Fantastic experience: I’ve never been with a dentistry office that goes out of their way to make dental care achievable and affordable like Sullivan Dental Partners! My first consultation was unlike any other- they provided the best care/financing options I’ve ever seen at any dental office. I became emotional while walking through the procedures I needed but they comforted me - some words spoken I will remember for the rest of my life. The work they’ve done so far for me (extraction, bone graft, implant, etc.) has been of great quality and care. Anything that I needed to know before and afterwards is answered quickly and with expertise. Xrays and financing options are clear and talked through in depth prior to procedure to help you understand. Before procedures, they make you feel as comfortable as they can and really listen to any concerns or comfort requests. They are also super easy to work with schedule-wise and never rush appointments- the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I went in with dying teeth from multiple jaw surgeries, and after being “the second worst patient” (teeth wise) that they had ever dealt with, I came out with a gorgeous, glowing smile. Everyone at Sullivan Dental was absolutely incredible. A special shoutout to Celeste, who was on this journey from day one, who was all-around wonderful and absolutely amazing and who became a great friend, and to Dr. Sully, who was patient, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout my dental battles. I cannot recommend Sullivan Dental highly enough!

Fantastic experience: August 2025 Thank you Darlene and Dr. Z. I was never pressured into replacing an old crown. When I did decide the time had come, it was the easiest procedure I have ever had. No numbing needed, which was a pleasant surprise! They make the new crowns onsite so you don’t have to wait weeks and come back. They were so pleasant and professional and I was taken back on time. I have been going to Sullivan’s for a few years and will continue there as long as we live in this area! It is a state of the art facility and they know what they’re doing. There is no pressure to have any procedures you don’t need. You can feel free to ask questions. 2024 On time. Thorough cleaning and Dr. check. Beautiful building and state of the art I highly recommend! I have had root canals and crowns done there in the past. Good experience and wonderful staff. Painless cleanings. No pressure to have any unnecessary procedures. They recognize possible problems early.

Fantastic experience: I traveled from East Tennessee to Sullivan Dental in Brentwood because they made me feel like family from the first consult call. I had horrible experiences with dental implants until my dentist suggested her mentor, Dr. Rick Sullivan, and he developed the perfect treatment and procedure. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office. The moment you enter, you feel right at home. The first morning, all my teeth were pulled and I went back the next morning, and my temporary ones fit perfectly, first try! Mallorie and Dr. Rick were awesome, as well as the entire staff. Don’t wait ten years like I did, go talk to them today and get your most beautiful smile ever!

Fantastic experience: I am a 40+ year patient of the Sullivan Dental Practice. Last week Meghan and Dr. Sarah gave me 5 Star Service repairing two teeth issues that needed to be fixed. I could not be happier with their service and attention to my needs. Also, Every 6 months I receive 5 Star Service from Jessie, as my Dental Hygiene person.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a piece of a tooth break off, and the team at Sullivan worked me in the next day. Dr. Zahoor and Darlene did a great job on installing a crown and replacing a filling today. I was impressed about their efficiency, care and good results. We've trusted Sullivan Dental Partners for our family's dental care for decades, and they came through again today.

Negative experience: I have received multiple emails and text reminders to arrive on time for my appointment, which I appreciate. However, during my recent visit, I encountered some inconsistencies. I was scheduled to see Sydnie, the dental hygienist, but like in previous appointments, I ended up seeing a different hygienist. Additionally, despite being the second person to check in out of nearly seven clients, I was the last to be seen, experiencing a 15-minute delay without explanation. While I understand that schedules can shift, I would appreciate better communication and consistency in hygienist assignments. More accurate scheduling would greatly improve the patient experience.

Fantastic experience: As a Nuclear Medicine Engineer, I know technology when I see it. Sullivan Dental is very high tech. I know the dental work I have had from them is top quality. I had a tooth broken at the gum line which gave the dentist nothing to get a hold on to pull the tooth. They removed the tooth, put in a stud and then a tooth. Procedure was to take 1.5 hours but took 2.5 hours because of the difficulty of removing the broken tooth. The only complaint was after the surgery, I asked if they were going to help with the pain. I was told, oh you will be fine, just take Advil and Tylenol. after 4 days I am in a fair amount of pain especially after eating. I have not had a dentist leave me in this much pain without any help. Other than that, I think this is one of the country's premier dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Sullivan Dental Partners 3 times and every time from the reception, to the dental techs and dentists you feel welcome. Everyone is professional and they truly care about your teeth!

Negative experience: Treated like a walking dollar sign and I am a repeat patient. A crown had come off and needed to be reglued in place. Total appt time was maybe 15 minutes and charge was over 230.00. Dentist came in for approx 1-2 minutes to look at xray. Had to give my credit card to attendant before she would reglue crown back on. Time to shop for a new dental office.

Positive experience: Very thorough exam. Staff very cordial and found Dr Sullivan to be a pleasure to speak with. Consultation was free. I got my permanent retainer replaced. The female dentist that replaced retainer was very personable and explained why retainer was placed on upper front 4 teeth versus 6 front. Wire replaced by different type retainer. I would have given 5 star, but Dentist had to perform without an assistant.

Jessie was a fantastic hygienist, making sure I was informed and comfortable throughout my first cleaning. Television mounted on the ceiling playing videos of beautiful places around the world created a calming atmosphere and made time pass more quickly. I’m new in town and happy I found such a great dental provider on the first try.

Fantastic experience: Meghan, RDA and Dr. Sarah were a DREAM to work with. To start, I have bad dental anxiety (hadn't seen a dentist in 10+ years bad). Lucky me I cracked a tooth and had to face my fear of dentists because I fear infections/abscesses more than dentists. They were able to get me in the very next day to be evaluated. I told the staff about my dental anxiety and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind to me. They allowed husband to come back with me, talked me through every step of the process, took time to listen to my concerns/questions and just blew me away with their compassion and thoroughness (and laughing gas; it helped a bunch). It’s easy to tell they have experience in helping patients work through their dental anxiety/fear. They have many resources to offer for people like me and allowed me to decide what would work best for me. I felt safe and cared for the whole time from the front door to going home. The front office staff are equally as kind and welcoming. The space is clean and nice. Still don’t love the dentist, but this staff is making returning for future care less scary. I know I’ll be in great hands when I return.

Fantastic experience: They have to be by far some of the most polite and engaging people I’ve had the pleasure of encountering at most medical offices. Liken to Chick-fil-A and Disney. They had all the modern evaluative devices to make sure that my teeth are properly cared for. In 54 years I have never had a dentist that had that thorough of an initial evaluation process. I feel confident that they will do an excellent job of monitoring my oral health.

Fantastic experience: I used to dread going to the dentist- so much that I hadn’t gone in 20 years. So I googled “afraid of the dentist Nashville” and found Sullivan. Total game changer! The staff is welcoming, friendly and extremely skilled. I believe they’re very selective and intentional in their hiring practice. I’ve only been there maybe 3 or 4 times and they greet me by name when I walk in. They have allayed my fear of the dentist and I am a healthier person from it. I cannot say enough good things about Sullivan. Whether you are afraid of the dentist or not, you should give them a try. I cannot recommend them enough. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Sullivan Dental Partners was the best switch I made years ago. I especially appreciate how they communicate as a team. My visits are seamless. I am greeted with a smile from the front door to the back. I love my hygienist I have regularly and a special shout out to Dr. Sarah that I lucked out having, Meghan, RDA and Aly the treatment coordinator. They worked together efficiently to get an issue with a crown resolved and made it seem effortless and cost efficient. Dr.Sarah and Meghan make an incredible duo. Dr. Sarah is truly gifted from her bedside manner, skillset as a dentist and has worked hard over the last year to make my particular situation work. I am grateful to have been placed in her care and appreciate what Sullivan Dental partners provides to the Williamson county area. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Sullivan Dental Partners for over 17 years. I have always loved their customer service, and Dental hygienists, Melanie and Jesse. Over the years I have seen first hand how important it is to their team to be on the cutting edge of new technology in dentistry. In the past three months, I have had two crowns put on by Dr. Sarah Pierce, with Meghan assisting. Both times the experience was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Sarah has a confidence and calmness that puts you at ease when she is working. And Dr. Sarah and Meghan were a great team! Sullivan dental partners has 2 CEREC milling machines in their office that can make a same day crowns, meaning they can complete your crown in one visit. There is no need to go home with a temporary and come back for the permanent crown to be set at a later date. Sullivan Dental Partners is a fantastic dental group that I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Sullivan dental has been absolutely amazing. It first started with my consultation with Jess, who after X-rays and examinations, (which were free by the way) broke down my treatment plan and provided payment plan options which were pretty reasonable, interest free and discounted since I didn’t have insurance. I was paying out of pocket and I needed a lot of work done. Once the initial payment was made, I opted for sedation for my first line of work. Dr. Z and Darlene handled it and were excellent and did a great job with my two root canals and bridge. I was comfortable through the whole process and experienced no pain at all even after waking up. Subsequently I came in for a cleaning and again, the staff were courteous and timely with everything. My next appointment was with Dr. Rick Sullivan for molar tooth extraction on the right side of my mouth and his assistant, Mallory was thorough in her explanation of what to expect and what was gonna happen. I opted for local anesthesia instead of sedation and this also went really well. In both cases (upper, lower molar) when Dr. Rick was done, I didn’t even know. It went really well. I’d had the left molar extracted somewhere else and the experience was what made me seek out another practice and this the complete opposite of that. I was adequately numbed and felt no pain throughout the process. The dreaded molar extraction was a breeze at Sullivan Dental. Mallory again provided instructions on aftercare and all necessary post op prescription was called in for me. I only wish I’d been introduced to them sooner. The staff are all amazing even though it’s a really large Practice. They’re very personal and treat everyone with utmost care and respect. I would recommend them a million times over multiple lifetimes to anyone.

Positive experience: Cannot say enough about the hygienists! They are stellar. Jenna is amazing. On the other hand, the font desk has been inconsistent, unprofessional, and even rude to myself, family, friends, and even strangers. As someone who has been a client for nearly half my life, this is disappointing.

Fantastic experience: To be totally honest, I must tell you how I was led to Sullivan Dental Partners. I believe things happen for a reason and I am so thankful I had grief with a local dental chain one morning. The business had doors locked, lights and no notification whatsoever. Bewildered & somewhat angry I left, went home and saw a commercial with all the things I needed to hear. I immediately made an appointment and hallelujah, so happy I did! From the moment I entered and Melissa acknowledged me( just as if she always knew me) my anxiety left me. She is perfect on the front representing the firm. Jess comes and gets me for scans:X-rays and gives me all information on the process while introducing me to Dr. Rick “the man”. He has a kind and gentle man and told me in layman’s terms exactly how he could help me. I couldn’t get implants due to my medical diagnosis of RA since age 27, but Dr Rick knew exactly what to do if I agreed. Excellent! I was scheduled for the process beginning with Mallori, Amanda and Dr Amber… the dream team! Last I requested to see Hiba to see how I could safely keep my teeth white. She definitely helped me! In conclusion… thank you for the commercial! I have found my orthodontist with Sullivan Dental Partners! BRAVO and thank you!

I went in for a dental cleaning, and I could not have asked for better care. The doctors were absolutely perfect. They were gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, which I really appreciated. Going to the dentist is not always something people look forward to, but Sullivan Dental Partners truly makes it a pleasure. I am so glad I chose them, and I will definitely be coming back. Five stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr Sullivan’s since I moved to Nashville in 1992. So long in fact that I saw his son become a dentist there. Even though it’s a bit of a drive from Smyrna to Brentwood, I don’t think I would ever go someplace else. Their service is second to none.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit -I had extensive x-rays taken. The staff is incredible -real friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They took their time to go over all my X-rays plus had a complete rundown on what was available. It was very thorough. I plan on continuing with this dental office. BTW -the X-rays were free of charge and they were extensive. I’d recommend to anyone to check them out.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient to the office, I’ve had outstanding treatment! From the front desk staff acknowledging you on both your entrance and exit(with an added: ‘have a blessed day’), to the most efficient, and detail-oriented cleaning and evaluation by hygienist Emileye. She is both kind, courteous and professional in her work, and put me at ease from the moment I sat in the dental chair. The following day Dr Sarah Pierce performed some work, and honestly I was surprised by how quickly, yet thoroughly she completed a necessary filling. Beyond that, Dr Sarah took the time on both days to ensure all my issues were addressed, as well as any concerns. So grateful as a new patient to have found this office - thank you!

Negative experience: Very traumatizing experience. I was not given enough anesthesia and I felt indescribable amount of pain. I could feel my flesh being burned. The surgeon did not seem to have enough experience with my procedure and in the end the very expensive surgery I paid for did not work as expected. Not only that, but I was left feeling tortured, traumatized and scared of trying to do it again. My case was not extreme, they seemed very confident about this surgery and I was under the impression that they are qualified to perform it. After the healing period they said that I will need more surgeries in the future. I believe that this is due to the surgeon's and the assistant's incompetence. Both of them did not seem to have enough care, experience or ethics to perform the surgery or admit and correct the wrong they did.

Negative experience: If you like getting four squared like a used car salesman by your hygienist, giving an interest free loan just to make a procedure appointment, paying a 3% fee to pay by card, and other profit-first priorities, then Sullivan Dental Partners is a great choice.

Fantastic experience: June 2024 - Emily cleaned my teeth and did a FABULOUS job! She was very thorough and friendly! January 2025 - Roshni cleaned my teeth today and it was such a great experience! I got nitrous and was so relaxed. She was so detailed with making sure she got everything!

Fantastic experience: This place is great. Everyone is so friendly and they are efficient. State of the art equipment and the place is spotless. You can tell they thought through the layout of the place. Emilie the hygienist was really helpful and moved me through my appointment quickly so I could make my work meeting on time. Overall just a pleasant experience all around which is a rarity today. Highly recommend
