Negative experience: Personel nice but always over book appointments, only has 1 dentist on the floor doesn't matter what day or time you go it's always the same ordeal

Negative experience: I got braces at this location and I’m not happy with my bottom teeth ! I should have said something there but I didn’t. The dental assistant are nice people as well the doctor. There is one specific front desk individual who is rude and takes it upon herself to change your appointment or create without letting you know. It’s like when you’re done paying off your plan and they stop being nice. & yes I’ve been wearing my retainers. I suggest going somewhere else… Update 06/12/2025 they’ve reached out to me and is currently fixing the issue with my bottom teeth.

Arrived and didn’t even acknowledge me and once “acknowledged” was given the worst attitude ever and not to even talk about the wait there was a family of 1 kid in front of us an we still waited over 40 minutes even after the family left once in the room still had to wait more seems like they get paid to talk among eachother and about the customers never coming back do not recommend

Fantastic experience: Went to this place for the first time yesterday and I have to say that the people who works here are very good worker’s and they are compassionate about what they do I had my X-rays done yesterday and for the first time I can say it went very smoothly and well and I’m looking forward to having all my dental work done here and leaving with a beautiful smile that I haven’t had in the past few years since I got rob and my teeth were kick lose I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family and fellow African American people to pay them a visit stay tuned for the final results god bless.part 2 went to get my teeth cleaned today 7/28/21 and I can say that this place haven’t failed me yet the staff is wonderful and compassionate with me and my care if I have to recommend this place to anyone I highly recommended you get your services done here nice clean place plus beautiful nurses with great personality’s smile klub dental is not just an dental office they are family! Update just left smile club dental getting a deep cleaning for the last ten teeth's I have Emily was my deep cleaner for my teeth and I'll have to say she's the best that ever did it in my opinion she's Is gentle and kind took her time and did her job with Is perfect precision she deserves 10000 stars and a raise Emily ❤️ I wish you the best can't wait to see you again ❤️

Negative experience: No parent should be intimidated for telling the truth. Instead of addressing patient concerns, this office chooses to try and silence them & hit them with cease and desist letters. That alone says everything.

Negative experience: DONT COME HERE. WORST EMPLOYEES THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR HOURS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT AND THEN DISCRIMINATE YOUR CHILD BECAUSE YOU SPEAK UP. DISTASTEFUL AND DISGUSTING.

Negative experience: Horrible staff. If you get on there bad side they will make you wait until the end to be seen.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional atmosphere, violation of patients information, threats and harassment from staff and management. Don’t take your kids here, I would feel very unsafe for my child’s well being if they can’t be professional about being punctual and caring for a patient

Negative experience: Do not take your children to this dentist. Office manager is unprofessional and rude. She needs to be fired. Also, the workers openly judge your children that have dental issues.

Negative experience: This level of unprofessionalism and unethical conduct is beyond alarming. I am deeply concerned that someone in charge of managing a medical office would stoop to threatening a child in an attempt to silence feedback. No one should be treated this way, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope this review serves as a warning for others to proceed with caution.

Negative experience: I couldn't believe it! I thought I was just going in for a check up and no, I got a filling, x-ray and Igot my teeth cleaned. I'm going to go back, the staff there is wonderful, great attitude. I left there in years because I'm going to get my beautiful smile back. I didn’t get a beautiful smile instead o got some messed up dentures and they won’t fix them. I took a picture of my teeth and posted them on their website.

Negative experience: I left work early and drove an hour and a half and they didn’t see me. I just got my insurance so I don’t have the physical copy yet. When I scheduled with them, I gave them my insurance number and they said they were able to find me. They called me several times to confirm my appointment, they should’ve told me it was required. They wanted me to pay cash, why would I pay cash when my insurance should cover today’s services?

Finding a dentist is easy, they’re on every corner but to find a dentist that takes their time and is very gentle in your dental care I go here. The receptionist Araceli specifically is amazing and she made magic happen with my insurance to cover my entire braces! Y’all! I don’t have to pay for braces… so come on thru, plus they’re all nice so.. enjoy

Negative experience: Place needs new management. Araceli is so unprofessional. She says there’s a new policy , but couldn’t find the paperwork to back up her claim. She makes up her own rules and policies.

Negative experience: The wait time is over 2 hours and if you’re 2minutes late they cancel you. BEWARE of this place. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Second visit at the facility and first and foremost I noticed how clean they are which is very important to me especially when my mouth is being worked on. Aracely gives such a home vibe and it made me absolutely comfortable and relaxed. Everything and everyone at this clinic made me feel less anxious about my procedure.

They were very gentle when working on me and communicated with me everything along the way. Araceli was extremely kind and helpful and I’m always so happy to see her when I come in. Negative experience: Horrible. The wait time is ridiculous, what's the point of making an appointment if you're just going to wait over 2 hours to be seen. Most of the nurses are nice with the exception of a blond one who probably needs a vacation to work on her attitude. Go elsewhere there's literally a million other dental offices way better than this one.

Fantastic experience: I travel monthly for my braces appointment and any other cleanings or services I need done and I always look forward to seeing the staff! Illiana and Kenny have my heart! Everyone is always so attentive and make sure you get the care you need at a timely matter. Do not recommend afternoon appointments on some weekdays it does tend to be a longer wait. Overall, I do recommend this place 100%

Negative experience: Horrible, horrible, horrible! If you have time to waste here go for it. They’re ordinary dentists, nothing special. It takes them hours to call you in and get in a room. First time we came here was an “emergency” and they had availability. The office visit took 4 hours. I shrugged it off as being our first time there. I decided to bring my son and daughter for their 6 month, again took HOURS just to get called in. I was perplexed because they were fully staffed and had rooms available and the dentist was just sitting waiting for another patient. I have employer dental insurance. I took them back a third time! AGAIN, waited hours. They wanted to schedule a different appointment for her filling. I advised them of my previous experiences with waiting and my experience that day. I spoke to the office manager. She was apologetic and handled my complaints with grace and decorum. She just needs to improve on the efficiency of the office. Not sure if verifying insurance and coverage is what consumes time but they need to look at their processes. I declined treatment and just got out of there! One of the receptionist was giving attitude and eventually both started giggling talking about my complaints. I took her to my dentist and we’ve been happily going since. The only reason I’m writing this today is because their office called my husband to remind him of my daughter’s appointment on Monday. We were confused because she has one on Friday (with her actual dentist)! They keep spamming me with their dental specials via text and I keep reporting them as spam, but they pop up under a different phone number.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! I DONT RECOMMEND!!!! I moved away and could no longer continue with my dental services. Mind you I paid for my treatment UPFRONT. FAST FORWARD it took me almost a YEAR to receive any information regarding my refund. When they finally emailed me the refund amount was half of what they initially told me in the beginning. I signed the paperwork for the refund authorization because I JUST WANT TO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! I sent that authorization 11/21 and I still have no word on my refund, according to them they can’t refund me back because they can only refund the card I have on file which i lost. They seem to lack empathy and every time I call they are still waiting to hear back from their “refund processor”. I don’t understand how they can take this long and still have the nerve to have an attitude with me over the phone? COULD YOU IMAGINE WAITING A YEAR FOR A REFUND AND STILL NOTHING? They can’t even provide me information about who to call in regard to their refund processor! I would RATHER DEAL WITH THEM THAN DEAL WITH THIS DENTIST OFFICE. AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! IVE BEEN SUPER NICE BUT I CAN TELL WHEN SOMEONE IS GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND. HOPEFULLY THE OWNER CAN CALL ME AND RESOLVE THIS ASAP! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT IDK WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THIS! Unprofessional!

Positive experience: PROS: Ortho doc is awesome! He explains things to you. Braces are affordable! CONS: The wait time is long minimum 40min. Waiting room is always full. They text you about appointment with no details regarding dental or ortho. Female dentist rushed my cleaning she was being pretty ruff. She let water spat all over my face and didn't even put something on my chest. She didn't even wait for the assistant so suction was all dangling from my mouth. 40min-45min wait for her to do my clean in 5min. Rushed and inappropriate.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to smile club was the most different experience I’ve ever had. The waiting area looked like a mini arcade for children. TV’s showing the latest children movies. . Super child friendly . Which explains the surplus of them waiting to be seen. They have state-of the -art machine to view my teeth along with the regular X-ray machine. I was seen by two Dentists the last one gave me a prescription and valued bit of information to keep my natural smile bright. Am willing to believe that they take time with patients because they want to them to have dazzling experiences and great smiles. So this is my favorable opinion of Smile Club. As an adult first timer I was impressed.

Negative experience: Horrible service and establishment. The place is dirty I seen roaches crawling on the floor by the couches, they take very very long to help you and they always over book appointments so every time you go in the place is packed. Their works and equipment is cheap I really honestly don’t recommend. They had me wait for 3 hours and didn’t even help me in the end they told me we took your name off the roll because we called your name but you didn’t hear which is a lie. Maybe if there weren’t so many people and chaos going on I would have heard if my name was being called.

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is way better than my old one. I used to go to Huntington park dentist and they wouldn’t help me and always take forever to be seen. In smile Klub dental it is so much different. They are always asking me if I’m comfortable and always keep me updated on the services they are doing on me. Not only that but I can always be seen by a doctor even when I’m late.

Negative experience: Horrible. Appt time was 11:20 a crash happened on the 105 on my way here I called to let them know I would be about 10 minutes late they said it was fine, I arrived and signed in at 11:31 after finding parking because the center is always full. Waited 40 minutes to be called in for X-rays, then got sent back out, waited another 30 to get seen by the ortho, who asked ME when I was going to get my bottom braces on even though he was the one who told me to wait until December for my overbite to get better so I wouldn’t take off the brackets myself. Then I get switched to another room for the second time for them to say I’m getting my bottoms ones and I was like no I’m not because I’m not ready yet, and it took two more nurses to figure it out. For the ortho to come back and say yeah we still need to wait after I had already said that, had I not been aware they would’ve just put them on just for it to cause more damage. It’s currently 2:02 pm and I am still waiting for them to tighten my braces which is all I came to get done, I accepted a cleaning and that’s all that has been done so far. Almost 3 hours past the time I have been here.

Negative experience: This is the worse place to bring your Children’s to the Dentist. Everyone acts STUPID and take so long to call you in. Today September 26th 2024 My Son has been here since 4:10pm it’s 6:00pm and still not called yet. Makes No Sense

We have always been treated well by the staff and have never had any complaints. The office is clean and the staff is professional. Kid and Adult friendly! Prices are reasonable
