly, kind, and always has a warm smile. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, & kind. Appreciated very much. Adding imaging into the file was a good touch. My other son's Dr. Didn't think his was worth even requesting since it's being treated by another physician. To me it's part of the paitents medical history & should be added to a primary care physicians file. Thank you for being a awesome!

Negative experience: Wasn't really happy with Wendy Loumeau, saw her in the drivethru and I feel like I just got driven over. My mom and I went in with similar Upper respiratory issues, my mom was on a antibiotic for it last week that really hasn't helped her all that much, so all she could do to get seen quickly was go thru the drive thru. Wendy gives my mom an order for an X Ray, and gives me a script for a cough drop that doesn't work and costs 20 bucks. When I call back and say it doesn't work, she sends over a "Script" for an OTC cough medication half the price for people with High Blood pressure. I don't have Hypertension, my anatomy teacher at Mountain Home high School is smarter than this PA. I'm really surprised because my mom loves her regular provider at Desert sage.

Fantastic experience: I went in and explained what was going on with me and verified my information allergies. Prescribed medication to ease my pain and all was done very seamlessly very personable. Will be back in a month to see.

Honestly, if it wasn't for my car accident I wouldn't have gone to a primary care physician for help. Many of us have been too disappointed with western medicine and our healthcare system over the years, but much to my surprise Dessert Sage has been so refreshing. Fantastic experience: Jon is the absolute most amazing health care provider I have ever seen. It will be a massive loss to Desert Sage Health Center when he leaves. He is an incredible listener, provides care for everything the patient notes and is caring and empathetic. It is going to take me a very long time to replace him, if I ever can. He treats the whole patient and all their needs. Jon is outstanding in his field.

Negative experience: Called to schedule as new patient. Was told Dr.H isn’t taking new patients. Asked specifically”is there a provider who understands Thyroid issues” was placed on hold(which is fine) receptionist came back on the line and stated “our MD’s are not taking new patients” I had already been told this, so what, I wasn’t put on hold to get an answer to my Thyroid question. I was then told “we can schedule you with Mark, but he’s usually in Glenns Ferry”…
