Been going there for around 4 years now and it's all been great quality service. The staff is top notch. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand any procedures before they occur. They also handle all of our Insurance pre certification and give us a detailed heads up of cost. We have remained very pleased with their service and Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Whole team of Providence Dental Care at Mt Juliet, is amazing. I am happy to land in safe hands. Dr. Spencer Bierlein did my treatment. He shared very precise and clear info about my dental condition and also elaborated the steps of treatment. His nurse was also so professionally expert. She did my crown work very efficiently with all patience and precision. Sorry couldn't remember her name. Their staff patiently explains the Insurance related arrangements with clear and simple details. No surprise charges. ( which is so rare otherwise, unfortunate but truth with my previous dentist. )

Fantastic experience: I CANNOT say enough about the WARMTH, TRUST, and KNOWLEDGE this practice has. We have been a pt of Dr. Josh Gunnels since his practice opened and it was THE BEST decision our SMILES have made! They have taken exceptional care of us. I recently was in a car wreck, my mouth/lip took a lot of impact from the air bag. Within 2 days I was like, I need to see Dr Gunnels- I won’t be comfortable until he tells me I’m ok. Thankfully no missing teeth, but the ER did have to to do some stitch work that hit a facial nerve. I saw him and HEATHER RDA, (omg she is AMAZING love this girl) today for a cleaning I look much better then I did 10 weeks ago. But still just hearing them say you look great. He looked at some films and just the reassurance of their voices makes me know It’s going to be ok! I also need to mention KATIE in the front office. She is a rockstar! EVERYONE that I know that sees them is so satisfied! To Dr. Gunnells- you have built an AMAZING PRACTICE, guided by your FAITH, keep doing what your doing, I can’t THANK YOU ENOUGH! This office has so much care for all of their patients, you cannot go wrong to make the choice of letting them care for you and your family!!

From the front desk being greeted with sweet Ms. Patsy, to the patient, kind, & reassuring hygienists Brandy & Mary—I felt cared for and treated gently. My anxiety for waiting so long to go to the dentist for a check up quickly dissipated! And Dr. Bierlein was down to earth, attentive, and genuine, on explaining my treatment plan moving forward. Fantastic experience: First time visit. I've been looking around for a new dentist since mine retired and sold the business to someone else. My neighbor recommended me to come here and today was my first appointment with them. They were able to take a look at things and give me honest feedback as to what needs to be done. They also quoted me the prices for the work. I mentioned difficulty with money and they mentioned payment plans that could be implemented. I also mentioned that I have sever PTSD/Anxiety from poor childhood dental care and asked about their methods of pain management which they were able to provide for me. The staff was very nice and helpful today. Thank you!

Negative experience: Very disappointing visit today. The hygienist cleaning was superficial and very brief (about 15 minutes). After waiting at least 20 minutes for the dentist to come in for my exam, I was informed he was busy and it was going to be a while longer, and I could skip it if I preferred. I chose to skip the dentist exam and I won’t be coming back to Providence Dental Care again.
