Fantastic experience: This was my sins first visit to the dentist, the office is so nice and tailored to kids and parents comfort. The staff is thorough and kind and his dentist and both dental assistants were patient and answered all of my questions and helped me make decisions that was best for us, they made us a balloon water gun

Positive experience: Imy honest review ,I don't like the fact because I pay for insurance PPO they have only certain times they will see patients with PPO. They don't service PPO on the weekend on Medicaid which is bullcrap especially when my son is in pain.. I dont recommend for people that have ppo . It's useless when you have kids and they can only be seen before 3pm from Monday-Friday only... But When my son went the place is cool and pretty decent for the kids. Nice environment..

Negative experience: Had appts for 10am Saturday been waiting and noone is here still...why schedule if not going to be here...waste of time...they used to be good when first here but now they have gone downhill in areas...why schedule especially ive had this since last appt 6 months ago and noone here... sucks...horrible service

Negative experience: I would not recommend this Dental office. Yes it's all decorated nicely to attract patients. Most of the games don't even work. But not only that, my son needed a crown, they claimed that they put in a request for preauthorization but never did. I called the dentaquest to get an update, and nothing was sent in. This was very unprofessional. They even assured me that they would give me a call about an update on the request. Nothing was done. My son has a temp that only last 4vweeks which says on the paper and now I have to find another dentist and wait 2 more weeks for preauthorization. This is not okay and I'd think twice about coming here. Yes they give out balloons and slushes and popcorn but what they don't give is good customer service or attention to detail, helping others because I've called and called about this situation and got a "I'll call you back" and nothing. I'd like to warn others about this establishment and stand in front of their offices with signs about how they treat their patients like their nothing once they get what they want from you. Think twice before coming here. This is not a super dentist. This a Villain establishment. They need to change the characters from here, because they do not care about their patients. They only care about the numbers and not really about the patients. Now I have to find another dentist to help my son with this issue because this office never even sent any forms to dentaquest. If it weren't for me to calling them, I would of been waiting and waiting for nothing because nothing was sent to the dentaquest. I'd be careful because it's very suspicious that they didn't even send in a form in the first place. You have to wonder why? Do they not know what their doing in there? There's alot of staff for them not to know what their doing. Then they don't want parents in the back, why? Because they don't know what their doing. I'd be careful with dentist who do this at age 3years old. Separate mother's from their toddlers. That is not ok to do to kids unless there's something their hiding. Becareful with your babies in this establishment.

Fantastic experience: Wow I wish I was a kid again this place is great for a little boy ‼️ my son loves it went straight to the games then they had an employee making balloon water guns n other things . Snow cones sugar free of course and pop corn wow the employees are lovely and they help the kids work on independence by taking them ones r they turn a certain age to the bck by them selves so they won't be scared. What dentist do you know that has the jams playing as u walk in and in the back for the kids??!! I love it here we love it here lol

From the front desk staff to the hygienists and dentist, everyone was so friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with my child. They took their time to explain everything, made sure my child felt comfortable, and even added fun touches to keep things light and positive.

Fantastic experience: Love this place sooo much! My kids are so excited from the time we walk in the door. All of the staff was kind to us from beginning to the end of the appointment. I also appreciate them pointing out concerns with both of my children’s teeth and dental health.

Negative experience: Super upset. First time was an excellent experience. Today was going to be my second time. Had my child appointment at 12:30 exactly at 12pm I received a called from them saying if we can reschedule his appointment, I asked why she said he was inactive for his Medicaid. I did explain he had Chip now and her response was “ Oh okay can we still reschedule that appointment”. In my mind I was like why? Why are you rescheduling at the last minute? I did ask why are you now rescheduling I’m actually on my way and she’s like well because he was inactive but now we see he has chip you can come is okay. I get there and they still told me I was inactive which made no sense my child been active since April. They tell me to call 211 and okay I did I’ve worked in dental and medical field before and they can help by checking by their end but they didn’t so I wasn’t going to make their time hard so I did it they explain to me he was active but it didn’t show in the system for whatever reason that it will take time. However they can still see my child the dentist office can just call them so I told the lady she said she was going to call. Time passes and tells me mama they will take 24hours to show so we can reschedule for tomorrow… girl seriously?? You can still see my child. But I wasn’t going to argue I’ll just look somewhere else. I’m a person that doesn’t like to give a hard time but seriously they are lazy. I’m so disappointed because my child seems to love this place is a very cool environment but it sucks that the girls doesn’t like to work much.

Fantastic experience: I visited Super Dentists this morning with my children a total of 5. Our appointment was for 10 am all staff was so welcoming and inviting from the time we walked. Staff was very prepared and prompt. We were guided on a tour of facility as well given information and guidance on how the appointment was going to go for all 5 kiddos due to the different ages. The office also gives out snow cones, popcorn, balloons as well. The decor of the facility is catered to kids. I would definitely recommend this office for a dental visit for children.

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience at Super Dentist! Dr. Abasolo was incredibly gentle with both of my kids, making them feel completely at ease. The office itself is superb – honestly, my children loved it so much they wanted to stay longer and play! I've never seen them so comfortable at a dentist's office before. Highly recommend!
