Fantastic experience: I HATE having my teeth cleaned and they do an amazing job! I explained how much the sound bothers me and Kristen was very understanding and accommodating. She used a special topical to reduce the pain on my teeth. She was so quick and made the whole cleaning enjoyable!

Negative experience: Good Dentist, Good Location, Poor Practice. The location does not take no for an answer, they will call you incessantly despite repeated requests to not be contacted. The location will offer inflated values for services, then offer a 3rd party payment plan at abhorrent rates. After repeated attempts and requests to have the team not send multiple emails, multiple texts, multiple calls about something I have already declined, they contacted me AGAIN today at 5:55PM on a Tuesday. I declined *again*, and returned contact to ask once further that they do not contact me for solicitations like such. Hailey at the front desk said "I am not going to have this conversation right now" despite me requesting multiple times to not be contacted, and now due the incessant solicitation and poor team I will ensure I am no longer a patient of this practice. Don't give them your phone number, your email, anything. They will solicit you continuously regardless of your request and will grab an attitude when you ask them to stop for the 4th time.

Fantastic experience: They explained the situation well. The wait for service was short. While the procedure took longer than expected, that was due to the damage being more extensive than normal. They worked very hard to minimize pain and discomfort and generally succeeded.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience. I was a new patient and the office staff was very kind and the dentist was amazing. I had so much pain and needed a root canal and a crown. I no longer have pain and my tooth was saved.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many dentists in my lifetime but Arcadia in Franklin is by far the best out there. From the first call to the last procedure they were 100% professional. Hailey, Hannah, and Samantha at the front desk always great you with a smile. Even when I was grumpy. They knew exactly how to treat me. They treat each customer like family. Hannah gets an extra shoutout because on my worst day, she made me feel special, even after that co-payment made me much lighter. :). Dr. Saadi did an extraction and implant. It was a difficult surgery because the tooth kept breaking. He continued to reassure me that everything would be fine. He was gentle and very responsive to my concerns. The area healed very nicely. But the real deal here is Dr. Kashkouli. She did multiple crowns and a bridge for me. She explains everything in detail, reviews your treatment plan, and gives the best injections of any dentist I have encountered. She is honest and sympathetic. She makes sure you’re satisfied and understands post procedure instructions before she leaves the room. Lastly, there is Alex. She picked out the perfect color of my crowns to match the rest of my teeth. The color is so close, I can’t tell my real teeth from the crowns. At the end of each procedure, she walks you to the front desk. There are others who helped me as well but I don’t know their names. They were just as friendly and caring. If you have to go to the dentist, this is the place. Top notch all around.

Fantastic experience: Dr Saadi literally saved my tooth. This office charged almost half of what two other offices wanted for a root canal and crown, they worked with me and everyone at the office I dealt with was very professional and I feel very well taken care of.

Went to Arcadia Dental for a cleaning with Kaylee. So thorough and Gentle. She is efficient and had my comfort as a priority. Great experience!!

Negative experience: Heather was amazing, very knowledgeable. Front desk very friendly and helpful, doctors are great. Update after being her for about 2-3yrs. I change my 5 star to a 1 star. Normally love going to this practice, went in for wisdom teeth removal and pre-fillings. I asked three times to have document information on these fillings that weren’t covered by my health or dental insurance so cost $580. But yet to have received it. Wisdom tooth removal was worst experience of my life. Was in extreme pain, doctor kept saying just pressure but it was way worse, and I have a high pain tolerance. Was in the office crying and at the front desk basically hysterical crying and all they could focus on was me paying my bill, even though I paid it before the procedure. Paid $588 and they tried to get me to pay another $643 until I said I already paid but they added in another filling and they didn’t even remove the second tooth because the experience was so bad but yet I had to pay more. What really made me upset was the after care. I had to call a different dentist to find out what pain drugs to take and when. The office never called me to check in on me. When I had my lowers out, the dentist himself called me at 8pm to check on me, he actually cares for his patients. I had to call them the next day and complain so they put a note in with the manager and I sent in a letter explaining why I’m leaving and they called me a WEEK after. What also really pissed me off is that they never offered from the beginning to get referred to get sedation but that meant losing my business. I normally loved this practice with the amazing front staff and hygienist but the doctors are very much all about the money. The fact a patient was sobbing in the front lobby and no one even offered me a tissue, doctor couldn’t even come out to check on me. This practice is cold.

Fantastic experience: Had severe pain in one of my molars. They were able to get it checked out and had a surgery scheduled in very short time. The extraction went very smoothly. The staff are all very friendly, informative, and professional.

Fantastic experience: The staff and dental assistants are extremely friendly and explain every step of the process. The doctors are just as friendly and very comforting. Nowhere else will clean your teeth as fast and painless as here. The invisalign treatment they offer here is top of the line, every staff knows any and all questions about the process and walk you through every step.

Fantastic experience: Had a cleaning today with a new hygienist. Kaylie, not sure of the spelling. What a pain free experience! She cleaned my teeth very well. They felt fantastic. I told her how I wasn’t jumping or feeling pain. She said some people don’t like that, you should feel pain to know they are doing a good job. I strongly disagree. Dentistry has come a long way from those sometimes torture like cleanings. She even showed me what tarter she removed. This is how a cleaning should be done. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to MA and didn’t have a dentist set set up yet. After the crown on an implant came off, the ladies at the front desk got me an appointment quickly. Office staff and Dr. Patel were all wonderful! Overall, great experience!

Fantastic experience: We were very pleased with how professional, helpful and honest Arcadia Dental was about what my fiancée needed. He went in having been told by another dentist that he needed 2 teeth extracted. Dr. Saadi assured him they did not need to be extracted and that he could save the teeth with 2 root canals. When he finally did get in there to do the work, Dr. Saadi discovered he only needed one root canal and the other tooth could be cleaned up and capped which was a huge money saver. Dr. Saadi’s assistant, Stephanie was instrumental through the whole process, which took about 3 hours. We look forward to returning for the remainder of the work that my fiancée needs.

Fantastic experience: Professional and efficient office; have been seeing Dr. Saadi since I moved to Franklin a few years ago! He came up with a treatment plan without being pushy, performing the tooth preserving work first and in the end I gained a great smile line! Personnel is always professional and efficient- they are experts and I’m happy I found this praxis, have been going here for years!

Fantastic experience: Went in for treatment of a molar cavity that turned out to be serious enough that it required unexpected root canal. As happens with unscheduled procedures Dr. Saudi had to split his time between me and other scheduled patients resulting in my multiple procedures taking four hours which would have been extremely stressful were it not for Dr. Saudi’s assistant who not only demonstrated exemplary care by continuously checking to see that I was OK in addition to her professional technical abilities assisting Dr. Saudi and to prepare and install a temporary crown.

I was very nervous about getting so much done and was afraid to get started. All went very well. Front desk staff also very patient with all my questions.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a new dentist for some time now and had a recommendation for here. My first visit went well, and everyone here was extremely friendly. They answered all of the questions i had and made sure i had a clear understanding of everything. Halloween is this week and they have decorated the office so cute. They are also having a customer appreciation day which i think is a great idea!

Fantastic experience: Came in today to see a bunch of decorations for Halloween, specifically all set up with an Alice in Wonderland Aesthetic. It was very well detailed and made me happy to see a place be joyous and festive in a fun way. The people here are nice, worked with Daniela and she helped me with the night guard, telling me the basics, but also humoring my questions in regards to the mechanical keyboard in the office (knew it looked like a gaming keyboard), and also what was going on with the Wonderful theme. Overall it was a good experience!

Fantastic experience: Recently fractured my jaw in 2 places and needed immediate attention for multiple fractured teeth. Dr. Saadi and Danielle were able to perform a root canal while keeping me comfortable, and even calm despite not having any major dental work done in the past.

Positive experience: Overall very good experience. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The work done is precise and done well :) My only suggestion is to have an aftercare document for patients to reference when they leave after big procedures. Other than that the staff is extremely responsive and will provide any info you need!
