Fantastic experience: They were absolutely amazing! I had a terrible pain in my mouth. As a new patient they got me right in! The dentist had, he great bed side manner, that’s supper important to me. The girls in there are so productive, smart and genuinely nice! I made my next appt before I left!! I’ll be back soon and my girls also. Best service I have had being new to town!!

Negative experience: Both Dentist are are amazing! And a couple staff members. Who ever over billing . 1st you say $1,400 for the procedure… My response was how much did insurance cover, she says you’ve exhausted your benefits, I then respond HOW? My benefits start from June to June she then goes and come back and say you’re correct…. They’re going to cover 80% How would you like to take care of the other 20% today? (Like SERIOUSLY why didn’t you throughly check that)My response is Why am I paying for a procedure before I receive it? she then say so we can book the appointment… tuhhh yall can have it I’m out. $200 it’s the bad traits of mismanaging the money I’ve spent especially coming from a 100% cash customer to now using insurance. I literally hate this place now.. Paying before you schedule the appointment it’s nuts well from this office it is.

Fantastic experience: I went to Mint to get some work done and they hurt me pretty bad. So I was afraid to go back to any dentist office. But I need a root canal so I decided to give Marvel a try and it was day and night difference the office is nice. All the dentist and hygienist are AMAZING WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!!!!! The Listened to what the other place did and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I am a customer for life I also got the feeling that they really cared.

Fantastic experience: Just starting my implants here..Last Friday I had 23 extraction done to get my implants ready.The staff are amazing and DR.ALBERT in my eyes is a real life super hero ..I had little swelling and can't believe how good of job he done ..can't wait for the next steps to happen in getting my smile back.THANK YOU !!!!

Fantastic experience: I really liked going to Marvel Dental! Everyone there was super nice and made me feel calm. The office was clean and looked cool inside. Dr. Oza was very gentle and explained what he was doing, so I wasn’t scared. They cleaned my teeth and gave me good tips on brushing and flossing. I usually don’t like going to the dentist, but this place made it fun and easy. It’s a great place to go if you want your teeth to stay healthy!

Fantastic experience: At Marvel the staff are very polite and make you feel at home. Procedures that would hurt at other places do not at Marvel. They are very fast about getting you in and out but also do things the right way and make sure you are pain free at all times. They are very informative as well . I recommend them to anybody and everybody. The office and rooms are very clean too.

Negative experience: I had a tooth infection went to Marvel dental, we determined that I need 2 root canals. I honestly felt a little pressured to schedule the treatment appointment which they’ll pre charge you for instead of waiting until your treatment appointment. I decided to cancel my appointment and get a second quote elsewhere, my treatment appointment was June 11th, i didn’t get my refund until June 26th. I went into the office to request my X-rays, they only sent me the front view and a screen shot with the rest of the X-rays, you can’t enlarge them to read them. I am 33wka pregnant and just trying to make the best decision for my baby and myself. I got a root canal with them a few years back and the tooth still bothers me and I still feel pain. Even the dentist asked “who did this root canal & crown?” When he was looking at my X-rays, and was shocked when I told him they had done it. If you have an arm and a leg to give for dental work than go here, otherwise stay away.

Negative experience: They cannot disappoint at Marvel Dental. I wish I could give 10/10. The staff is so sweet and precious, I’ve never met a team as amazing as Marvel. All the way from the Welcome greetings to payment plans, they got you! If you’re needing a dental clinic, come here 100% hands down. Judgement free, friendly and affordable!! Update: Well unfortunately my five stars have now decreased to 2 stars. I had a wisdom tooth removal schedule at least a month ahead for the 26th, have talked to multiple staff members leading up to the surgery day. *I have disclosed my disability to the entire office staff and medical staff* Today (25th) I receive my pre-op questionnaire via phone and the call goes well and it over. Maybe an hour later I received another phone call from another staff never saying now they’re unable to preform my surgery (that’s literally tomorrow) and would need medical clearance from my doctor. My problem here is that they’ve known about the disability but why wait until LESS THAN 24hr prior to my surgery to request those documents? If the documents were needed, they should’ve been requested prior to me being scheduled for the surgery and paying a down payment + an additional payment. If the surgery wasn’t a huge deal I wouldn’t be on here writing this review but due to me disclosing to the clinic the MAJOR issues my wisdom teeth are causing and they insisted i NEEDED my teeth removed and now they cancel with less than 24hr notice and im at a stuck spot because how urgently these teeth need to be removed. I’m highly disappointed with Marvel this time around.

Positive experience: Overall, I am happy with the results and have seen the amazing change. If getting Invisalign, it takes commitment to follow the process; that commitment was my challenge to wear them for 22 hours a day. It was hard for me to get use to wearing the product, but over time, I felt more comfortable with having an object in my mouth. Great team, good service, and a system to keep you informed about the products, appointments, and dental processes.

Fantastic experience: Moved to the area in Feb and have found the staff at this location be friendly and professional. I’ve had to have a couple emergency visits that they have always tried to accommodate

Negative experience: Worst Experience Ever. I went in for an emergency toothache. They didn’t care at all. They charged my card and were not even ashamed to tell me to come after one week. I told them to refund my money so I can go somewhere else to get care . It took them more time to refund than they took to charge my card before providing me with any service. All they care about is my money not care. Don’t take your loved one here if you really care about them.

Fantastic experience: Came in for an emergency exam, front office was able to get me in SAME DAY! Luckily no procedures were needed, they got me a night guard made so quickly, and they got me back on schedule with my routine cleanings. Staff is so friendly and informative. Didn’t have the greatest experience with Alsbury Dental, so I’m glad I found this office on short notice and now have a dental home!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Marvel Dental. I came in regarding a tooth ache that was bothering me. The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave me a great cleaning and overall oral assessment and recommended treatment plan. The Dentist was kind and provided good recommendations for my dental hygiene. They also provided me with specialty toothpaste complimentary to help strengthen and protect my enamel etc. I definitely recommend this practice.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. They are terrible with insurance and made me jump through hoops just to find out I didn’t have to pay 276 dollars worth just for one appointment. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Marvel Dental (1561 SW Wilshire Blvd, Ste 435, Burleson, TX) due to persistent pain on the upper right side of my teeth. The ache was unbearable, especially when exposed to ice water or certain foods. After reading positive reviews, I decided to check them out, and I’m so glad I did! Upon examination, I discovered I had large cavities reaching my nerves, along with an uneven bite and fractures that needed immediate attention. To top it off, it had been nine years since my last cleaning, so my dental health was long overdue for some serious care. Despite all this, the team at Marvel Dental was extremely professional, thorough, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They explained the procedures in detail, including the necessary cleanings and associated costs, making sure both my wife and I fully understood everything. A huge thank you to Kelley for being so patient with me and helping with the scheduling, payment plan and taking care of me—it really made a difference. Dr. Jay Oza also deserves a big shout-out for taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. And of course, thank you to the tech who handled my X-rays at the beginning—I truly appreciate your care and professionalism. Overall, this was an excellent experience. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. I will definitely be recommending Marvel Dental to my family and friends! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental office if you are looking for a place to get dental work. I have had the best experience with this clinic! I had a traumatic and painful loss of a front tooth which left the tooth broken at the gum and me in a lot of pain. They were able to get me a dental implant and temporary tooth until the implant is ready for the permanent veneer. It is super high tech, they have scanners for your teeth to get an exact match and color for your teeth along with taking imprints of your teeth themselves. Dr. Oza and his team are incredible, really care about their patients, and do everything they can to help you out. They are able to get you in quickly, even on busy weeks. They really prioritize the patients, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get into my appointment. Not only is the environment great but every single person I have interacted with here is lovely (shout out to Hailey who is always at the front desk ready to help). They are good at their jobs and so kind! Dr. Albert did implant which was fantastic and looks just a real tooth. It was an almost painless process, and I felt ready to go back to work just a day after I got it. Amanda is the dental hygienist who worked with me several times initially when I came to get the implant and when I came in to get the temporary implant fixed after some chipping, she did an incredible job as well. I know when I get the final implant it will be really well done and make me feel confident in my smile!

Negative experience: They didn’t process my insurance and sent me a rather hefty bill. The dental assistants talk like a bunch of high school girls. If you’re going to make fun of patience, you should wait until the other patients aren’t within earshot. The doctor was nice, though…

Negative experience: Can’t recommend Marvel Dental, I was over charged 628 dollars between two visits. I’ve reached out to their billing dept. three times and left three detailed messages but not one return call. Add to the fact that Dr. Oza tried laying a guilt trip on me to upsell me into 11k worth of work, will not be returning this rip off center ever again. Update: since leaving this review, Marvel reps have now reached out to me , but until I see my money back , review stands as is. Update pt2: 10 months later and Marvel has gone into stealth mode. No word from them or any hint of a refund for what they over charged me.

Fantastic experience: This was my fourth visit yesterday; everyone has been extremely helpful and nice, but my dental implant was something I was extremely nervous about, but Amanda and Dr. Albert were so nice and both funny they made it not so scary for me. Positive experience: Only half disappointed. The good: staff are very attentive and the doctor was very informative and reassuring. I called to see if they could fix a crown that had fallen out. Being a new patient they were kind enough to get me in the next day for a temporary and than eventually a new crown. Great personable staff in the back. The bad: Upon giving them my insurance they said thank you. I paid half up front because they didn’t know if insurance would cover any of it. Than the remaining balance the next week altogether $2k. Called to inquire what insurance did or didn’t cover. Time and time again. They told us to keep an eye out for an EOB in the mail. FINALLY 4 months later we received one in the mail. They never processed our insurance until we called repeatedly. Sure enough insurance covered a good portion. Getting a refund for moneys paid was a whole different story. I’d say just be cautious of what’s owed to you after insurance pays. And keep reminding them until you get what you’re entitled too.

Negative experience: Well they start you late for your appointment.The Dentist however was the roughest with my teeth. He didn't like me so he tried to hurt me. Meanest dentist ever! When I said I'd like my appointment to start on time they acted like I was crazy. Very self centered dentists. Dentist is Late!!! Dr. Osa said if I expect him to be on time I should find a new dentist! Update:They left a reply to my review I called them were and they unhelpful and unorganized and didn't care!

Fantastic experience: I initially chose another dental office in Burleson and had an awful experience at my first appointment. I left that office feeling terrible! I wanted a second opinion and chose Marvel Dental. From the second I walked in they were welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable. Mai did my deep cleaning and she did amazing. Very gentle and thorough. They explained everything greatly which is not what I experience at the original dental office I went to. On top of that, they charged less than half of what I was quoted at the original dental office! I highly recommend Marvel Dental!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff here are great! Dr. Oza developed a plan of action for my dental care. As I haven’t been to a dentist in over a decade. He explained not only what I needed, and how he was going to do it, he explained the WHY. And that is very important to me. He took his time in answering my questions and I never once felt rushed. This dentist cares about getting you the proper care even if it’s not with them. And for that I have found my dentist. I just left my second appointment with them where I needed a wisdom tooth pulled that has been giving me pain. I was pretty nervous but they made me feel at ease, and the tooth came out in what felt like seconds. No pain, no mess. I’d recommend this place to anybody. In fact I already have. Thank you to Dr. oza, And Dr. Robles for doing a fantastic job at extracting my tooth, also all the staff at Marvel Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I honestly have a lot to say and All of its positive! From the moment I walked in they greeted me by name and also had a “ welcome new patients board .” Those small things set a nice atmosphere. My name was never forgotten and I also did not have a long wait time. My experience at another dentist office did NOT go well . I was actually recommended by another long term patient here at Marvel and I am SO glad that I was able to go here. I’d like to focus primarily on the positives here but without mentioning the negatives at the other place I feel like I cannot express how much this dentist office saved me! The doctor gave a quick but CORRECT consultation of what needed to be done so that was great!( Dr.Oza) Now let’s move on to the dentist and assistants Dr.Izzy,Kelly,Hailey and Lilly. Dr.Izzy made me feel so comfortable and she was kind with her words and techniques. Kelly Was great at making sure everything was perfect and she also remembered everything detail . Hailey usually Stays in the front regardless of where she’s at she’s kind and attentive. Lilly - today was my time with her and she was also great very communicative and gentle. Jo- is the last person you see when leaving and that matters just as much as when you first arrive . She’s kind . From the moment you walk in to the moment you check out you are treated kindly and you know you are in good hands.

When I called to get some more info about dental work my husband needs the girl on the phone went above and beyond to help get me some answers and help me understand what would be the best route for my husband to take. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Marvel Dental. The staff is really experienced and efficient, from the front desk to the higienista and Drs. I had my x-ray and cleaning done in 40. min. They are also very pontual with the appointments and the place is very clean and organized. I will definitely come back for my next cleaning.
