Fantastic experience: I was born with a horrible mouth of problem teeth until I met Dr. Curtis and his staff. Because of them, at 82 years old I am still using my teeth that I feel would not be in my mouth today if I had not met them. They are extreme professionals and wonderful people. Today I understand it is 20 years since I met Dr. Curtis as his first customer.

Fantastic experience: There was no waiting time and the staff is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I called first thing in the morning, Nicole answered and was kind and efficient. 2 hours later I arrived for my appointment and was greeted with a friendly smile. I sat in the waiting room and listened to the cheerful conversation, My name was called and I was walked back, Dr Marchuk and crew were genuine and.nice. I had recently visited Aspen and the difference in service and office culture was night and day! Thank you for a great experience! ⭐️✨❤️

Fantastic experience: August 25th appointment:I had a great appointment with Lindsay today….she did an absolutely excellent job cleaning my teeth and I really enjoyed meeting her & I look forward to seeing her again in December. I also really enjoyed meeting Dr. Balego and having her do my exam following my teeth cleaning that was so excellently done by hygienist Lindsay. *May 19th appointment update:I had yet another great appointment with April, who I always enjoy seeing and who I was looking forward to seeing again at my appointment yesterday-August 25th-but unfortunately she’s no longer at Cambridge Family Dental so I unfortunately won’t be seeing her at any of my future appointments and I definitely will miss seeing her at all of those appointments, but I definitely look forward to seeing Lindsay again. *I had another great appointment with April yesterday and another great exam with Dr. Curtis, who I always enjoy seeing.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at my recent visit! Sam the hygienist was amazing—she made me feel completely comfortable, and we shared a lot of laughs, which made the appointment fly by. She was also incredibly thorough and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Dr. Marchuk is always fantastic as well—professional, calm, and helps make the whole experience feel a lot more relaxed. Highly recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: Just started with this dentist office and all is well. They have been up front, and on time. I have never waited very long.

Positive experience: Would give a 5 star (people are great) but here’s the reason for 3 instead. We’ve been going here for years and always wondered and asked (multiple times) why the entry doors weren’t handicap accessible (buttons) to no avail. Recently in and they did a complete renovation inside but still no handicap entry doors.must not have been in their budget. My wife's in a wheelchair and the doors are very hard to open by herself and the concrete slab before entering the building is sinking also which only isn’t difficult for someone in a wheelchair but a tripping hazard.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Monique Catienza (sp?) was wonderful. She was patient, kind, and performed great work to fit me with a new crown. She took time to make sure it fit perfectly and got the color just right! I'm very grateful for how natural it looks.

Fantastic experience: Title: Got Fillings, Now My Teeth Are Officially More High Maintenance Than Me Just got fillings today, and I’m convinced my teeth now have a better life than I do. I walked in with some minor cavities, and walked out feeling like I’d just gotten a spa treatment for my molars. My dentist Kenzie Balego and her assistant Christina were warm, welcoming, and not at all judgmental about my occasional candy binge (which I’m totally not guilty of…okay, maybe just a little). The procedure? Pain-free. The experience? More relaxing than a 3-hour nap. My teeth are now fully “filled,” and I’m low-key jealous of how put together they are. Meanwhile, my entire life is chaos. The only thing I am left wondering is why the name of my Dental clinic isn’t “The Tooth Spa”, they should really consider the name change, just sayin!

Fantastic experience: Great enjoyable visit overall, from the receptionist at the front desk all the way through the process right up to the doctor. after discussing my exam, we schedule two appointments in the near future, which I couldn’t believe more than happy and satisfied with the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: I called on Monday and got in on Tuesday for a possible tooth infection. Everyone there is so nice and the dentist fully explained what my options were. That was my very first appointment so my rating is based on a 30 minute appointment nothing involved. I will be going back.

Positive experience: Redundant office policy's. Such as submitting insurance card info on line including photo of both sides of insurance card and updating medical and personal data only to asked for the same information when I came to check in and being told I would have to pay for the visit even though I was a returning patient with insurance white covers exams 100%. The professional services were great as expected. Reception staff needs to be better trained. (maybe the receptionist was new)

Fantastic experience: Regular six month checkup. Greeted upon arrival. Less than five minutes waiting time before being called back. Hygienist was friendly and efficient. She thoroughly explained everything she did. Dentist was thorough in his exam and clear in his explanation of future work needed. Office personnel accurately explained cost breakdown of future work scheduled.

Fantastic experience: I always have the BEST experience at this dental office!!! They really mean it when they say, "Making you feel comfortable and safe at our office is our first priority." I have had severe dental anxiety since I was a child, but all the staff here really take their time to help me feel both comfortable and safe. I recommend this office to everyone!!!!

Negative experience: Had called and made an appointment on the 12th for the following day at 11am I had to cancelled due to finding out I don’t have dental insurance one hour later at 10:18am for my appointment for the following day they told me I wasn’t in the 24 for hour period… which I clearly it was. Now trying to bill me $100 fee… absolutely would not recommend. Also called to inquire about this the person told me it was a 48 hour cancellation but my paper in the mail says 24 hours.

My 7 yr old had bad experience after bad experience with different dentists and after her first visit at Cambridge Family Dental she couldn’t say enough GOOD things about the dentist. My only criticism is that every time I have an appointment there are different people at reception and in the back. Not sure why there is such a high turnover but I hope Sara never leaves! Love her!

Fantastic experience: I recently accompanied my elderly mother to her 6 month cleaning appointment. Riki, the Hygienist that worked with my mother, was amazing. She was extremely patient and gentle as she performed a thorough cleaning and exam. My mother was comfortable during the entire process and later gushed about what a positive experience it was. It is obvious that Riki has experience working with older patients who are less mobile. She also provided excellent advice on ways to maintain her oral hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is no longer a scary event! The minute I walk in I'm greeted by a friendly face and a smile. My family has had a wide variety of services done at Cambridge Family Dental and each time the service has been outstanding! The staff is always great to explain what is going to take place throughout my appointment - from teeth cleaning to root canals - no surprises and no scary moments wondering what is coming next. Negative experience: First, you're going to mess up my teeth, causing radiating pain for weeks, and then on one of my next appointments, you're going to charge me a 100$ late fee. That is a third of what the whole thing would cost. This isn't even close to reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I always get such great care here and everyone is so willing to answer all of my questions! They are super friendly and very responsive, when they say they’re gonna do something, they do it. I went to another dentist who said I had 4 cavities and I went here to get a second opinion and I had none. I’ve been with them ever since!

Fantastic experience: Had my semi-annual cleaning today. Ricky was terrific! Really, the most positive experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. She was gentle, thorough, super considerate of my comfort. I rarely write reviews, but Ricky was excellent. And the rest of the team at Cambridge Family Dental was so happy, friendly and outgoing. Weird to feel this good after an hour in the chair. Kudos to Ricky and the whole staff for giving me so many reasons to smile today!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was so scared at her last apt she had to be sedated for work to be done. Last night she got her so i brought her in as a precaution. Dr curtis had her laughing, giggling and telling jokes soon as he walked in! She was so happy she even agreed to go back for a cleaning! Negative experience: BEWARE!!!Stay away from this place!!! I had a bad toothache, so went in to have it checked out. Dr Belago had placed a crown on the tooth that was hurting me a few months prior. She took a look at it and around the area and said it looked fine. She checked the bite and adjusted the bite and said it was caused by my clenching my teeth. And was then going to let me go. I had to ASK for an X-ray, which should have been done before anything else!! And said it looked fine! Went home, toothache was getting worse. Next morning, my face was swollen on the side of the toothache. Lucky to get into another dental clinic. He took a look at the gum line and noted the swelling, took an X-ray and said it was a no brainer, big ole abscess!! He couldn’t believe the dentist missed it the day before!! Referred me to an endodontist…put me on antibiotics, and it’s fine. I called Cambridge Family Dental and was unable to speak with the office manager or dentist after I shared what had happened. No accountability, so I called my insurance company to report them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Negative experience: I want to share this. I went to see the dentist in July 23rd due to tooth pain. I had to have 3 teeth removed but I needed to put down $150.00 first to hold my appointment. I paid at that time. 1 week before my appointment the clinic called to reschedule my appointment due to the dentist had a baby and was on paternity leave. I was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I was told that I would get my money back after the insurance paid which they have about 3 weeks or so ago. I called to inquire on my money and was told that it would be mailed to me in a week. So no check. I called again and was told that they would look into it and call me back. Again that was a week ago. I think this is wrong!! I’m not privileged enough to have that kind of money for them to sit on my money. I have reported to my insurance company and questioned why they are a provider. They are also looking into it. Plus the dentist was not that good. He didn’t give enough Novocain and the procedure was painful. I have had teeth pulled in the past and didn’t have that much pain. Won’t be going back there again.

Positive experience: I went there three times for extreme tooth pain. The first time the doctor made me feel crazy and told me to just get a teeth cleaning and the problem would go away over time… the second time they said I probably need a root canal on tooth 29/28 then I had to go back in bc the pain was just too much and they said they couldn’t figure it out and they had done X-rays every visit. They got me into the endo which was great of them but I went there and they did the X-ray and were shocked the dentist here didn’t see the problem. Getting my wisdom tooth with an exposed nerve pulled tomorrow and finding a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to Cambridge Family Dental. Everyone there is very friendly. The hygienist I had Allysa was very professional and I was very comfortable during my cleaning. I am glad we chose to change to this office.

Fantastic experience: For more than five years, I’ve had wonderful service. Procedures are explained well and have been done with great care and comfort. Everybody in the office has been friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: We have been using CFD for all of our dental needs for years and years now, but my youngest son had to have some cavities filled for the first time since he was 4 and we had to take him to Children’s Hospital to have him sedated to get the work done on his teeth. I could cry happy tears this morning while watching the amazing Dentist and her assistant get his cavities filled. He had a lot of anxiety going in to the appointment and they got him through his first big filling with fantastic care, patience and caring. Look no further than Cambridge Family Dental to handle all of your families’ dentistry needs!

Fantastic experience: My kiddo had his cleaning today and per usual the team was excellent with him! He even continued to tell people when we went to the store afterwards! Ashley was his hygienist and she always makes him smile and laugh and feel so welcome. Dr. Curtis did his exam and he was great. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr Balego is the best. She takes time and explains what going to happen in the appointment. Her chair side manner is amazing. I was ashamed at first going to see her as I thought she would make me feel bad for letting my teeth go, but she didn't, no one there made me feel ashamed. They all treat you with respect and want to help you feel better about your teeth. I tease her that we will be best friends my the end of my process as I have a few more appointments with her. She is the best !!@

Negative experience: Horrible experiences at this location with continuously upsetting experiences with front-end staff. Thank you to all the staff for not diagnosing my teeth grinding and refusing to mess up your perfect schedule for a customer who had intense throbbing tooth pain for 3 days. I ended up needing 3 root canals! The awards out front are a joke. I have been going here since I was a little kid but never again! If this incompetent team hasn't let you down yet don't worry they will find a way.

Positive experience: I called to make an appt to be seen here to have an extraction sight looked at, I let them know my one insurance had ran out and only had state insurance and understood I would need to pay out of pocket. The receptionist stated that would be fine and to come in at 8am the next morning and to just be prepared to bring about $200 cash with me to pay for appointments, thrilled I could be seen I told her thank you and I’d be there! When I arrived I was told they wouldn’t see me at all due to having state insurance, even after I explained the receptionist the night prior assured me it would be just fine and I just need to pay out of pocket. Very kind people to deal with, just a little frustrating to be misinformed and waste the gas to travel there. Hopefully in the future they will properly be able to inform clients of what their stipulations are to be seen here.
